The next morning Taylor woke up and checked her phone. She checked all of her social media accounts and answered text messages and returned phone calls. That was Taylor's routine every morning before she started her day.

While Taylor walked to the bathroom, her phone rang. She saw that it was Gabriella and she closed the bathroom door behind her.

"Hello." Taylor said.

"Taylor, who was at your door last night?" Gabriella asked.

"Well good morning to you too. I slept fine last night. Thanks for asking." Taylor responded, noticing the fact that her friend was so nosey that she didn't even properly greet her pregnant friend.

"Oh, sorry. Now who was at your door last night?" Gabriella asked again, causing Taylor to roll her eyes.

"It was Chad, Gabriella. He came over to clear the air because he knows I'm pregnant." Taylor responded as she turned on the tub water to get her bath started.

"Chad? Wow, so are you guys like back together?" Gabriella sounded a little eager. "I mean were there any conversation about you guys considering getting back together?"

"Uh no. It's not that easy. Right now we are just going to focus on being parents for this baby that's coming." Taylor responded rubbing her belly. "That's what important right now."

"You right. Well it's good that you guys are talking now because last night was so awkward for Troy and I." Gabriella said.

"What about Chad and I? I think we were the ones feeling the awkward vibe. How could you do that to me Gabriella? You didn't even tell me he would be there." Taylor said as she added bath wash to her water, creating bubbles with the scent of lavender.

"Sorry Troy and I just want you and Chad back talking, especially because there is a baby on the way. I had good intentions." Gabriella said.

"Yeah, I guess you did." Taylor said as she turned off the water. "Well, I am about to take a bath, I will talk to you later."

The girls said bye before hanging up from each other.

"Ugh, I can't even light my candle." Taylor said looking at her candle.

She had a vanilla scented candle in the bathroom but the smell makes her nauseous sometimes so she couldn't light it anymore since she got pregnant. Taylor sat down in her bath water and took deep breaths.

"Great, now I have to pee. Should've did that before I sat down." Taylor said to herself before getting out of the tub to dry herself off.

After using the bathroom, she got back in the tub and continued to try relaxing until there was a knock on the door.

"Yes?" Taylor questioned.

"Um, good morning. I just wanted to see how you were doing this morning." Taylor heard Chad's voice from the other side and sighed.

"I'm fine." Taylor responded as she played with some of the bubbles. "Look um, I am in the tub right now so can you give me some time?"

"Oh yeah, my bad." Chad responded.

Taylor heard Chad go back downstairs. She continued to relax in the tub until she was ready to get out. Taylor slowly got out of the tub as she was feeling tired and proceeded to brush her teeth. She wrapped a towel around her body before walking out of the bathroom.

"Tay?" Taylor was in the hallway when she turned around and saw Chad standing at the bottom of the steps.

He was staring at her which caused Taylor to hold her bath towel tighter. He couldn't take his eyes off of her. She looked so beautiful in the morning. With her being pregnant, there was this glow on her face that Chad liked.

"Yes, Chad?" Taylor responded. He came back to reality from his thoughts.

"Oh, um I just wanted to see if you wanted breakfast?" Chad asked.

Taylor looked down to avoid looking at Chad. She always thought he looked good, especially when he wakes up.

"Chad? You don't have to do all of that. You don't have to stay and make me breakfast. I've been doing all of that stuff on my own." Taylor turned around and started walking back to her room.

Chad heard Taylor's door close and he felt bad. He really wanted to make breakfast for her. He wanted to be in that room with her. He just wanted to be around her. He started to regret breaking up with her.

When Taylor was dressed, she walked out of her room. She smelled food being cooked.

"I thought I told him no?" Taylor questioned to herself.

She walked into the kitchen to see Chad at the stove making eggs.

"I know you said you could do it yourself but I just wanted to do it for you today." Chad turned around and gave a slight smile. "I still can't believe I am going to be a father."

Taylor nodded her head as she sat down at the table. Chad continued cooking and made plates for he and Taylor.

"Thanks, Chad." Taylor said as he set her plate down in front of her.

Chad sat down in front of her and looked at her.

"What?" Taylor asked.

Chad smiled to himself before answering.

"Nothing." He lied. "Um so when do you want me to get started in the baby room?"

Taylor took a bite of her food and slowly chewed it. He tasted good, but she didn't want to eat too fast.

"Um whenever you're free. I know you're probably busy with the school and everything." Taylor responded as she got up to get some water.

"Well I can start today." Chad suggested. He just wanted to be around her more.

"That's okay. I have some things to do anyway." Taylor walked back over and grabbed her plate. "Thank you for breakfast but, I am going to finish mines upstairs. I'm kind of tired."

A look of sadness came across Chad's face. But he didn't want to show it.

"Okay, well do you need some help?" he asked beginning to get up.

"No, I got it. Thanks for breakfast." Taylor turned around to head upstairs but then she stopped and looked back at Chad.

"Um, when you get ready to leave just lock the door." She said and proceeded to go upstairs.

Chad nodded his head before he continued to eat his breakfast.

Chad was cleaning up the kitchen when he heard Taylor puking from upstairs. He rushed upstairs to see her in the bathroom with her head nearly in the toilet.

"Let me get you a wet towel." Chad said.

Taylor continued to vomit until she was done. She stood up and received the wet towel from Chad.

"Thanks." Taylor said as she cleared her throat and wiped her face.

"Was it the food I cooked?" Chad asked.

"Yeah, but it's okay. It's like I can't enjoy anything anymore without throwing up afterwards." Taylor said. She took a sip of water from her glass.

"I should've known. I should've cooked you something lighter." Chad said.

"Chad, it's okay. Really. This happens every morning almost." Taylor stood in the bathroom to brush her teeth. Chad just looked at her.

"Well, I am going to finish the dishes, get dressed, and then I think I am going to leave." Chad said.

Taylor finished brushing her teeth and looked at Chad. She didn't really want him to leave but it was awkward for her for him to be there.

"Okay, I will see you around then I guess." Taylor turned off the light and walked out of the bathroom, walking passed Chad and back to her room.
