As our heroes are continuing their journey to Ectreak City where Sora's second pokemon contest is located, a good time to feast on Brock's home cooking makes a perfect chance to take a break. Right now Sora along with Biyomon, Slowpoke and Mudkip were in the midst of training with the help of Taichi along with Agumon, Ivysaur and Aron.
"Biyomon use Energy Ball on Agumon, Slowpoke use Psyshock on Ivysaur and Mudkip use Hydro Pump on Aron" Sora commanded.
"Agumon intercept Biyomon's attack with Flamethrower, Ivysaur counter back with Energy Ball and Aron use Rock Polish to dodge then strike with Dragon Rush" Taichi said thrusting his fist forward.
"Here I go!" Biyomon flew straight in the air and perform a U-turn then brought her talons together creating energy from nature forming a shiny green orb then fires it directly at Agumon "Two can play in that game Biyomon" he exclaimed before he inhales then exhales out a stream of intense flames with two attacks made contact causing a huge explosion.
Slowpoke creates a orb of dark purple energy fires a light purple beam from the orb towards Ivysaur "(A counter attack coming right up!)" He said before opening his mouth forming energy from nature like Biyomon then created an shiny green orb then fires it directly at the incoming Psyshock with both attacks collided only to see the Energy Ball overpowers Slowpoke's Psychic type move and was heading towards him only for the Psychic/Water type to jump out of the way.
In the meantime Mudkip inhales then exhales before firing a huge volume of pressurized water at Aron "(I hope can avoid the attack in a good time I finished increasing my speed)" Aron exclaimed while his body is covered in light blue sparks then he was cloaked in a thick red aura signaling his speed is sharply increased "(Alright!)" He shouted before zooming away from the incoming Water type attack "(Now to go on offense!)" Aron then was surrounded in a multicolor dragon shaped aura then zooms straight towards Mudkip.
Sora saw that Aron coming in then she moved her arm in a arc "Mudkip counter back with Superpower" She commanded.
Mudkip's body was cloaked in light blue aura then charges, both attacks met with great force causing a huge explosion separating one another with neither took any damage.
While Taichi and Sora are training, we see the others along with their pokemon having lunch "Sora is more determine to be ready for the Ectreak Pokemon Contest huh?" Daisuke said while relaxing under a tree and eating some shrimp stew with Veemon by his side.
"Don't about it, She's been talking about it ever since we left Goldenrod City" Ash recalled while resting on the opposite side with Pikachu napping on the grass.
"Well what do you guys expect it's the same when you guys think about your gym battles" Hikari exclaimed before she and Dawn along with Gatomon and Piplup sat aside the two boys with their lunch as well.

Sora gave a wide grinned before she makes her next call "Alright let's show our combination Biyomon use Energy Ball and combine it with Aerial Ace!" She shouted.
Biyomon smirked before she flies up in the air before forming a shiny green orb then releasing it higher in the air then she gathers energy then was cloaked in white streaks then zooms directly towards the grass type attack and smashed through it causing a small explosion.
Taichi was confused at what just happened "What are those two up?" he muttered to himself before he sees the smoke subsided then his expression changed as he went wide eyed only to see Biyomon appeared okay but was surrounded in light mystic green aura.
"Wow that's a nice combination" Ken said in awe.
"Really cool" Stingmon nodded in agreement.

Agumon stomps on the ground before he inhales and exhales a wave of intense flames directly towards Biyomon, without any caution or any sign of worrying Sora just stood quietly same with the Pink feathered Digimon as she took the full impact of the Flamethrower only for it to be push pass her leaving everyone shock at what's happening.

Biyomon makes her move while being surrounded in white streaks but soon turn into green streaks with shiny sparkles flying out then zooms directly towards Agumon, Taichi makes a quick call for counter and commands for a Sky Uppercut as the Orange T-Rex jumps in the air and brought out his claw while glowing light blue with both Fire type Digimon collided together with both not giving a inch until Biyomon overpowers Agumon thanks to her combination knocking him backwards towards the ground landing a huge thud.
"Agumon oh no!" Taichi said in fear.
"Now that was awesome" Ash commented.
"It was a beautiful start out" Dawn added in.
Biyomon landed on the ground next to Slowpoke and Mudkip only for the green aura to wear off leaving her with a small grin then Brock stepped in "Alright guys let's stop for now" He insisted then looks at Sora "I must say that combination of Energy Ball and Aerial Ace was incredible".
Sora smiled "Thanks we wanted to create something that like a combination that includes a extra power boost and also that can repel any attacks, however it still need more work to last more longer" She explained.
"What should we call your new combination though" Dawn wondered.
Everyone took a thought about the idea for a name until they heard someone's voice "That combination was good but I've could have more better then you could have done" upon hearing that everyone turned around and glanced at where the voice came from leaving them wide eyed especially Sora as they see a certain light blue hair trainer "I've never expected to see you again Red" she chuckled.

"Have you been making progess? How many ribbons do you have?" Melanie questioned.
Sora took out her ribbon case and shown her only one ribbon "So far I got one" She answered only for Melanie to laugh getting her frustrated.
"Just one ribbon?! Hahahahaha...take a look at my ribbon case" Melanie said before revealing her ribbon case and shows that she already has two ribbons.
Dawn and Hikari went wide eyed "She already has two ribbons?!" They gawked in shock.
"That's how it supposed to look like, I pity to see you as a rival" Melanie berated.
Sora was really started fuming before pointing at the Light blue hair girl "You may have gotten ahead of me by one ribbon but I can go further then that, once I enter the Ectreak City Pokemon Contest you'll see" She declared.
"That's right!" Biyomon nodded in agreement with Mudkip nodded as well.
Melanie glanced at Biyomon and Mudkip but then turned her attention mostly towards Slowpoke "Oh my god it's you Slowpoke" She mutter bitterly with annoyed expression "I still don't know why this dumb idiot chose to be your trainer still, have you at least gotten better?".
Slowpoke wanted to speak but couldn't all he could was just nod his head in yes only to see Melanie chuckled a bit only for Sora to get in front of her "Leave Slowpoke alone, He has gotten way better then he has when was with you because he's around a family!" She pointed out.
Melanie closed her eyes before walking away from Sora before replying "If that's true...then let's have a battle then a one on one with you and Slowpoke" Melanie insisted
Without any time to think about this Sora accepts the deal "I will accept it" She said raising her fist.
Slowpoke went wide eyed at what he just heard then Sora crouched down and glanced at him "Slowpoke I know you can do it, let's prove to Melanie how stronger you've become" She declared with a serious expression.
Slowpoke had a bad feeling about this and seeing how Melanie is still giving him lack of respect, but if this to prove how much stronger he was gotten was another thing in mind so with that thought he nodded "(Okay I do it)" He responded.

Everyone arrived in a near rock field near a lake with Sora on the left side while Melanie is on the right side then Brock made the announcement "I'll be the referee for this match, the battle between Sora and Melanie is about to begin, this will be a one on one match".
Sora pointed forward with a confident smirk on her face "Alright Slowpoke ready to do this?"
Slowpoke nodded before entering the battlefield despite how he seems ready to battle but deep in his mind he seems uneasy to face Melanie but he wanted to keep it aside for his and Sora's sake, to him he didn't want to let Sora down.
"I don't think Slowpoke really wanted to battle Melanie" Daisuke believed.
"I believe your right Daisuke" Veemon nodded in agreeing.
"He is because Sora didn't even think about how Slowpoke would feel about this, she just decide to battle Melanie without any thought" Ash pointed out.

Melanie took out a pokeball with calm expression on her face "Jumpluff take action!" She throws the pokeball in the air and Jumpluff emerges from the capsule and lands on the ground safely.
"(Well if it isn't my good old friend, let's see if you got good then before)" The Grass/Flying type proclaimed.
"That's not good, Jumpluff is a part Grass type so it has the advantage aganist Slowpoke being a Water type" Ken stated.
Brock brought his hand down like a chop "Alright let the match begin!" He shouted.
Battle Scene: Sora and Slowpoke vs. Melanie and Jumpluff

Sora moved her arm in a arc signaling the first assault "We'll take the first move, Slowpoke use Shadow Ball!" She commanded.
Slowpoke responds to Sora's call and forms a dark orb of black and purple then fires it directly towards Jumpluff and hits making the Grass/Flying type skii backwards grunting in pain.
May smiled "It's a hit".
"It's true that it hit but I don't think it did that much damage" Daisuke proclaimed, crossing his arms.
Everyone turned their attention towards the Gogglehead boy "What do you mean Daisuke?" Hikari asked before Daisuke pointed at Jumpluff seeing it gave a cocky smirk leaving everyone surprised.
"That Jumpluff barely felt much of that attack, I'm thinking that Melanie is testing out Slowpoke's attack strength" Daisuke proclaimed.
Melanie moved her arm in a arc "Jumpluff use Acrobatics" She commanded. Jumpluff then disappears in a instant then dashes through Slowpoke multiple times with each time she lands a swift hit making the Water/Psychic flinching in pain until she lands the final hit making him round backwards.
"Slowpoke!" Sora said worried.
Jumpluff ascend into the air then Melanie calls for the next attack "Now use Energy Ball!" Jumpluff gathers energy from nature then forms three shiny green orbs then fires it directly towards Slowpoke.
"Slowpoke dodge them!" Sora shouted.
Slowpoke waited for the moment was right and one by one each Energy ball came in then Slowpoke moves out of the way each time leaving Melanie and Jumpluff shocked and surprised.
"Whoa now that was good way to dodge" Agumon commented with grin on his face.
"Go Slowpoke" Biyomon cheered happily.
Sora then calls for the next attack "Slowpoke use Psyshock!" Slowpoke creates a orb of purple energy then fires a light purple beam directly towards Jumpluff. Jumpluff flies up in the air dodging the incoming Psychic type move.
Melanie chuckled calling for a counter "Energy Ball go!" She commented.
Slowpoke looked up and see Jumpluff descends towards him before she creates three shiny green orb of nature's energy and fires it leaving him in daze before taking a full impact of the hit causing a green explosion.
Sora went wide eyed at what happened "Oh no!" She panicked only to see the smoke subsided with Slowpoke barley standing with multiple bruises "Slowpoke quick use Slack Off".
Slowpoke took the chance to rest before being surround by a green aura with all the scratches and bruises on him disappears and he stood up.
"Gotcha Jumpluff use Sleep Powder!" Melanie commanded.
"(Time to go to sleep!)" Jumpluff declared as she raised her cotton arms releasing a cloud of green dust in the air leaving Slowpoke surprised but unfortunately the Dopey Pokemon was caught in the dust and was starting to fall asleep.
"Oh no Slowpoke wake up!" Sora shouted worried.
"That was unexpected! I never thought that Jumpluff had Sleep Powder" Ken said with a shocking expression.
"Me neither! This is bad" Dawn said worried.
"It's what Melanie was looking for" Everyone turned their attention towards Taichi while he was looking at the battle "Melanie was waiting for Slowpoke to use Slack Off to let his guard down then use the opportunity to use Sleep Powder in order to have the match go in her favor" He explained.
Agumon questioned the Digidestined of Courage "But how can Melanie known that Slowpoke would have Slack Off Taichi?".
"Have you forgotten? Melanie used to be Slowpoke's trainer, she knows his moves if he learn different moves then it would have been a different story but sadly it's not" Taichi proclaimed.
Melanie makes the next call as she moves her left arm in a arc "Jumpluff use Acrobatics!" Jumpluff disappears once again then dashes pass Slowpoke multiple times while he is still asleep then she lands another blow making the Psychic/Water type roll backwards.
"Slowpoke you gotta wake up!" Sora shouted trying to wake him up.
"Now for the final touch! Jumpluff use Solarbeam!" Melanie shouted, Jumpluff looked up at the sun then beings to draw natural energy creating a light yellow orb.
"Oh no Slowpoke please you gotta wake up!" Biyomon shouted but it was no use as Jumpluff was fully charges then she fires off a light yellow energy beam directly towards Slowpoke and lands a full impact causing a huge explosion with smoke brewing pass Sora, Biyomon and Mudkip.
"SLOWPOKE!" Sora hollered in fear with everyone else gasped in shock only to see Slowpoke popped out of the smoke flying towards a nearby tree and took a full impact of the hit then lands a huge thud on the ground and was completely knocked out cold.
Jumpluff flew next to Melanie while both of them grinning at their victory "Well looks like the match is over, I won this round hehehehahaha" The Purple hair girl laughed.
Sora along with Biyomon and Mudkip ran towards the unconscious Slowpoke "Oh my god Slowpoke please be okay, please be okay" She cried while placing her hands on Slowpoke's back.
"Hang in there Slowpoke" Biyomon said placing her talon on his head.
Melanie recalls Jumpluff back to her pokeball then took another look at Sora with the Red hair girl stares back at her as well "Well I guess it proves that Slowpoke is still a worthless piece of crap Pokemon" She stated harshly.
Sora stood up in frustration before she explodes in anger "SHUT UP! I don't care that I lost to you but I'm not gonna stand here and hear you degrade Slowpoke like that".
Melanie chuckled a bit before she went serious then walks slowly towards Sora, Taichi was about to make a move but was stopped by Brock as the digidestined of Courage calmly stood back. Both rivals stood close towards one another with deep stares of anger and restatement then Melanie spoken "Like I've told you before I was gonna show you how much of cruel bitch I could be" She said then got closer to Sora's face "And it's gonna get worse every step of the way...so if you think your constant bitching is gonna help then your more a pathetic excuse of a trainer and Coordinator combine" That part she said in a cold harsh tone before she walked away from her then the gang.
Everyone looked at Melanie as she was walking away then Taichi walked up to Sora before she looks down at the ground in frustration.

It's been at least three hours since the match happen and so far, things haven't been so great after the match Brock has took the chance to help nurse Slowpoke's injures while the meantime the gang along with the pokemon was having lunch however Sora was standing near tree with her arms crossed, she's been like since then hasn't talk or move from the spot.
"Sora hasn't move from that spot for a while now, don't you guys we should talk to her to get her to at least have some lunch" Dawn asked worried.
"We tried to talk to her Dawn, but she wouldn't want to talk to us or look at us" Ash pointed out.
"(She's really is upset about the whole thing with Melanie)" Pikachu said.
"As much as I really disgust that cold hearted bitch, I was afraid that this whole situation would come out like this" Hikari said, placing her left hand on her cheek.
"I was feeling the same way too" Gatomon nodded in agreement.
Daisuke took a sip of tea before putting the cup down "Like we thought before, Sora wanted to battle Melanie without any thought about Slowpoke's feelings on the agreeing to it, another part was that during the whole battle Sora wasn't battling the way she use to, she was going head on trying to attack her opponent without any sort of plan because she was so determine to defeat Melanie that her emotions, that frustation and anger cloud her mind and cause her and Slowpoke to lose" He explained.
"It may sound harsh to her but it's true on what Daisuke's saying" Veemon said.
Taichi looked at Sora while she was still standing near a tree, letting out a sign Taichi stood up and walked towards the digidestined of Love at first he tried to act a little silly just to break a cold silence "Boy it's a nice day, say Sora wanna go explore around like old times it would be great" He said smiling happily.

Sora turned around and looked away again, Taichi wanted to think of what to say but couldn't think of anything else so all he did was wrapped his arms around Sora leaving her surprised but still wasn't happy at all "Taichi please stop I don't think this will make me feel any better" She proclaimed.

"We were so close, so close to beat Melanie but lost badly I don't understand, we've gotten stronger but..." Sora said but growled in frustration.
Taichi thought it would be best to be honest about the whole situation as he turns her around with both stare deep in their eyes "Sora, I'm sorry but I have to be honest you wasn't yourself at all and you let Slowpoke battle aganist Melanie without the thought the fact he didn't want to in the first place" He confessed.
Sora was stunned at what Taichi said before she brushed him off of her "What? Are you saying it's my fault that I lost the battle? And what do you mean that Slowpoke didn't want to battle!?" She questioned in a angry tone.
"Sora, you have to understand you rushed into battling Melanie without even taking time to think about it and secondly you didn't think about how would Slowpoke feel about even wanted to do partake in the first place" Taichi tried to explained.
Sora took this very personal as she stood in his face "Are you telling me that I forced Slowpoke into battling that cold hearted bitch!?" She nearly shouted at that question.
Everyone else stood up and walked up toward Taichi and Sora before May spoken "I'm sorry Sora but Taichi is right about this, you was so angry and frustrated you wasn't realizing thinking of what you was doing and Slowpoke only battled not only for him but mostly for you, he understood how you feel about Melanie after all she was his trainer in the past but he felt that he wasn't ready and he didn't want to let you down".
"Don't you understand? Slowpoke felt that he didn't want to let you down because he still felt that way when he was with Melanie, what I mean is that he felt that Melanie gave up on him because to Slowpoke he felt that he let her down and he was feeling that if he did the same thing to you then...you would have done the same thing" Daisuke said looking at the ground regretfully telling her this heartfelt truth.
This was a heavy thing for Sora to hear, she could not said anything in defense realizing her flaw she looks at Slowpoke while he was resting seeing that made her feel terrible then Biyomon and Mudkip stood next to her with worried expression "Sora...I" Biyomon didn't finish her sentence only to see Sora walk away from the others.
"I need to be alone" Sora mutter with a shadow under her eyes.
"Sora wait listen don't be upset it was just.." Taichi said.
"I'M SO SELFISH! It'S ALL MY FAULT SLOWPOKE'S HURT!" Sora shouted with tears falling then she ran away from the others.
"SORA WAIT!" Taichi shouted before chasing her with Agumon, Biyomon and Mudkip following behind.

Sora was still running with tears falling down but not far from behind Taichi, Agumon, Biyomon and Mudkip was following her "Sora please listen to me!" Taichi tried to talk to her.
"Go away! Just leave me alone!" Sora shouted.
"Sora please stop!" Biyomon said worried.

Sora was still running from them but soon tripped and landed behind a soft cushion and landed on the ground then something started to move only to realize she bumped into a wild Scolipede as it stood in front of her very angry.
"(Hey! You little brat! Did you hit me in the back?!)" Scolipede growled in anger before walking towards Sora.
Sora was backing away in fear "I'm sorry I didn't mean..." She said only to see Scolipede's tails glows a venomous purple via. Poison Tail then swifts it like a baseball making Sora making her cover her eyes while screaming in fear.
"No!" Taichi ran towards Sora and blocks her only for Scolipede to slam it's tails into Taichi's abdomen making him scream in pain and sending him flying into a lake.
Sora gasped in shock before turning her head and see Taichi washed into the lake "Taichi!" She shouted only to see the Scolipede was about to attack her but Agumon stood in front of her.
"Don't even think about!" Agumon declared before he inhales then exhales out a stream of intense flames via Flamethrower scorching the Poison/Bug type pokemon making it shout in pain then Biyomon zooms towards it while cloaked in white streaks via Aerial Ace landed a full impact sending Scolipede to the ground landing a huge thud.
"Thanks you guys but Taichi!" Sora said looking at where Taichi landed in the lake only to see he on the surface but was moving away only for Sora gasped in shock as she sees a waterfall nearby "Oh my god Taichi!" She shouted with Agumon, Mudkip and Biyomon all ran to go save the Digidestined of Courage.
Taichi was unconscious while being swapped in the water then a wild grass type pokemon appeared from a near land revealing to be a Petilil, they noticed the Digidestined of Courage was about to head towards the waterfall "Taichi!" Sora shouted.
Petilil responds to this situation and lets out a cry creating roots with light green aura via Ingrain from the ground and send it towards Taichi and caught him bringing him to shore with the roots reverting back to the ground then Petilil moved towards the unconscious brown hair dude.
"Taichi!" Sora made it to Taichi before she crouched down and placed her left hand on his right cheek then she looked at the wild Petilil that saved him "Your the one who save Taichi, thank you so much" She thanked the little grass type pokemon.
Petilil smiled happily before hopping in the air "(Hehehe your welcome I'm just glad that he's gonna be okay)" She said revealing to be a female (A/N:Well FYI all Petilils are all females).
Sora thought it would be a good idea to check on Petilil as she reached for her pokedex and scans it.

Petilil the Bulb Pokemon. The leaves on it's head is very bitter. Eating these leaves can naturally heal a fatigue body.
Taichi was groaning in pain with a little purple in the face seeing that made Sora panicked knowing what's wrong "Oh my god Taichi is poisoned!" She said in shock.
Agumon walked towards Taichi "Oh no Taichi! That damn Scolipede did this!" he growled in anger.
"We need some Pecha Berries but we're far away from the others, what are we gonna do?" Biyomon asked in concern.
Sora brought Taichi close to her fearing of losing him "Taichi I'm so sorry, it's all my fault! Everything that happened with Melanie, for not understanding Slowpoke's feelings, making him battle and getting hurt now your hurt because of me...I'm suppose to be the Digidestined of Love and I let this happen..." She said before tears started forming in her eyes.
Petilil felt guilty for what happen but then it remember something as she moved towards Sora getting her attention "(I think I can help, just lay him down for a second please)" She said.
Sora waste no time and laid Taichi gently to the ground then Petilil move close to the poisoned Digidestined of Courage then she closed her eyes then starts humming in harmony before her body glows a rainbow color releasing a light green wave around Taichi with him starting to glow in a light green aura, the process only took a few seconds until they heard a groan from Taichi only to see him wake up and sat up.
"Ugh man that Scolipede really hits hard...oh that hurts" Taichi groaned in pain while holding his stomach.
"Taichi your okay!" Sora smiled happily before hugging him tightly around his neck making him nearly chock with Biyomon, Mudkip and Agumon joining in.
"Hehehehehe hey hey guys easy easy I'm still a little sore" He said breaking the hug then looks at the little Petilil "Who's the little pokemon?" He questioned.
"This is Petilil she's the one who saved you from falling into the waterfall and healed you from the poison which I realize that move was Aromatherapy" Sora exclaimed placing her hand on his chest.
"Really?" Taichi said before Petilil move closer to him before Taichi petted her head "Thank you so much for helping, I'm really grateful for that".
Petilil smiled then Sora looked at Taichi with a guilt expression on her face "Taichi I'm so sorry for what happen, I truly made some much careless mistakes that almost got you.." Sora said but stop only for Taichi to lift her chin up with both looking deep in their eyes.
"It's no need to apologizes, besides I wouldn't let nothing happen to you and I heard what you said while I was unconscious, Sora you was only trying to defend Slowpoke and yes you was blind by anger but you only was following on how much you care about him so you got careless but I know now that you'll do better the next time you and Slowpoke face Melanie" Taichi said, smirking then he snapped his fingers before he recalls another point "Oh and secondly you are the Digidestined of Love don't feel that you fail at that because of this!" He pointed out.
Sora felt touch at this making her smile before they leaned closer with their heads touching with the others smiling at the scene then a loud thunderous sound echo getting everyone react.
"What the hell was that?" Agumon questioned only to noticed that three figures appearing from the forrest.
Three figures appeared in the flash revealing to be a trio of Scolipede with one of them having muliple scratches which means that the Scolipede that attack Taichi before is back again.
"Oh no it's that Scolipede again, only this time it brought it's friends" Biyomon said worried.

The Scolipede on the left started to attack with it's two horns glowing green via Megahorn "That's Scolipede's Megahorn! Biyomon Heat Wave!" Sora commanded.
"With Pleasure!" Biyomon exclaimed before she breathes out a powerful wind of intense flames directly towards Scolipede and scorches it making it shout in pain before falling into the ground however since Heat Wave can hit multiple pokemon the other two Scolipedes move out of the away but one of them defends it friend by firing multiple blobs of light green sludge via Venoshock and hits Biyomon making her yelp in pain.
"Biyomon!" Sora shouted in fear.
"Agumon help Biyomon! Use Flamethrower!" Taichi commanded.
Agumon growled at the Scolipede that attacked Biyomon "Attacking Biyomon was a big mistake pal!" He exclaimed before he fires off a stream of intense flames directly at the Bug/Poison type landed a full hit but only for the last Scolipede which was the one they fought before to go in for a sneak attack and fires a jet of purple liquid via Toxic only for Agumon to look surprised then was hit by the attack causing a small explosion until Agumon was revealed and was crouching down with purple bubbles appearing.
"No Agumon has been poisoned!" Taichi shouted in fear.
Biyomon got up then walked up to Agumon while he groans in pain "Hang in there Agumon" She said.
Petilil walked towards them "(Hang on I'll help out!)" She declared but was stopped only to see the opposing Scolipede along with his friends standing in front of her with vicious scrowls on their faces making her backup in fear then all three Bug/Poison type fired off multiple blobs of purple sludge via Sludge Bomb.
"(No!)" Petilil shouted in fear only to see Mudkip jumped in front of her before he let of a battle cry creating multiple white rings then firing off large gray boulders via Rock Slide directly towards the incoming Sludge Bomb with all attacks collided causing a huge explosion.
"That's my Mudkip!" Sora said smiling.
"Way a go!" Taichi commented giving the thumbs up.
Petilil was amazed that Mudkip saved her then she went towards Biyomon while she was holding Agumon "(Don't worry I'm here)" She exclaimed before she used Aromatherapy once again releasing a light green wave surrounding Agumon as he glows in a light green aura completely healing his status condition.
Agumon stood up stretching his arms then looks at Petilil "Thanks for the help, I owe you one".
Petilil smiled then heard Sora shouted in fear "Mudkip!" hearing that made Agumon, Petilil and Biyomon turn their attention and see one of the Scolipede swifts his purple glowing tails via Poison Tail slamming into Mudkip sending him knock into a tree.
Agumon and Biyomon jumped into the fight only to see the other two Scolipedes block their way.
"Agumon let's pay them back 10-fold use Metal Claw!" Taichi commanded.
"Biyomon use Aerial Ace!" Sora commanded as well.
Agumon brought his arms together then his claws glow in a metallic color then he swifts his claws like a rapid fire fury swipes with each time hit one of Scolipede knocking it down to the ground knocking it out. Biyomon zooms towards Scolipede before the Bug/Poison type ran straight towards her with the horns on it's head glowing light green via Megahorn, as soon as Scolipede was about to land it's mark Biyomon disappears then reappears from behind and strikes hard while being surrounded in white streaks knocking the second Scolipede down to the ground and fainted.
"Alright!" Taichi shouted happily.
Mudkip stood up with a few bruises then glares at the last remaining Scolipede before it seeing it's horns forming a dark orb with black energy seeing that made Sora realize what's happening "That's a Hyper Beam! Mudkip Mirror Coat!" Sora commanded.
Scolipede fires off a black and purple energy beam directly at Mudkip just as soon as the little water type lets out a battle cry creating a reflective energy collided with the Hyper Beam only for the attack to revert back towards Scolipede leaving the Bug/Poison type completely shocked then gets swallowed in dark explosion sending strong winds throughout the area with everyone covering up from the strong winds only to see the smoke subsiding with Mudkip barely standing while the last Scolipede was laying on it's stomach and was knocked out for the count.
"Alright we did!" Sora shouted happily.
"Yeah!" Taichi said raising his fist in the air.
Agumon, Biyomon and Petilil were celebrating in joy while Mudkip stood happily but felt something was wrong as he beings to glowing in light blue aura then a energy field engulfed around leaving everyone to stop celebrating and witness what's happening.
Sora had her hands over her mouth and gasped in shock "Mudkip..your evolving" She exclaimed as she watches.
Mudkip's evolution begins to progress as the little water being to grow with the front two feet quickly turns into arms while the bottom legs grow long until it reach up to 2 feet 4 inches, the fin on the top of his head grow into a shape of a mohawk, the gills on it cheek extended long while the tail on it's back grew into two fins. The evolution has finished as the energy field bursts revealing Mudkip in his next form.

"(Wow look! I can stand on two legs! And I feel alot more stronger then I was before!)" He said before jumping up and down happily.
Sora moves her hands from her mouth with a wide smile on her face "Oh my god my little Mudkip evolved!" She exclaimed before she along with Biyomon ran up to him with all three ended in a hug.
"That is awesome! Let's check it out!" Taichi exclaimed before reaching in his pocket and pulled out his pokedex and scans the newly evolved pokemon.
Pokemon Analyze (Dexter's Voice)
Marshtomp the Mud Fish Pokemon and the evolved form of Mudkip. It's sturdy legs gives it sure footing, even in mud. It burrows in the dirt to sleep.
Just a right moment the rest of the gang appeared "Hey Taichi! Sora!" May shouted getting their attention.
"Hey everyone!" Sora shouted happily with others waved at them.
Everyone has finally reunited they were to see everything was fine and well but not until they noticed a surprising discovery leaving May to asked in surprised "Sora did Mudkip evolved?".
"Yep my little Mudkip has evolved into Marshtomp!" Sora said before petting his head making him smiled.
Brock nodded while smiling "I can tell that it has gotten stronger no doubt" He commented.
Marshtomp responds as he throw in a few punches until he brought his fist behind creating a icy aura then brought it forward sending a wave through the lake making a trail of ice leaving everyone surprised at what just happened.
"Oh wow I know that move as well, I think Marshtomp learned Ice Punch" Gatomon exclaimed realizing that move.
"Wow Marshtomp learned Ice Punch this is great" Sora exclaimed before she noticed Slowpoke was walking towards her getting her to walked towards him "Slowpoke...".
Slowpoke stood there for a moment before he smiled happily with Sora doing the same thing before they ended in hug "Slowpoke I'm so sorry for everything that happened, I didn't mean to ignore your feelings and focused to battle like that, I promise to never do that again please forgive me" She begged.
"(I've already have, but next time when we see Melanie again..we'll be ready to take her down and that's a promise)" Slowpoke declared leaving a confident grin.
Sora broke the hug with a confident smirk as well "You better believe it!" She said smiling.
Play "Lilycove City-Pokemon (Anime) Music Extended
Petilil thought this was a beautiful thing so she started to sing in harmony getting everyone attention "Wow that's a Petilil" Ash said in awe.
"It's singing in harmony" Dawn said smiling.
Petilil then started to glow white then creates multiple copies of itself while singing in harmony "Wow Petilil just used Double Team" Hikari commented.
"It's so adorable" Gatomon smiled.
Just as Petilil and her copies continue singing they finished by releasing another light green aroma wave through the air with yellow sparkles throughout the forest, all the pokemon that lives there noticed then scent and was smiling while others we're dancing in joy. Even Melanie who was far away from where she left noticed the scene was taking place, to her it wouldn't know surprise that it has something to do with Sora or she believes it is, all she could do was continue to moving on but she couldn't help but think about this "I hate to admit this but I have a very bad feeling that Sora might end up being the toughest person I will face but I will reach higher then she'll ever will, I better see her at the Ectreak Pokemon Contest, I will be victorious once again!".
After Petilil stopped releasing the aroma then copies from her Double team starts to disappear leaving the little Grass Pokemon all by herself before she took a bow in front of the gang with everyone to applause for a beautiful performance.
"That was awesome!" Veemon said while clapping.
"(Bravo I really enjoyed that whole performance)" Pikachu commented clapping as well.
"It was something to hold after everything that happened this little performance made all the negative emotions disappear from everyone's mind" Daisuke pointed out while smiling.
Sora crouched down to Petilil before petting her head "Petilil that was a beautiful performance, your very sweet and brave after everything you done to help us, you saved Taichi from falling into a waterfall, you healed him and Agumon from being poisoned, I was wondering if you would like to..." Sora said but stopped only to hear Petilil respond.
"(Come along with you? I would love to come along with you guys!)" Petilil said hopping with joy.
Biyomon and Slowpoke were shocked yet was very happy to hear that "Really you wanna join us?" Biyomon asked holding in her happiness.
"(Of course, It's really awesome to meet you guys and I can see so much positive energy and besides..)" Petilil said before walking towards Marshtomp getting his attention before she jumped to reach his face a plant a kiss on his cheek making him blushed like a beet "(I want to thank Marshtomp for protecting me from getting harm, he's my hero)".
Everyone including the Pokemon wooed at Marshtomp leaving him to cover his face in embarrassment before hearing Biyomon commented "Wooo is it me or does Marshtomp has a girlfriend?".
"We think so!" Veemon, Pikachu, Gatomon, Slowpoke, Agumon and Stingmon all answered while laughing.
Marshtomp stomped in frustration "(Oh shut it!)" He said before Sora petted his head making him look at her before smiling happily then she picks up Petilil before hugging the little Grass type pokemon.
"This is a wonderful, I've reunited with my Slowpoke with a new change, my little Mudkip has evolved into a Marshtomp and now the Power of Love that shines in all of us has sent Petilil into my life!" She said with a tears in her eyes.
"Yeah!" Biyomon, Slowpoke, Marshtomp shouted happily.
When to love and care for someone, many of us can make mistakes but it doesn't make that person bad, it proves how much they truly care about someone. Sora was able to learn from her mistakes and made anew with her Slowpoke now they're closer then ever, now with her newly evolved Marshtomp and a new member in the team of Love. Our Heroes will continue on their way to Ectreak City.
Taichi noticed something was on the ground, it was a little marble with a strings of white, dark grey and light gray inside "What's this? He wondered.
"What's wrong Taichi?" Sora asked getting his attention making him put the marble away in his pocket.
"It's nothing everything is okay" He said before breaking a smile.
Sora smiled before she kissed him on the cheek made him surprised "I'm sorry I just wanted to do that" She whispered.
Taichi didn't complain but leave a wide smile still on his face before holding her left hand "I'm glad to be around you" He confessed.
"Me too.." She said.

The scientist was getting tired as it was late at night, so he was about to call it a day "I don't think it's around so I better get..." He said but stopped in mid of his sentence as he see something on the computer that just appeared, it was creature that has a pink polyhedral body with a blue stomach, blue traingular prism tail. It has a pink, polyhedral head that ends in a blue beak and has hexagonal eyes.
The scientist went wide eyed and smiled "I found you!".
The unknown pokemon smiled then something happen as all the computers in the lab begin to turn on which caught the scientist off guard as he looks around and see this happening "What the all the computers but no one's here so how.." he stopped again and noticed the pokemon was using the programming from it's code program allowing all electronic to activate then the computer in front of the scientist being glow in a bright yellow light making him moved out of the sight then the unknown pokemon started to come out of the virtual network into the real world but what happening also is that it causing other places around the building to go out of control.
Other people who are witnessing this situation started to panic "Ahh what's going on?" A female citizen questioned in fear.
As the scientist gazed at this amazing phenomenon the unknown pokemon has fully been release from the virtual network and all the computers and everything was happening has stopped. Then the door opens and the female citizen appears and sees everything that happen then she glanced at the scientist "Carlos!".
The little pokemon didn't want to her to come near so it let out a battle cry and release multiply jolt of blue and yellow electricity via Discharge around the area causing all the technology to explode around making Sonia to scream in fear while avoiding getting hurt.
"Sonia!" Carlos shouted before running towards her and shielding then he glanced at the attacking pokemon "My friend please stop!" He begged it.
