Update! Ah.. yes, I have inserted the flashback of Nami and Law first meeting (the italic font)

Nami's mind began to work to recall back about the necklace, when she took it off and where she put it. But it seemed to fail. She couldn't remember.

Nami looked at his eyes. She could hear her heart thumping uncontrollably. She couldn't breathe nor even utter a word. Her lips quivered as her mind finding words to explain to him, but what to explain?

Law watched her devastated form. Her hand still on her neck.

"You lost it?" Law asked.

Nami shook her head. "No! I took it off… and… and… and..." her voiced seemed to lost in her throat.

"Do you remember where you put it?"

She closed her eyes, trying to squeeze her brain to remember but failed. "I… I don't remember"

Law stood from his seat and took something out from his pocket. "Maybe necklace doesn't suit you…"

Nami watched him struggled to pull something from his pocket. Her eyes widened when Law showed her the necklace.

Upon seeing the necklace, Nami felt a bit relief. She stood and stepped towards Law.

Law passed the necklace to her. Nami slowly accepted as he put it on her palm.

"When?" Nami looked at her palm.

"In your bathroom" Law replied. "I found it yesterday, but doesn't seem you notice it, until now" he sighed.

Nami froze remembering the time she took off the necklace. It was when she was with Zoro. Her stomach twisted here and there making her uncomfortable.

"Don't feel bad… it's just a necklace" Law squeezed her shoulder. "Maybe I should buy you a bracelet instead"

"Tora… please don't say that again" Her eyes still glued on the necklace. She didn't even dare to look at him.

Law pulled her closer to his torso. "Don't worry about it! I won't be mad even if you lost it"

She felt her jaw tightening.

"Let me put it back to you again" he took the necklace from her palm.

She looked down as he put the necklace on her again. What he did really hit her hard. The guilty began to grow within her. How she realized she didn't deserve the kindness.

Law rested on his back, staring at the ceiling, once in a while turning his head to the side just to be greeted with Nami's back. His mind still lingered on her. She had long slept or so he thought. Seeing her, it made him remember the first time he met her. It wasn't that fancy. Just a simple meeting and nothing special to be remembered about.

/He met her at a club. A place where he spent his time with his fellow colleagues. He noticed her but didn't seem to care t first. But when he often saw her came to the club every evening, almost at the same time, sat and enjoyed herself alone, he began to acknowledge her presence.

Almost every time he could predict her arrival but didn't do anything when she really came. All he did was staring at her from afar without her noticing. Sooner, he realized that, the act of staring at her was like a routine.

He would stare at her long enough that the noise surrounding around him became less audible. He would feel like there were only two of them inside the club. Him who was sitting at the end and her who was sitting at the opposite direction. He would enjoy seeing how her slender fingers danced around the glass, took her time looking at the liquid inside the glass and finished her drinks. Then she ordered the same drink, doing the same thing again until she left.

As staring at her became his addiction, he began to develop an admiration towards her. He didn't know when was the feeling started to grow. Something about this girl intrigued him. He just couldn't tell what it was. But the sight of seeing her made some tickling sensation inside his heart.

As usual, he would find a sit at the opposite direction where he could clearly see her, just like any other day. As he watched her from afar, a bunch of drunken men came to her. He saw her struggled and pushed the guys' wandering hands.

He was thinking whether he'd be a hero to save the damsel in distress or just stood by watching the whole scene. He chose the latter though. As he leaned watching, he saw Doflamingo, the owner of the club, came to settle down the commotion. What she did was leaving like nothing had happened.

The next day, Law didn't see her. The day after, he didn't see her either. Everyday he waited for the girl but he didn't see her any longer. Smiled to himself, he thought, he might never see her again. Then he felt empty.

XxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxX

It was a heavy rain. He didn't know why his heart felt uneasy. There was something inside him told him to just stay. He didn't even know what, but he felt like, he would wait until the uneasiness subsided.

As he looked at his side mirror, a flash of an orange hair caught his attention. His eyes widening in shock and turning his head to the back, he looked intently at the girl leaning against the pole of bus stop. Just by seeing her again, something inside him fluttered and filled the emptiness he felt ever since he didn't saw her.

She was crouching and folding her arms across her chest. He wondered why she didn't take shelter under the bus stop when there were still some available space for her to sit, instead she let herself soak under the rain.

He saw a bus coming, and stopped at the bus stop. He thought she would take the bus along with the other passengers. As soon as the bus gone, he decided to take a leave. Taking a glance at the side mirror, he was shocked when he saw her still there, leaning against the pole. Then, he decided to stay and watch.

Two or three buses had passed but, she didn't ride any. With a sigh, he reached out for his umbrella from the back seat and climbed out of his car. Opening the umbrella, he walked into the bus stop.

She was casting her eyes on the puddle of water on the road in front of her when suddenly she felt the rain had stopped pouring, she looked up, saw a black umbrella and turned her head to the side just to see the holder. She looked at him in question. Understanding her non-verbal cue, he turned his head and gave a small nod as to answer her unspoken question.

That was the first time he saw her very close. She was beautiful. Her soaked hair and damped face enticing him. When their eyes met, he could only see a lifeless gaze. Fears and frustrations galore reflected upon her eyes. She looked like someone who was about to fall anytime soon. She looked so hurt. Then he concluded that she was actually crying. Though he didn't know what was the cause. And, he had no intention to know either.

They didn't say anything. Only the sound of the heavy rain shooting the umbrella filled the awkward yet steady silence.

"Umm... The bus will be coming… so..." Suddenly she spoke softly breaking the silence between them.

"You won't take the bus" He cut her short blatantly, closing his eyes.

Nami shocked. This time she turned her head and stared at him. Sensing her gaze, Law opened his eyes and met her gaze in return. She was unable to say anything. Then she turned her head to the side avoiding his glance. While he, still watching her, just stood there holding the umbrella to protect them both from the pouring rain.

After a long silence, Nami spoke, "Thank you… um… mister" stuttering.

"It's nothing..." Law stated, closing his eyes "The name is Trafalgar Law"

Nami gave him a long stare before returning her eyes on the road. "Trafalgar… Law" she repeated the name without saying it out loud before saying her name loudly "Nami"./

And so, that was how they knew each other. Nothing so special, yet, that made it special. He smiled to himself. Moment later, he shifted closer so that he could spoon her. He planted a long kiss on her shoulder before drove himself to sleep.

Nami opened her eyes when she felt his lips and hand on her shoulder. Being in his embrace, it made her remember the warmth he presented her the first time they met. She thought that would be the last time they met. But no one knew what fate lay ahead. She met him again, not in a fancy way either.

/The street light turned red but she paid no mind as she just rushed to cross the road. A screech sound from her side had her turned her head into the direction. Things happened so fast that even though she saw the car coming, she didn't know what to do. The next thing she realized, she fell and landed on her butt. Her heart racing so fast she could hear it beat behind her ears. When she looked up, her eyes met the bumper of the car.

Law was still too shock after the sudden brake. He panted and hoping that he had hit the brake and able to stop instead of hitting the-whoever-clumsy-person-crossing the road. Pissed off, he quickly got off the car and stalked to the front of his car, ignoring the people who already gathering around. He saw papers scattered around before his eyes landed on the said person. Orange hair. His heart beating fast.

How long had it been since they met, two or three months? And this time, he met her again. He slowed his pace and crouched down as he reached her. "Nami-ya?"

She looked up at him and was shocked when she saw him. She thought she would never see him again. "T-t-t… Tra? Tora?" she stammered, trying to remember his difficult name. How could she not, he was the only guy she had trouble to pronounce the name.

"What? It's Trafalgar" he chuckled.

"Ah… yes! Trafalgar… Sorry!" She replied.

"Are you okay?" he asked concern as he put his hand on her shoulder.

The small touch calmed her for a moment. "Ye-yeah! I think so… Just a little shock" She replied trying to assure herself.

She pushed herself up as Law did the same, grabbing her arms to pull her in the process.

She brushed off the dirt in her butt and looked around her. The crowded began to subside as they were leaving since nothing serious had happened.

"Are you really okay?" He asked again as he looked at her.

"Yeah! I'm fine. Thank you… and sorry! I didn't notice the street light" She said as she began to walk to collect her handouts. Suddenly she limped and almost fell. She might have sprained her ankle during the fall. Her leg hurt so much.

"You don't look okay" he said as he kept her steady by gripping her arm. "I drive you to the hospital" he offered.

"No! It's okay… I just sprained my ankle" she replied as her other hand fell on the knee where her leg hurt the most.

"I can't leave you just like that" He spoke as he dragged her to his car.

She didn't say anything but just following him. She knew he was stubborn. She learned that last time. He didn't want to leave her unless she took the bus. Even though she told him to just go, he didn't even flinch from his spot, still holding the umbrella for both of them. In the end, out of concern not to burden him any longer, she took the bus, but still, he didn't go until the bus moved.

She climbed into the car as he opened the door for her. She watched as he walked to the other side of the car and collecting her handouts as he did.

"Sorry to trouble you" She said as she turned her head to him, watching him sliding into the car. He put her handouts into the file. "You don't have to do that" she added only to be replied with a silence.

"This is awkward, damn it! Just now he talked a lot but then keep silent for no reason. Talk already!" She screamed inside her head as she threw her sight somewhere but not him.

"You're not from here?"

Nami craned her neck when she heard his voice. He was holding her file in front of her and she took it gratefully..

"Thanks!" she responded. "Yes. I come to further my study" she added. "This guy is quite sharp" she thought.

"How about your ankle? Does it still hurt?" he asked.

Now that he mentioned, she could feel the throbbing pain in her sprained ankle. She nodded.

"Then, let's go to the hospital". With a release of the handbrake, he sped off.

He supported her with one hand as she climbed out of the car. Moments later, someone came with a wheelchair and Law ordered her to sit on it. As they entered, she could hear them calling him doctor.

Out of curiosity, she asked. "Tora… You are…"

"I'm a doctor" he cut her off as he looked down at her.

She fell silent for a moment before she smiled. "Wow! How convenient!"

"Your injury doesn't look serious, but I still want to do some check-up. Just in case" he explained as he escorted her to the treatment room. "By the way, it's Trafalgar"

"Opps! Sorry… slipped of the tongue" she put her hand on her mouth as the nurse pushed her into the room.

XxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxX

She had no idea how it began. What she knew, some other day they accidentally met, Law asked her about her ankle. She offered to treat him to a restaurant, thanking him for his help which he replied it was part of his job. But he accepted her offer anyway. So they went to a restaurant Law picked himself because she asked him to.

When she was about to pay, she realized she forgot to bring her purse and Law paid for both of them eventually. She was so embarrassed she couldn't look at him that time. If she had known thing turned out to be like that, she wouldn't come up with that brilliant idea. She apologized profusely and promised to pay him back which he declined in return.

But because of that, their string of fate intertwined. They always met accidentally. Not that he was stalking her or she was, but he appeared nowhere. Not that often, but still until one time, in a bookstore, when she pulled the book from the shelve, he was already standing across her. He was also looking at her with a shock painted on his expression.

Time stopped ticking for a while as they stared into each other. She smiled and he smiled back. After exchanging several small talk, she offered to treat him again which he accepted gladly. And that was when they exchanged phone number.

Day by day, they were getting closer and closer. She considered him as a good friend. She felt at ease when she was with him. He was always there when she needed him. He gave her comfort she was seeking for. Overall, he was everything she could depend on.

She once told him that she wanted to do a part time job to support her financial. The next day, Law introduced her to Doflamingo and he offered her the part time job she was searching for.

Law always visited the bar after work. He drove her home when she finished her shift. Then she learnt that, he was actually watching over her while she was working which she appreciated a lot. But Law was a busy man. There were times, he didn't turn up, especially if he had emergency case, so she had to ride the bus instead. But she didn't mind, she understood.

Everything was fine until he confessed to her. She knew she should be happy, but she was feeling insecure and guilty deep inside. The hole that Zoro left was too deep and she still couldn't fix it. She had tried but she just didn't have the strength to push herself over. And she gave up and shut her heart completely. She was afraid to love again. She didn't want to feel the same exact feeling, didn't want to be hurt, to feel her heart shattered into fine pieces than it already was. She was scared to experience the feeling of being broken again.

And Law, being so patience as he was, still there, subtly forcing his strength into her weak soul and giving her hopes she thought she had lost. He picked her up and put her back on her feet. His presence took her pain away and slowly healed her wound. The deep cut was slowly closed and her heart opened for him. She let him wrap her heart with a new warmth he had given. The beautiful feeling of being loved she had almost forgotten, he reminded her. He lightened her world with his divine love and once again, she, giving herself a chance to move on./

Suddenly she felt too much regret. Regret what she had done during his absence. He was too good to be treated like that. Maybe an apology wasn't enough. It couldn't change the fact that she had cheated on him. She sucked on her breath realizing she was cheating. She gently removed his hand from her as she rose from the bed, exiting the bedroom.

Nami opened her eyes slowly and blinked a few times before sitting up. She was alone. He might have left to work. She noticed the blanket and pillow under her head. He might have put the blanket on her when she was asleep. She remembered, she reclined on the couch for several moments until she fell asleep.

She got up and went to the bathroom. After putting her clothes on , she went to the kitchen, opening the refrigerator to look for something to cook. She ate alone in the kitchen. After eating, she went to the living room. Looking around the big apartment, she pondered, thinking about what she could do in that big house. But, she rejected all the incoming ideas. She lay lazily on the couch, staring at the ceiling, her arm over her forehead. Slowly her eyes closed.

She opened her eyes when she heard a noise in the kitchen. Getting up, she walked towards the kitchen just to be greeted with the view of his back. She leaned against the door frame, watching him work.

She crossed her arms over her chest as she kept staring at his back. Second later she averted her eyes, unable to look at him. She bit her lower lip and let out a sigh.

"Just woke up?"

She heard him ask her. She turned her head to him and slowly nodded. She pushed herself from the wall as she headed to the table while Law was putting the plates on the table.

"Let's eat" He invited as he sat. He wanted to ask her many questions. He somehow could feel she was hiding something from him. She might try hard to mask it but he wasn't that blind to not see all that false disguise. She really had something she kept for herself. But all the questions he wanted to ask stuck in his throat.

He left to work again after lunch. While he wanted to spend most of his time with her, but his job was a priority. People's lives depended on him and he just couldn't take things for granted just because he was a doctor.

She understood and she used to how he worked. So she didn't mind when he said he had to go. After he left, she put on her sweater and headed out.

She was sitting alone in the counter while she watching Wire wiping the glass. She averted her eyes to the crystal liquid before took it down her throat.

Right now, she was completely confused. She had someone who always wanted her and someone who wanted her back. Her mind was working so hard trying to find a way to solve the mess she had caused. She was torn. She loved Law but at the same time, loved Zoro too. And now she wondered what should she do? She couldn't possibly love two guys at the same time. It was ridiculous.

She drank and drank and drank she didn't realize how many glasses she consumed. When she was about to shot another, someone snatched the glass from her and drunk it. She only watched as the liquid poured down someone else's throat. She chuckled.

"What is it?" Kidd asked as he placed the glass on the counter with a loud thud.

She let out a sigh. "Why are you here?"

Kidd looked at her. She looked so… disheveled and depressed, just like what Wire had told him. He had no idea what happened to her but leaving her alone drinking in that bar, he won't let it happen.

"Let's go back" He said as he pulled her wrist.

"Don't want to" She stated as she jerked her hand. "I still want to drink"

"You have had enough" He said, pulling her wrist back. "Let's just go back"

"Leave me alone will you?" she scolded as she tried to break free.

Not letting her go, he dragged her along, ignoring her protest. "Put it on my tab" he shouted to Wire.

Albeit reluctant, she still followed him until they reached the parking lot where he parked his bike. He passed her the helmet. She took it without saying much and slid it on.

XxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxX

Ignoring Kidd, she just headed to her house. He scurried after her and pulled her arms to stop her. "What happened?"

"Nothing" she replied shortly, not looking at him.

"Look at me and say nothing" he demanded. But she didn't.

"Was it Law?" he asked.

Hearing him mentioning Law, she felt hurt, so much that she no longer could keep the feel bottled up inside her. A tear slid down her cheek as she shook her head.

"What should I do?" She muttered wiping the tears.

Kidd was speechless. He had no even the slightest idea what happened to her. Did she have fight with Law or what? She sobbed and suddenly leaned against his chest.

"I don't know what to do" she mumbled as she buried her face in his chest, hands circling his waist.

"You guys are fighting?" he asked but she only replied with a shake of her head.

He wanted to ask again but seeing her behaving like that, he kept the questions lodge in his throat. He let her cry as his hand stroking her hair.

He had to accompany her until she fell asleep. He reached for her mobile and sent a text message to someone he thought she needed the most at that particular time.

Half an hour later, he heard the door being pushed and Law appeared behind the door. He quickly strolled to where Kidd was.

"Thank you, Eustass-ya" Law said looking at him.

"Are you guys fighting?" Kidd asked.

"No" Law replied as he followed his eyes to Kidd who made his way to the front door. "Sorry for the trouble"

Kidd replied with a low growl as he exited the house. Maybe he would come tomorrow just to check up on her.

Law was still staring at her. She was sleeping peacefully. He slowly stepped closer to the bed, settling himself on the floor so that his chin could rest on the mattress. He could see the glistening trail of her tears and couldn't stop himself from running his fingers to wipe them away.

He stared, kept drinking her sight as she slept. She looked so hurt. He knew she had been ever since he returned. No, even before that. He just had no idea what was the cause. He wanted to ask her, but he never had the gut, afraid he would her hurt her even more. All of sudden, he felt she had become so secretive and distant. Why she didn't tell him anything? Why keeping everything to herself? Maybe, once she woke up, he would ask. He couldn't wait anymore.

As he was caressing her hair, he heard her mumbling. He couldn't make out what she muttered so he leaned closer. What he heard was enough to make him stun. His hand stopped caressing and his eyes fell on her. He glowered at her, clenching his jaw forcing himself not to wake her up here and there.

It took him a moment to stand straight. Then his eyes fell on her phone. A sudden curiosity got the best of him that he reached out for her phone and checking her call logs and text messages. It tore his heart up. What he saw gave him answer he wanted to know. Gripping her phone tightly, he wanted smashed it on the table but he calmed himself down and put her phone gently on the table. He glared at her while his hand fisting and trembling as his breath ragged due to the anger.

"You owe me an explanation Nami-ya"

With a deep frown, he stalked out of her room. He slumped on the couch, clutching his hands together. He was worrying over her for nothing. His concern was unnecessary at all. He felt anger, betrayed, insulted, confused, tensed… all mixed up together that he didn't know how to describe how he felt right now.

If he'd be honest to himself, he suspected that she was cheating on him. It pained him to think that. Part of him wanted to deny but what he saw just now was enough to prove his suspicions, to justify his instinct. And didn't have to wait, he would ask her once she woke up.

Nami blinked her eyes and looked around. She sat up, checking on the time, 8:20 am. She sighed and could smell the alcohol as she breathed out. She stretched as she stood next to the bed. When she opened the door, her brows raise as she saw Law still sitting on the couch with his back to her.

"Tora! You came?" She asked as she stood at the door frame.

"Last night" he replied without looking at her.

"You haven't slept?" She asked as she turned to look at the bed searching for a sign if he ever slept there. None. She looked at him again. He was silent and still not moving.

"Do you have something to say?" He suddenly asked making her confuse.

She bit her lower lip and shook her head as she uttered "No".

Law frowned. Why she still wanted to keep everything to herself instead of telling him. He stood straight and faced her, "Then I have word with you"

She could see his stern and tight expression, the one she rarely saw unless he got upset. Her mind puzzling, questioning herself if he was mad because she left without telling him. But it wasn't really a big deal between them and he hardly ever upset over something like that. She cleared her throat, "Wh-what is it?" her hands still clutching on the door frame as she waited.

He stared at her, examining her. Somehow he felt like he was looking at a stranger, like he had never known her.

She knew something didn't look right, judging by the way the time passed with only awkward silent and she began to feel uncomfortable.

"Do you know who called me last night?" He asked her as he looked straight into her eyes.

She was still standing at the door as she answered him, "Ki… Kidd?"

He nodded. "I rushed here quickly after I finished checking up on my patient because he said you really need me" he could see her expression changed. "I was supposed to stay but because of you, I had to pass the task on other and let him take over my duty for the whole night" he added, just to make her feel guilty. "As a doctor, I shouldn't have done that. Leaving my duty because of my personal matter. You know that too."

She nodded, understood really well what he just explained. That sure made her feel guilty, having to force him leaving his duty as a doctor because of her reckless behavior. She wanted to say sorry, before she even spoke, he spoke.

"But you know what, I've done that for nothing" he said. "I was there with you all night, staying by your side and watching you when you were sleeping… but I wasn't really the one you needed"

She had no idea what he wanted to talk about. Just as she wanted to ask, he cut her off blatantly, again.

"How can you slip someone's name in your sleep?" he asked. "Not once, but many times… I can't say it was the slipped of the tongue anymore" he never moved his eyes from her.

She felt chills ran down her entire being at the revelation. And she gulped as she looked at him. His stare pierced through her that she averted her eyes.

"Do you know who I mean?" he questioned not shifting his eyes from hers. After a long tensed silent, he added "Or you want me to answer that for you?". When she didn't answer him he decided to answer his question for her. "It was Zoro's name"

Her knees felt weak, so weak that she clutched tightly on the door frame as it was her only support to keep her stand. Her lips quivered as if she wanted to say something but her voice swallowed by her fear.

"Are you dating him while you are dating me?" Law questioned. It was hard for him to ask her but he had to because he wanted to see how she would react to that.

But, her reaction was enough to crush his heart. Her silence was the answer to his question.

"I thought I was the only one..." he expressed, couldn't continue the rest.

That was it, he knew. He already knew. She was hoping he didn't find things out like this but this was how it went. He already caught her cheating before she could even gather enough strength to tell him.

With a frustrated sigh, he brushed his face with both of his palms. He didn't expect that, the person he loved so much would hurt him that way.

Sshe pushed herself out of the door frame and walked to him. "I'm... I'm so sorry, Torao" was all she could say, shaking her head repeatedly.

Before she could even touched him, he jerked away, turning his back on her. "To think that you are cheating on me..." he sighed. "I don't want to believe that…"

"I... I..."

"Explain yourself all you want, but it couldn't change the fact that you cheated on me" he finally expressed what was inside his heart.

Tears began to slide down her cheek as she sobbed. "I regret everything Tora, I swear" she sniveled. "I know I should've told you earlier... I just… I just..."

"I'm glad you don't deny it but, it still hurts me" he spoke with a lower tone. "If you really want to explain, then mind telling me the whole truth? Mind telling me what else you do behind my back other than moaning his name in your sleep?" He challenged, he was hoping she could at least tell him about the messages. Messages that were more than necessary between colleagues.

She sucked on her breath. How could she tell him she exchanged messages with Zoro and what was more, sleeping with him. It would crush him little more.

When she didn't reply, he gave a low mocking chuckle. "I feel like an idiot! While I was there, missing you every second of my breath, you were here, thinking about him every second… no maybe, spending your whole time with him" he swallowed hard.

She looked at his back, hoping he would turn his face to her, but he didn't seem to want to do it. Another tears fell down.

"I don't know what should I do Nami" he said with a low tone as he made his way to the door.

She sprinted towards him, pulling his wrist before he reached the knob and making him facing her. "I know I do you wrong. I regret it now... I don't ask for your forgiveness, but please, hear me out" she pleaded.

"Do you really think you can explain things to me now? Do you think you are ready to tell me the whole truth?" He stopped but didn't look at her as he kept his face turned to the side. "I don't think I am ready to listen to everything yet. What I found out last night was enough to hurt me Nami… How can I expect you to tell the truth if you can't even answer my every question"

He pulled his hand as he opened the door and closed the door with a loud bang.

"No… it's not like that.. Not like that" she chanted. She opened the door and quickly she chased after him.

"Wait!" she sobbed.

Ignoring her, he just opened his car when he felt hands pulled his arm preventing him from climbing inside.

"Please… don't go..."

He stopped when he heard her pleading and shaking voice but didn't even bother to look at her. He just couldn't.

"Please Tora! Don't go…" she clutched his arm tightly.

"Right now! I can't even look at you. It just makes me remember unpleasant things." He said regretfully. "I couldn't even bear hearing you call his name… because I don't know how to take it. It hurts!

"Don't say that, please... I'm sorry… truly sorry. I just don't know how to explain. Where to start… I… I…" she blubbered out.

"Why are you begging for forgiveness? The moment you cheated on me, you already know you prepared yourself for the consequences" he explained, "To think that you never feel the same way I do… it's funny! My feelings are unrequited" he still didn't look at her.

Her head downcast, letting her tears fell to the ground.

"Do you have fun doing this?"

She replied with a sob as she shook her head from side to side.

"Even your best friend doesn't know" He added. "Maybe if he knew, he wouldn't text me instead" he unattached her hands from his arm.

Nami stunned. She knew she was at fault. Her body convulsed as if she had no control over it. She struggled to breathe with every desperate gasps of air she took only to release it again in another forceful sob. She collapsed on the ground. Now she knew it was too late to regret everything.

When Law was about to get in, he saw Kidd was standing at the opposite side of the car. He bet he had witnessed and heard everything. The both only exchanging look before Law proceed to slide into his car and left.

Kidd watched as Law left and switched his attention to Nami. Although he didn't know the details, one thing for sure, she had cheated and Law caught her. He wouldn't have to guess who the man was.

Kidd sighed, "Why are you…" he wanted to say something but he stopped halfway. He brushed his hair and walked closer to her. He pulled her up and helped her to stand.

"I screw everything Kidd" Nami said between sobs as her tears kept falling.

Kidd just nodded as he wiped her tears with the back of his fingers. He knew he won't be able to help her, but if she needed a shoulder to cry on, he could lend it to her. He pulled her tightly into his embrace. His other hand stroking her back lightly and rested his chin on top of her head.

He didn't say anything as he didn't know what to say, just held her close and put her head on his chest, hugging her as long as it took her to finish.

TBC

The emotional part is quite hard damn it!

First thing first, thanks for the reviews, favs and follow. I'm so sorry for the long wait. To make it up, I write this chapter quite long… I think.

Hempo: Well, I do love seeing Kid and Nami to get together again because although he is an asshole, he is still nice to her (at least in this story)

Ieafy: And they will, soon.

KakashiXSakura: I've read you Let's play doctor! Looking forward for the update ,

ShadouMage: Yeah me too! That's why I make Law found out the truth, so that she knew she couldn't keep lying forever. That was just a lesson for her (OK! Blame me for making her like that)

SecretOtaku19: Yes. I know it is really hard to write reverse harem. But at the same time, I couldn't stop myself from doing it. Nami is just too hot with the hot guys...

Anyway, I'm waiting for your update. You have been M.I.A for quite some time (maybe I shouldn't have said this because I am no different too :p)

Eluce: Yes... she was an ungrateful and unfaithful girlfriend. Now I wonder why I turn her into this... I really didn't wish things turn out to be like this but so far, this is the original idea of my story and what I have in my rough draft (which had been deleted because my hard drive was crashed and the genius technician formatted my drive).

Yes, even though the story is reaching its 21st chapter, I still find it quite hard to choose one of the three (I'm greedy I know).

Also, I can't bring myself to write the love scene in a very explicit and detailed (this really isn't hentai)... I had tried but I kept deleting some parts which I thought weren't necessary).

Silenttitanz: Hahaha... thanks for noticing this humble story . Maybe, after reading this chapter, you will know who she'll end up with.

Skyviolet15: I plan to... in the later chapter. I also don't want to let them keep cheating on people, that isn't really nice and makes them look like a bad people.

P/S : I have checked this for not sure how many times, and if there are still some mistakes... I don't know what to say anymore.
