One Year Later.
..
.
"San,"
Santana felt Quinn shake her shoulder slightly.
"Ah?" Santana managed to respond.
"She's crying sweets," Quinn whispered.
"Is it my turn already?" Santana mumbled.
"Yeah," Quinn answered and kissed her neck, "Just go bring her to our bed."
"Kay," Santana managed to say.
She maneuvered her way out of the bed and made her way out of the room. She rubbed her eyes; it was about 6 in morning. On any other day she would be up by now but she was just so tired today, last night she was in the studio recording for a good while and she would have to go in later on today too. Santana entered the nursery and walked over to the crib where her baby was crying.
"Aw don't cry baby girl," Santana cooed as she picked her up, "Don't cry Brie."
Santana peppered her baby with kisses and she slowly stopped crying. She rocked her in her arms before making her way back to their bedroom. Quinn was snuggled up into the pillows and had already made room for Brie on the bed.
"Here you go beautiful," Santana whispered to the baby as she placed her down on the bed.
Quinn opened her eyes and smiled at the sight of their baby. She leaned over and kissed Brie's forehead, "She stopped crying."
"Yeah. I think she just wanted to be with us," Santana smirked.
Quinn chuckled and carefully wrapped her arm around her baby and snuggled into her. Santana laid down next to them and watched them fall asleep, she couldn't help but smile. It was so crazy and amazing how it all had happened. Not even a month after the Grammy Awards Quinn found out she was pregnant, this time however they really didn't get their hopes up in case anything happened. Fortunately nothing happen and Santana and Quinn were over the moon excited, they were finally gonna have a baby.
Four months ago Quinn gave birth to Brianna Elise Fabray-Lopez and she was precious, they called her Brie for short. Brie had taken a lot of Santana; she had come out a brunette and with tan skin, as well as her cheek bones. From Quinn she had gotten the eyes and the smile which Santana adored and was extremely happy about, their baby was so precious and cute.
"Mami loves you," Santana whispered as she kissed Brie's forehead.
Santana watched her family in front of her; she knew this was a moment she could not pass by. She reached towards the night stand to get her phone. She snapped a few pictures and smiled at them. She knew this was a picture she had to share. So she sent it to the Fabray's and posted it on Instagram.
SantanaFabrayLopez: I am truly blessed #Quinning4life.
She smiled at picture once more before putting her phone away and cuddling into the covers.
As she fell asleep she couldn't help but think how truly blessed she was.
..
..
..
"Ahhh,"
Quinn chuckled as she watched from the foot of the bed. Brie was still lying on the bed with Santana except she was awake and Santana wasn't. Brie kept squealing and giggling on the bed, she was also sucking on her hands. She pressed her little wet hand against Santana's cheek and squeal.
"Ew Brie," Santana mumbled in her sleep.
Quinn smiled to herself and slowly made her way towards Santana to wake her. She shook her shoulder light and called her name, Brie could not stop squealing either.
"Babe let me sleep," Santana groaned and slowly wrapped her arm around Brie.
"San I have to go to work remember? I have to go sign the contract for my new movie, meet the producers, the cast and crew. We might have to do a quick table read," Quinn explained.
This made Santana open her eyes and perk up, "Work?"
"Yeah I leave in a few minutes."
"I have to be in the studio today," Santana began, "Who's gonna take care of Brie?"
"You are," Quinn said, "You said you would. We've talked about this, my mom or Fran aren't free today and Rachel is out of town."
"Aw crap," Santana sighed, "I must have forgotten... Alright, well then I'll figure out something."
"You sure?" Quinn asked hesitant.
"Yeah don't worry about it babe," Santana reassured.
"Okay well then I'll see you for dinner?" Quinn smiled.
"Yeah," Santana agreed.
Quinn leaned down and gave Santana several kisses.
"Mm," Santana moaned in between the kisses, "You should come back to bed."
Quinn chuckled and gave Santana one last soft kiss, "Work is work San,"
Quinn turned to their baby who was now squirming around on the bed. Quinn picked her up and peppered her with kisses and began to coo her.
"Such a pretty girl my little Brizzy," Quinn kissed Brie's cheeks.
"Just like her mama," Santana smirked.
Quinn smiled, "Alright I'll see you at dinner, take care and take care of Brie."
"Always," Santana promised.
Quinn kissed her baby's forehead once more before handing her to Santana. She blew her a kiss at Santana and said her last goodbyes.
"That wasn't a real kiss you know," Santana chuckled as she watched Quinn walk out.
Quinn chuckled and turned back as she walked, "Too bad sugartits,"
Santana laughed and turned back to Brie, "Your mom's a trip baby girl."

..
.
"She says, "Yeah, he's still coming, just a little bit late.
He got stuck at the Laundromat washing his cape."
She's just watching the clouds roll by and they spell her name,"
Santana sang.
She had been in the studio for a few hours recording with the band. They were working on their fourth album, recording their next single 'Waiting for Superman'. Santana ended up bring Brie with her to the studio and no one seemed to mine. The band and the producers were actually stoked to see her, so while she was recording she let them take care of her. She was in the booth recording when the producer suddenly cut the music.
"What's up?" Santana asked.
"Brizzy is crying for you," Her producer said.
"Aw crap, sorry," Santana said, "I'll be right out."
Santana set down her headphones on the music stand and quickly headed out of the booth, she went back to the main part of the studio. Sam was the on hold Brie who was crying in his arms. He and Puck were cooing her while Blaine was looking for her bottle and Finn was trying to distract her with the teddy bear.
"I think she just wants Santana," Sam said.
"Aw baby girl don't cry," Santana said as she took Brie in her arms.
She rocked softly and kissed her head, Brie began to stop crying when she saw who was holding her. Instead she began to grab Santana's cheeks, which she loved. Once she was called down Santana tried to hand her back to Sam but Brie turned away from him.
"Come on Brie Mami has to go record," Santana pleaded.
"Just take her in there with you?" Puck suggested.
"Yeah," Their producer agreed, "She seems calmer when she's with you."
Santana seemed hesitant, but she ended up going for the suggestion. She just wanted to finish her verses of the song already. So she made her way back in there with Brie in her arms. After she managed to put her head set on she gave the producer her queue and the music began.
"She says, "Yeah, he's still coming, just a little bit late.
He got stuck at the Laundromat washing his cape.""
Santana began to sing, however she came to a stop when suddenly Brie began belting. She turned to look at her baby who was now giggling.
"Ahhhhhh," Brie belted.
Santana chuckled and raised Brie up higher closer to the mic.
"Just like mami," Santana smiled, "Hey Puck bring my phone in here and record this."
"Gaaahh wahhh," Brie continued.
Soon Puck came in with Santana's phone in hand and began to record the scene unfolding before him.
"That's right baby girl," Santana smiled, "You gonna be a singer like mami?"
Santana held her up closer to the mic for a little longer before bring her close to her chest and peppering her with kisses.
"You are such a pretty girl Brizzy,"
..
..
.
Quinn had just finished a table read with the cast when her phone vibrated. She smiled when she saw it was a message from Santana. She figured it was an update on how Brizzy was. She was surprise when she saw it was a video. She pulled out her headphones from her purse and connected them to her phone. As soon as she began to watch the video she couldn't help but smile. They were so cute and Brie melted her heart by trying to sing. She watched the video a few more times before finally texting Santana back.
'You guys are the cutest baby. Of course Brizzy wants to be like you, I for one would be so proud if she turned out like you. Can't wait to come home to my girls'

One Week Later
The 86th Academy Awards.
.
"San," Quinn began.
"She's fine sweets," Santana said as she kissed her forehead.
Quinn sighed, "Well she is with Fran..."
"Just relax Quinnie, Brie is fine okay," Judy began, "This are just nervous. I remember when I got nominated for my first Oscar I was worried sick about how you and Fran were but in reality it was my nerves of being here."
"Don't worry honey," Russell smiled, "Just enjoy the night and the show."
Quinn nodded and sighed nervously. She had to admit when she first got the call that she was being nominated for an Academy Award she almost fainted, and now even being at the award show makes her heart skip a beat. Funny thing was this was that this was the thing she had worked for all these years and now that she was here she could not be more nervous. She felt like her heart was about to jump out of her chest. The only thing that was keeping her calm was the sweet little kisses Santana would give her and the comforting words from her loved ones.
Russell had also been nominated for an Academy Award for the film he had directed. Quinn herself was nominated for Best Actress for the film she had done with Alfonso Cuaron.
"You are amazing Quinn," Santana whispered, "They mine as well hand you that Oscar."
Quinn chuckled, "Well you might be the only one that thinks that."
"Brie thinks so too, she knows her mama is a winner," Santana smirked.
"She tell you that?" Quinn asked amused.
"She didn't have to, I saw it in her eyes last night," Santana smiled.
Quinn smiled and pecked Santana's lips and turned to the stage where Anne Hathaway and Bradley Cooper walk to center stage.
"A movie is always amazing because of its foundation," Bradley began.
"The best foundation for a movie is a strong lead actress," Anne continued.
"Here goes," Quinn whispered as she gripped onto Santana's hand.
Quinn try to talk herself not to get too excited because she knew if she didn't win she would be upset but then there was part of her that thought she might win. She did one hell of a job in that movie and she knew it, but was it enough. After all Santana never got tired of telling her how perfect she was in that movie but then again Santana thought anything she did was perfect.
However looking at the past year in her life and everything that had happened, she didn't need an Oscar. She had Santana and baby Brie and that was the biggest award she could ever get...though an Oscar would be nice too.
"Ya es tuyo amor," Santana smiled.
"And the Academy Award for Best Actress goes to..."
Quinn was holding her breath.
"Quinn Fabray!"
She felt her heart stop. A smile broke out on Quinn's face just like the crowd broke into applause. She leaned over and pressed her lips onto Santana's as they stood up. She watched as everyone in the crowd stood up for her. Judy and Russell hugged and kissed their daughter, smiling proudly at her.
Quinn made her way on stage to accept her award. She received a hug and a kiss on the cheek from the presenters before finally receiving her award.
"Wow...I have to say I am left speechless...," Quinn began with a shaky voice, "First and foremost I will like to dedicate this award to my wife Santana, because if it wasn't for you I would have never taken on that role so thank you for believing in me and for pushing me to do it. I would like to thank the Academy for this award, my manager who is amazing, my agency, the cast, the crew and our amazing director. And my parents who inspired me every day to become the woman I am today. This would have never happen with any of them. So thank you all from the bottom of my heart."
The music began playing once again and Quinn was lead backstage with her award in hand. She still couldn't believe she hand won, this was freaking amazing. As she made her way backstage she noticed that Santana was already waiting for her there. Quinn immediately jumped in her arms and kissed her senseless.
Santana chuckled when she pulled away, "I told you it was yours baby."
Quinn smiled, "And that is why you Santana Fabray Lopez are my wife."
Santana smiled and kissed Quinn once again, "I thought it was for the sex."
Quinn bit Santana's lip, "Mhm baby just wait till we get home."
Santana smiled and kissed Quinn's forehead, "Congratulations sweetheart."

The Ellen Post Oscars show.
.
.
.
"I have to say that we are honor to have our next guest here...even though she has already been here," Ellen began.
The crowd laughed.
"Please welcome Academy Award winning actress Quinn Fabray-Lopez."
The crowd cheered and clapped like crazy as Quinn walked down towards Ellen. The song 'Just Give Me a Reason' playing in the background. Ellen and Quinn greeted each other before they sat down, and then the crowd finally died down.
"It's such a pleasure to see you," Ellen smiled.
"Thank you for having me," Quinn said, "It's been a while."
"Yeah it has. I think last time I had you here was when you first began dating Santana?" Ellen asked.
"It was. Well on the show anyway, because I see you at family parties all the time," Quinn chuckled.
"That's me...the party crasher," Ellen nodded.
The crowd laughed.
"So how have you been? Last time you were here you had just started a new relationship and now you are married with a baby," Ellen said.
The crowd cheered.
Quinn smiled, "Yeah, I am officially married and a mom too."
"Congratulations first of all," Ellen said, "Now I was fortunate enough to be at the wedding and it was beautiful, especially that song you sang for Santana."
"Thank you," Quinn smiled, "That was my wedding gift to Santana and she loved it."
"So you guys got married and then you guys had a baby right away," Ellen said.
"Yeah," Quinn nodded, "It just happened but Brie is one of our biggest blessings so we are so lucky to have her."
The big screen behind them changed into a picture of a smiling Brie, which made the crowd aw. Then to one where both Quinn and Brie were sleeping, the on Santana posted on Instagram.
"She is just so cute," Ellen gushed.
"She is, she is so precious," Quinn smiled, "Santana took the last picture of Brie and I. She just loves capturing every moment."
"I remember last time I saw you guys which was right after Brie was born, Santana was so taken with her baby," Ellen said.
"Yup," Quinn nodded, "Brie has her wrapped around her finger."
"They are just the cutest," Ellen smiled, "So let's talk about your big last night? Or shall I say your family's big win, you won an Oscar last night, and Russell won an Oscar last night."
"Yes we did. It was very exciting, that was my first Oscar and I was over the moon when I won and then my dad won which was even better."
The crowd cheered
"You also won a Grammy last year too?" Ellen asked
The crowd cheered once more.
Quinn chuckled, "Yes I did, it was for the song I was featured in, 'Just Give Me a Reason' which was incredible, but I would consider it more of an award for Santana's award. It was a song she wrote, she is just so talented."
"All of your family is award winning actors and Grammy winners, I can't wait to see how your little girl is gonna turn out," Ellen said.
"I think she might be a singer," Quinn smiled.
"Oh that's right!" Ellen exclaimed, "Let's show the clip."
Quinn smiled and turned to the screen to watch the clip. It was the small video Santana had sent her of Brie in the recording studio. It was so cute, the crowd awed and cheered when the clip ended.
"That is just too cute," Ellen said.
"It is so cute to see both of my girls like that, I almost tear up every time I see it," Quinn chuckled.
"I have to say the Fabray-Lopez family is the cutest family there is," Ellen said, "If they were royalty I would be taxes to them."
The crowd laughed.
Quinn couldn't help but smile, her family was pretty awesome.
..
.
A Few Weeks Later.
Tahiti.
.
.
Santana grabbed the two drinks she just prepared from the kitchen counter and made her way to the porch of the bungalow. The sun was setting which gave them a beautiful view of the sun and the ocean from the porch. Quinn was sitting on the hammock outside with Brie in her arms. Santana took a seat next to Quinn and gave both her girls a soft kiss as she hand Quinn her drink.
Both Quinn and Santana had set up their schedules to have a week off so they could go on a family vacation with Brie, since this was gonna be her first one. Santana had surprise them by bring them to Tahiti, Quinn was more than happy to say the least.
"The view is amazing," Quinn smiled as she stared into the sunset.
"Yeah it is," Santana said staring dreamily at Quinn and Brie.
Quinn turned to look at Santana and noticed what she meant. She couldn't help but chuckle.
"Always the charmer huh?"
"Just with you baby," Santana smiled and made a kissy face, blowing kisses at her.
Brie took this in sight and began to giggle.
"Oh you like that Brizzy?" Santana chuckled and gave her the kissy face too, "Here let me take her."
Quinn carefully handed Brie to Santana, taking her drink so she wouldn't spill it on Brie.
"Hello pretty girl," Santana kissed her baby girls cheeks.
Santana set her on her stomach, holding her steady so she wouldn't fall. With her free hand she softly tickled Brie's stomach which made her giggle. Santana smile as her little girl continued to laugh and peppered her baby with kisses.
"You are so good with her babe," Quinn smiled as she took a drink from her cup.
"You are too," Santana smiled, "You're like the best mom...after me of course."
Quinn rolled her eyes and set the cups down. She leaned over and snuggled against Santana. She placed one of her hands on Brie as she rested her head on Santana's shoulder.
"Who would have thought," Quinn smiled, "A year later and here we are married with our beautiful baby girl."
"It's truly a blessing," Santana said, "Both of you."
"We were just meant to be," Quinn said, "We were written in the stars."
Santana smirked as she kissed Brie's forehead and turned to look at Quinn in the eye, "I love you...both you. And I'll never get tired of saying it, I love you now and I will love you forever Lucy Quinn Fabray-Lopez."
Quinn smiled, "I will always love you Santana Fabray-Lopez."
Their lips softly met as the sun went down. It was soft and romantic, and yet passionate at the same time. However they pulled away when they felt Brie's hand tap their faces. They both smiled and turned their attention to their little girl.
There was no doubt in mind, they were written in the stars.
The End
