Isabelle crouched down to fix Lizzie's dress, who pouted as she looked at the pink material.
"Why we haveta do this, Mama?" Lizzie whined.
"Well, sugar, we gonna take a picture of all of us, as a family."
"Is that why you're wearing a dress?"
Isabelle stood up as she looked at her purple dress.
"Yup."
"Isabelle, you're almost done?"
She looked to the side and couldn't help but grin.
Ratigan was in his usual attire, but he was holding Vincent in his arms, who wore a little suit just like Ratigans, down to the cravat. She snickered while Ratigan just rolled his eyes good-naturedly.
"This was Rose and Abigail's idea" he said as he transferred the baby rat to Isabelle's arms he then took Lizzie in his arms and they walked out of the room. One of his men had set up the camera and was now waiting for the small family. They went into an open hall and posed; Isabelle holding Vincent in his arms and Ratigan holding Lizzie in his.
"Never thought there will be a day like this that I would be taking a family portrait." Ratigan said, making Isabelle chuckle.
"Yeah? Well, life is always full of surprises, Padriac." She said, making him smile.
The photographer looks at the family and said;
"Smile everyone."

The song is really angsty,so I just wrote some Ratigan/Cassidy family fluff. I need fluff! I just thought of them taking a family portrait together will be cool, I know they used those cameras back then, considering Ratigan wanted to take a picture of Basil's death on camera in the film.
