Helena listened intently, digesting everything that Ada was telling her. A soft expression appeared upon the woman's lips as sweat traveled down the side of her cheek. Her soft eyes looked upon Ada with uttermost sympathy. Everything with John, why she was the way she was, why she was so possessive over Leon, it now all made sense and in a moment of clarity, Helena felt like a fool. Like she had been too harsh on the woman over the years. Who could blame her? But then again who wouldn't be upset about the woman pining over Leon because of the connection.

"So John Clemens was adopted into the Family."

Helena said faintly as Ada gave a sincere nod, looking up with her brown orbs at the woman who seemed to be contemplating with the information just given.

"He was Leon's—older brother."

"Correct."

"How could that be? He told me that his parents had a miscarriage before him."

Ada sighed and crossed her arms, not before getting up from the seat as she rubbed the back of her head gently. Her fingertips lightly tensed from the emotional conflict she was feeling inside.

"Well, they never told him. Leon's family believe it or not has always had ties with Umbrella. Way back when his great grandfather made a deal with Spencer that when the right child in the Kennedy line is born with the DNA they want to acquire, that child is already trademarked as Umbrella property. You see Kennedy's great grandfather use to be a businessman, had a good company going but it almost plummeted into nothing. So he did under the table deals with Umbrella to keep him afloat, even sacrificing his possible grandchildren and the like down the road. Eventually though, the business ended up becoming destroyed no matter what but the deal was still on. When Leon's mother Ellen gave birth to John, the doctors feigned that he had something wrong with him and took him to the ICU whereupon he was delivered right into Umbrella's hands. The doctors then went back and told the new mother that her son had died. Later on down the road they had Leon, and eventually after Umbrella obtained the genome sequence from John he was bought into the Family and trained to become a scientist to infiltrate and obtain virus samples from Umbrella,"

The woman paused for a moment, collecting her thoughts as she let the news digest more within Helena's consciousness.

"When I found out all this information after digging into records shortly after John's death, and when I came to the startling conclusion that Leon was John's brother I did what I had to do in Raccoon City to ensure his survival. I loved John. More than anyone will ever know. More than Leon actually but I know nothing that I do can bring him back."

Helena clenched her fists as some bitter tears began to form in the corners of her eyes.

"That is why you were so possessive over Leon, because he was the last piece of John you had left and you didn't want to give that up once you knew he survived."

"Yes. In a way you can say that. Leon is the only piece of John I had left and—eventually I began to love him too."

Ada bowed her head slightly as Helena looked up, dare not meeting her eyes fully as she swallowed a hard lump in her throat.

"I know that he is yours now Helena. Besides, there is something much more important than either of us right now, in the form of Crane's adopted child, Sven that they kidnapped in the same manner as John."

Helena gasped for a moment as the pieces of the long sorted puzzle began to fill up her brain more. She then pointed at Ada and shook her head a bit.

"That is what Edmona meant then by you can't have Sven. Is he-"

Helena found her blood growing cold as the thought crossed her mind.

"Is he yours and Leon's son?"

Ada could feel her veins tense and her blood cease for a second before her nerves calmed back down. Her eyes then met Helena's as they stared upon each other intently. It was an awkward moment of silence as the two women tried to read the others body cues, almost as if they were trying to reach within the soul of the other and have secrets surface. Ada gave a light sigh as she shook her head.

"No, he's not my son but he's important to the Organization I work for. You see this child has a rare sequence of DNA and based on a small blood sample I have obtained, a part of John's genome has been placed within the child possibly through gene therapy. There is huge potential that child, Sven, carries the full and final cure to the T-Virus. Helena this means that if the child's blood is sequenced and picked at piece by piece it has the potential to become a vaccine. A vaccine that will annihilate the T-Virus and wipe it off the face of the Earth. It won't be enough to get rid of G or any of those other variants but this is a good start. This is why I need help. This is why I have been so hell bent on getting Crane. I need you or Leon to help me find this kid alive and safe. Its my final mission the Organization has given me, and once that is settled my services will be terminated. I will be in the care of this child until he comes of age and as stated,"

Ada took out a small pocket knife from the back of her utility belt she had on her person and removed her left hand glove, exposing her clear white skin. Taking the small blade as it glistened against the dimmed light within the cell, she made a cut alongside her palm as Helena's throat hitched. The deep crimson seeped from the cut and into the ground as Helena's eyes followed the trail. Ada then smiled, faintly of course and gave a signature smirk before speaking.

"I swear on the blood that has been spilled now, that after obtaining Sven, from that moment onward, I will no longer be apart of yours and Leon's life. Should you need me I will be there,"

Her dark eyes glanced over Helena's stomach as she witnessed the beaten woman instinctively placing her left hand upon the area.

"Especially since you have his child growing in you. I will keep your family safe if you ever should need it."

Helena's eyes traveled as she nodded, taking in the vow that Ada had placed upon her. There was a bit of hesitance in the corners of the woman's mind when it came to this act, but in this moment of weakness and vulnerability especially with her unborn child's life in danger, she closed her eyes. Letting out a soothing sigh she once more shook her head in agreement allowing this to sink into her much like everything else that had been said during their long conversation.

" Hopefully I won't be needing your assistance any time soon but, I'm going to hold you to this. No matter what, if you so much as screw this up like you did before you and I will take care of our unfinished business personally. Without Leon."

"I would expect you too, seeing how dedicated you are."

The woman stated slyly with a smile as Helena returned the gesture.

"There is one other condition I would like you to abide by, especially if I help you basically re-kidnap this child you speak of,"

"Name it and its yours. Besides this could very well be the last time we ever get the chance to talk again so might as well.

"Once your spy Organization has sequenced the cure for the T-Virus I want you to give a copy of it to Leon to deliver to the agency."

Ada's eyes widened a bit as she began to speak up.

"That might not be able to happen because-"

Helena shook her head, placing her hand in front of the woman and interrupting her.

"He has worked, and suffered far too long trying to find a cure to this damn thing. The least you could give him as a parting gift is that. I don't care if you get into trouble, or if the Organization pisses itself from finding out the US government has an official cure, Leon deserves this. He's done so much fighting off monsters all his life, his whole world has been nothing but a huge struggle and you dropping that intel that he had a brother this whole time and didn't know about it just puts the cherry on top. That his whole family was stained with Umbrella's blood even before he knew all of its crimes, before he even thought of becoming a cop. We both know he has wasted away being an agent. We both know the turmoil he deals with knowing he can't save everyone. Please,"

Helena then mustered up enough strength to walk over and gently took Ada's bloody hand into her own two. Gripping it tightly with all her might as water swelled and fell against her trembling lips she bowed her head, respectfully to the spy and pleaded.

"Please free him of these burdens so that he can live the rest of his life knowing that in the end, his suffering was worth it. Please give him back that piece of his spirit he lost in Raccoon City. Ada, I'm begging you."

Her sobbing eventually morphed into small yet powerful weeps as Ada stood there flabbergasted. Her deep brown orbs slid and glanced down at the woman's entangled hand that keeping her own hand constricted. The powerful grip accompanied by the pleas of Helena struck something deep within Ada. Something she hadn't felt in a long time. It was in this moment of seeing how sincere Helena's feelings were for putting Leon's emotions ahead of her own did she finally see it fully.

Ada had finally seen and witnessed how much Helena loved Leon in this event. It was almost like a unseen energy was seething through the air, and making its way into her body while mingling with her senses. Why Ada never caught wind of Helena's love for him until now was of no consequence. She could feel a stirring within her heart, pleading with her emotional turmoil she had held for Leon ever since he broke it off with her that it was now time to officially let go. It was time to give back and give space. It was time to allow the man to repent and for her to let go of the sins she put Leon through all these years. Ada was now finally and oh so cruelly, emotionally detaching herself from Leon now. Not for his sake this time, but for the woman who pleaded with everything she had. Despite knowing that if she defied the Organization and decided to give the US government the true cure to the T-Virus knowing full well of the horrific possible consequences that could befall her, Ada knew in this moment of clarity she had to do the right thing. She had to ensure that both Leon's and Helena's fighting for a clean world void of terrible viruses such as this one would not be in vain.

"It will be done. As soon as they get something I will do everything within my power to make sure Leon gets it."

Helena looked up, meeting the solemn eyes of Ada as she muttered.

"T-Thank you."

The woman began repeating it almost in a hushed whisper over and over until she could say it no more. A sharp pain twisted in her stomach as Ada instinctively grabbed Helena's shoulder and kept her upright.

"Are you okay? How is the child?"

Helena shook her head a bit and sighed.

" I'm fine. Its probably traces from the virus vaccine getting to me now. Its not like I'm eight months pregnant you know?"

A light bit of sarcasm was in her voice as Ada propped her up more and smirked.

"Well, from what I saw at Crane's parties you sure ate like you were."

"Just what are you getting at?"

Ada shrugged and grinned lightly.

"Just use your imagination Harper."

Helena gave a playful smirk back as she let out a light sigh, collecting her bearings as she looked to Ada with a new light.

"Alright, you're the boss right now. Do you have any idea where Sven is located or if he's even on the island?"

Ada gave a light nod and took out a small flat screen tablet from her utility belt. Clicking on a few buttons it revealed a 3-D map of the entire island, even pinpointing via satellite the locations of everyone within the vicinity of Crane's compound. Helena's eyes widened in fascination as Ada took notice and a smug look appeared upon the woman's lips.

"Impressed are we?"

Helena gave a sharp nod as she hummed in thought.

"Boy I'll say. This is way better than the damn 3-D prototypes we have in the agency."

"I had a lot of time on my hands while I got off the plane to sneak over here. Anyways I managed to use the tracking device I put on your butterfly clip as a point of interest on this map. From there I was able to easily gather where Leon and everyone else was residing by tapping into the low frequencies the tracker gave off. Then I connected via satellite and presto. From the looks of things, Sven should be over the Northern part of the mansion. Most likely Crane is gonna be there guarding him like a hawk because as you can see, the purple tracker right there is moving towards that direction."

Helena nodded then noticed the other color markings on the map especially seeing the four primary colors racing at a high speed. She looked over to Ada who then gave a nod.

"So Leon and everyone are traveling?"

"Yes, most likely based on the trail to get Jake and Sherry. Those two need to get to the communication tower to call for help since Redfields team had been ambushed. I told Markus after that was taken care of that they need to meet up with us as soon as we get Sven then find away to hold out in the compound while we await rescue."

Helena raised a brow as her arms crossed.

"What do you mean by that?"

Ada sighed lightly as she scratched the back of her neck.

"I'm afraid that Crane unleashed most of his private B.O.W collection all over the island. If we get out of the compound there's a good chance we're gonna die then. Hopefully Leon and the others will find Muller and Birkin before anything bad happens because they have a high chance of being attacked violently"

Helena thought for a moment as she stroked her chin.

"But if there was a chance that they did get infected, wouldn't Crane have any anti-virus or vaccines on him? Or anywhere in this facility?"

"No, I already looked into that while you and Leon were being held. He's gone off the deep end and disposed of whatever was left. Call me crazy but—some part of me thinks that he might have seen this coming, that he possibly foresaw everyone getting out and he's likes a rat trapped in the corner. He knows he's going to lose so he's going to try to get as many people killed as he can."

"Suicidal imbecile."

Helena retorted bitterly as she clenched her fists before giving a sigh.

"What about the other members of the Family? Weren't they brought here to?"

Ada gave another nod and grimaced a bit.

"He had them all killed off too, minus Vixayla. Shortly after he had his lackeys beat up Leon for a while he had her go around and poison the others. That is why I think he has snapped because why else kill off his companions like that?"

"That bitch..."

Helena muttered in a low growl as Ada raised a brow, almost impressed at the seething anger that was radiating off of Helena's body. The woman then gave Ada her undivided attention as she looked at the spy's utility belt, seeing the right bullets she needed for her engraved gun and took them. Slowly she began placing the bullets into the gun, cocking it as she kept it to her side.

"Ada, should we encounter Vixayla she's mine."

Ada gave a light smile and chuckled faintly.

"Good, besides I think I've already had one too many cat fights today."

Helena gave back a light smirk and with determination, had her gun at the ready as Ada and her began to make their way out of the cell block area.

"Lets roll and get this job done."

Helena stated with pride in her voice as they disappeared began to travel down the narrow hall way.
