I follow District 12 through the woods, making sure to keep quiet.

I can't control my growling stomach, though.

There's been a total of 73 victors, but only 57 are still living.

I see the girl teach the boy a whistle, then they split up.

The boy lays out all their food on the ground, and start foraging.

That's an average of 6.83 total victors per district, or 4.75 living victors.

I recognize the berries he's picking.
