Prompt: Fairy Tale
Pairing/Characters: Bellatrix
Fairy tales. How much Bellatrix hated fairy tales. She hated them when she was a child and she hated them when she was an adult. She often laughed at the people who liked fairy tales. One of those people had been her own sister Andromeda. But Bellatrix no longer considered Andromeda as her sister. Andromeda was a blood traitor. A person who believed in fairy tales and had married a muggle in some desperate attempt to find her own happy ending.
Bellatrix didn't need stupid tales to survive. She was stronger. She was stronger than those pathetic Gryffindors who always fought for something that was really only a fairy tale. Bellatrix couldn't really understand why some witches and wizards were so stupid. Why didn't they understand that mudbloods and blood traitors should all die? Why didn't they understand what was good for them?
But there was one thing that Bellatrix always knew in the deep, dark corners of her mind. She knew that she was living her own fairy tale. She had everything she had wanted. The Dark Lord recognized her as one of his best followers and she was allowed to kill whoever she wanted. Sure, Bellatrix' fairy tale was sick, twisted and dark. But it was still a fairy tale to her. Even if she didn't want to admit it.
But like all other fairy tales, this fairy tale had to end someday.
