Olivia's POV
Olivia opened her eyes and looked around the room. It was dark and musty with only a little bit of light. Olivia wondered how long she had been out for. Hours? Days? Months?
Olivia pulled her arms trying to break free from the chains that were binding her to the chair. She let out a soft yelp as the cuffs tore her skin slightly. She looked around for some sign of an exit, a way to break free. But there was none.
Olivia looked up at the ceiling and sighed. She dreaded to think how Lysander was feeling without her. She missed her son so much; she hoped he was with Sirius and that her brother was taking care of him. Olivia hoped that she could get out of there soon.
Suddenly, Olivia heard footsteps approaching the door, and the bolt slamming back against the reinforced steel.
Olivia tensed up as a dark figure entered the room. He was tall and had dark black hair, and for some reason Olivia recognised him. She just hoped she was wrong.
"Ah...Olivia. You're awake." She heard the snide English accent say as the figure stepped into the room.
Damn it. Olivia thought; it couldn't be.
"Jason..." She said, breathing out in shock, as there standing facing her in the middle of the room, was Jason Loreto. Lysander's father.
Lysander's POV
Lysander lay awake that night staring into space at the glinting red and gold curtains that draped around the corners of his bed as he thought about the recent Dementor attack. He thought about his mother too and whether she was still alive.
Lysander hoped that for her sake, and his, that she was still fighting. That she was at least being the warrior that he knew her as. He missed his mother so much and it was strange to him not to get the occasional letter in the morning at breakfast from her. Lysander missed seeing her and hearing her voice. It had been two years since he'd seen her; he just hoped she was holding in there.
Suddenly, Lysander was ripped from his bed and hauled down the stairs of the dormitory. Lysander tried to reach for his wand that he always kept in the waistband of his pyjamas but it was no use. He just couldn't. Lysander tried fighting back by kicking out but it was no use. He soon found himself knocked unconscious and dragged to the top of the astronomy tower, where there, he was apparated to a dark and dingy room.
Lily's POV
Lily found herself tossing and turning most of the night thinking about what happened at the ball. She just couldn't get the hooded figures out of her head. The way they floated around the room and tried to drain the soul out of everyone.
Lily looked across at her cousin who was lying awake and staring out their dorm window. Lily decided not to disturb her in mid thought and continued to stir. When suddenly there was a thump followed by a muffled scream and Lily watched as two men grabbed Deanna from her bed and knocked her unconscious. This wasn't good, Lily thought.
"Hey! Let her go!" Lily screamed. Lily reached for her wand but before she could firmly grab it, she found herself knocked into darkness. She tried fighting her way out of her own mind and bring her body to, but it was just no use.
Lily hoped to herself that her screaming and the noise had at least waked someone and they could get hope. But maybe it was too late. Lily wondered.
Deanna's POV
Deanna woke up to find herself on the cold, hard concrete ground of what seemed like a prison door with reinforced steel.
Deanna tried to sit up but found that her head hurt too much from being knocked out, so she decided to keep lying there against the cold floor. She turned her head to look around the room and noticed Lily lying in the corner of the room still unconscious with blood sliding down her face and a bruise growing on her stomach.
Deanna started to panic. Where were they and who were these people? She thought. She turned her head away from her cousin, because of the unimaginable pain that Lily could be in, and that's when she noticed Lysander was in the room. He was sitting in the corner of the room opposite Lily. He looked like he was asleep, Deanna thought, but then he opened his eyes and looked at Deanna. Concern was growing in his eyes as he looked her up and down checking for obvious injuries.
"I wondered how long it would be before one of you woke up." Lysander said quietly to Deanna, like he was afraid to disturb anyone.
"My head kills Ly. How long have I been out?" She asked, turning her head to face him more.
"3 days." He told her. "Lily woke up the other day, screaming for you to wake up, and for them to release us. I could hear her from the other cell. That's when they done that to her." He pointed at Lily, "Then they moved all three of us in here." Lysander finished.
Deanna glanced at her cousin, and managed a tiny smile. "She'd always had been a fighter." Deanna told Lysander.
"She tried to knock the guy out. She almost did, if it wasn't for the fact she froze in shock at the sight of my mother chained to a reinforced steel chair." Lysander muttered the last bit.
"She's alive?" Deanna asked in shock.
Deanna watched as Lysander nodded, she moved her whole body, ignoring the throbbing in her head and went to sit with Lysander. "It's a good thing she is alive. Once the Order gets wind of this, we shall be out of here in no time." Deanna tried to reassure Lysander.
Lysander gave Deanna a tiny smile, and then turned to face her. "It's a shame they took our wands. I reckon we'd be able to conjure a spell to get us out of here." Lysander said. Sighing and looking back at Lily.
"I know...we just have to wait for the Order I guess...and try to figure out many ways to escape." Deanna said, frowning in frustration.
"It's no use. There is reinforced steel everywhere. We'll be lucky if the Order can reach us..." Lysander said.
"What makes you say that?" Deanna asked, concern growing as she snapped her head round to look him in the eyes.
"Because they plan on using us to lure the Order out and kill them because of the war." Lysander told her, not meeting her eyes.
Deanna froze up in shock, this couldn't be happening. After all these years, people still held grudges. Deanna couldn't take it anymore. In her temper, she whipped round and punched the nearest wall. At this rate, Deanna thought, she wouldn't have any family left.
