It was a year nearly to the day, Hayley was sat backstage at the Newcastle city hall the boys waiting to go onstage to perform the tour for the second album that been released about half a year ago. She was stood with the boys; well all the boys apart from Tom who was still in the changing room with Taylor, Hayley shook her head not even really wanting to know. Nathan caught sight of her and beamed, as did Jay. Hayley, Nathan and Jay had become closer than they ever thought was humanly possible. Hayley had also become a big part of the fanmily, going out and meeting the boys fans with them, the fans loved her and always asked her how her and Nathan where and when the next time they would be meeting her was. The boys kissed each other as they always did before they went on show just after Tom had come skidding around the corner sorting his hair, as Taylor came round to stand next to Hayley.
"I don't want to know." Said Hayley before Taylor even got the opportunity to speak, Taylor laughed
"Only because you and Nath are afraid of getting caught shouldn't..." Suddenly Hayley was saved by Jay picking her up and swinging her round, she laughed.
"Boys onstage in 2 mins." Said Kev who was still working as security for the band. Nathan walked over and kissed Hayley.
"Stay on stage side." Said Nathan
"I always do, watching you perform still amazes me." The smiled.
"Boys come one." Nathan nodded then lent further in to Hayley, and kissed her lightly,
"I will see you when you come off." She said hugging him before Nathan ran off to take his position behind the curtain, the curtain dropped, the crowd screaming and Hayley smiled watching her beautiful boys sing and dance his heart out.
It was just after the 6th song, nearly half way through the set that Nathan went to the front of stage and started to speak, the boys hardly never spoke on stage, as Jayne didn't trust them not to muck up onstage so Hayley was amazed when Nath started to speak.
"Who follows us on twitter? Reads the mailer? Watches the flips?" Each one was paused so let the screams sound.
"Well if you don't I have a special someone, the last time I was on this stage I said I was single, well I am not now. My beautiful Hayley is waiting on stage side as she does at every single gig we do. So I would like to welcome Hayley to the stage." The crowd screamed. Hayley was frozen she would not have if Taylor hadn't slapped her then pushed her onto the stage. When she was on stage Nath came over grabbed her hand and walked her further on stage, keeping hold of her hand.
"Now this girl stood next to me sat in that balcony up there the last time we were here, singing and messed on with her friends. As she has reminded me many time drooling over seeing us in suits and jumping. Then she commented on a stasis and I ended up meeting her at the side of road, as she was chasing her best friend round her car, We became closer and closer until finally I asked her out and she accepted" The crowd awww'd. " since we have been together we have there for each other, she was there to help me practice, stop panicking when the newest album came out, gave me the strength to keep going though the weeks and weeks of rehearsals and promotion for the album. I always wanted a girl that has black hair girl, who treats me like I am normal not like I am some type of god, Who can mess about with me and the lads but can be serious when it's needed, who texts me until one of us falls asleep. A girl who is beautiful, so beautiful but she can't see it, which isn't cocky and thinks she can get with anybody, who has such a passion for life and music, who treats everyone like an equal, who is selfless. A girl who is not shy, who speaks her mind and will not back down, someone who is a fiercely loyal friend." The crowd aww's again and Hayley's eyes welled up remembering the first time Nathan had said that to her. "I have found her, and have no intension of letting her go. So there is only thing left to say." Nathan sank onto one knee and pulled a ring out of his pocket. "Will you Hayley marry me?" the tears that had been in her eyes escaped, the crowd collectively gasped and the boys on stage and Taylor on the side grinned but Hayley did not hear nor see anything, but Nathan who was still on one knees looking up at her waiting for an answer so much love in his eyes.
"Yes." She said he slid the ring onto her finger; he stood up, swung her round then put her down and kissed her. They stood in each other's arms while the crowd cheered, Nathan bent down toward Hayley, leaned down and whispered in her hear.
"And now we start again." He walked out of her arms and turned back to the crowd.
"Guys these next two songs are for Hayley and I want your help." Nathan gave her a mike as the crowd cheered again as made started. She sang with Nathan and then the first few chords of gold forever started and Hayley cried again while Jay and Nathan hugged her. That song meant so much to Hayley, it was the song that summed up the tour for her, it was the song she cried too when she was with the boys the first time was at stage side, remembering the tour and that that song was like her and Nathan. She thought somewhere in her head that this day would always stay golden; it would be the day that she promised herself forever to Nathan Sykes.
