Any drama left will be romantic and there won't be much of that either. Mainly just them moving forward. Thank you again. The next chapter will deal with Emily and Nikalos. (Jason's point of view)
I ran into Kelly's. I was really worried when Carly called. She said Elizabeth was in danger. I hurried over to Elizabeth. I noticed she had passed out. Sonny said he passed out in fear.
"What happened?" I asked Sonny worried.
"Someone sent a dead rat and a not to Elizabeth." Sonny answered.
"Why she's a young artist? Are they after her because of me?" I asked.
"I don't think so." Sonny answered.
"What did the note say?" I asked.
"It said Lizzy you're dead for being a bad girl." Sonny answered.
"Elizabeth are you okay?" I asked noticing she was awake.
"Jason someone wants to kill me." Elizabeth answered trembling.
"I know we'll take care of this and you." I promised.
"Let's get her out of here." Carly said taking Michael's hand.
"Are you okay Liz?" Michael asked her.
"Yeah I'm sorry I scared you." Elizabeth said.
"Jason will protect Elizabeth." Carly said.
"Johnny take them home. Elizabeth stay with Carly until I get there." I said liking the idea of two guards with her since I couldn't be.
"I think this could be related to Helena." Sonny said after they left.
"Francis said the same thing." I said.
"What do you want to do?" Sonny asked.
"Nikalos meet me at the Penthouse." I said calling him.
"What's wrong Jason?" He asked.
"It's about Elizabeth hurry." I said not wanting to answer any questions.
"It'll be okay Jason." Sonny said as we left Kelly's.
"I just hope Nikalos will have some answers to help us." I said.
"Me too Man." Sonny said.
"Elizabeth are you okay?" I asked seeing her and Carly drinking tea together.
"I'm calmer. Carly made some tea and has kept my mind off of this." Elizabeth answered as I smiled at Carly she looked away at the praise.
"Let's get over to my place. Nikalos is coming over. Hopefully he can help." I said.
"Thank you Carly." Elizabeth said sincerely.
"Stay safe both of you." Carly said.
"Call us when you find out something." Sonny said.
"Nikalos, Emily." Elizabeth said seeing them at my door.
"Are you okay?" Emily asked Elizabeth.
"What's going on?" Nikalos asked me at the same time.
"I don't Em." Elizabeth mumbled.
"Someone is threatening Elizabeth. We think it has something to do with Helena." I answered.
"Could it be someone from your family?" Emily asked Nikalos.
"I don't think so they seemed pretty relieved that she's gone." Nikalos answered.
"Is there anyone else who might be upset she's gone?" I asked.
"Yes actually her men. She had a lot of men who worked for her and some who were more." Nikalos explained.
"Yuck." Emily and Elizabeth said together.
"Do you know any of their handwriting?" I asked.
"A few of them. The more loyal ones." Nikalos answered.
"Here the note." I said showing it to him.
"Andre her henchman and sometimes lover." Nikalos said frowning.
"Where can I find him?" I asked ready to exterminate him.
"I'm not sure. He hasn't been seen in a long time." Nikalos answered.
"Elizabeth will be staying here until this is taken care of." I said firmly giving none of them a chance to say anything.
After Nikalos and Emily left Elizabeth and I talked. Elizabeth was so scared. She felt guilty for bringing her problems to me yet again. I promised Elizabeth that she was safe and that I wasn't upset with her.
Elizabeth slept in the guest room. I was up most of the night trying to get some information. Johnny pounded on the door. He said a bomb was found. We hurried and evacuated the building.
Elizabeth kept apologizing to Sonny and Carly. They kept telling her things happen. Carly was being really nice. I decided to buy her something soon. Sonny, Carly, and Michael were heading to Bobbi's. Max was going with them.
I tried to get Elizabeth to go stay with Steven. She refused. Francis suggested taking her to the studio. It had already been cleared. Elizabeth was exhausted. I stayed up guarding Elizabeth.
The next morning Johnny called. They had found Andre. I woke Elizabeth up. I told her I needed to go. Francis and Max stayed with Elizabeth. After calling Sonny I took off to the warehouse.
"She killed my love. My Helena is no more." Andre yelled as Max hit him.
"Elizabeth didn't kill anyone." I said.
"You did but you did it for Lizzy." Andre said.
I grabbed him by his throat. I squeezed until he passed out. I waited for him to come to. I wanted to scare him the way he had Elizabeth. Max said Francis was on the phone. I was worried because he was with Elizabeth.
"Liz has a fever. She's crying for you." Francis said.
"Who's with her?" I asked.
"Milo is sitting with her." Francis answered.
"Get rid of him quickly." I said turning to leave.
"The Penthouse has been cleared so we took her there." Francis said.
"Go over to Sonny's and get me a thermometer." I said seeing Elizabeth.
"No problem." Milo said.
"Are you okay?" I asked her.
"Jason oh Jason." She said smiling clearly out of it.
"Can you tell me what hurts?" I asked.
"Nothing hurts when you're here. You make my heart feel good." She said making Milo chuckle.
"I'm going to take her temperature." I said.
"Should I call someone?" Milo asked.
"Yeah call her brother I think she needs to go to the ER." I answered.
Her temperature was 103.1. I told Milo to call Johnny. I wanted the car brought around and ready. I called Sonny to let him know that Andre was gone and that Elizabeth was sick. I tried to call Emily. I wasn't able to get a hold of Emily or Nikalos.
Steven was waiting for us when we arrived. I carried Elizabeth in. A nurse said to take Elizabeth on back. I laid Elizabeth down. I stood close by.
"Hey Jason. Look Jason its Steven he's my brother. I use to not like him but now I love him bunches. Steven this is my Jason he's my hero." Elizabeth said as Steven chuckled looking worried.
"Elizabeth hello there. I hear you aren't feeling well." Alan said coming in.
"What are you doing in my studio Dr. Q?" Elizabeth asked him.
"What was her temp?" Alan asked turning to me.
"103.1." I answered.
Two hours later Elizabeth was resting. She had the flu. Rare but not unheard of in the summer. Steven wanted her to stay in the hospital. Alan said she could go home if someone looked after her. Audrey came in. She suggested I take Elizabeth back to the Penthouse.
Steven and Alan both quickly agreed. I got Elizabeth home. She woke up for a bit. I told her about Andre that he was gone. She was relieved. She had fallen asleep a short time later.
I had gone to get a cup of coffee when I heard Elizabeth call out. I went back to where she was sleeping. She was still asleep. I could tell she was dreaming. She smiled and said that she knew I would always keep her safe.
The next morning I had soup ready for her. She frowned and asked if this was pay back from when I was shot. I laughed and said yes. She ate the soup and we watched television. Well she did I watched her.
