Chapter 21: The return of Trigon Part 3
The ruins of the Doom Dimension is a place considered a death for Bakugans. Any Bakugan that had lived longer were either turned to stone or were getting weak. However, something odd from the dimension happened. A blinding light formed into the color of the six Attributes of Vestoria flew up in the air. On the ground, the Six ancient Warriors raised their hands high, sending the beams away.
But unlike regular beams, these were teleportation beams. There were teens in them and on their faces were looks of determination.
"You have passed the test." said Clayf, the subterra ancient warrior.
"You have proven yourself worthy." said Frosch, an ancient warrior of the Aquos attribute.
"No go and save your world and ours." Apollonir said.
As they went higher, Ben looked to his right and smirked at Dan, "I'm guessing this is goodbye."
"Yeah, but maybe we might meet again." Dan nodded.
"I hope so." Ben replied.
Their teleportation zapped them through the skies of the Doom Dimension, exiting them out of the dimension and back to their respective worlds.

Jump city was a wreck and a place of ruins. Not that it was any different than any other city. In fact the whole world was in the same state as Jump city, but it didn't have a powerful dimensional demon residing it. The demon was known well as Trigon. He sat on the ruins of Jump City, having brought it back after his battle with a superhero called Ben 10.
On the demon's shoulder, a glob hovered with a girl in it. The girl was June in her current state of unconsciousness. She was getting weak and seems to be the only living thing other than Trigon on earth. But she couldn't do anything, not even her Te Xuan Za powers can't save her.
Suddenly, a portal opened in the sky, allowing two figures out. Of course this didn't go unnoticed by Trigon. He narrowed his eyes forward; determine to know what came out. The first thing he saw was his daughter, Raven, and a being he never encountered before, but the symbol on the chest made him realize who it was. The being was muscular with green hair and green eyes. He also wore a green striped shirt with short sleeve, green pants and a green cape attached to his shoulders.
Trigon watched both of them head his way and snarled in a low tone. He got off his 'throne', held the orb that held June and let go of it, allowing it to fall on the shores.
"Haven't you had enough humiliation?"
Raven didn't respond, but flew faster. She got into a close range and halted, pushing her hands forward, "Azarath Metrion Zinthios!"
That instant, black arrows appeared at her side and flew straight at Trigon. The giant saw them coming and raised his hand, allowing them to hit his palm with no damage. The being Trigon saw flew past Trigon, a growing smirk on his face. He came to a halt, taking a huge amount of air and released a green sonic wave at him. Unlike the arrows, the attack had effect, causing Trigon to growl in pain.
The Dimensional Demon pulled back his hurt palm and shot a glare at the two, "You little flies, I'll destroy you all!"
Just as he said, he shot a direct beam at them from his eyes. Raven and her companion, Eerinferno flew out of the way, separating from each other.
"Wow that was close." Eerinferno watched as the blast past him. He looked away, directly looking at Trigon and flew straight at him.
Trigon ceased his attack, seeing as Eerinferno and Raven avoided his attack. He notices the male heading towards him and shot another beam. However, it passed through the being as he became tangible. Trigon kept shooting at him, but to no avail. The ghost drew closer and threw a hard blow at the forehand. The force of the blow knocked him down on the Titan Tower, destroying it.
Raven flew next to Eerinferno and shot a glare, "Be careful. We don't want to cause more destruction."
"Okay, fine. Besides, we got Trigon on the run."
Like a response to prove him wrong, Trigon got back to his feet and shot another beam at them.
"Or not." Eerinferno yelled and flew out of the way of the blast.
He maneuvered back to Trigon and began shooting ecto blasts, from both legs and hands. His attacks hit Trigon, bringing pain for his head. Trigon snarled from the pain and held it, keeping his hatred glare at the one that cause it. The ghostly being continued to come at him, shooting more ecto blasts at him. Trigon took a deep breath and shot a huge stream of fire, destroying the ecto blasts and hitting Ben…or that's what he thought.
To his utmost surprise, Eerinferno flew out of the path, no sign of burn on him. He snickered at the expression on his face before flying forward to attack. Trigon quickly snapped back, seeing the ghost heading towards him. He sent his hand at him, attempting to swat him away, but failed. As the hand came, Eerinferno held on to it and began running on it.
As he ran on the hand, his feet began green fire, hurting Trigon in the process. Trigon reacted by sending his other hand on Eerinferno, but the ghost flew through it like thin air, appearing on the hand that tried to hit him. He continued to move forward, but this time shooting ecto blasts at Trigon's face. The dimensional demon cried out in pain, getting angry with every blast. He shrugged off the pain and shot a directly Eerinferno, sending him flying to the ground.
Before Trigon could, the dark watery energy swirled around him, trapping him in one position. Trigon grunted, trying to break out of the form, but failing. He shot a glare at the being that caused it and found Raven in her pure Raven form.
"Let me go you and I will make your death quick!" Trigon snapped at her.
Raven continued to hover, angrily glaring at Trigon, "That's one of the things I always hated about you, Trigon! You never shut up!"
In anger, Raven light up a dark energy in her hand and shot it directly at his face. The force threw Trigon off his feet and sent him crashing into the water. However, these provoke the demon, causing him to break through the bonds. He got back to his feet and face his daughter, ready to blast her. But before he could, green lightening struck from the sky, hitting him and causing him to scream in pain.
A part of the dark red skies opened, allowing Eerinferno to float down, "Hey, red and all ugly, did you miss me?"
Trigon shot his glare from Raven and at Eerinferno, "I have showed enough mercy to you and that imbecile. Prepare to die."
"Imbecile?" Raven's eyes divided to four, rushing power through her veins, "AZARATH METRION ZINTHIOS!" Dark lightening sparked from her and shot at Trigon, causing him to scream and shot into the city.
Eerinferno looked back at the fallen Trigon and then back at Raven, "Hey, I thought we suppose to keep low damage."
"It doesn't matter." Raven returned back to her expressionless face, "If we defeat him, all damages will be gone."
"Cool." Ben said with a smile.
They heard Trigon grunt, getting their attention back at him. They found him back on his feet and body glowing in fiery aura. He raised his hands to the sky, causing lightening to rumble and the lightening to slash the air. Before the two heroes could react, Raven and Ben were hit, sending powerful voltage into their body. They screamed from the air as all their body hurt.
Eerinferno, on the other hand, began to focus and found his body glowing. The pain suddenly ceased as he absorbed the energy and shot his hands forward, letting it fly towards Trigon. The blast hit Trigon hard, causing him to stumble back. With the lightening down, Raven was free and flew straight at Trigon. Eerinferno followed from behind.
Before Trigon could react, both rushed at his face and threw a powerful blow at forehead. As a result, he was sent flying a few feet away, in fact even out of the city.
"And he's out of the park." Eerinferno said, smirking on his face.
"You seem to be full of jokes all of a sudden." Raven said, raising an eyebrow at him.
The ghost shrugged, "What can I say? I'm just feeling it today."
However a loud roar sounded through the air, catching the attention of the two. They looked forward and found Trigon hovering in the air, looking angrily at them.
"Wow he looks angry." Eerinferno said.
The dimensional demon's body glows a fiery aura before he shot a laser from both his fists. Both lasers combined, making it bigger to destroy anything in its path. Unfortunately, Raven and Eerinferno were in the way and got hit, sending them crashing to the ground. They both lie in a large crater, smoke steaming from the crater.
Trigon flew over them, hovering above them and glaring pure hatred at them. He began to charge up his lasers to send the final blast. Raven opened her eyes, having sensed something about to come at them. Before she could come to full realization, Trigon fired. Her sixth sense suddenly snapped, alerting her of the attack. She got back to her feet, marched forward and shot her hand forward, creating an invisible force field. The blast hit, causing her to grunt as she tried to hold it. She then summoned much of her concentration and forced the blast back at Trigon, knocking him a few feet away.
Eerinferno got back to his feet, letting out a moan, "Okay, that…was a rush."
"Don't you have any other alien that can help us?" Raven asked.
"I have another but I haven't mastered him yet. Trust me Eerinferno backs a lot of power." Just as Ben as Eerinferno said, Trigon got back to his feet and shot a stream of fire from his mouth
Eerinferno reacted quickly, grabbed Raven's hand and flew out of the way of the blast. Both heroes held their hands and spun each other around. They built enough force, allowing Eerinferno to let go of Raven. The sorceress shot straight at Trigon like a speeding bullet and hit his chest, knocking the demon to the ground. Before he could get up, Eerinferno stomped on his ground, sending a powerful shockwave to his chest and the ground.
"Had enough?"
Trigon snarled, "I'll never surrender to pest like you." That instant he fires his death rays at Eerinferno, but he became intangible, allowing it pass through him.
"Miss me." The ghost cocked a smirk. He summoned two duplicates at his side, "But we're so not gonna kiss you."
The duplicate and Eerinferno flew off and hovered above him. They curled their hands like holding a ball and soon a green ecto ball formed. They separated from each holding, still forming the ball in their hands causing it to grow. When it reached its max, Eerinferno and his duplicate threw the ecto blasts at Trigon. The balls combined with each other, increasing in size and power.
Eventually, the mega blast hit Trigon, causing a huge explosion that left him in a crater. Eerinferno summoned his duplicates back at him before Raven flew to his side.
"Told you Eerinferno got power." Eerinferno smirked, not even turning at Raven.
"Yes, but it isn't over." Raven said with much depression.
Just then Trigon got back to his feet, holding his chest in pain. He stood up fully and shot a mischievous grin at them, "For so long I have looked for an opponent that will be called worthy and now I've encountered two. Congratulations children, you've succeed in making me very angry."
Suddenly, a lone red lightening strikes him from the skies. It didn't do any damage to him, but instead fed him more power. His body began to grow unlike anything Raven and Ben have ever faced before. Even his shadow was very huge that it casted darkly on them. The heroes could do nothing, too frozen in shock as he stood bigger than ever.
"This is the end for you pests." His voice echoed, booming to their ears, "But perhaps I will let one of you live so you can join that friend of yours, the girl with mystical powers. I can't have the entire universe without having a living trophy, especially both of you."
"Is he talking about June?" Eerinferno asked in a low tone.
"I think so." She answered back. She then gritted her teeth in anger, "I am such a fool. I should have taken Trigon down while I could."
"Don't beat yourself, Raven." Eerinferno assured her, "We will win this, I promise. You go and break June free, I'll hold off big and ugly."
"You sure?" Raven said, showing a doubtful face.
As a response, Ben grinned, "Of course, I'm Ben 10."
Raven, though not sure, gave him and nod and flew south, the location where June was. With her gone, Eerinferno looked back at the gigantic Trigon smirking at him.
"You are foolish for letting my daughter go." He spoke up dark, amused by Eerinferno's 'foolishness', "Do you honestly think you can beat me."
"Perhaps." Eerinferno answered, showing a playful face, "But if I'm going down, I'm going still kicking."
Immediately, Eerinferno flew straight at him in light speed. Trigon wasn't able to comprehend such speed and found him latching on to his forehead.
"The bigger there are…" Eerinferno grunted, pulling back with much of his strength, "The harder they fall." With a final tug, Trigon was sent falling to the earth.
The dimensional demon groaned, but got back to his feet. The moment he did, Eerinferno rushed at him and threw a powerful blow at the upper left eye. Trigon cried out in pain, holding the eye as a response. His other eyes shifted to the lone hero and fired three deadly lasers at him. They were so huge that it could destroy him. However, when they hit Eerinferno it phased through him.
"Seriously, don't you get tired?" Eerinferno crossed his arms, taunting the villain.
"Indeed, I have." With that, he disappeared out of sight, not even a sign of him.
Eerinferno stared at the place he once stood before looking around, trying to find the dimensional demon. Trigon reappeared right behind him and slams both hands at Eerinferno. He then opened his hands, allowing a nearly unconscious Eerinferno to plummet to the ground. However, Trigon wasn't done as he raised his foot above him, ready to smash him.
Eerinferno moaned, opening his eyes. The first thing he saw was Trigon's massive foot coming down before it smashed him. Trigon stepped down further, ensuring that he had killed the hero. He was however disappointed when Eerinferno phased through his hand, not a scratch on him.
Before Trigon could fight, Eerinferno flew away, creating distance between him and the dimensional demon. He then maneuvered his way back and began shooting powerful ecto blasts from both his hands and feet. His attacks hit Trigon at different part of his body, but no harm was on him.
Trigon chuckled, "Try as much as you can, hero. You can't beat me."
Eerinferno halted his attack, "Well I got another I'm show you get a wail of."
He took a deep breath and released green stream of sonic sound. Just the sound caused an earthquake and any building left standing collapsed to dust. The wail hit Trigon with much force, pushing him backwards. The dimensional demon didn't seem harmed by it but the force kept pushing him away. He didn't have to fight against it as Eerinferno lost power due to exhaustion and fell to the ground. A flash of light brightened from the ground, changing Eerinferno back to Ben.
The young brown haired groaned, getting on hands and knees. The ghostly wail he released was his strongest, but apparently it wasn't strong against Trigon like before. Ben was about to stand up, but a large shadow covered him. He looked up, knowing who the shadow belong to and found Trigon glaring at him.
"At last I can finally end your life." He said darkly, charging up his four eyes to kill Ben.
However, before it could get to a full max, a female recognizable voice intervened, "Not if I have anything to say about that, ugly!"
Trigon turned around, having heard the voice and came to the sight of a blur flying straight at him. It was so fast that it hit him with much force, causing him to stumble backwards a few feet. The blur flew back at Ben and hovered above him, revealing who it was to Ben.
"June, is that you?" Ben asked, staring at her new appearance.
Indeed hovering before him was Juniper Lee, but her appearance was different. She still had her normal skin color, but her clothes were different. She wore a long midnight shirt with a pink glowing butterfly at the chest, a short purple stripe yellow skirt and a black mask that resembles Fasttrack. But what was most surprising was the four angel wings attached to her back.
"Yeah, it's me." She smiled.
"Then you shouldn't be here." Ben said, getting back to his feet.
June scowled, "What are you my mom! You better believe it or not, but I'm here to kick Trigon's butt. So you can either let me help you and Raven or get out of my way."
Ben blinked, "Okay…we can use your help."
"Thanks." June breathed out her anger.
Raven came and landed next to them, "Ben, you have to get out of here, unless you can change into another alien."
Ben looked at the face of the watch, but the green light was done, "Nope, I'm out for a while."
"Then we have to get you out of here." Raven reached her hand to grab Ben, but he swats it away.
"No way, am I leaving!" He protested, "The watch may be down, but I'm not out of this."
Raven opened her mouth to say against it, but a dark shadow covered them. All their attention diverted the being standing in massive size with a scolding look on his face. This time he fired directly at them without a word. The heroines flew off with Raven holding Ben out of the way. She carried him a good distance away while June flew to fight Trigon.
"Stay here." That was all Raven said before flying off.
Ben watched her leave and scoffed, "No, way." Though she couldn't hear him, he felt like saying it. He then whistled, signaling for something to come. Not long his hover board flew to his side. Ben got on it and flew straight at the battle.
Meanwhile, June fought off Trigon as much as she could. It wasn't an easy fight and proved to be one of her hardest. Trigon's thin skin brought him from any harm the Te Xuan Ze could dish out, making it harder for June to win. At the same time, she flew around him, trying to avoid either his death rays or moving hands trying to swat her.
As much as she could try, June was hit by Trigon's right hand, sending her to the ground. He was about to attack her when he heard a familiar cry.
"Azarath Metrion Zinthios!"
That instant, the ground below his feet gave out, digging him into the ground. However, he refused to surrender and began fighting against it by pulling himself out. Amazingly, he leapt out of the hole despite his size and hit Raven with his fist. The young Sorceress was hit and crash to the ground.
Trigon landed on the ground on his feet with a thud, "You heroines have fought well; perhaps I can use you to breed sons for me."
June got back to her feet, though her feet felt wobbly, "First of Eww and second you're also talking about your daughter."
"I don't care about that little detail." Trigon raised his hands forward, directly at the heroines' way, "And I never mention it was by your will." That instant, a sudden electrifying pain rushed through Raven and June's body, causing them to scream in pain.
"Leave them alone, Trigon!" Ben speed up to him on his hover board. Like magic (which actually did) a satchel appeared around his neck. Ben briefly put his hand inside and brought out a green and white cannon, "Eat Fenton Foamer!" That instant, he pulled the trigger, shooting green goo at Trigon.
Though his attack didn't look effective, it hit Trigon at the down right side of his eye, causing him to scream. In the process, he released his hold on June and Raven, releasing them from the painful shock.
Ben away from Trigon and back to his friends, "You girls okay?"
Both girls moaned but nodded in assuredness.
"Good. I think I just found a weakness; it's his eyes."
The girls didn't say anything, but nodded in compliance. June opened her wings before flying off at Trigon with Raven and Ben following from behind. She got closer with amazing speed and began shooting purple blasts at any of the dimensional demon's eye. In response, Trigon cried out in pain and tried swatting her away with his huge hands. June successfully avoided them before flying up to avoid more.
The moment June left; Raven came and began firing dark energy blasts in the size of spikes. The attacks enraged Trigon as they had more effect at his eyes. Angered, he began to fire lasers at them, but with no success. Raven may be small to him, but she was very fast and agile to his attacks. She continued to hit him with barrage of dark energy.
Before Trigon knew it, someone else fired a green form at his upper eye, causing him to roar in pain. He shot his glare from his daughter and saw Ben heading straight at him with the Fenton Foamer. Though the weapon only worked on ghosts, it was foam so it had effects on the eye only.
"Enough!" Trigon roared, releasing an aura blasts from his body. The blasts were so huge that it could kill anyone human and injure anyone with powers. Raven, seeing it coming, flew towards Ben and used herself as a shield just as the blast hit. As a result, she and Ben were sent flying away and through buildings.
June quickly shield herself by her wings, but still got hit. However, due to her shield protection, she didn't suffer any injuries. She unfolded her wings from their shield mode and got back up, anger in her eyes as she saw her friends sent flying away. With only a battle cry, June took off to fight him by herself.

Meanwhile, Raven and Ben went through another building before crashing on the top of a five storey buildings. Raven let go of Ben, revealing Ben without harm, but her on the other hand wasn't. As she rolled away from him, she revealed bruises and cuts on her skin and clothes. She reverted back to her normal form, but still sustains the injuries.
Ben got back on his feet since he had no injuries. But when he looked at Raven, he became shock at the sight. Blood was coming out of those of those cuts and bruises and she was bruises. He quickly fell to his knees, next to his friend and began shaking her, "Raven, wake up. You're bleeding."
Raven didn't respond, but her body began to run pale. Ben swiftly got back to his feet and heard a familiar sound. He looked at the Omnitrix and found it already recharged. No sooner had the face pop up, displaying an alien, Ben slammed the watch. A blinding light engulfed him for a few seconds before revealing his new alien form. The alien is a robot-like alien that's made of copper with black stripes and a transparent piece of green circular glass, revealing gears inside of him.
"Clockwork!" He shouted with a Russian accent. At the moment, he stared at his new alien form before looking back at Raven, "I don't know what this alien those but I hope he can help."
With that said; he closed his hands and channeled strange energy he sensed in the alien. His hands lightened green energy and shot green rays at Raven. It didn't harm her but instead her cuts and bruises repaired like before the blasts hit. Her skin returned back to its normality and soon Raven was back to her normal appearance. Clockwork stopped and slammed the symbol on his chest, changing back to normal in a flash of light.
Since the injuries were gone, Raven let out a moan as she came back to consciousness, "Uhhh, what happened?"
Ben held her hand and pulled her to her feet, "You took Trigon's blast for me, but you were hurt. Luckily, the Omnitrix recharged and I healed you with a new alien."
"Thanks." Raven showed a small smile on her face.
However, the silence they had was ruined as the sound of an explosion was heard. The two heroes looked at the direction it came from and found Trigon trying to blast June with his death rays.
"June is trouble! C'mon we got to help her." Ben began to run to the edge, but notice Raven wasn't following. He looked back at her and saw a sadden look on her face, "Raven, is anything wrong?"
"No." Raven answered, blowing away a stray hair from her face, "Is just that I'm wondering; how are we going to beat him."
"Are you still into that?!" Ben yelled, not by anger but by encouragement,"We already learned from those tests those aliens gave us. I thought you've learned."
"I have learned and I'm not saying we can't beat him, but look at him." She gestured with her hand at Trigon, "He's bigger and grown stronger. He's literally the most powerful being on earth. What can you say against that?!"
Ben fell silent, watching the Trigon firing at June. They were distant away, but with Trigon's new size it was like they were sitting at the front row. He began to think about Raven's word before responding back at her with a smirk, "Then you'll need a power boost."
"Weren't you listening Trigon is stronger than me."
Ben activated the Omnitrix, causing the face to pop up and display the hologram of another alien, "I'm not talking about your regular powers."
He slammed the watched down and was engulfed in a flash of green light. When the light ceased, standing in Ben's place was Eerinferno. Raven stared at Ben with a confused expression. She even became confused when he began walking towards her.
"Um, Ben what are you…" She was interrupted as Eerinferno began intangible and dived into her. In reaction, she yelped and held her chest, "Okay that was weird."
Suddenly, she felt a rush of power within her body. The feeling she felt was gone and her appearance began to change. She had the same clothes in her pure white Raven form, but this time was different. Instead of the normal white, it had a large black stripe that went from her neck to down. She wore black gloves and her pants became black. Along with the new change, her purple hair had green stripes. And finally the Omnitrix symbol appeared at the center of her chest.
"Um, what is this?" Raven gazed at herself in wonder.
"Our powers combined to one." A voice said.
Raven yelped, looking around from where it came from, "Who said that?"
"Relax, Raven it's me Ben." The voice said again, "I'm in your head now."
"But how is that possible?"
"I think I shadowed you, but not the way overshadowing is. Instead I deliberately entered you, thereby combining our powers into one mega power."
"Okay, so what now?"
"Try something."
Raven shrugged, deciding best to do what Ben said. She raised both her hands forward, charging up her powers. But instead of the normal black energy it normally displayed, it was purple. Raven stared at it before getting over it and throwing it away like a boomerang. Unlike a boomerang, it flew around them, cutting through building like they were thin air.
"Nice." Raven commented with a smirk, "So what's the plan?"
"We fight, fight, fight, and win."
Raven shrugged, "Works for me."
She got into a pouncing stance, on only two legs, and leapt off the building, causing it to collapse due to the extra force she put on it. Her flight speed was amazing that it she nearly knocked June away. When she got closer, she pulled the break and released a wail of purple sonic sounds. The attack hit Trigon, causing him to grit his teeth in pain.
Raven then stomped down on the ground, the smirk still on her face and shot both her hands forward, shooting a large purple blast at the abdomen. Trigon roared from the attack and held his stomach in pain. However, Raven wasn't done as she took off back to the air and shot purple beams from her eyes. It hit Trigon at the chest, causing him to hiss from the pain and step back. Raven shot straight at him and threw a hard punch and knocked him to the ground.
"Good work, Raven." Ben said from her head.
However, that excitement changed when Trigon got back up and tried to swat them away. Luckily, Raven flew off and maneuvered her way back to him. Trigon saw them coming and released a stream of fire from his mouth. The attack was avoided as Raven flew around it, in a way mocking Trigon. She got close to his face and with one hand shot a large purple blast, mixed with hers and Ben's powers. The result was a mighty explosion on his fore head that knocked him to the ground.
The combined heroes didn't have time to celebrate as Trigon got up. He glared at them with pure hatred and shot his death rays from all his eyes. However, Raven stood with her arms folded. The blasts hit her, but no damage came upon her. She became tangible again before throwing both hands in the air and shooting a powerful blast at him, sending him flying a few feet away.
"Give up, Trigon. There's no way you can beat us." Raven said, but her voice was combined with Eerinferno.
Trigon scoffed, panting as he got back to his feet, "Never. If I can't have the universe then no one can."
Before the heroes could think about his word, the dimensional demon roared. His body became fiery aura and soon flames began to form on him. It only took a second for them to realize that he was absorbing too much power meaning he was…going to self destruct along with everything and everyone.
"Trigon, stop." June flew next to her friends.
"Never! I will die with my honor as Trigon the terrriiiiibbbbllleee." With that last word, he exploded and in his place was a dark hole that began to eat everything.
The heroes stared as it grew larger and tried shooting it back with everything they got. Unfortunately, it still grew, eating the skies and anything else. Its speed even grew that in a matter of seconds began to approach the heroes. June pushed her friends just in time before she was consumed, but before she did she shouted, "Turn into Alien X!"
Raven was confused and scared that her friend was killed. Ben, on the other hand was the same but remembered what she said.
"Turn into Alien X" The words echoed again in him.
Though Ben's expression could not be seen, he grew determined and hopeful June was right. He took control of Raven's hand, surprising the girl and taps the face of the symbol. In an instant, Raven was covered in a flash of light before it died down. In Raven and Ben's place was a Humanoid alien with a black body except his hands which are white. On his black body, he has tiny white star-like spots. He also has green eyes and the Omnitrix symbol rested on his chest.
"Alien X!" The alien shouted, though three voices came from it. At that moment the black hole ate everything on earth, except for Alien X due to his immunity. The black hole spread to different part of the universe, eating every planet and galaxy.

I'm stopping here for now, so I hope you enjoyed it. I would have continued but this chapter would be too long. Luckily, the return of Trigon arc will end next chapter and I'll try to update soon. The story will also be coming to an end soon, though I'm not sure which one but I can estimate not less than five chapters.
As the reason Clockwork appeared in this is because of the Omniverse episode Ben Again. Though in the series in the ending none of the events happened, this version of Ben still retained this alien due to some complications.
Now to the reviews.
CyberActor15: Yeah, I'm familiar with it but I haven't watched it. I blame my cable for that if not I would have included the series into the Ben 10 crossover. But if you checked the chapter, 'Of Predator and Prey', Ben will gain an alien from the Sonic world, though he won't go there it's a surprise.
Switch-On-97: Glad you like the story. However, you're wrong about the alien; it was Alien X. Alien X has been mentioned in previous chapter by Ben during the Slade Dynasty arc and in the return of Trigon's arc by Juniper Lee. But nice guess anyway.
