A/N: Sorry this took so long to update! I've been busy! But here we go, dress shopping! Oh my gosh I am so excited! Okay I don't want to give anything away! Enjoy!

Previously on "A Classic Love Story,": "I'm pretty happy honestly, Ali's been miserable since they broke up as much as she's tried to hide it," Ella said.

"If that twat tries to hurt her again I'll be there," Rachelle growled, "But for now I'll let him keep his life." only half-joking.

Dinner was fairly calm, and I went to bed with one less worry on my mind. Now if I could just find a dress for the Yule Ball, everything would be perfect.

Disclaimer: Not mine!

"Hey Vicki! Do we have a date in Hogsmeade today?" Teddy asked, running up to me. I sighed, upset that I had to turn him down.

"I can't, I'm going dress shopping with the girls."

"Sounds dull," he commented. I slapped him on the arm playfully.

"It will be fun! How could it not be? I'm going to be there!" He nodded seriously.

"Oh yes, you bring fun everywhere you go."

"I ooze fun."

"Oh absolutely." We stared at each other before bursting into laughter. "At least let me walk you to breakfast." I bit my lip, feigning hesitance.

"Well…I mean if you must." He gasped in mock-outrage.

"Well maybe I won't walk you…" he said, turning around.

I laughed and grabbed his shoulder. I kissed him on the cheek swiftly.

"Let's go, you prat."

We walked to breakfast, holding hands and just chatting about random things. He walked me to my table, squeezed my hand, and disappeared with a grin and a wave. I sat down with Hailey, who was the only one of my friends who was there already.

"Where is everyone?" I asked. She snorted and rolled her eyes.

"They're getting primped for Hogsmeade."

"Ella is getting primped?" I asked in astonishment.

"Rachelle forced her into it." I laughed.

"That makes much more sense. What's the plan for today?"

"Well we'll go to Gladrag's Wizarding Wear, Madam Malkin's, she opened up a branch in Hogsmeade, and there's another little dress shop that I saw once."

"Sounds fun!" I said. Hey, I may not be girly all the time, but I am a girl and part-veela.

Ella and Rachelle came down into breakfast, Ella looking thoroughly frustrated by what she was wearing (a flowing purple dress) and Rachelle looking smug.

"So are Dominique and Aliyah coming?" I asked.

"Nope," Hailey answered, "they're going on their own because they want their dresses to be a surprise." I nodded. After breakfast we made our way to Hogsmeade.

We went to Gladrag's Wizarding Wear first, but found only men's' dress robes and socks that screamed if they got too smelly. Interesting, but not what we needed. Next we went into Madam Malkins. It was fairly empty since it was so early in the day and we looked around.

After about fifteen minutes, we had all found something to try on at least. We decided to do it person by person so we could really see how each dress looked on them. At Rachelle's insistence, Ella went first. After a couple of minutes she came out in a short black dress that she looked highly uncomfortable in.

"It's so itchy!" she complained.

"It looks nice though!" Rachelle commented.

"I guess," Ella said, but she definitely didn't appear sold so she went to try on the next one. "This one is was my favorite on the rack!" she called from the dressing room. "I really love this one!" she called after another few minutes.

"I feel like we're picking out wedding dresses here," Hailey muttered. I chuckled, and agreed with her. Ella walked out of the dressing room. We all stared at her and she flushed pink.

Her dress was royal purple and strapless with an empire waist and silver beading around the sweetheart neckline. At the waist was a darker purple belt. It was simple and understated, but still beautiful. It was so Ella. Rachelle was the first one to speak.

"Man Joe is going to eat you up in that dress!" Ella flushed and Hailey slapped Rachelle's arm, but I was laughing too hard to say anything. After I had calmed down I said,

"Ella you really do look gorgeous! This is the perfect dress for you."

Everyone nodded in agreement. She smiled.

"I think so too!" After she had changed out of her dress, albeit reluctantly, she sat down to begin Hailey's turn. She tried on one that I remembered her not liking so much on the rack. As soon as she came out she said, "I don't care what you guys think, this is it."

Luckily, we loved it anyways.

It had two thin straps on each side, which was good because I knew she was uncomfortable without straps. The dress was pale blue which went well with her spiky orange hair surprisingly. It had a natural waist with a very thin silver belt and beading coming up one of the sides. She looked classy and naturally pretty, which was perfect for her, because Hailey despised fake people. (I mean, who doesn't?)

"Hailey, you look gorgeous," Ella said. We all smiled and agreed. She smiled and although she had said otherwise, I knew our opinion had meant a lot to her. Rachelle was so excited that I told her to go next. She smiled at me gratefully and hurried into the dressing room.

The first one she tried on was okay. It was red and strapless with a drop waist and gold beading. It was pretty and I thought she looked great, but Hailey commented that with her green eyes she looked like Christmas and Rachelle practically tore it off.

The next one was a hot pink disaster. It was a pink ball gown with feathers and the works. It was awful. I can't even describe that.

"How could you think that looked attractive on the rack?" I exclaimed. She shrugged in response. That girl is nuts. I guess third time really is the charm because the third dress was perfect.

The dress itself was a trumpet style gown with one strap, meaning it was straight until the very bottom and puffed out a little below the knee. It was dark green with gold beading on the hem at the bottom. The dress was chic and modern which was exactly Rachelle's style.

"I love it!" I said.

"It really suits you," Ella said. Rachelle grinned in excitement.

Next was my turn. All of my dresses at Madam Malkin's were complete no's. Our last stop was the little dress shop that Hailey had seen at one point. It was really small, but I saw what I wanted right away.

The dress was dark blue and strapless. It was mermaid style, but it wasn't very extreme. The beading was silver and went around the neckline and diagonally from the neckline to the end of the waist. At the bottom of the dress, the beading came up in a swirled pattern.

I tried it on immediately.

"Wow Vic…you really look gorgeous," Ella said, smiling.

"I think Teddy will like that dress!" Hailey said, waggling her eyebrows suggestively. We all laughed at that. I paid for the dress and we left the store.

The Yule Ball was two weekends away and we couldn't be more excited.

A/N: Did you like the dresses? I had to draw them out before I described them. The Yule Ball is next chapter, you guys have been asking for Victoire/Teddy and you will get plenty of it during the Yule Ball I promise! 3 reviews!
