Hey all! Hope you like the final chapter. If you didn't already know, I'm making a sequel called The next story - a Divergent fanfic. It will include the marriage and a surprise for you all. It will be inappropriate at times so I'll rate it either T or M. Please review or PM what you want to happen in the sequel and also, PM your name and what you look like for a chance to be in the next story! You have until the end of the week.

Enjoy! xx

Tris's POV

My hands are clammy with anxiety, my heart beating rapidly. I clench my fists tight and try not to imagine what's behind the door. Tobias must've noticed because he pulls me into a hug.

"I'm so proud of you," he whispers into my ear. I hold him tight before feeling him pull away. I can do this. I pull my nerves together and reach out for the door before hesitating. What if I was wrong? The simulation could've made hallucinations. But I have to know for sure. I grasp the door handle and hold it tight.

Be brave, Tris.

I turn the handle and walk cautiously into the room. When I look up, the first thing I see is Eric lying on his bed, a blonde girl on top of him, giving him a tongue bath. The girl realises we're here, and faces us, a horrified look plastered across her face. But I know her.

"Chanel?" I gasp. By now, Eric is sitting up, with pure hatred in his glare.

"What the hell are you doing here?" he screams, storming up to us. I realise someone had closed the door behind me. I'm on my own.
I back up against the door as he slams me against it. I kick him in the part I knew would hurt most, and he screams, falling to the ground. I feel someone brush past me and walk up to Eric.

"This will teach you for hurting my fiancée!" Tobias yells, kicking Eric's body. Fiancée, I think, butterflies fluttering in my stomach with delight. Chanel is screaming in the background, trying to push Tobias away but being unsuccessful. I walk up to Tobias and kiss him on the cheek.

"Thank you, but we should probably cut to the chase now," I say. His gaze warms up.

"Ok," he says, giving me a quick kiss. I help Tobias pin Eric to the ground, while everyone else holds Chanel back.

"Tell us where the missing Dauntless are," Tobias growls. I must admit, he sounds so sexy right now.

"I don't know where they are!" Eric yells. I nod at the others, who hold a knife against Chanel's temple.

"No! No don't you dare touch her!" he screams furiously, trying to escape.

"Then tell us where they are, or else," I hiss. A tear drips down his face. I've never seen him cry before. He must really love Chanel.

"Ok." Eric confesses everything.
Eric was jealous of Four, so he decided to take it out on everyone, stealing them one by one. Chanel had been sneaking out at night to meet him, which was why she was missing all the time. When Eric found out that Chanel was miserable because the initiates thought she was the attacker, he decided to tell her that he was the attacker. Chanel helped Eric capture people to get her revenge.

"I'll show you where they are if you let me go," Eric says, a little too willingly.

I laugh hysterically. "You really think we're that dumb?" At that moment, Zeke, Uriah and Max appear. I smile at them, "You're just on time." They all grab Eric and pull him up.

"You can't do this! I'm a Dauntless leader!" he yells furiously, twisting and struggling.

"Yet, we're doing it!" Uriah says in a baby voice which makes us all (except for Eric and Chanel) laugh. I look over at Chanel.

"What about her?" I ask.

Max and Zeke mutter something to each other.

"You're factionless," Max states. "Both of you." Everybody cheers as Chanel and Eric are taken away, before running up to me.

"You did it Tris!" "Congrats!" "Well done!" Everybody exclaims. Tobias laughs and scoops me up into his arms, making me squeal.

"Come on, Tris. Let's go home," he says.

Well that's it! Look out for the sequel which I hopefully would've started by the end of the week.
