SO SORRY!
Hey guys! I'm so sorry but I will not be able to finish this story... :( My computer crashed and I lost most all of my information. It would be really hard to finish the story!
I really do feel bad though, because there were so many of you who worked really hard sending in entries, and that were dedicated to reading and reviewing my updates! I cannot say sorry enough!
The good news is I'm going to do a new story that shouldn't be as time consuming for me, and hopefully nothing will go wrong with my computer this time! It's not going to be an actual Hunger Games, but a reality competition that is live in the Capitol of Panem, hosted by Cesar Flickerman!
This competition is similar in alot of ways to the reality tv show Big Brother! How this competition works is that in each district one boy and one girl will be selected to compete. You can only be selected if you are some one who has volunteered. Cesar Flickerman will draw the 24 names on a live show all from hats filled with volunteers name!
To win the show you must have a balance of viewer popularity, and competition skills. Each stage of the show will start with a challenge. Their will be two winners of the challenge, and each winner can nominate two fellow competitors who will be on the chopping block for that stage. That makes four people on the chopping block. Two will go home each stage.
The two that go home will be based on the vote by you! The people that read the story, a.k.a. the citizens of Panem. How early you are the eliminated determines the punishment that you recieve which is not told to you until after you have been eliminated. The later on in the competition that you get eliminated, the less harsh punishment you recieve. That is until final three. 3rd place leaves with no prize, but no punishment. 2nd place leaves with some money. The winner, will live in glory and money and everthing that they desire for the rest of their lives!
Also, occasionally the competitors may have to participate in activities, to try to win popularity with the voters at home. An example is if I sent the competitor a Q&A over Pm and they had to answer, and I would publish it. Little things like this could make the biggest difference in the game!
Finally, this competition is called Compete, Vote, Eliminate. a.k.a. CVE! To find the story it will be entitled, Compete, Vote, Eliminate: A Hunger Games spin-off!
