The current match had progressed to twenty seven minutes as it was. It was more or less one sided, as Gotenks, not even at full power, was dominating Bojack. Clearly, he was having fun. However, not everyone was. For back in Castle Oblivion, Vegeta was getting mad.
Vegeta: Those fools. They need to finish this now. Before the fusion wears off.
Goku: Agreed.
Adrian: Why though?
Goku: There's a thirty minute time limit. They're almost at the limit. And didn't you say yourself that should the fusion stop, they're disqualified?
Adrian: I did. So yeah, I agree.
Vegeta: You act as if you don't care.
Adrian: That's because they have been useful doing what they have been. I feel so much stronger now. And when Gotenks wins this, we win, and I will sink my claws into that monger, and rip his flesh from the bone, the soul from the body, and crush it all into dust!
Adrian's eyes glowed as she began to display a rather evil looking grin. Her fighters backed away a bit, not used to seeing this from her. However, King Vegeta smirked himself.
Buu: Why so bloodthirsty?
Gohan: It's because she saw her son die. Wouldn't have happened if Assmodeus hadn't gotten to him. No parent would be able to let that kind of stuff go. I nearly lost it when Pan faced him.
At the fight...
Gotenks: You're a bore Bojack. Here I was expecting something. Though good for you that you're still able to stand.
Bojack: You think you can win this? I am the almighty Bojack. I will kill you.
Gotenks: Please, you lost to our brother when he was twelve. We're stronger then him no-
It was then, that the fusion wore off. Bojack smirked, as Goten and Trunks looked at each other, panic on their faces.
Trunks: Okay, so we're out then. According to the rules, we've lost. You're right. Later!
Trunks and Goten tried to fly off, only for Bojack to cut them off, and punch them both hard. Being that they were exhausted from the fusion, they both hit the ground hard. Bojack then picked them both up by their heads, and gleefully smirked.
Bojack: Scream for me!
Bojack then began to bash their skulls together. He kept repeating the action, as both moaned in pain. After two minutes, he gave one mighty yell, and bashed their skulls together so hard, they exploded into a mess of blood and skull fragments. He then dropped the now dead bodies, and he continued to laugh.
With Assmodeus...
Assmodeus: Good work Bojack. Loved how you finished them off. The next round shall begin shortly. Things are looking all the more sweeter now.
Assmodeus rose him from his throne, and felt the chaos energy that was produced from Goten and Trunks's deaths, all come to him.
At Castle Oblivion...
The entire castle was now shaking in fury, as three of the warriors were mad with rage. Gohan, Goku, and Vegeta, were nearly ready to blow up the castle, when Adrian stepped infront of them, and slapped Gohan down.
Adrian: Save it for later. Vegeta, into your pod. Only three matches remain, and that's only if we lose the next two. That better not happen.
Vegeta angrily stomped off to his pod. The lights flickered, as they began to decide who was to be next in the fight. It landed on him, and he smirked. He was teleported away to a valley made up of all bones.
Meanwhile, on the Supreme Kai's planet...
Elder Kai: So that's who Vegeta's going to face. Well this is going to be a tough one.
Kibito Kai. Indeed. I just hope that what's going to inevitably happen, doesn't tear things apart. Especially since Assmodeus might have another way to gain power.
Elder Kai: Oh, really?
Kibito Kai. Yes. The Siege of the galaxy will begin regardless in the next 25 years, but there is a way that they can be summoned early. And I believe Assmodeus knows exactly how.
It was then, that both Kai's felt a familiar presence. They turned to see a markless Vega there, walking towards them, sporting a halo.
Vega: Weeeeeeelllll. This is interesting news. So tell me, why exactly do you know this information?
Kibito Kai: It's because I saw it happen. There is a central hub between all life forms. A neutral grounds space station, called the Citadel. It's been around for millions of years, and in there, is a machine that is activated by a signal, that is given by one member of the siege. Siege..that's what one race called the event, but the previous dominant race, the Protheans, had a far better fitting name for those monstrosities.
Elder Kai: Oh. Well seeing as I was sealed in a holy sword for millions of years, why don't you tell us what that name is?
Vega: I'm curious myself.
Kibito Kai: The name that was given to those mechanical war machines...was the Reapers. As in what humans called, the grim reaper. Bringers of death and destruction. Their one goal, was to harvest the dominant race, just because they could, in a cycle that begins anew every fifty thousand years. Even I doubt the sayians could defeat them. The only reason I feared Buu more, is because unlike the Reapers, Buu didn't have a goal...just pure destruction in mere seconds. But the Reapers...they could turn you into their slaves, just by being in their presence. Very similar to what happened to you Vega.
Vega: Damn. So what you're telling me, is that the snake wants to summon them, to do what they do, just for alot of death and destruction. And with that, comes a mass abundance of chaos energy, that he plans to absorb himself. If he absorbs that much, he will rule the universe. This is not good.
Kibito Kai: Definitely not. The only reason he didn't last time, was because while he was the devil, your great grandfather, Lucifer, stepped in and stopped him. Sadistic as he was, Lucifer at least respected the universe. Shortly after that, Adrian had to step up and lead a coup.
Vega: She was successful in it as well. That's good. But...how do we stop grandfather from his plans? Only mom would be strong enough, but if he manages to get away, he'll go to the citadel and complete his master plan. Damn that jerk!
Elder Kai: Why don't you do something about it?
Vega: See this fricken halo? That's why. I'M DEAD!
Elder Kai: That can be fixed though.
Vega: Not enough time to gather the dragon balls, plus they still can't be used for a while.
Kibito Kai sighed, before a slight smile was on display. Inspite of the situation, he was able to smile at least. He then sat down, and looked up at the sky.
Kibito Kai: Wise beyond your years Vega. Yes, there is little doubt in my mind that you will be the one who decides the fate of the universe. Your destiny is almost upon you. Which is why what I'm about to do, will be something that will be of great help.
Elder Kai: Oh no you don't. You're not using THAT technique. Unlike me, you can't afford to.
Kibito Kai: True, but I know you're reluctant to help.
Elder Kai: Hey, I might not always get along with him, but that's just because he's to damn impatient. But I will say he has a great deal of my respect, especially after sacrificing yourself, with your own attack, to save your friend. Question is, if that situation arose again, would you still do it?
Vega: Without a second thought. I don't know why, but Pan's worth it. Anyone else...I probably wouldn't.
Elder Kai: Fair enough. And while we were arguing, your elder brother's been fighting the legendary Super Sayian.
Vega: What? I thought Kakarot was? He's not evil, and I know Vegeta is still on our side.
Kibito Kai: I'm afraid not. The legendary Super Sayian's name, is Brolly. And he's likely one of the worst opponents to face.
At the fight...
Vegeta was feeling a bit beat up, as Brolly had did some serious damage to him. But Vegeta was far from out, as he had managed to break some of Brolly's ribs.
Brolly: Kakarot's NEXT!
Vegeta: You won't be going near him, because I'm going to do what my father would have done if not for Frieza. I'm going to kill you, once and for all.
Brolly laughed at Vegeta's response, and fired out a massive volley of large green energy blasts that could have leveled big cities. Brolly then moved fast, and punched Vegeta hard. Even as a Super Sayian 2, it was hard to fight Brolly.
Brolly: Die!
Brolly flew up, and charged up a massive attack that could have destroyed a couple planets. He fired it, and Vegeta caught it.
Vegeta: I won't allow you to win Brolly. There was a time I feared you, but I have become much stronger. Even if my race is gone, I am still their prince. And as the prince, I represent all the finer qualities of our race, that I only allow Kakarot and his family, to represent equally. We are a warrior race. Proud fighters, whether destroyers or protectors. But the one thing we are not, is mindless, insane, pieces of trash! So I will do whatever it takes to rid you Brolly. For my race, my family, and even Kakarot...I WILL KILL YOU!
Vegeta then felt something inside of him snap, as he felt an overwhelming power surge through him. His power shot up by over five hundred times what it was before, and his gold hair grew long. He had evolved into a Super Sayian 3, and pushed every bit of energy into his attack, and successfully began to push back the attack, to the point where it shot fast at Brolly. Brolly couldn't block it, and was fully engulfed by it, causing a massive explosion, which rocked most of hell itself, and nearly shattered the barrier between heaven and hell. Of course, it repaired itself. Brolly was seen falling back to the ground. Vegeta had collapsed as well. When Brolly hit, he got up, and staggered towards Vegeta. He grabbed the Sayian by the hair, and lifted him up. When he did that, Vegeta smirked.
Brolly: DIE!
Vegeta: You first!
When Vegeta said that, he quickly shot his hand into Brolly's gut, causing Brolly to keel forward and spit blood. The punch had nearly gotten through him. Vegeta then chuckled, as he blasted Brolly with a massive Big Bang Attack, which ripped the legendary Super Sayian into two, before exploding, causing many body partss to go flying. Luckily, Vegeta had not been affected by the explosion. He collapsed again, this time, powering down to normal. It was then, that he was teleported out.
The next thing Vegeta saw, was that he was back in Castle Oblivion. He had won his match. And being that so did the majority of Adrian's fighters, Adrian officially retained her devil status. All the servant demons, and all the other fighters, began to clap with Adrian, in congratulations to Vegeta's well fought victory.
Goku: I knew you could do it.
Vegeta: Yeah. There was no doubt i'd get it.
King Vegeta: I'm proud of you son.
Suddenly, the whole castle shook, as a massive black bean hit it, causing a massive hole. Assmodeus flew in, fully transformed. He now looked like a Cobra warrior, snake skin and all, with massive fangs.
Assmodeus: You really think that I'm going to let you get away with this Adrian?! You're a big fool. It's time for you to die. As for you two...Hirudegarn, show them your power. Cell...terrorize the earth!
Cell: My pleasure
As Cell teleported out, the massive insect like beast known as Hirudegarn roared. Buu growled a bit, and stepped forward.
Buu: Buu deal with big ugly.
Adrian: Good to know. Jayden, you're basically a better version of Cell, in every way. Why don't you show him why. The rest of you, take care of any revolters. The snake is mine!
Jayden nodded, and teleported to Earth to face Cell. Adrian then began to transform. She grew taller,with massive black wings coming out. Her clothing shredded into bindings, as her muscle definition grew. Her skin turned crimson, her eyes pure back, and her teeth all became pointed.
Adrian: SO THIS IS IT FATHER! THIS TIME, I'M ALL OUT OF MERCY! THIS TIME, I'LL RID YOU FROM THIS UNIVERSE, FOREVER!
Assmodeus: You can try, but today, my ambitions will be realized.
Back on the Supreme Kai Planet...
Vega: So this is it. Mom's going to stop him.
Elder Kai: Maybe, but if she fails, then there is one thing left to do. We told you what needs to be done. You will be tested, and if you succeed, then you may stand a chance. But even then, you have to convince the other sayians to help you out. You must become the next Super Sayian God.
Kibito Kai: Yes. Which is why before you go back to hell, give these to Goten and Trunks.
Kibito Kai clutched his wrists. Two wrist rings fell off, and landed on the ground. Vega picked them up, and looked at them
Kibito Kai: Those rings are very special. They are dimensional rings. It will allow them to travel inbetween dimensions easily. While they don't give the user instant transmission, they do however, remove the barrier between life and death, which means that in the very likely case of Assmodeus succeeding and getting to the Citadel, they can join you for helping.
Vega: Nice. But, why aren't I getting one?
Elder Kai: Because Vega...you need to be alive.
It was with that, that the Elder passed out. Vega felt a strong, hot surge flow through him. He literally felt his blood flowing through his veins again. He even felt his halo vanish. The Elder Kai slowly got up, but this time, sporting his own halo.
Elder Kai: Don't waste this gift. Your mother is fighting against the worst evil. Succeed in your trial, and claim, what is yours. And when you face Assmodeus, make sure that this time, he's dead. Don't make the same mistake your mother made. Destroy his soul!
Vega nodded, and teleported away. He went right to where Goten and Trunks were. They were currently at the checkout station, having finished being processed.
Vega: You idiots. You could have won the entire thing. But you got cocky, and now you're dead.
Trunks: So are...wait where's your halo?
Vega: Yeah...about that...I ain't dead. And we're going back to hell. But first, you two need to put these on.
Vega handed them the rings. They placed them on. As soon as they did that, Vega grabbed them, and teleported the three of them back to hell.
Vega: The fighting has already begun. The old snake wouldn't let it be. Assist in every way possible, and don't get cocky.
Goten: We get it kid. We messed up big time.
Vega: Glad to see you know. But first things first...Get Pan. I doubt Gohan wants her to fight, and to be honest...I don't either.
Goten: We'll get her out of the fire.
Trunks: Yeah. But what are you doing?
Vega: I'm going to get something. Something that in the correct hands, will give us an edge. Don't know how long it will take though.
With that said, the three nodded in understanding. Goten and Trunks flew off to join the massive battle, while Vega entered in the still recovering debris, falling down into a deep pit that he knew he had to rush to.
