Chapter 21: Dawn
MONDAY NIGHT
The fallout of last night sent shockwaves throughout WWE as now The Authority was out of power and now they faced their moment of humility as Triple H and Stephanie stood in the ring.
"Your enjoying this right?" Hunter asked the WWE Universe. "Seeing us humble like this, after all we've done for each and every one of you this is the respect we get?!" he said as the crowd just showed their pleasure at their predicament.
Stephanie grabs the mic. "How dare all of you mock us! We…My family have given you nothing but our entire being to bring you all this! And this is how you repay us?!" she shouted at the entire crowd and to the world.
"Last night it wasn't David Redd and his band of misfits that beat us that was a man in black, a man they call Sting!" Hunter said as the place went crazy hearing his name. "I don't know why you did it Sting , I don't even care but I'll say this, you get in our way one more time I'll make sure you wished you died alongside WCW." he warned him.
The crowd kept on with their jeers and heckling as the former Authority looked to leave.
Ride of the valkyries hit and out came the returning Daniel Bryan who assisted Team Redd to victory as he came out to the massive chorus of "YES" chants as he led them coming down the ramp and into the ring as he confronted the people who tormented, cheated and stopped him from becoming the champion and reveled in their misery as they left the ring in humiliation as Bryan had a mic.
"Man this feels great to be back." Bryan said as the "Yes" chants continued on.
"Now that The Authority is no more that leaves only one question…who is in power now?" he asked. Well I was asked to come out here tonight and for one night only I will be your General Manager!" he announced as the crowd popped to that.
"And tonight it's all about payback and that is why I am making some matches, first off Big Show you not only betrayed the entire locker room but you sold out! So tonight it's you versus the man you knocked out John Cena." he announced. "Next since Seth Rollins and his minions won't cease and desist I guess they want more and they will get that when it's Seth Rollins with the options given to the WWE Universe on who should be his partners for tonight against the team of Dolph Ziggler, Ryback and David Redd." he announced.
"But I also have one last bit of business and that is to you Kane, you tried to end my career and last night I eliminated you and tonight I want revenge so guess what it's you versus me and this time I'm going to hurt you!" Bryan said.

Triple H and Stephanie were walking their way out as superstars watched them leave in more humiliation until they were stopped by the one person they did not want to see.
"What do you want? You come to gloat?" Stephanie asked.
The camera showed it was David. "No, I did not, I came to tell you both that last night we all gave it everything we had and the end result being your out of power and it wasn't mainly because of us or Sting but because you underestimated the power these men and women here have and you underestimated me." he stated as Hunter stepped forward to face him.
"I admit we did, I thought you were some punk trying at our expense to make himself relevant but you did the impossible and bring down The Authority." Hunter said.
"And that is why I say this." David extended his hand out to him. "No hard feelings." he said.
Hunter looked at him then accepted his hand and they had a hard grip on one another as they pulled closer to one another.
"Know this that it isn't over, we will be back one way or another...kid" Hunter said.
"Wouldn't have it any other way…old man." David said as they let go and both of them left.
David then walked off to the back and was focusing on his match later on.
"Where were you last night?" he was stopped by Paige.
"I was getting checked over by the doctor, they fuss about everything these days." David sarcastically said.
"You weren't with the team partying last night?" she asked as everyone was at that party.
"No, didn't think I deserved it, they did all the work I just led the team." David said not wanting credit.
She raised an eyebrow hearing that. "Really? You did the unthinkable and led a team and got The Authority out of power and you don't think you deserve any sort of credit?!" she said not believing him.
"I don't look for credit just getting rid of the thing that's destroying this company." David said still not wanting credit.
"You'll never change…Noble ol' Dave." she joked as he found that funny.
"Noble huh? Since I'm noble does that make you ol' Faithful?" he joked as she tapped him in the arm.
"Hey man I was looking for you." they were interrupted by Dolph Ziggler.
"I'll leave you to it, see you after." she said leaving them.
Dolph looking at what hew interrupted had to ask. "What is going on with you two?" he asked.
David sighed knowing it had been flying around the wrestling world about them both. "Not much, we've discussed the finer points of Cricket and the pro's and con's of having a love child." he casually said.
Dolph hearing that blinked very hard then tried to wrap his head around hearing what he thought he just heard. "You're yanking my chain right?" he asked.
"What do you think?!" David aid making it very clear.
"Alright dude just caught me off there." Ziggler said knowing he was joking.
"Well when everyone tends to question our relationship I get really annoyed with people asking it, now let's switch to our opponent and his possible partners." David said changing the subject.
"Seth is now vulnerable, he's at the mercy of the people and we can take comfort knowing the WWE Universe they will make the right choice." Ziggler said not doubting the choice of the people.
"They will and just like last night, we'll win but the credit for last night should go to you, you were the one holding them off while I was incapacitated." David said giving him the credit of the win.
"Look man we all did it not just me and I wasn't alone, you did distract them and even after Hunter faked his injury and tried to take us both out and I still can't believe that Sting came to help us, it was pretty awesome!" Ziggler said as David nodded in agreement.
"Like a vigilante he saved the day, now we need to honour that and clean out what's left of The Authority." David stated.
"And after we've done that I got us a couple of dates to celebrate." Ziggler said as David was a bit surprised to hear that.
"What they say about you is true you literally have the women eating out of your hand." David said.
"It's too bad for them I'm just too good." Ziggler stated as both then went to get ready for their match.

Show the world hit and the man who was greatly responsible for the downfall of The Authority made his way out and the crowd was with Ziggler for his performance last night showing the world once more why he is The Show Off, he made his way out all pumped up and looking to even the score with the remnants of The Authority as he awaited his partner's arrival.
OUT OF MY WAY!
Out of my way hit and David made his way out and once again the crowd was as much behind him as Ziggler as he played just a big of a role in getting rid of The Authority and now wanted some revenge against a man who has been at the front of a lot of their actions, he made his way out and entered the ring and unzipped his hoodie and they both were ready.
Second coming hit and Mr. Money in the Bank made his way out along with his security team as he knew his fate for tonight was in the hands of the people and he had no protection from The Authority as he walked down reluctantly he stayed on the outside of the ring as King was about to announce the results.
"Alright everyone here are the options given to you per the General Manager tonight, will Seth Rollins team up with…The Big Show? Kane? Or J & J Security?"
The drum roll went and then it was revealed. "Wow all in for J & J Security!" King said as it was three on two.
The bell rang as Rollins immediately sent in his security team to deal with them as they did that they both tried to throw the first punch and both David and Ziggler caught them and they threw the first punch as they began a beat down on the security team of Seth Rollins as he looked on watching them being pummelled by the two men as Ziggler nailed a Fameasser to Noble and David nailed a DDT to Mercury and onto his shoulders SEEING RED! Ziggler waited for Noble to get up and ZIG ZAG!
They then tell Rollins to get in the ring and take his punishment like a man but he refuses to do so but then out come Kane and Big Show and Rollins begins to feel a bit confident as they surround the ring as things were about to get bad but then out came John Cena, Ryback and Daniel Bryan to back them up as now the field has been made even and both sides began a standoff and Rollins and the remnants of The Authority backed away knowing they were not getting anywhere tonight.
"BLING!"
The place blasted that very familiar sound as Michael Cole stood up and had a mic.
"Can I have your attention please?! I have received an email from the Anonymous Raw General Manager." Cole announced as he went to the computer set up by the broadcast table.
"And I quote…I'm back! And since I will be in charge for next week I want to make some matches for Tables, Ladders and Chairs as first off clearly this is not over between you all so Dolph you already have a rematch for the Intercontinental Championship but it will be in a ladder match, next Ryback you will get your hands on Big Show in a stairs match, also Daniel Bryan you will get your revenge as it will be you and Kane in a chairs match, John you will get Brock Lesnar at TLC for the WWE World Heavyweight Championship and it will be in a Tables, Ladders and Chairs match!" the GM said making it official.
"Finally since last night it's apparent that David Redd and Seth Rollins still wanna go so at Tables, Ladders and Chairs it will be David Redd vs. Seth Rollins in a tables match!" he announced.
"And gentlemen this match will determine the number one contender for the WWE World Heavyweight Championship at the Royal Rumble." he said dropping another bombshell as Raw went off the air.
MONDAY NIGHT
The after shock of last week's announcements were still ringing throughout WWE and one of the men at the centre of it was about to be interviewed.
"Ladies and gentlemen please welcome my guest at this time, The Future of WWE and Mr. Money in the Bank, Seth Rollins." Rene introduced who came into view with his security team.
"Seth after last week's announcement by the Anonymous Raw General Manager that you will go one on one with David Redd at Tables, Ladders and Chairs in a tables match but another stipulations is that the winner will be number one contender to the WWE World Heavyweight Championship at the Royal Rumble." she asked him.
"All I got to say is that this is what The Authority had planned for me and now I have a chance to make that vision a reality and I plan on stomping David Redd's face through a table and going on to becoming the Future of WWE." Rolllins stated.
"But then again I do hold right here a guaranteed title shot anytime, anywhere and besides I'll be scouting David tonight when he goes one on one with Luke Harper." Rollins said that he would be watching David tonight.

Later on in the night Paige was defending her Divas championship against Nikki Bella as both were taking the other to the limit but after a number of distractions and then the use of Twin Magic "Nikki" with an inside cradle pinned Paige to win her second Divas title as they then decided to give a post match beat down to her…
The lights went out and the huge screen displayed a distorted message.
"I WAS DEAD…BUT NOW I'M ALIVE…"
The lights came back on and the message disappeared and Paige escaped as the Bellas were left a bit confused by that.

David was watching that as Paige came by holding the back of her neck.
"Looks like things have gotten interesting finally in the Divas division." David said.
"It isn't now?" she asked.
"With AJ gone and you not champion it has but now it seems an acquaintance is coming." he said referring to the message earlier.
"Maybe but right now I got one thing on my mind and that is getting my title back!" Paige said leaving to plan her next move.
David was preparing for his match until his phone was ringing and he answered it.
"Hey, wasn't expecting to hear from you…yeah I enjoyed last week…I know yeah he's that good but then again what do you expect?…" he chuckled. "…I agree, so I take it you would like to go out once more?…very well then how about this Thursday?…alright then I shall see you then…bye." he said hanging up the phone and went back to preparing for his match.

OUT OF MY WAY!
Out of my way hit and The Red Dragon made his way out as he looked to show not just the world but Seth Rollins why he should be number one contender as he made his way out and was ready to prove to them he is ready to go to the top, he entered the ring and awaited his opponents arrival.
Swamp gas hit and the light went out as all eyes were all on David as the deranged Intercontinental Champion Luke Harper came out and he had that far off look in his eye he made his way down and into the ring as he then directed all attention on David.
Second coming hit and the surprise entrance by David's opponent at TLC made his way out with his security team as they walked down the ramp but then walked to the announce desk as his team got him a chair and he sat down next to Cole, King and JBL.
The bell rang and they locked up as Harper backed David into a corner and was forced to break it by four, they locked up once more and David got him into the ropes but was then forced to break it as he did but Harper took advantage and blindsided him with a fist as he took him down and was laying a beating, then brought him off the ropes and David ducked and got in a huge dropkick as he got up and David his another dropkick and then another until Harper rolled to the outside as he turned around and SENTON SPLASH TO HARPER!
David looked to Rollins and then brought Harper over to the announce table and right in front of him and threw him back into the ring as he followed but was stopped as Rollins and his security team distracted him and HARPER KNOCKED HIM OFF THE APRON AND INTO THE ANNOUNCE TABLE! David landed head first as he turned and SUICIDE DIVE BY HARPER! David was down as Raw went to a commercial break.
Raw was back and Harper had David in the ring and locked into a surfboard stretch as the deranged one was picking him apart piece by piece as he let go and brought him up as he had him in a headlock and tweaked his neck and then snapmared him as he came off the ropes and dropkicked him in the face, 1-2-NO HE GETS THE SHOULDER UP! Harper dropped a couple of elbows across his back and then brought him up and threw him into the corner and just squashed him with all his body weight and whipped him from there and into the ropes and off them a big boot, 1-2-THR-NO HE GETS OUT BEFORE THREE!
"I don't get this, why won't he stay down?! I mean Luke is crazy and yet he can't handle some guy with anger problems." Rollins said while on commentary.
"Well Seth that guy with anger problems and Dolph Ziggler got The Authority out of power and you're facing him in two weeks at Tables, Ladders and Chairs in Tables match and one of you could be the number one contender for the WWE World Heavyweight Championship." Cole detailed the events leading up to all this.
"Yes Michael that is true, I have a chance to avenge The Authority and also become The Future of WWE by achieving my destiny as WWE World Heavyweight Champion and I plan to stomp David Redd's face through a table." Rollins stated.
"Hear that Cole?! Seth Rollins has already predicted the future and the future is now!" JBL said sucking up to Rollins.
"Yeah whatever but it looks like Harper's in trouble!" King said.
The match flipped over to David as he just countered a slam and landed on his feet and got in a neck breaker as Haprer got back up David came off the ropes and took Harper down with a Lou Thesz press bringing the fists down on him he then started slapping himself thus firing himself up and the primal roar was heard and he waited for Haprer to get to his feet as he turned around SUPERKICK! The Red Dragon looked to end this as he was going in for the kill.
Rollins made his way to the apron and was distracting him as he went to get him but Rollins jumped to the ground as he backed off as David turned his attention back to the match…DISCUS CLOTHESLINE BY HARPER! 1-2-3! IT WAS OVER!
Harper had defeated David thanks to Seth Rollins who now had his security team beat down David in the ring while he went underneath the ring and pulled out a table and slid it into the ring as J & J continued the attack Rollins set the table up as he ordered them to hold David up and with the table set up and in position he then ordered them to lift him up and in a power bomb position…TRIPLE POWERBOMB THROUGH A TABLE!
This was a possible premonition for things to come between both men as they headed towards their match in two weeks.
The first shot has been fired, what will happen leading to their match at TLC?
