Ashley was in the kitchen finishing some homework, it was Saturday evening and she was going to spend it with her loving girlfriend. Ashley asked her mom and sister for some alone time and they both agreed that the girls needed it. Ashley's mother was going to her office to finish some work and Kyla was going to Aiden's for the night.

"Hey honey" Ashley looked up to see her mother set her brief case on the counter and started to sort through some pictures.

"Hey mom"

"Doing homework before Spencer comes over?" Ashley nodded and kept on filling out her math homework.

"Ya, I have a few more questions then I'm going to start getting ready"

"Ashley your not stressing your self out are you?" Ashley looked at her mother, and set down her pencil.

"I don't have time to care; I am going to be a parent." Christine set down the papers and walked over to Ashley, sitting opposite of her at the table.

"Ashley when I found out I was having you, I was scared so was your father. All we had was each other, and a one bedroom apartment. Your father was barely making music and we were both high school drop outs. Even know we didn't have much, we made it work by leaning on each other. Yes your going to be a parent and its scary, it's a lot of responsibility but you have something that your father and I didn't have"

"What's that's?" Christine smiled and took her daughters hand.

"You both have family's that love you so much, and we all want you and Spencer to be safe and to be happy. Spencer's parents and I know that you both work hard in school, and at basketball. We are so proud of you honey, that we will help you through this and make sure you are both going to be okay."

"And the baby?"

"Will be healthy and very adorable Ashley." Ashley smiled at her mother.

"Thanks Mom"

"Well I'm off to do some work, make sure you and Spencer clean up after your selves okay?"

"Mom are you sure you don't mind leaving for the night?"

"Ashley I am fine, I'll be staying at my office and I'll be back in the morning to go to bed" Ashley stood up and walked over to her mother, laying a kiss her cheek.

"Thank you mommy"

Ashley went back over to the table and started working again, she hated math but she knew she had to do it. Ashley's only thing she was good at was basketball and music. She tried being good at school but that was more of a Spencer's thing. That and taking pictures and videos, she is an amazing photographer.

"See ya big sis, I'm heading to Aiden's" Ashley nodded and walked over to the fridge to grab a drink.

"Peace sis."

"You okay Ashley?"

"Yes Kyla, now go pretend that your interested in your boyfriend"

"Fuck you bitch"

"Whatever"

"What's your problem Ashley?"

"Nothing, just go"

"No tell me now" Ashley turned and looked over at her sister and set down her water.

"Why are you leading him on for, just tell him the fucking truth and get it over with"

"What's it to you, it's not like you really care"

"I do Kyla because he is on my team, and he is my friend. Plus he disserves to know so he can actually be with someone who likes him." Kyla shooked her head and grabbed her purse and walked out of the kitchen.

"I'm not the one that knocked up my girlfriend"

"Fuck you!"

"Right back at you bitch"

Ashley shooked her head and ran her hands over her face, this was all just too much for her.
