A/N: Okay sorry for long delay, but real life comes first, however rest assure I am back on the scene so hopefully you can expect more regular updates. Not promising anything though.

Diagon Alley

Now with Sirius free it was time to get rid of all the chains the old fool had on him. His seat on Wizengamot was now taken care of, and all that was left was for Sirius to become his Magical guardian until he turned fifteen when he could become head of his house due to him being last living descendent. Harry mingled with the crowd, many were giving Sirius a wide berth, and some were even yelling and running away. Honestly the man had done no wrong, he was innocent. Only crime he had committed was neglecting his duties as a God father, then again had he not been abandoned he would never have meet Tony Stark, and never had the opportunity to be a superhero and to be able to make a real difference in their world. It wasn't long before they reached the large crooked building in the middle of the Alley. Harry pulled open the doors and he walked through into the main lobby with Sirius close behind. Neither had said anything to the other really only that he wanted Sirius to accompany him to Gringotts to take care of some house business.

"Harry what say we go for a bite to eat after this, I know a great place in the Alley." Sirius was trying to break the ice with his Godson, although he was grateful for all of Harry's help in proving his innocence, he still felt bad about how he had let down his Godson, all because he had listened to that old fool.

Harry stayed silent for a while, they were now stood in a queue waiting to see one of the clerks at the desk. "We could, but don't you want to see that rat get what he deserves? I was planning to head back to the Ministry after this."

Sirius shook his head, if he went back, then it was very likely he would jump the barrier and try to kill the bastard, then the Ministry really would have grounds to lock him up. No he had made that mistake once, he wasn't going to make it again. "If I went back Harry, I would likely do something I would regret, I have already let you down once, I won't let you down again."

The two had eventually reached the front of the queue, where a smartly dressed Goblin was waiting for them, with a toothy grin. "Good afternoon Mr Stark, do you wish to make a deposit or a withdrawal, or do you need another service."

Harry was taken back by the way the Goblin was addressing him, the big difference was that he had referred to him as Stark, not Potter. Obviously the director had told his staff to address him politely or find their heads on top of a pike and displayed in the lobby.

"Good afternoon" Harry looked to the Goblin name tag, "Shinklehook, I would like to see someone about the Potter accounts please."

Shinklehook climbed down off his stall, now Harry could see just how small these Goblins were, Shinkleook head reached his thigh. "Certainly Mr Stark this way, we are pleased to see you too Lord Black." Shinklehook led both wizards through a set a door and down a long corridor, towards a set of heavy double doors guarded by armoured Goblins. "I wish to see the director, I have Mr Stark he is requiring about his account."

The two goblins looked at each other before un-crossing their helbard spears. Shinklehook then opened the door and led both Harry and Sirius into the Director office, however it seems the director was with someone. It was a wizard, he was tall, well dressed and long silver hair, Harry heard a faint growl by Sirius.

The director looked up, and noticed the two new wizards with his clerk, his eyes then met Lord Black, and his face broke out into a toothy grin. "Well Lord Malfoy now that Lord Black is here, maybe you can ask him yourself." This blasted wizard had tried to gain access to the Black vault, through the fact that his wife was a former black, and as there was no head at presence then he had become the temporary head. Now though the true Lord Black was free, the title of Lord Black reverted back to him.

Lucius eyes flashed as he looked at Sirius, he had hoped to make a big withdrawal before the blasted git had got here. He was one of the wizards who had voted guilty, but it was to no avail in the end. Now though those funds were no longer accessible to him.

Sirius immediately stepped forward and growled. "What do you want Malfoy. If you want money you can forget it. In fact now I am here I am going to have the Black account investigated, to see just what has been going on while I was locked up."

The director looked to both wizards, and could feel the tension in the air, however he was suddenly drawn to the young wizard standing next to his clerk. "Shinklehook I assume you're here because Mr Stark wishes to discuss his accounts."

The clerk nodded. "Yes sir, you said that if Mr Stark was to come in, then I should bring him to you, as you have now taken over the account."

The director nodded. "Yes quite right, well you have done your job, now please return back to your duties, as for you two, If you wish to duel then take outside. You are now stood on Goblin soil and any dueling his forbidden, including the drawing of your wand Mr Malfoy, do I need to remind you again."

Lucius hand was on his snake head cane, which concealed his wand. He would have to wait for an opportunity to present, itself. "I have no further business and will leave." Lucius then brushed past Sirius but froze as Sirius stopped. "Say hi to Narcissa won't you Lucy boy, and tell her I would like to see her soon."

Malfoy left silently and closed the door behind himself, once the door was closed the Director spoke up. "I assume Mr Stark the reason you're here is to transfer your magical guardianship over to Lord Black your godfather."

Harry took a seat, opposite the Director, So that had been Draco father, it was clear where Draco got his attitude from. "Yes Director, as Lord Black is now free, and seeing how he is my Godfather, I wish for him to become my magical guardian until I reach the age fifteen where I can take up the head of house position myself."

The director opened a drawer in his desk and removed several sheets of parchment. "Very well Mr Stark, of course we have to go through security just to prove that you really are who you say you are. Please take this dagger and ran it across your palm, and then allow your blood to drop onto the parchment."

Harry reluctantly took the dagger, and drew the sharp tip across his palm, creating a clean cut where blood began to trickle onto the parchment. Like before the blood began form small thin lines until a family tree in blood was revealed.

"Excellent, now that we are through with security, please use this quill to fill in this form. You must fill sections A through to D and then Lord Black will need to fill in sections D through to F."

Harry took the blood quill, he hated this thing, still at least this form was shorter then the one had been at the Ministry. Harry began to write on the parchment, once he had finished he signed his name in this case Potter as it was involving house Potter. He then handed the form over to Sirius who filled in his part before handing it back to the Director, who then filled in the bottom, stamped it and filed it.

"Very good that will now be sent to the Ministry, as of now Lord Black is your new Magical guardian, is there anything else you wish to discuss with me today?"

Harry shook his head, and then noticed the Director turned his head towards Sirius, "And you Lord Black do you have any business you wish to take care of?"

Sirius nodded. "Indeed I do Lord Ragnok, now that I am a free man, and the title of Black as been handed back to me. I wish for a full investigation into the Black account. It seems to me that Lord Malfoy has been helping himself to quite a bit. I also wish to take care of a few other issues, like making sure my heir has not changed since my imprisonment. I also which to annul the marriage of Rodolphus Lestrange and Bellatrix Lestrange, As head of the Black family, I then wish to cast out Bellatrix from the Black family altogether."

The Director smiled, he had missed Lord Black, if there was one wizard who knew how to cause Chaos, it was this wizard. "Very well Lord Black as requested I will have the Black accounts investigated, as for the annulments, I need you to fill in this form. I trust that you wish the dowry returned back to the Black vault."

Sirius started to fill in the form. "Yes that right, I want it all returned, along with whatever Malfoy has taken too. Of course if it was for Narcissa needs that is acceptable. That is why I asked for a separate account to be created for her."

Ragnok grinned. "Well I can tell you now Lord Black, that account as had no deposits or withdrawals we did warn Lord Malfoy, but as he was acting head of house Black, there was little we could do, until now that is."

Sirius was furious. "Well in that case I want everything returned with interest, there all done, now what about my heir. Is it still my Godson Harry here."

Ragnok removed several parchments from the Black file. "As agreed your heir is still Mr Potter, but I should also inform you that Lord Malfoy attempted to have that changed too. He was going to name his son Draco as heir, but due to the agreement being made in your will, he couldn't change that."

Harry was suddenly confused. "Wait hold up, what do you mean heir?"

Sirius turned to his Godson, "Just how it sounds Harry, in the event of my death you will become the next head of the Black family, or if I fail to produce an heir within 15 years of taking up the headship, then I have to transfer the title over to my heir, which is you by my will. I have exactly four years left to produce an heir, however I fear my time in Azkaban may have changed that. I will need to visit St Mungo to make sure everything is in working order as to speak."

Harry looked confused for several seconds before the penny dropped. "Oh, well lets hope everything is fine, because personally I really don't want another house to manage I already have the Potter House, and I am also heir to my fathers empire, another house would just complicate matters."

Sirius nodded however he wasn't at all confident that there wasn't going to be an issue. He decided to hold off telling Harry about the other stipulation until he was a little older. After all the boy already had a fiancee he would most likely blow a gasket to find out that he would have to take another for the Black family."

Ragnok filed everything and stamped it. "Very well Lord Black, as of today, the marriage of Rodolpus Lestrange and Belletrix Lestrange as been annulled. The banishment of Bellatrix has also been carried out, and from this day forth will be Belletrix no name. Is there anything else you wish to discuss with me today?" Ragnok noticed both wizards shook their heads, he then stood up and shook both their hands. "Very well then, Gringotts thanks you once again for your time and business."

Harry and Sirius left the office and made their way back towards the lobby, they both then left the bank and found themselves in the Alley once more.

"Right then Harry, lets go and get something to eat, I'm famished." Harry followed his Godfather down the Alley, when suddenly Spell fire shot from a nearby alley. Harry with all his years of training had sensed something was off, and pushed his Godfather down onto the floor, just as the the green streak of light passed over their heads. There was loud scream as the killing curse hit someone and then the thud of a body hitting the floor. Harry immediately began to scan the crowd, someone had attempted to kill Sirius and he wanted to know just who it was. Obviously the culprit had fled the scene after he had missed. Harry pulled up his Godfather, as he did their were several pops. Several aurors led by Amelia had appeared.

Amelia looked around the alley and the large crowd. "Rogers, Andrews, create a perimeter, no one leave this alley, Clark, Menson, you help too. Pearson, Mitchells you're with me. We need to contain this before anything else happen." Amelia then noticed Harry and Sirius getting up off the floor. "Mr Stark, Lord Black did you see what happened?"

Harry approached the head of the DMLE, "My godfather was targeted Madame Bones, Unfortunately as I saved him, the curse hit someone nearby."

Amelia sighed. "I see, so you are certain the target was Lord Black?"

Harry nodded. "Soon as we left Gringotts I sensed something was off, few seconds later and the curse would have hit my Godfather. There is something you should know though, during a visit in Gringotts we did come across Lord Malfoy, he had attempted to take funds out of the Black vault. I am not saying he was the one responsible, just letting you now during the confrontation Lord Malfoy did try go for his wand, but was stopped by the director, as he left I could feel he was very upset with my Godfather."

Amelia frowned. "I see so there was a confrontation between Lord Black and Lord Malfoy in Gringotts, I will have to speak to the Director and get the full story from him. Lord Black I will have to ask you to return with me to the Ministry as will you to Mr Stark, I need to get full statements from both of you."

Harry and Sirius nodded and waited while Amelia organised her aurors once more. By this time more have arrived on the scene. "Right if you two will follow me. Mr Stark have you ever apparated before?

Harry shook his head. Amelia sighed, " I see very well we will take the fireplace through the Leaky cauldron, please both of you follow me." Amelia led both Harry and Sirius towards an alley which ended in a dead end. She then removed her wand and tapped several of the bricks, as she did the bricks wall began to fold in on itself revealing a entrance. All three walked through and entered the pub and made their way to the fire place. Amelia threw in from Floo powder and called out.

"Ministry of magic DMLE department, extension code 345235." The fireplace suddenly glowed green, and she and Harry and Sirius stepped through, into a large lobby, surrounded by cubicles and witches and wizards hard at work. She had been suppose to overseeing the trial of Pettigrew but had been called away, and now she had an attempted assassination on her hands. Honestly could her day get any worse.
