''What?'' Regina heard what David said.

''Pan grabbed me the last moment before I was sent back. When I woke up he wasn't here.'' David explained.

''What about Greg?'' Emma asked.

''Still in Neverland. I don't think he'll be coming after you again.'' David said and put an arm around Emma.

''So what happens now?'' Henry asked.

''We need a plan but first I need a shower and dinner.'' Emma sighed.

''How about we all meet at our place for dinner in an hour?'' Mary Margaret suggested. Regina doubted for a moment but then agreed. She gave Henry a hug before walking home with Rose.

Regina wanted to talk to her about what happened but she didn't know where to start. She was glad, however, that she would have a few minutes alone with her.

''Are you okay?'' Regina tried carefully. She didn't want to push too much but she was concerned about the girl.

''I-I don't know yet.'' Rose admitted.

''I know you don't want to talk about it but-''

''You're right. I don't so drop it.'' Rose quickly realised what she said.

''I'm sorry, I didn't mean it like that.'' Rose quickly apologized.

''Let's go home, change and then we'll talk okay?'' Regina said. Rose nodded and they walked in silence.

Rose made her way upstairs and got in the shower. Regina sat on her bed in the mean time. She felt so guilty that she'd given up Rose. She knew Rose was never going to admit that she blamed her but Reigna blames herself aswell. She felt like she'd never be able to forgive herself. Giving Rose up was the hardest thing she ever had to do but she couldn't bare another minute without her daughter in her life so they had to talk about this.

Regina got in the shower after Rose and changed. When she got downstairs, she saw Rose on the couch staring out the window.

''Hey.'' Regina said, causing the girl to look up to her.

''Hi'' Rose said. Regina sat down next to her. This time it was Rose who started.

''I'm sorry.''

''For what?'' Regina asked, looking at the girl but Rose dodged Regina's gaze.

''For everything, for making Henry feel bad, for being the reason Emma got hurt, for hurting you, for turning your life upside down.'' She said.

''First off, don't ever apologize again. Second Henry was thrilled he got a sister. Emma got hurt because of me, not you and yes you turned my life upside down but I love it.'' Regina said. She had no idea how to make Rose feel like she was wanted, like she belongs.

''Are you ready to talk about what happened in Neverland and the nightmares?'' Regina asked as she got Rose's hand to both, prevent the girl from running and comforting her.

''I just don't want to say something that's going to make you upset or''

''Or what?'' Regina heard Rose was holding something back.

''Or make you end up leaving me.'' Rose whispered. Regina got tears in her eyes but quickly blinked them away.

"I'm not going anywhere, no matter what happens, I'm always going to be here for you even if you decide you don't want me around.''

''I just- When I'm with all of you I feel like an intruder. I feel like- like I don't belong but when I lived on my own I didn't have to belong. No one around to judge me, to tell me what to do or to care about but also that cared about me and no one to talk to when I needed to.''

''Now you do. Whatever it is, we'll get through it as long as you talk to me about it.''

''When you were talking to Tinkerbell you said said with Henry you finally got something right.'' Rose started after a long silence but she was too scared to continue.

''You are not a mistake. I made a mistake when you were taken away from me. I should have fought harder, I should have looked for you sooner. My mistake wasn't you, it was leaving you.''

''My father, is he in Storybrooke?''

''No.'' Regina started, ''After I found out I was pregnant, we were going to run away and start a live together with you.'' Regina said as memories came floading back. Tears appeared in her eyes. ''My mother found out. She caught us at the stables and-'' Regina had a tears rolling down. How do I tell her, her grandmother killed her father. Regina thought. ''My mother killed him.'' Regina thought Rose deserved the truth so she continued. ''She crushed his heart in front of me and then forced me to marry the king.''

''What was his name?'' Rose asked carefully. Regina wiped away her tears and looked at Rose. Her eyes reminded her so much of Daniel's

''Daniel. His name was Daniel.''

''Did he know?'' Rose asked but continued when Regina looked at her confused.

''Did he know you were pregnant of me?'' Rose asked.

''No, he did not. I was going to tell him that night.'' Regina said.

''The king you had to marry, is he in Storybrooke too?'' Rose asked, she didn't know this part of Regina's story. The question sent chills down Regina's spine and that didn't go unnoticed by Rose.

''If you don't want to talk about it you don't have to. I'm so-'' Rose started but Regina interrupted.

''Don't you dare say you're sorry.'' Regina teased, ''You have the right to ask and if I don't want to talk about something I'll tell you, okay?'' Regina said.

''Okay.'' Rose agreed and she gave Regina a small smile.

''He's not in Storybrooke. He's Mary Margaret's father, Leopold.'' Regina forced his name out.

''Wait so Mary Margaret is your step-daughter?'' Rose asked confused.

''Don't bother trying to figure out our family tree, you won't be able to do it.'' Regina laughed.

''So are you still married to him?'' Rose asked.

''Thankfully, no.'' Regina said.

''Thankfully? Did he- Was he bad?.'' Rose asked carefully.

''You could say that'' Regina started, ''But that's all over now. He's not in my life anymore.''

''Thank you for telling me all of this.'' Rose said.

''Always.'' Regina said as she pulled the girl close.

''I love you.'' Rose said and Regina got a big smile on her face. He daughter may not call her 'mom' yet but at least she said 'I love you' and for now that was enough for Regina.

''Let's go.'' Regina said and she let go of Rose. When she looked at the girl's face she saw tears in her eyes.

''What's wrong?'' Regina asked, scared she upset her.

''Nothing. I'm happy, for once in my life something is going right. I just don't want this to end.'' Rose admitted

''It won't. I won't leave you, I promise.'' Regina kissed the girl's forehead and wiped the tears away from her cheeks.

''Ready?'' Regina asked and Rose nodded.

''I'll get it.'' Henry said when someone knocked on the door.

''Mom.'' Henry said and he wrapped his arms around Regina.

''Hey, how are you feeling?'' Regina asked.

''Henry? Can you wake Emma?'' Mary Margaret yelled from the kitchen before Henry could answer. Henry ran upstairs and Regina walked in. She turned around when she saw Rose standing uncomfortably in the doorway.

''You're not an intruder.'' Regina whispered to the girl and got her hand. She squeezed it before walking to the kitchen together.

''Dinner is almost ready.'' Mary Margaret said. ''Would you like something to drink?''

''Water is fine.'' Regina said.

''Me too.'' Rose said, still not feeling comfortable.

''Look who finally woke up.'' Mary Margaret said.

''Hey.'' Regina said once she turned around and saw Emma at the bottom of the stairs.

''Hey.'' Emma said, ''And I probably would have slept till tomorrow evening if I wasn't so hungry.'' Emma told her mother.

''Almost done.'' Mary Margaret laughed. ''How are you feeling?''

''Better, still exhausted but nothing a bit of sleep can't fix.'' Emma said.

''My mom told me about what happened with Pan, how are you feeling?'' Emma asked Rose worriedly.

''I'm fine.'' Rose said and Emma got the hint that she didn't want to talk about it.

''Why don't you guys sit down. I'll finish dinner.'' Mary Margaret said.

''Where are Tinkerbell and David?'' Regina asked as Emma, Henry and Rose sat down.

''They went to the station, trying to find something on Pan. They'll be back any minute.'' Mary Margaret said.

''Do you need any help?'' Regina asked.

''Actually I do. Thank you.'' Mary Margaret said and Regina helped with dinner.

When Emma and Rose sat down, Henry went to the bathroom, leaving the two of them alone.

''I'm sorry about what happened.'' Rose said.

''It's not your fault you know that, right?'' Emma said.

''Sure.'' Rose said but Emma didn't believe her.

''Hi.'' David said as he walked in, followed by Tinkerbell.

''Hey, just in time. Dinner is ready.'' Mary Margaret said. They all sat down.

''Did you find anything on Pan?'' Emma asked David.

''Not yet.'' David said.

''We need a plan.'' Regina said.

''We don't even know why he's here.''

''I might have an idea.'' Tinkerbell said, ''I overheard a few lost boys a few days ago, they said Pan is looking to create a new Neverland. One even bigger than the old one.'' She explained.

''How will he do that? I mean no one can enter Storybrooke.'' Mary Margaret said.

''I don't know, he said something about a curse that's all I know.'' Tinkerbell said and Regina's eyes grew bigger.

''Regina?'' Emma asked.

''I have to go.'' Regina said and she stood up.

''Where are you going?'' Emma asked confused.

''I'm going to make sure Pan doesn't change the Enchanted Forrest into Neverland.''

''The Enchanted Forrest?''

''Regina don't tell me..'' Mary Margaret started.

''Tell you what?'' Emma asked, still confused.

''Yes and I have to get it before he does.''

''Get what?'' Emma asked.

''The curse. The curse that brought us to Storybrooke.'' Regina explained.

''But the curse is broken and you weren't sent back. What's different now.''

''If you cast the curse again it'll be the same as the old one only Pan will cast it. Meaning he'll be in charge and everyone will lose their memories all over again.'' Regina said, putting on her jacket.

''I'll come with you.'' Emma said, already standing up.

''You should rest.'' Regina tried. She knew Emma was too stubborn to listen but it was worth a try.

''No I'll come with you.''

''We all will.'' David said. He didn't want anything to happen to Emma again.

''Where do you keep it?'' Emma asked curious.

''Where I keep all my magic.'' Regina said and they all walked out. Not even bothering to clean up.

When they reached Regina's vault they noticed the door was open.

''No.'' Regina said in disbelieve and she ran down.

''It's gone.'' Regina said, hating herself for not protecting it better.

''Regina, it is not your fault.'' Mary Margaret said.

''I have to find Pan.'' Regina said.

''I'm afraid it's already too late, dearie.'' They heard a voice coming downstairs.

'Gold.'' Regina said.

''What do you want?'' Regina asked.

''I believe you still owe me a favour.'' Gold said.

''And you're here to collect it.''

''Indeed I am. I happen to know where Pan is but before I tell you I want you to promise you will hand Pan over to me when you find him.'' Gold said.

''What do you want with him?'' Emma said.

''It's... Personal.'' Gold said, ''So do we have a deal?''

''Yes.'' Regina said.

Gold told them where they could find Pan and they rushed out of the vault. When they got there they saw Pan with an evil smirk on his face.

''You're too late.'' He said, green smoke appearing from behind him.

David moved forward and got Pan's arm.

''What do we do now?'' Henry asked.

''Take Pan to town square.'' Regina told the others. ''Emma and I will be right there.'' Regina ordered.

''Do you have a plan?'' David asked.

''I do.'' Regina said.
