Ok, so I had no idea what I was going to happen when I was typing this up so I let my fingers just type away and this was what came out of it. Edward isn't doing as much for Bella as I thought he would but you can just add all thoughs bits in in your head where he becomes really overprotective and doesn't want Bella to do anything.

Chapter 20 - One Great Day

When Bella woke up Saturday morning she could hear the distant sound of pots and pans being moved around. She looked to her side and saw Edward wasn't there, she rolled her eyes with a smile on her face. She can get her own breakfast, but he hadn't let her do anything besides brush her own hair! It was amazingly sweet what he was doing, but she was starting to feel rather guilty for being the lazy one. Everytime she brought it up he would reply 'I have every right to spoil the love of my life' and he'd dazzle her, making her speechless everytime. He could always get her that way.

By this time Edward was just coming through the bedroom door in a pair of black sweat pants. She was wearing one of Edward's shirts and a pair of his boxers, she loved wearing his clothes. They smelt of him, making herself seem closer to him no matter where he was.

'Breakfast is served.' He said whilst putting the tray down on top of her knees, he sat next to her on the bed.

'Good morning, love.' He kissed her on the lips. She smiled back at him.

She looked down at her breakfast for the first time since Edward had entered. 'Pancakes! With bacon! I knew there was a reason why I kept you around.' She joked.

He looked shocked. 'I thought you kept me around for my body.' He said motioning to himself.

She laughed. 'I love you Edward Cullen.' She leaned in and they shared a sweet, loving kiss.

They broke apart and looked at each other, Edward's eyes looked hunger for her. He leaned forwards to kiss Bella again but before he reached her lips she shoved a strip of bacon in his mouth.

She laughed. He looked shocked for a second and then just munched on the piece of bacon. 'This bacon is good, if I do say so myself.'

She smiled at him and finally started to eat as he took bits of pancake and bacon off her plate. She was glad because the breakfast was huge! There was no way she could have been able to eat it all herself. They started talking about the wedding plans Bella had to do. They had all come round after work yesterday and the wedding was one of the main conversations. Alice and Rose had explained that they would leave lists of jobs that were needed to be done in that day and Bella must try and complete them. Alice and Rose would make the big decisions while Bella was just to book and order them.

'I prefer it that way. I mean I don't wanna be in charge of colour schemes or what music they'll get, as long as I get straight forward instructions I shouldn't be able to mess these weddings up.' Bella laughed.

'I don't even think you should be doing this. You've got the time off work to recover from just coming out of a coma and they already have you running round making orders and bookings.' Edward complained with a pout.

'That's because you want me to sit around all day doing nothing, so nothing at all happens to me.' Bella smiled back.

'Is that so bad?' He asked.

'Yeah.' She said bluntly.

He looked shocked for a moment. 'Why?'

'Becuase if I sit round the appartment all day I'll get all fat and ugly!' She pulled a face.

He chuckled. 'Bella, you could never be ugly, you're the most beautiful woman I''ve ever seen.' He said honestly. 'And if you were the most fattest person in the world I'd still love you. I love you for who you are, not just your appearance.'

She smiled at him flattered as he moved in to kiss her. When they broke apart, their foreheads rested against each others, Edward moved the tray to his bedside table.

'Plus it would be more to hold on to.' He said moving his hands to her hips and he pushed her down and rolled on top of her, laughing. She giggled along and hit him on the shoulder. She looked up at him and saw her future. Edward was all that mattered right now. She could get through anything as long as he was here for her, which she knew he always would be. He looked into her eyes and she saw happiness alight in them, he was just as happy as she was. He was lying on top of her, his body pressed up against hers-

'BELLA!! EDWARD!!' Alice shouted from the front door.

They both sighed. He reluctantely got off her and picked up a t-shirt that was lying on the floor. They should really clean up their bedroom, but she had just gotten back and they were a little excited about being back with each other again yesterday. She giggled at the thought as she got up and changed into some skinny jeans and a tank top. She took the tray out the bedroom and was met with Alice.

'Hey Alice.' She said kindly with a smile.

'Morning, I was just coming to find you.' She said pointing at the bedroom door.

'You've been here, what, about 2 minutes and you can't wait for me to change?' Bella laughed as she went through the living, waving at Jasper, Rose and Emmett who were lazily sitting on the couches talking to Edward, to the kitchen where she put down the tray and started to wash up the plate.

'Don't wash that up, I'll do it later!' Edward shouted form the living room.

'But-'

'No!' He was standing in the doorway now. 'Come on.' He took her by the shoulders and lead her to the living room where he sat her down with him next to her. Alice sat on the other side of her. He took her hand and entwinned her fingers with him. They smiled at each other.

'So, we thought we could hang out.' Rose said with a beautiful smile.

'You mean like what we did yesterday?' Bella asked as Edward smiled with her.

'Well, yeah. You did just come out of hospital Bella. We do have a right to see you.' Emmett said.

Alice and Rose were smiling at how close Edward and Bella were sitting and them holding hands. Jasper occassionally looked over at Alice and smiled. Obviously he couldn't keep his eyes off his future wife for too long.

'Ok, so what do you wanna do?' Bella asked.

'Well, do you guys just wanna go to the park, we could take a picnic?' Jasper asked, while everyone looked at him with excited faces.

'That's a great idea!' Emmett shouted like a little kid. Everyone laughed at him. 'We could play frizby!'

Everyone went and got ready to go. The park wasn't that far away but it was still a day out for Bella, she hadn't been out properly since she was running to work that horrible day, saying that neither had Edward. When Bella was in hospital he spent as much time as possible there, only coming home to sleep and shower. Alice grabbed some different foods from everyones fridges and put them in her basket that she'd found. Edward said he remembered that from when they were little. She' asked for a picnic set when she was about 12 and they tried to go to the park every week with they parents just so she could use her picnic set.

They were just leaving out of the appartments when Emmett turned and picked Bella up, putting her on his back.

'Emmett! What are you doing?' She asked.

'Giving you a piggy back.' He smiled. 'I haven't done this in years.'

'Did Edward ask you to do this?' Bella asked looking suspiously at Edward who was just coming out of Alice's appartment carrying a huge picnic basket.

'Kinda, yeah.' Emmett replied sheepishly.

'You can put me down you know.' She said.

'I know, but it brings back memories, giving you a piggy back.'

'Like what?' Rose asked who was walking next to Emmet, Edward was walking the other side, Jasper and Alice were up front, as they came out the appartment building heading left to the park, which was a couple of blocks away.

'Well, there was that time when dad gave you a piggy back from somewhere, I can't remember, because you had twisted your ankle and you gave him a bad back after that!' Emmett booming laugh made serveral people on the side walk look at them. Bella blushed and buried her head into Emmett's shoulder, covering her face. She mumbled something.

'What was that?' Edward asked.

'I said, I tiwsted it ice skating and he was taking me to the hospital.' Everyone laughed.

'Yeah, that was it.' Emmett replied.

'Why did you three go ice skating anyways? You're hardly the ice skating family.' Alice laughed.

'It was the day after the 4th aniversary of moms death. Dad was trying to cheer us all up.' Emmett asid glumly. He and Bella looked down, thinking of their mother, sad that she was gone.

'18 years later and I still miss her like hell.' Bella said.

'Me too.' Emett replied looking back and kissing Bella on the cheek. 'Plus, I think you're mother enough for me Bells!' They chuckled.

Everyone looked at them with a smile on their face. It was such a cute brother and sister picture, even though Emmett and Bella did take the mick out of each other, it was obvious they were close and would do anything for each other. Bella hugged him.

'We're here.' Alice said, running along with Jasper towards the entrance, Rose ran after them with the blanket.

When Emmett, Bella and Edward finally found the others, they sitting on the blanket waiting for Edward to come over with the food. So he walked a bit faster towards them while Emmett took his time with Bella.

'You know I don't know what me or dad would have done if you, you know.' No one really wanted to say die because their spirits were to high and they didn't want to ruin it. 'I mean, with mom gone and then if you, my only sister and dads only daughter got taken away as well, I don't think things would have been very happy, you know, every again!' Emmett said, turning very serious now.

'But I'm not gone am I? I'm still here, fighting my way through life like and bulldoser. Nothings going to ruin my happiness right now. Not even Mike Newton!' They both laughed.

He put her down on the blanket where everyone else was sitting, next to Edward.

'Love you sis.' He whispered to her.

'Love you too Em.' She said as he moved to sit next to Rose and they smiled at each other.

Edward moved so Bella was sitting between his legs and she rested her back against his chest. They loved sitting like this, Edward would hug er from behind and Bella loved the feeling of being in his arms, this way they got to be as close as possible.

They sat around and Emmett and Bella told the other everything about their exciting mother. Telling them funny stories and events that use to happen with her around that Charlie had told them. Charlie told them as much as he knew about Renee to Bella and Emmett when they were younger and they were telling it on to the others.

Emmett, Jasper, Rose and Alice played frizby while Edward fed Bella food as they laughed at the others, Rose had just thrown it and it flue fast in the wind, hitting Emmett right in the shoulder as he tried to dodge it. The wind sent a chill through Bella and Edward wrapped his arms around her tighter, he opened his coat and wrapped her in it, putting her closer to his chest. He picked up Alice's scarf that she'd left on the blanket and wrapped it round Bella's neck, he grabbed her hands in his and crossed them over her stomach and under the coat. There she was nice and warm.

It started to get darker an colder, so they packed up their picnic and Edward gave Bella a piggy back home. He didn't even have chance to ask first becuase Bella was already jumping on his back, not wanting to be too far away from him plus she was starting to feel a bit tired. As they were walking back, the others were chatting adn the rocking of Edwards walking lulled Bella into a comforting sleep. She head resting against Edward's shoulder with her arms slack around his neck. This was one great day.

Ok, what could they do tomorrow?

I'm kinda running low on fluff atm and on the storyline. I can't remember my ideas that I had.

Damn it! :/

Hopfully I'll be updating over the weekend like I usually do but I'v got family coming over so I'll have to see.
