The ride to the airport was quite short due to Edward's speeding. We checked our luggage, went through security, and boarded all within 45 minutes thanks to the vampire dazzling and manipulation skills.

Edward and I talked about nothing in particular throughout our flight to Forks, and before I knew it, we had arrived. The calmness I had felt during the flight had diissapeared and the anxiety had returned with a vegence.

"Where's Jasper when you need him?" I whispered whilst getting my luggage from the baggage claim. I hear Edward's laughter before he joined me by the airport doors. Apparently Morgan couldn't wait to meet us, so she would be picking us up.

about fifteen minutes later, to my surprise, a Cadillac Escalade screeched to a hault in front of us before an extremely artificially tanned women got out with my father.

This was going to be my new step-mom?

"She looks...different than I expected her to be." I muttered under my breath. Once again I could hear Edward's stifled laughter, and he thankfully regaine his composure as soon as Charlie approached us.

"Hey Bells!" He exclaimed before throwing his arms arround me. I reveled in the comfort of my father's arms before telling him how nice it was to see him released me and took a step back to look at me.

"Haven't changed a bit Bella," he said with sly wink. I huffed out a laugh and then watched as my father attempted to greet my husband.

Husband. Ah, that never gets old.

I broke from my thoughts to see Charlie attempting to embrace Edward, but failing profusely due to Edward's shock and Charlie's discomfort.

The awkward hug soon ended and my dad stepped back towards his fiance.

"Bella, Edward, this is my soon to be wife Morgan." His eyes gleamed and he seemed to be radiating happiness, which helped me make up my mind towards her; even if I didn't like her, I would get along with her for Charlie's sake.

I went to shake Morgan's hand but instead she locked me into a hug and proceeded to do that 'kiss one cheek, then the other, then the first one again.'

Yum.

"I can't wait to learn more about you dear! You father has told me so much, all good things of course, but I like to get it directly from the source." SHe winked at me as she walked to greet Edward the same way she had done to me.

Well, this should be an interesting weekend,
