Time for the serious shit for once, enjoy yourselves. I tried to keep it gory so you wouldn't get bored.

Rin struggled against his own instincts to set the entire environment ablaze with his satanic flame. He jumped above a low kick meant to break his legs, and brought his sword down onto Amaimon. In response, the demon dodges right to avoid the blade.

Rin's sword plunges into the ground burning the grass and eroding the dirt away. Amaimon strikes Rin's side before he could jump away. Rin is blown back to a tree once more. The bark of the tree burst from the impact shredding Rin's skin. Luckily, Rin managed to keep hold of his weapons.

Rin slowly began to loosen the cap on his power. With a singles slash of his sword, Rin created a wave of fire towards his attacker. Amaimon smiled and jumped over the slash confidently. He called out to his little brother, "You're going to have to do better than that!"

Rin gritted his teeth behind his mask. He lifted his sword slightly and growled back angrily, "Die, Bastard!"

Rin swung his blade up to down, left to right, and then vice versa. Soon a barrage of flame came upon Amaimon, who took on the flames playfully. The flames scorched the older demon through his descent. Once Amaimon finally reached the ground, which was only ten feet in front of Rin, he was enveloped in blue flames.

The flames burned beautifully, but Amaimon simply continued to laugh. The flames soon began to burn out, leaving the demon with only slightly roasted skin. Amaimon wiped of soot from his shoulders and began to walk towards his brother. Rin took a nervous step back.

Amaimon mocks, "Is that all my little brother is good for?"

"Brother?" Rin questioned. "What kind of fucked up brother are you?"

Amaimon ran forward with short but quick steps. Rin swung his sword directly for his neck, but the demon ducked below the blade. Amaimon jumps into the air attempting to kick Rin's head off. The half-demon ducks now in response to the kick. The sound of carving wood told Rin Amaimon's kick had just carved a long cut through the tree behind him. Rin after ducking attempted to slice his opponent with an upward slash. Amaimon was still in the air, so he was forced to flip around the blade as it came upon him.

Landing safely, Amaimon looked at Rin already beginning to swing at him again. In a flash, the older demon stepped further, and gripped the hilt of the sword. He pushed his half-brother's sword up. Rin strained his arms trying to bring the sword down onto his opponent.

Amaimon could only stare at him dumbly. He whines, "It doesn't seem like your even trying."

Rin's efforts seemed to have gone unnoticed by his foe. Amaimon's face seemed to grow more and more disinterested. Amaimon pulled his arm back sluggishly. He spoke curiously, "Maybe if I get a little rough, you'll want to play?"

With that said, Amaimon sent his fist in the center of Rin's sternum. At the first impact, a sickening crack told Rin his sternum had shattered. A surge of blood erupted from his mouth spraying Amaimon's face. The demon, however, did not react to his sullied face.

Amaimon sent another powerful punch into Rin's stomach, and more blood erupted from his throat. The third punch struck the same area, as well as yielding the same results. Rin now vomited black, slime-like blood down onto his own body. Amaimon then sent another punch towards Rin. This time the half-demon received the blow onto his nose. Another sickening crack rings out. Rin's head is also sent back with such force that half his cranium is buried within the tree behind him.

Amaimon finally dropped Rin's arms letting him fall limply. The only thing holding Rin's body up was his own head buried in the tree. Kurikara dropped to floor; its blue hue had died leaving only the silver shine of steal.

Amaimon could only stare at his brother's body. What a disappointment he was for the family. The demon king sighs, "What am I going to tell our father. He had such high hopes for you."

Amaimon reaches into his pocket to pull out a grape flavored sucker to enjoy. He paid close attention to unwrapping the lollipop. He sucked on it dumbly noticing rigidity suddenly return to Rin's body.

Rin's body began to spark bright blue flames and it began to twitch erratically. His arms wrapped around the tree he was stuck in. Straining his hands, the boy's fingers slowly began to sink into the wood.

Rin's mouth was still outside the bark, so he had the ability to scream at the top of his lungs, "Hopes for me? That piece of shit wants me to do what he wants. You think I give a shit about his HOPES! Diiieeee!"

Rin flexed his torso and his arms. The tree he was stuck in began to crack, where his head was. The massive oak groaned trying to resist Rin's might but ultimately gave way. Rin pulled down the tree like a club, but with a speed that Amaimon could barely react too. The tree struck Amaimon with the force of a comet. He was sent far into the earth with the heavy tree following.

Rin only had a moment to rest before the tree split in two, before Amaimon flew into the air from the wreckage. The second he landed Rin greeted him with a powerful downward slice from his recovered sword. Amaimon's bored face, however, had not faded. He caught the blade in his palm seemingly taking no damage.

Amaimon yawned, "You're improving otouto."

Rin replied in his usual classy tone, "Fuck youuuu!"

Rin's tail, which was carrying one of his kukri knives, flew towards Amaimon's torso. Before the demon king could react, the blade plunged itself into his stomach. Rin forced whatever mental control he had over his power into the blade. Soon its dark blade illuminated blue and caught ablaze just like Rin's katana.

Rin gave out on last roar willing all his flames into the knife. Amaimon couldn't even ignore the pain. All his organs were disintegrating from the stomach up. The demon king doubled over gripping his stomach. In a last ditch effort, Amaimon swiped his arm striking the hilt of the knife. There was enough force to send the blade flying, but the leverage had only cut his stomach even further. Blood would have seeped out if the fire hadn't burned the cut shut.

Rin dropped to his knees exhausted. He looked up at his half-brother, after hearing a bubbling noise. Despite Amaimon's exhausted appearance he was already on his way to a full recovery. His burnt flesh was bubbling and returning to pristine condition.

Amaimon growled, "You think you've won, Otouto! I've barely even tapped into my power."

The demon king of earth stomped his leg into the soil beneath him. His foot sunk a foot in before it struck a rock. The massive boulder beneath his feet rose through the soil just beneath Rin. The boulder rose like a wave throwing Rin high into the air. The damage he took made his body go limp. In his brief moments of consciousness, Rin saw himself rise almost fifty feet in the air. His eye shut as he felt himself fall towards the soil beneath him.

Amaimon seeing his little brother falling felt he didn't deserve to fall into his domain. With a single thrust of his leg, Amaimon was already beneath Rin. He swung his leg upward cleaving Rin savagely. After being struck, Rin fell limply towards the tree. He wasn't saved by its branches though. At the angle he fell, Rin was impaled in the shoulder by a crooked branch.

As he hung from the tree like a corpse, Amaimon landed on the ground. He looked at his handy work and whistled. Rin didn't respond. He was most likely a corpse hanging from a tree. Amaimon spoke out to the corpse, "You seem tired, Otouto. I'm going to play with Imouto. You seem to have fun with her a lot. I wonder how she fights."

Rin twitched at his words. Raising his head slightly he looked towards his half-brother, he asks, "Izumo?"

Amaimon didn't respond, but turned towards the direction of the girl's dormitory. Rin understood his predicament. The demon wasn't even angry at first. He could barely interpret the situation. His arm throbbed from lack of blood. That was all Rin could thing. Despite his apathy, Rin's body moved.

The half-demon inched his way off the branch, and once his shoulder reached the tip of the branch, Rin fell to earth. He fell like a lump of clay, yet Rin almost immediately began to crawl towards his brother. Amaimon paused and looked over to Rin.

The boy like a worm inched his way to his oppressor. Rin seemed still in a daze unable to comprehend why he was even moving. Amaimon giggled like a child at Rin's approaching form. He giggled up till Rin made his way to Amaimon's feet and gripped his ankle.

Rin spoke out with blood erupting after each word, "What do you want with Izumo?"

Amaimon looked at Rin before shrugging, "I don't know maybe I'll kill her friends and see how she reacts."

Rin stared at him; his eyes dilated from shock. Rin looked utterly defeated. All hope was void in his eyes.

Amaimon turned to move away from his younger brother, but Rin's grip held an unimaginable strength pining him. The demon king looks back to Rin, and it seems he is putting no effort at all.

Rin looked at Amaimon's leg almost in wonder. Just as a toddler plays with a new toy, Rin gripped his half-brother's leg as such. Suddenly Rin squeezed his hand together like a vise. Amaimon's leg was crushed instantly, and only hung on by Rin's grip and his skin.

Amaimon widens his eyes in shock as Rin wiggles around his leg like a toy. Rin suddenly loses interest in his legs. Rin stands up, as Amaimon collapses to the ground unable to balance himself.

Rin, still in a daze, walks over to him. Amaimon tries to move away in time but Rin's speed and strength was unmatched. Rin was already above him. With a single stomp, Rin snapped Amaimon's tibia and fibula of his untouched leg in two. Now the demon king of earth was immobile, and giving out an inaudible gasp.

Rin took a step forward, before plunging both his hands into Amaimon's torso. The punch drunk half-demon wriggled his fingers inside of his half-brother's torso. He seemed like a child playing in the sand for the first time.

Amaimon throughout this was screaming. He sent wild fists beating at Rin's head, but the pain seemed to go unnoticed. Rin, however, got annoyed by the copious amount of blood flowing from his head over his eyes. The half-demon caught Amaimon's wrists, and crushed them in his grip. Amaimon can only gasp again.

Rin leaving the demon incapacitated gets up and walks away towards his scattered guns. There seemed to be shouting coming from the dormitory, but luckily their fight had brought them deeper into wooded area. Despite the chance of attention, Rin couldn't care. He wanted his knives, and his sword. He wanted to keep fighting.

It took Rin just a moment to find his sword and knives. All the while he knew Amaimon was healing. After the threat to Izumo's life, Rin had an odd clarity about him. He was possessed by something deep in him.

Izumo's image flashed across his mind. Her pouting face and her shrill voice calling him an idiot was branded onto him. The memories seemed oddly like a dream. Amaimon's voice awoke him from his reverie.

"You think you've won?" The demon king of earth growled, "I'll show you my full power!"

A white flower emerged from Amaimon's chest as he roared. Rin could only gulp as he saw the demon king's power. Rin ran at him his sword raised to strike him down quickly. Before Rin could reach him, Amaimon's tailed shot from his body and his arms literally swelled in strength.

As Rin approached, Amaimon slapped his palms together furiously. The resulting shock wave sent Rin far back onto his ass again. Rin growled furiously; he could no longer contain his rage.

Rin sent wave after wave of flame at Amaimon. Amaimon sent many shock waves to stop the flames. After a minute, they finally meet in the fight. Rin manages to dodge most of Amaimon's attacks and lands his own blows. Despite his seeming success, Amaimon would heal almost instantly.

As Rin began to slow, Amaimon shouts, "After this, I'll crush Imouto on top of your corpse."

With that said, captured Rin's blades in his left hand, and socked him with his right. The attack sent up an explosion so loud the humans around them thought a bomb had just gone off. Distanced screams only seemed to make Amaimon smile.

Rin, now half a kilometer away, lay unconscious. His mask had fallen to bits. Worst of all his lower body had been devastated. Only two lumps of flesh that used to be called his legs remained.

Amaimon started to make his way to Rin. Mephisto watches from a distance with a smirk. He was twirling his pink umbrella in his hand while humming. He giggled to himself, "I suppose I should stop this before he dies."

Mephisto points his umbrella at his younger brothers: "Ein, Zwei, Drei!"
