The day was bright in London, not a cloud in sight in the blue sky, it were as if nothing wrong had gone on the night before in the muggle world. But in the wizarding world there were more people going missing and the paper that morning had yet again reported these abductions and fears of possible murders. Lucius knew what was happening, having been ordered to take part in said abductions and killings but of course he had to keep that information quiet.
Lucius walked through Diagon Alley, the climate quite hot today that he had opted for white shirt tucked into his black trousers and the sleeves rolled up. He was meeting a business client of his fathers at The Leaky Cauldron and despite having only been told a few days ago about Narcissa's engagement, he was hoping to run into Narcissa at the pub during his visit.
He entered the pub, ordering himself a firewhiskey before taking a seat at one of the wooden tables. Lucius hated this one, preferring the comforts of Saliunca Alley or The Cracked Cauldron in Knockturn Alley, at least in Knockturn Alley people minded their own business; mostly because it was the only place other than The Hog's Head that dodgy deals could be made without the Ministry getting involved.
Taking a mouthful of his drink, he checked his watch just as the seat opposite him was being occupied. Lucius looked up, nodding his head at the man sitting opposite him and ordered the bartender to bring over another firewhiskey, hoping that his meeting wouldn't be taking up too much of his afternoon.

"How long do you have to go?" Narcissa asked, walking down the creaky corridor above the bar.
"I have to find work somewhere if I'm to provide for you." Robert replied.
The two walked down the stairs to sit in the bar and order some lunch before Robert had to depart for his interview at the Ministry. Narcissa hated staying at The Leaky Cauldron, much preferring the comforts of her own home but her parents were still angry with Robert and had decided to spend a few days staying in a room near her fiance in order to give her parents the space they needed to calm down.
"I know that but I'm unfamiliar with how long interviews take." Narcissa said.
"An hour or two depending on how many people they have to talk to but I'm going to try my best to get this job." Robert replied, "Besides, I want you to be proud of me. Our children to be proud of me when that time comes."
"Children?" she asked.
She hadn't thought about having children, well not yet anyway.
"After we're married, I know what you told me about your mother's lessons and I respect that-"
The two sat down at one of the tables, looking at the menus to see what they were going to order for lunch. The Leaky Cauldron had slim pickings but she knew that Robert couldn't afford something expensive and she liked him all the more for it; she liked that he didn't have all the riches of the world because being rich didn't exactly mean you had everything. With Robert she could have everything; a marriage, happiness, a man who loved her and wouldn't lie to her like others in the past had done.
But it was as she was about to place her order that she froze. Sat two tables away was the man she hoped that she would never see again.

"So will Abraxas be happy about everything that we have discussed?"
Lucius shrugged, "I do not know Edward until I speak with him about the matter." Lucius replied.
"Well ask your father to write to me with his answer." said Edward, finishing his drink.
"Goodday to you." Lucius bade goodbye, shaking hands with the man before Edward rose from the table and left the pub.
He looked around the room, his gaze stopping on the petrified look coming from Narcissa two tables away. The man sat next to her was oblivious to the change in her expression. For a moment he debated whether he should leave her alone as she had requested but decided against it. He rose from his seat and took up an empty chair at their table.
"Can I help you?" the man asked, looking up from his menu.
"You can't no." Lucius replied curtly, "But the beautiful woman sat next to you can."
"I thought I was clear the last time we met." Narcissa hissed.
"Oh you were but you left me in a bit of a dilemma. When ones tutee doesn't let the tutor know of her final exam's progress, he begins to worry about a failure." Lucius teased.
"Exceeds Expectations if you must know Malfoy." Narcissa said through gritted teeth.
"Malfoy? As in Lucius Malfoy?" the man asked.
Lucius turned to the man on his left, holding out his hand.
"Lucius Malfoy. Narcissa and I go way back." he introduced, eyes staying on Narcissa's furious blue ones.
"Robert Flint."
Narcissa continued to glare at him, her eyes torn between telling him to go away and leave her alone and begging him not to reveal their past to her new fiance. Not that he knew that officially because as far as she was aware he didn't know. But thanks to Bellatrix he did and he was going to make sure she knew that the minute he could speak with her privately. There were a few things the two of them needed to clear up.
Robert checked his watch and started to panic, "Narcissa I forgot the time. I'm going to be late but Lucius can eat my meal and stay with you." he said.
"I'll be waiting here for you when you are finished." Narcissa smiled.
"Wish me luck." Robert whispered.
Lucius found it painful to watch as Robert pressed a light kiss to Narcissa's lips before departing from the pub. But he didn't look away because a part of him needed to see her like this with someone else if he was truly going to move on but another part of him wanted to be her friend again and possibly her lover but first they needed to talk.
"Leave me alone." Narcissa hissed.
"Not a chance." Lucius replied.
"What is it you want? You think I'm going to fall back into your arms after what you have done?" she asked.
"No but I must talk with you in private." Lucius answered.
"I do not think so!"
"Or I could wait and grill Robert about your life with him. I could question him about his motives with you, I could tell him everything about us or I could ask if if he's up to the task of your wedding night-"
"He's more than 'up to the task' thank you!"
Lucius froze, staring at her in disbelief.
"Then can we speak more privately unless you want the entire pub to hear this conversation?" asked Lucius.
She huffed as they both rose from the table, telling the waiter that they would eat later. Leading them both up a small staircase, Lucius wrinkled his nose at a foul smell coming from one of the rooms above the pub. It certainly wouldn't ever be his choice to stay here but he could see the reason of accomodation being the first choice to the people who needed a place to stay in London.
Narcissa let them both into the small room before closing the door behind them, revealing the small single bed with fresh sheets, a small wardrobe and bedside table with a lamp on it.
"How long are you in London?" Lucius asked.
"A few days, my parents wouldn't allow Robert to stay at the house." Narcissa replied.
"So I have heard."
Narcissa nodded, "We are engaged, due to be married in December." she said.
Her words hit him like an icy blade, making him jealous and hurt that there was another in her life but it was his own fault. He had told her the truth and had lost her, he hadn't fought for their relationship.
"Do you love him?" Lucius said with gritted teeth.
She turned to face him, eyes ablaze with surprise at his quesiton.
"That is none of your business."
Lucius set his eyes on the single bed, smirking to himself when it became obvious to him that there were no belongings in the room to suggest that Narcissa was sharing a bed with this Robert she was supposed to be marrying. He stalked towards her, making her back against the closed door.
"The evidence to me is pretty clear that you have not consummated your engagement as you have implied." Lucius muttered.
Narcissa glared at him, "How so?" she questioned.
He chuckled, moving the hair away from her neck, "The single bed, the lack of men's belongings in this room suggests that Robert is in his own room. Narcissa, I need to know if you love him and have no feelings for me whatsoever for my own sanity and so that I can move on." Lucius whispered.
Blue eyes closed and a soft moan escaped Narcissa's lips as his thumb carressed a sensitive spot on her neck. Lucius felt his restraint snap as his mouth crashed down on hers, pressing her closer to him and her back against the door; hands gripping each other as the kissed turned hungry and passionate. He knew that he should leave, turn away and leave her to marry this man who deserved her a lot more than he did but he couldn't help himself. For a long time he had regretted the way things had ended between them and for a long time he had been tortured by his love for her and the longing dreams he had for the two of them; seeing her again and having her in his arms again made the pain go away.
Lucius broke away from her mouth, kissing down her neck as he pulled his wand out from his pocket. Narcissa opened her eyes as she heard the sound of the door locking and the sound of a wand dropping to the floor as he continued to kiss and bite her neck. Her hands trembled as she unbuttoned his shirt, letting it fall to the floor along with their cloaks. He untied the sash of her dress before pulling down the zip and pushing it down her slim frame. Narcissa shivered at the cold contact of air on her skin as they moved from the door; still clutching and kissing the other as they fell on to the bed.
He pulled away from her as he started to remove her tights, admiring the way she looked in her black lacy underwear. Beautiful was the only word that came to his mind as the tights joined the rest of the clothes on the floor. Narcissa watched as he took off his trousers before he lingered above her, the evidence that he wanted her pressing against her thigh.
"I love you," he whispered, fingers tracing invisible lines on her abdomen, "You are the only person I have ever loved."
Narcissa said nothing but moved her head up and claimed his lips, tongues moving together in a heated and powerful frenzy. Hands removed the last remaining clothes on their bodies. Lucius pulled away from her lips and moved to kiss her neck, slowly teasing her as his lips went to her breasts. She squirmed underneath him, having never felt this pleasure before and surprise that he could make her feel this way.
She didn't know how much time had passed when he stopped kissing her breasts, kissing down her belly which made her writhe and moan louder until his face disappeared between her legs. She cried out when she felt his tongue circle her clit, her hands clutched at the bedsheets as she felt herself becoming more aroused the more faster he went. Narcissa closed her eyes as she cried out his name, surprised at the tone of which her voice was as if she was silently pleading for more to which he gladly gave. Her legs trembled as a wave of pleasure built up and up inside her, rushing through her entire body until she felt herself clench inside and as if lightning had struck, she came.
Lucius moved from between her legs, hovering over her as she calmed down from her first orgasm. Narcissa had never known that he could make her feel this wonderful and make her feel the want and need for more.
"Do you want this?" he whispered huskily.
Narcissa looked into his eyes, filled with desire and love. She could feel him pressing into her thigh as he caressed her hair, not wanting to rush her into this if she truly didn't want it. No words were spoken as she nodded her consent and leaned up to capture his lips with her own; once more sharing a needy and passionate kiss. He spread her legs a little wider, making her groan as she felt how much she needed him, how much she desired him; crying out at the unexpectedness of him pushing gently into her, feeling invaded and stretched and full as two bodies became one.
He held still, waiting for her to tell him when she wanted him to move, Lucius knew that first times for girls had to be a little painful. But he kept eye contact with her, studying her eyes as she gave him a little nod and slowly, he began to thrust in and out of her.
"Ahhh.." Narcissa moaned, her voice hoarse as she continued to feel the pleasure riding through her.
Lucius loved hearing her moans and gasps as she told him that he was hitting that spot, he hadn't expected her to even know that spot existed until after a few times. She muttered the three words that he wanted to hear from her and he covered her mouth with his own, feeling her clench around him as she came for a second time. Picking up the pace as he wrapped her legs around his waist for deeper penetration, he went faster and faster to let his own need for her take over, looking into her eyes the entire time; feeling her heart beating faster and faster in her chest, one last groan of her name, he released.

They didn't know how long they lay there, with Lucius on the bed and Narcissa half laying on top of him. She felt content laying in his arms after making love to him, no longer feeling angry about what he had done all those months ago. But the promise she had made to remain untouched until her wedding night had been broken and there was still the question of where she and Lucius now stood.
"Lucius?" she questioned.
"Hmm." he hummed contently.
"You need to leave soon, Robert will be back in a little while."
Lucius looked down at her, "Are you still marrying him after what we have just shared?" he asked.
Narcissa shook her head, "I can't but there is a lot that we need to talk about." she stated.
He groaned slightly as he sat up, pulling her up so she to was leaning against the headboard.
"What do you want to talk about?" Lucius questioned.
"Not here and not now, not with Robert due back from the Ministry at any moment." Narcissa hissed.
"So? Let him walk in on us."
"Lucius." Narcissa scolded.
"Very well, I will leave in a minute but when can I see you again to talk like you want to?" Lucius asked.
Narcissa smiled, "Tonight, I'll come by the manor." she replied.
"And Robert?"
"I'll end things with him but don't take this to mean that I'm jumping straight back in with you. We have a lot to talk about including what just happened between us." Narcissa stated.
They both untangled themselves and rose from the bed, silently gathering clothes and passing various items of clothing to the other. Lucius felt complete, knowing that Narcissa would be ending her engagement to Robert and that she wanted to talk things through properly was enough to give him hope. Once they were dressed, he gave her one last passionate kiss before departing, eagerly awaiting the time he would see her again.
