My Tooth Fairy
Enter: Cybertron
I think I've made you all wait long enough, so without further adieu, ENJOY!
~*O_O*~
There it was, bright, dark, shining, a glory for anyone, whom didn't know of it's inhabitants, to see. Cybertron looked like a large, spherical city that floated in the darkness of space, planets surrounding it and casting shadows over it as if they were its protector. The two girls could only stare in awe at the beauty that stood before them; and then in a flash it was gone and their gazing turned into a hollow glare as they watched Decepticon seekers and airships scoured over the planet in search of anyone who dared to disturb below.
Kili raised her head and crossed her arms with a growl, her green eyes following one of the nearer Decepticons. Then as she looked back to her friend she said, "When do we leave?"
Alexis, who had a much darker demeanor than her friend, turned from her post. She was silent for a long while before lifting her eyes off the planet and to Kili. "Soon, we need to gather a few things and you need a suit." Alexis walked to the back of the ship and Kili followed her, the door to the cockpit slamming shut behind them. They walked across a paneled floor, three small windows allowing sight to the outside world. Light from Cybertron poured into the hull, gliding over the girls like a silk drapery.
Alexis smacked a button and four panels slid open to reveal armor. Another hit opened three panels in the floor and wall to reveal both ranged and melee weapons. Kili stepped up to two of the panels that held human sized armor. She picked up a black and dark red chest plate before testing it against herself. A grin plastered itself against her face. "Now this I can do."
Alexis on the other hand found accessories to add on to her exterior.
It wasn't long before the two girls were set and ready, both thickly layered with enough armor that it seemed an army couldn't pass them. Kili wore the black and red armor all across her body, a respirator covered half her face and the rest was hidden behind glass goggles. A thick belt wrapped around her hips; On it she had six grenades latched onto it on one side, with a human sized cybertronian gun hanging on the other side. Placing her hands on her hips she smiled behind the mask.
"Me likey."
Alexis didn't have too much changed. She had attached double arm blades to each forearm, and along with that she had three guns attached down one leg and two down another. Snapped on the back of her heel she had rocket boosters to allow her minimal gliding or stabilization from falls. Grenades were hooked onto her hip, ten in total. On her back she had double bladed sword and a small axe. A small device was planted onto her chestplate and upon pressing it she could render herself invisible to any unobserving optic. Kili had the same type of device, and since the two had been linked, only the girls could see each other.
"These Con's won't know what hit them." Alexis stated as she locked on the last piece of her armor. "And when they do, it'll be too late." Her glare was filled with hatred towards the opposite fraction as she stared out the small window.
"Alexis, remember, don't let your emotions get in the way of finding, IronHide."
It seemed like forever before the femme snapped out of her trance, but once she did, she stiffened herself and curtly nodded her head. At the moment they were ready to leave, a high pitched wining sound filled the air outside and they rushed to the cockpit. One missile, almost as large as the ship in length, was heading for them. Stun kept them from moving and their eyes locked onto the missile. It spun gracefully through the air, creating such a force that a blaze almost engulfed the whole nose in oranges and reds. It wasn't until they were too late that Alexis snatched her friend from where she stood and ran for the back of the ship where the loading dock led them out into open space.
Their ears rang with the sound of the weapon as it grew ever closer. Stumbling, the femme shoved herself back up and repeatedly smacked the button that opened the hatch. It wheezed and groaned with old age, slowly descending. Kili tightened her mask and held her breath for as long as her body would allow. Then before they knew it, the missile collided with the ship, shattering it and sending the two into the black filled air.
Metal and weapons flew around them and smashed against their heads. Kili found herself blacking out many times before finally succumbing to the pain in her head. Alexis though tried as hard as she could to stay awake, her optic-sight blurry and her whole body feeling numb.
Debris smashed against Alexis's hand that held the unconscious human and she watched as her friend was swept away from her. She reached out and called out Kili's name, but not even she could hear her cracking voice. Groaning in pain, she thrusted out her arm once more, but the human girl was too far.
Metallic rope flew past her and she gripped it in her servo to fin it was a whip that she had previously seen but not taken. Utilizing it, she tossed it out and snagged Kili's ankle. The girl stirred in her unconscious sleep and let out a painful moan as she was rallied back to her friend. When close enough, Alexis gently held her friend and looked over her armor. Nothing seemed to be ruined nor broken, meaning her friend still had a life to live.
Alexis waisted no time and began moving towards Cybertron. She made sure to keep away from any Decepticon activity, not wanting them to be noticed and taken in. It was cold, the hollow air around her whipping through her metal plates and clawing deeper inside her.
Alexis pede's landed softly against the metal grounding of Cybertron, her whole being and Kili's hidden in a mask of darkness. She looked up to the planets above, and at the new point of view, she almost felt as if they were now glaring down at the planet in distaste against it's new leader and way of life.
"Mmmm, where are we?" The femme looked down to her friend who sat up, holding her head in her hands. "Last thing I remember is a missile headin' for us."
Deciding to leave out the details, Alexis said, "We're on Cybertron." Without another word, she looked back up to the sky to see a fleet of seekers soaring over them, their engines sending a chilling shake through the abandoned buildings. It was almost comforting to be in the dark, knowing that those who had harmed her before could not find her. She knew it wouldn't last long, that once she left their current safe haven, the Decepticons would know they were there and would immediately put out a search for them.
"What's on your mind."
"Nothing."
"I know that look, Alexis. Don't try to lie to me."
Alexis let out a huff as she looked back down to her friend, now co-warrier, if that was even the right word to use. Shutting her optics, total blackness surrounded them, and when she opened them again, light illuminated her friend with a bright blue hue. "We have to leave soon, and when we do, it won't be pretty."
"We'll have to leave separately." Alexis nodded at that, leaving alone would mean less detection for the both of them.
"You have the comm. I gave you?" Kili nodded and pressed her right ear, a light buzzing noise erupting into both of their comm's. "Alright," Hesitantly, Alexis placed Kili onto the ground and the human stepped back; there almost seemed to be a twinge of fear in her movement, but it quickly vanished. "I have my mission, do you remember yours?"
"Infiltration, ya."
"Good, then. ." Alexis felt emotions flood her and she tried hard to push them aside. "I'll see you when our paths cross."
Not a single noise was passed between the girls from then on and in the still night, they went their own ways. Alexis trudged down the dark alleyways of forgotten Cybertron. It was painful for her to see so much life depleted and thrown away; but she could see some of the city still fighting to stay alive, trying hard to keep it's former glory and stand tall amidst the ravaging death. Her spark sank as she heard small battles going on between protesting Transformers and humans whom had been kidnapped as slaves for Cybertron. Gunshots rang out and pierced her audio receptors, but what followed next is what sent chills up her spin. Screams filled the air, painful, awful, gargling screams of innocent people who most likely were only killed for the pure pleasure of the Decepticons.
"Keep moving." She told herself, but the noises - even when she found herself miles from the grounds - haunted her and clawed at her processor until it begged for mercy. "Just, keep moving. You're here for one thing and one thing only." Her digits clenched and unclenched with anticipation, her optics watching as she reached the edge of her first city.
Arachnid had said IronHide was located on the dark side of Cybertron, a place where not even most Decepticons would venture themselves. Fear gnawed inside her at the thought of the dark side, of what could possibly be lurking in there to scare away those who were supposed to be feared, not fearful.
Thinking back to her encounter with Ironhide in her dream, he looked to be heavily chained up. So he must've been put in a place with either high security or very high inescapability. Even though he wasn't the sneakiest of mechs, he was large and could plow through walls if he wanted too and as well break chains. So the place had to have thick walls that were heavily reinforced.
Alexis shook her head rapidly and stopped a pede against the ground in an angry fit. "Gah, who am I kidding!" She hadn't even fully known what the planet had looked like until now and never once had she had a chance to learn of what or where anything was. She was useless even to herself in the truth that she wouldn't even be able to navigate the planet with a GPS and tracker.
Looking back up to the planets, she gazed at them. Somehow she felt that the answers to her problems would just fall out of the sky and land at her pede's. It was a long shot wish, but sometimes grasping onto imagination is better than trying to grip reality. "I made a promise to you, IronHide, and I won't break it." She began walking again, making sure not to drive unless she found an unbroken long stretch road or it was absolutely necessary. Hopefully she'd find something soon so that she didn't have to walk for long.
~*O_O*~
When no smooth road showed itself, the passing minutes formed easily into hours. Alexis began to feel fatigued, her arms numb and her legs like limp jelly noodles. She didn't even think it was possible for a transformer to feel this worn out. Her mind as well had become slow to thinking and at times she almost thought she had seen a fleet of Decepticons coming toward her, but a second glance proved it was more fallen debris and junk.
This time though, her mind wasn't playing tricks on her.
Alexis had finished another break of peering up at the sky when she looked down at optic level to see four Decepticons heading her way. By their frames she could tell three were mech and at least one of them was a femme. They were chatting, engrossed so much into their war stories that they didn't notice the femme before them grappling one of the weapons clipped on her leg.
It was a slow process, collecting her thoughts, warming the weapon and gathering what courage she had. She knew there was a choice of running, hiding in a dark alcove, but what was the point, they'd either see her and report back to higher authorities or kill her on spot.
It was the femme of the group who spotted her first. Alexis watched with caution as the femme stopped, pointed to her, then turned to her comrades and told them. They, too then turned to see Alexis standing there, her body slumped halfway over with sleep deprivation and emotions uncontrollably racing through her.
They paused in their tracks, their voices suddenly falling into a stand-still. Hushed whispers passed around them, most likely trying to figure out if she was friend or foe. Of course she was a known foe to them after about three seconds, her colors were far to light for Decepticon, and the arsenal that was packed on her screamed someone who was going to fight.
When she got tired of waiting, Alexis straightened herself and yelled, "You gonna stand there all night or am I just gonna have to kill you all one by one!?" Her spark nearly stopped when she heard what she said and she knew her survival chances had now just dropped.
The bulkiest of the group whipped around on his heel and glared at her, his blood red optics glaring into hers. The light that shone on him showed black, burnt orange and charred red as his color scheme. Dried energon reached from the tip of his digits to the crease of his arm, showing he'd recently killed. The angered scowl was slowly replaced with a sickening grin and once a large cannon was situated in his servo's, he charged.
Alexis didn't even think twice about her actions as she charged the hulking mech, a battle cry escaping her. He raised his weapon and tried to bring down the butt of it onto her helm, but she skimmed past the spear like end, tumbled backwards and then shot him in the back. He lurched forward with his own cry before turning to face her, his scowl back.
He spoke, his voice deep and gruff, "If you think bein' brave is gonna save you; you're weaker than you look."
"At least I don't hide myself behind a weapon." Her voice came off cocky and his scowl only grew deeper. He blasted his cannon, the red fire like shot swiftly coming at her. She tried moving, her actions resulting in her being scathed by the burning flame. She seethed, the pain too immense to let out a scream. She fell to one knee, keeping a pede firmly on the ground for when she regained herself. The mech walked up to her - his look of this-was-too-easy - and covered her head with the tip of his cannon. She took in a deep intake before slowly grabbing out a grenade from her belt. Time seemed to slow between when he triggered the weapon to fire and Alexis jabbed the grenade into the large energy collector that resided inside. The small weapon blinked rapidly before exploding, allotting her time to roll back as he fired without realization.
It backfired on him and exploded, the force so great that it tore his limbs nearer to the weapon off. The weapon itself was destroyed and with it, his face was half gone, energon spurting from singed pipes. Alexis looked up to the three remaining Decepticons and saw spite against her flashing across their optics.
"You afraid of a little competition?" Her voice cracked and her throat clenched, her optics peering into the three pairs before her. They all held the same emotion, and she knew now that each one would come all at once or not at all. "Tell me one thing and I might let you all live!"
"And what is there for us to fear about you?"
She tried to snicker, but it came out as a petrified huff. "I killed your friend."
"Please, you relieved us of our competition." Her servo's clenched tightly together. "But, if you wish a fight," Alexis yelped as the femme disappeared from her post and showed up only inches from her faceplate. "Then a fight you shall get." The dim light of Alexis's optics casted an eerie glow on the femme's face, showing a dark grin that was laced with anger. "Then again, no one kills one of our own without permission."
"Oh, I think I forgot my slip." Alexis spat back sarcastically. The grin turned into a sneer and she knew she'd hit a point. Then again, it didn't take that long to anger most Decepticons.
The femme swiped her servo at Alexis chest and left five deep gashes in her wake. Alexis gasped in pain and looked down to see energon seeping from the wounds. She growled at the femme and tried to smash her in the chest with her elbow, but her enemy ended up catching her extremity and twisted her so that she was sent flying away.
Alexis forced herself up, keeping one arm on the ground. Her systems felt weak already from the loss of what little energon she had in her body. Looking up, she saw the femme coming her way, and she looked ready to kill something, or rather, her. Alexis moved onto her unstable pede's, but only found herself tumbling back onto her butt. The femme dug her heel into Alexis's chest, energon staining her red exterior.
"See, the think about, NocturneBlaster is that he prefers. . Or well, preferred, his cannon over any other fighting. . . And well me," She smashed her other pede into Alexis's face, "I kept telling that hunk of scrap that if he didn't try something new he'd be gettin' himself killed real soon." Alexis tripped her and then reached for a weapon, but the femme kicked her in the stomach, catching a few of her metal plates in Alexis's scrapes. "And look what happened." She let out a sharp chuckle, "I was right."
"Like. . . I. . . Care." Twisting her body, Alexis escaped from under the femme's hold. Grunting, she scurried to her feet and fell into a weak fighting position. Taking a step forward, she swung a fist at the femme. Metal clashed against metal and Alexis watched as her assailant stumbled back; the femme's servo gripped her chin, blue energon seeping through her digits.
Alexis twisted around and kicked the femme in the chest, knocking her onto her back. Smirking, she looked up to the other two who stood in shock. A sharp pain dug into her back and she let out a scream. The femme had pierced her and slowly she drew out her digits, pain washing up and down Alexis's back. When it was over, she cloaked herself with invisibility and fell to the ground, slightly peering up to see a dazed and confused look on her enemy. She began crawling away, the gash in her chest dripping with energon.
The femme began to slowly walk forwards, a long energon blaster scraping against the ground, "Where are you?" She fired up the weapon and shot near Alexis who let out a yelp and rolled away with a jerk. "You can't hide forever."
Alexis fought back the urge to say something back, knowing she had a better chance of survival by escaping than fighting. She didn't know why she provoked a fight, maybe it was the need of wanting questions, or the anger that swelled inside of her knowing that her loved one was here.
Another shot fired out and she quickened her pace. Her knees and servo's began to hurt from the metal that dug into them, but she felt so weak that trying to peer up would drain her of energy. An alley came into her view and she sped towards it, the femme all the time following her scuffling noises.
"Honestly, I would think someone fleeing for their life would be much more silent." A snicker escaped her and she shot again, burning through part of Alexis's exterior. Squeezing her body into the narrow alley, Alexis fell stiff and watched as the femme walked past her. She let out a heavy sigh, her optics following the tip of the weapon until only the femme's pede steps could be heard. After the moment, her invisibility device gave out and she reappeared.
One of the two remaining mechs called out to the femme. "Lamuna!" The pede's stopped and she heard the femme locking her weapon back into place.
"What!?" Lamuna snapped back, angered by the interruption.
"We have to leave, Megatron has requested our presence immediately." There was a deep growl and stomping, but it stopped just before the alley. Alexis pushed farther back into the narrow cove and almost let out a screech when a servo shaped metal pressed up against her back. A face peered into the crease between the buildings and showed the face of Lumina.
"Until next time, prey." She spat near Alexis and walked off before transforming. The two others transformed as well and she heard three engines roar as aircrafts burst into the finely lit night. The femme could've killed her just like that, she was trapped and Lamuna had a weapon. But yet she did nothing, only spoke and then walked away, telling Alexis that their newly created feud was not yet finished.
Alone, Alexis kept her optics open wide, watching whatever passed the small cove. When nothing of danger came her way, and after a hour of watching, she pulled out compressed cubes from her sub-space.
Her servo shook as she enlarged the energon cube and brought it to her mouth. It was so sweet going down, but also left a burning sensation in her mouth and throat. Though as it reached her tanks, she started to feel replenished; then the feeling was gone when she lurched over and purged of what had thought to of settled in her tanks. It was the thought of killing the mech that made her sick, but the thought of having to encounter Lamuna again sent her over the edge. She hadn't even been on Cybertron for a whole day and already she had an enemy.
Alexis wiped her mouth and spit, oddly enough, energon tasted more disgusting coming back up than it did going down. She leaned back against the wall, resting her head on the cold steel, hoping this night would end soon. Taking in a deep breath to cool her systems she looked back up to the planets, watching as they turned and swept over the land. Still they looked taunting, but yet, in a way they seemed protective; as if they were watching over her and were going to keep her safe in the midst of Cybertrons anger.
Situating herself into a comfortable position, Alexis closed her optics. She would have to tend to her wounds later as now exhaustion wouldn't even allow her to move. But for her, the way she felt, the energon loss she's had, she didn't even know if there would be a later.

How's that for a first day in a new place? I swear if school were like that, I'd just huddle myself in my room and lock the door with a thousand deadbolts XD. But, thankfully the two made it and Alexis is on her way to find what has been stolen from her; and she'll get there. . . . Eventually.
I want to thank all those who continually support my story and those who come aboard during the story! It's cool to see that you guys keep reading and liking it, even with the messed up turns that don't seem to make sense! Well, I think I've said enough, so, have a great day/night!
