"This is your fault, Jared!" Tucker says, pointing his finger at me.
"My fault? How the fuck is it my fault?"
"We never had a problem with this ghost until you moved here!" Sam says.
"So I control where my parents make me move? I control what hunts me? Is that what you're saying?" I snap back.
"No, I uh- urgh! I'm just so fucking mad at you!" Sam throws her hands up in the air in frustration.
"I heard about what you did to Sam, by the way. I'm not too happy about that!" Tucker says, walking up to me. Like I'm afraid of him.
"I'm sorry! I get mad too, you know!"
"Still, that doesn't make it right. You don't deserve to fucking live right now! You-"
"Guys, stop it!" Jullianna screams.
"Why should we? He hurt you, he hurt Sam. He doesn't belong here!"
"Because I like him, that's why!"
"Jullian-"
"Shut up, Sam! I told you I liked him and I meant it! Why can't you just accept that? I did when you said that you liked Danny!"
"Danny isn't someone who breaks hearts and tries to murder people!"
"Jared wouldn't have done that if you had stayed out of my love life to begin with!"
"And I wouldn't have had to get into your love life if Jared hadn't broken your heart!"
I let the girls argue, slowly tuning them out. I've heard all that I need to hear.
Jullianna likes me.
She really likes me.
The catfight continues behind me for a little longer before Darkness re-enters to room. She opens the door to where Danny is and turns off the ghost sheild.
"Wow you're smart," Danny tells the ghost as he steps outside. "You know I could just fly away right now."
"I'm smarter than you'll ever know. A ghost shield is surrounding you all in this room. You guys have fun."
"Wait," Tucker says. "How can you get out of this room then? You're a ghost! The ghost shield will stop you."
"Do you ever pay attention?" Sam asks. "Darkness is a halfa. She has a human half."
"Oh yeah. I, uh, forgot."
"Then we'll get to see your human half when you walk out!"
"Don't be ridiculous. I put the ghost shield up far enough away that I can fly out and then transform. I'm safe." She flies out of the building before transforming where we can't see her to walk through the ghost shield.
"She really is an idiot isn't she?" I ask.
"What do you mean?" Danny asks. "We are all humans so none of us humans can get out of here. We would need a ghost to fly us out but we don't have one because we are all humans."
"What do you mean, Danny?" I ask. "You're a-" He glares at me. I think about it for a second before I finally get it. They may be mad at me but they're keeping my secret safe from Jullianna and my sister. They're hoping I do the same for them, and I will. Jullie obviously know nothing about Danny's ghost half just like my sister-
Wait a minute.
"Guys, do you know where my sister is?"
"No, she was never in here when we were," Sam says.
"Yeah, sorry," Jullianna says.
"Fuck!" I shoot some lightning out of my hands.
"Whoa, did you see that?" Jullianna asks in shock.
