WRITER'S BLOCK! Sorry I haven't updated for VERY long and I'm so sorry. I just had writer's block for every one of my stories especially this one. Well I hope you all like this chapter. Jaime will come back in chapter after the next one and it will be in his POV. I'm speeding things up a little in some of the character's storylines…please don't be mad at me. Review if you want. Short Chapter.

Brienne had quickly led her down flights and flights of stairs with her hand on the handle of her sword ready for a battle and ready to strike a threat down.

After a while they made their way to the stables in the back of the castle where they weren't seen or couldn't be seen by anyone. Guinevere had her hand still on her belly, protecting her baby. I won't let this one die so easily, she thought, I wouldn't be able to live if this one dies as well. Her eyes glanced back at the dark castle and wondered what Jaime was doing right now and what was he going to tell everyone where they had gone to.

She was pulled out of her thoughts when she turned back around and stopped in her tracks as she saw her brother and Podrick standing by four horses with ready saddles on their backs and satchels on their sides. Her eyebrows knitted in confusion as she looked to Brienne for answers.

Brienne noticed her confusion because she stopped and turned to Guinevere and said, "My lady, after I take you back to Casterly Rock, I have another quest I must fulfill."

"Sansa if I'm correct."

"Yes later we are going to find Lady Sansa."

"You are a true knight, Brienne and you are loyal if Lady Catelyn had lived she would…" she blinked away the tears and said, "She would have been thankful to have someone as loyal as you serving her."

Brienne was clearly trying not to show that her words affected her, but they did and she instead held it in and walked to Daemon and Podrick. Her amour clanking together as she walked with each step. She followed Brienne and immediately Podrick bowed and said, "Lady Lannister"

Daemon rolled his lilac eyes and groaned as he mounted his horse, "You shouldn't address her throughout the whole trip for safer travel."

"I pray to the gods that the smallfolk are dumb enough to not recognize her," he muttered under his breathe.

"He was just being polite, Daemon," she defended which made Podrick look down and become slightly embarrassed and he blushed a little.

Brienne kept on a serious face as she told him sternly, "He has manners unlike you and respects her titles and his manners."

Daemon chuckled and replied, "Alright enough with this unless chatter let's get her to the lion's den so we could go back to our real quest instead of this one."

He emphasized on "this" as if it disgusted him.

"I made a vow to Jaime-"

"I couldn't give a horse's shit about the Kingslayer," he snapped.

"Be careful, Daemon, you may be my brother, but Jaime is my husband now and I his wife. I wouldn't let that name cross your lips if I were you unless you want them removed," she snapped right back at him.

His lips came into s straight line and urged his horse to go the other way and start riding. She rolled her eyes and Brienne gave out an irritated sigh and she helped Gwen mount her horse then she mounted her own as Podrick did as well.

They rode off into the darkness of the forest, the hooves of their horses stomping onto the dirt as they rode. Guinevere quickly glanced back as they were riding, her eyes held solemn in them as the Red Keep went further and further away from her view. She was tempted to turn her horse around and ride back into the keep and jump off her horse and into Jaime's arms, the same strong arms that would hold her and their child every night.

She shook her head at the temptation and turned her head back around and kept riding with the rest of them.

. . .

Guinevere kept tossing and turning on the cold ground near the fire, holding the blanket over her body tighter around herself. As her eyes were squeezed shut she unconsciously put her hand on her belly and she waited for a warm and calloused hand to go over hers, but she didn't feel anything. She groaned a little as she opened her eyes and forced herself up.

She looked around the fire and saw Podrick and Daemon fast asleep, Podrick mumbling softly in his sleep. She saw Brienne was still awake obvious that she could not sleep as well. She sat crossed-legged as Brienne was staring deep into the fire, deep in thought.

"Brienne," she asked as she sat up.

Brienne's eyes shot to her in alarm for a moment and then she realized it was just her and calmed down a bit.

"Yes, my lady," Brienne replied.

She scootched closer over to her and said, "I was wondering if you could tell me how…" she straightened herself up and continued, "How Jaime lost his hand."

Brienne froze and stiffened a little at her question. "Lord Bolton's men captured Jaime and I when we were fighting each other with our swords on a bridge. On the way to Harrenhal, all I kept hearing Jaime say to me was 'Don't fight them. Let them have you. Let them rape you or you'll get your teeth knocked out.'" She turned her eyes away from hers and stared deep into the fire as she continued, her eyes held horror, shame, and coldness in them, "Later that night when they made camp, Jaime and I were chained to separate trees and then three men and a man named Vargo Hoat came to me and they had a plan to come and rape me. I kept fighting them and fighting the three men while Hoat was talking to Jaime. They dragged me away and deep into the forest. I didn't want to give them what they wanted from me…I am a maiden and I wanted to it that way. Two men held my arms down and the other tried to hold my legs down and take it from me, but before they could g-get it, Hoat yelled for them to bring me back."

"They brought me back and chained me back up to the tree. I could barely hear what Hoat and Jaime were talking to each other and I saw them unchain him and he was talking about what kind of food he would like to have, a tent maybe, and sapphires. Vargo Hoat then pushed him down onto a stump and then he chopped Jaime's hand to teach him 'a lesson' and I've never thought Jaime would never scream, but…he screamed. After that he was broken and he didn't want to live anymore. When I was about to be raped, he told Hoat that my father would pay a lot to see me alive and that I'm still a maiden, he would pay him in sapphires and that's why they called them the sapphire island…that's not why they are called. They are called that because of how blue their waters are like sapphires. He lied about the sapphires to save me from losing something that matters to me."

Guinevere was listening intently as Brienne was talking. He always did have a way of saving maidens, she thought, he protected the innocent just like in his vows.

"Go on," Guinevere said in a gentle tone.

"When we were at Harrenhal, he told me about what really happened between him and Aerys and why he decided to become an oathbreaker. Lord Bolton planned on giving me to Vargo Hoat as 'his prize' and Jaime was against it, but Lord Bolton kept on saying that he hoped that he'd learned his lesson of overplaying his position. Once Jaime left Harrenhal, Lord Bolton came into 'my chambers' and without a word his men grabbed me and dragged me to a pit and they threw me into it with a wooden sword. They all stood around me as they watched me hold a sword in my hands and trapped with a bear. I kept hitting it and then its claws scratched me on my collarbone. I didn't know how long Jaime had been there, but soon he jumped into the bear pit and hulled me up onto his back and as soon as I got on the ledge I grabbed onto his arms and pulled him up. We were lucky enough to make out of there alive and then we went to King's Landing."

Guinevere was silent as she took in all the new information into her mind and processed it. She looked into the fire and then at Brienne, who shifted uncomfortably while she was sitting and she looked back down. She stood up abruptly and then said with her hand on the hilt on her sword, "Excuse me, my lady."

When Guinevere looked back up and Brienne was gone and she concluded that she must've disappeared into the woods.

"What do you know, he actually does have honor." Daemon said.

Guinevere jumped when he talked and her eyes shot to him. Daemon was leaning on his elbows as he looked to her.

"Daemon," she warned.

His hands went up in defense and said, "I know, I know. No need for scolding here."

She chuckled lowly and he laughed softly. "Tell me about Sansa."

He stiffened and sat up straight. "What is there to tell, my sweet sister."

She gave him a look and then he groaned. "How did you even meet Sansa in the first place?"

His jaw tightened for a moment and then it softened and he said, "I saw when she was in the gardens, sitting on a bench and she was crying. I went over to her and I sat beside her and asked why she was crying. At first she was hesitant to answer me, but then said that she missed her family, Lady her direwolf, and Winterfell. She would tell me stories about her family, most of them had to do with her little sister named, Arya and how she missed her improperness. Most of all she missed her father and she kept blaming herself for what she did for the queen and her own selfish needs to be with that prick of a prince, Joffrey."

"I stopped her and told her that she is not to ever blame herself and that the people who have wronged her will get what they deserved and it will be the worst fate to be given to someone. I expected her to be angry at me for what I've said, but instead she smiled and it was the most beautiful smile I had ever seen. I walked her back to her room and I kissed her cheek and she blushed as I left. One day I caught one of the Kingsguard beating her and her clothes were torn from the beating and I beat the man practically to death. Sansa, she looked at me as if she were scared I was going to finish the bastard's order, but instead I just took off my cloak and put it around her and carried her back to her room."

"I fell in love with her instantly because I saw how strong she had become. Even though they had beaten her and taken away everything from her she never lost hope of being free one day and with her family. I promised her that one day she will be free and that I wouldn't rest until it happened for her. She never deserved the future that they gave her…she deserved much more than that."

He smiled sadly at her and continued, "The worst part of our relationship is that I'm in love with a woman that may not be in love with me," he chuckled and looked back up to Gwen, "The things people would do for love."

Guinevere instantly thought of Jaime and felt a pang in her heart as she thought of him and what would happen if he had killed himself because of the loss of his hand.

So she replied the same thing she had said to him awhile back, "People do crazy things when they are in love"

Before Daemon could say anything, Brienne came striding out of the woods with her sword in her hand and she had blood on her, but it wasn't hers. "We are being attacked," she called out as she lightly kicked Podrick to wake up.

Daemon stood up and so did Guinevere, he looked to her went to her side with his sword in his hand, ready for a battle. Podrick stood behind Brienne with a dagger in his hand as a swarm of men with swords in their hands came out ready to attack. They lunged towards them Brienne swung her sword and sliced the bellys' of four men and elbowed a few more. Podrick managed to stab a few and then punch some of them in the noses.

Daemon pierced his sword in one of the men's head and then sliced another man's throat. He whirled around and he lunged his sword at her head and she ducked just in time to see his sword was actually aiming for one of the men behind her with a knife in his hand about to stab her. It seemed like all of the men were trying to get past them and to her. Brienne must've noticed this because she quickly gave a nod to Daemon and gave a nod in understanding back to her.

"Time to go," her brother said as he picked her up and put her on one of the horses. Her brows knitted in confusion and he forced her hands to hold onto the reins of the horse and he whispered, "Follow the sunrise and it will lead you to the Sunset Sea where Casterly Rock is laid."

He smacked the horse's ass and it responded by riding forward as fast away from the scene as fast as possible. Her brother mouthed, "I love you." and she mouthed it back as some tears wielded in her eyes as he turned back around and started to fight again, punching and stabbing the men.

Dameon managed to look back and smirked as he saw his little sister was out of sight and rider faster than the wind and fast enough to where no one could catch up to her. Just as he turned back one of the men punched him in the face and sent him flying backwards.

One of the men started to kick him in the stomach and then punch him in the face. He could taste his own blood forming in his mouth from the contact.

They suddenly stopped because of a raspy voice that commanded, "Stop."

They dragged him up from the ground and made him kneel beside Brienne and Podrick as the men held onto them by the shoulders. He was beaten up more badly than they were because he could only see out of one of his eyes. He felt a horrendous amount of pain course through him like a wave. He could barely breathe because of the men's blows to his body.

He took in sharp breathes as he forced his head to come up to face his captor, he could feel the dried blood on face and his hair as he looked up.

He froze as he whispered, his voice soft and difficult for him to speak, but he managed to whisper, "Lady Stark."
