This is Shego's room... I'm in Shego's room... I'm really in Shego's room... This is sooo cool! Kim thought as her eyes darted around the well furnished apartment in excitement.
She took it all in, the signature green and black motif, the dark oak paneling, and the expensive furniture. Exquisite paintings covered the walls, along with many large bookcases and cabinets, all filled with tantalizing items from Shego's life that Kim wanted to examine. Unfortunately, all she could do for now was sit on the end of the bed and clean herself. Shego had placed a bucket, a face washer, and some clothes on the bed before grabbing her own set of clothes and heading off to her ensuite for a shower. Still, this didn't stop Kim from looking around the room with wide eyes while she cleaned herself. She planned to finish and dress quickly so she could poke around like the inquisitive kitten she was.
It's totally her, Kim acknowledged.
Her washing done, bucket and cloth pushed to the side, she reached for the clothes Shego had tossed onto the bed, finally paying them attention.
She's gotta be joking? Kim thought, rolling her eyes at the loose khaki cargo pants and black midriff baring turtleneck laid out on the bed for her. My old mission clothes?! How? Then, her thoughts continued... I'm not baring my belly button for her that easily! Wait, what?! I mean... she'll have to work for it... No! Argh!? Not at all.
Ignoring Shego's choice of clothes, she stood up and made her way over to the wardrobe, poking around for something more … appropriate to wear.
"Ah-ha, much better," she murmured, stepping back while holding up some loose black slacks and a long-sleeved dark green top. Quickly changing then and there, she had barely gone two steps towards an interesting cabinet when the bathroom door opened.
Kim's guilty eyes flicked towards the door at being caught, but opened wide at the sight before her. There was Shego, dressed in creamed colored half-jeans and a white tee-shirt with the Rolling Stones logo - a set of red lips and a large red tongue poking out - emblazoned on the front, and her hair up in a simple ponytail. She looks so- so- Wow! Kim admired how the angles of her face had softened with the pale colors, while at the same time being complimented by her hair up in a ponytail.
Ohhh... wow! Oh wow, oh wow, oh wow, she looks so- so different. All her thoughts of exploring the room were quickly forgotten.
"Hey, Princess, I see you're ready to go," Shego smirked, seeing the direction Kim had been heading. She didn't know where the urge to change up her usual attire had come from, but she was glad of the results. Heh! She really appreciates the change.
"Sure am," Kim said, throwing her a big smile, reacting automatically instead of thinking. Then, her body took over, and she started inching backwards towards a picture frame she had been dying to get a better look at.
"Curiosity killed the cat," Shego drawled as both women's eyes flicked to the lone picture and then back to each other. As one, they moved for the artifact. Kim turned and moved as quickly as her injuries allowed, while Shego flipped over the bed, managing to slam the picture down just as Kim's outstretched hand came down on hers, ending up just short.
"Uh-uh, Possible, this was cleaning up for lunch, not a chance to poke around my life."
"Can't blame a girl for trying," Kim said, grinning impishly at Shego as she spun about and made her way back over to the bed to sit down. Her wistful gaze glanced back at the hidden photo and the brief view she had seen of a family all standing together.
So close, Kim sighed to herself. Turning to look at Shego, she once again took in her attire. Wow! "You look fantastic," she gushed.
"Uh... thanks," Shego replied to the unexpected compliment, glad she was facing away so her faint blush wouldn't be seen. Dammit, she's doing it to me again! She thought, still unused to freely given compliments. Quickly calming her features, she pushed the face-down picture back a bit and turned around.
"Okay, Princess, let's go!"
For Kim, it was a whirlwind trip from the bedroom to the hangar. First, Shego tossed a seemingly random assortment of clothes into a backpack from out of her wardrobe. Then, they were off to the lair's massive kitchen, where she grabbed a picnic basket, and a beach umbrella from an innocuous cupboard. They finally arrived at the main hangar bay, seemingly for a day out at the beach.
Shego had ignored Kim's attempts to find out what she was doing. Each time Kim had asked what was for lunch or where were they going, Shego just gave her a knowing look and continued walking. When Kim broke out the puppy dog pout, Shego hadn't even stopped to look, forcing Kim to catch up or be left behind.
Now, they were walking through the main hangar bay.
Kim stopped and looked around, trying to pinpoint what she had felt earlier with Kimmie. "Okay...!" she muttered to herself, "what is it?"
"C'mon, Possible," Shego said, putting her arm around a distracted Kim and steering her towards a hovercraft. Shego immediately realized what she had done, but it was too late now, and she wasn't going to back down.
The arm slipping around her waist completely threw Kim off, and she forgot what she had been trying work out. Allowing herself to be led, she kept looking down at the pale green hand resting comfortably against her side.
~o0o~
Kim leaned over Shego's shoulder, watching with avid interest as Shego piloted the Liberace hovercraft through the hangar. She had watched Shego and Drakken fly away in them countless times before, but this was her first chance to actually travel in one. And like Kimmie had said, this one was certainly different to Drakken's usual hovercrafts. Bigger by far, with four piloting seats in the front, a large padded seat covering the back half, and with a lot of extra floor space in between.
Seems someone's interested, Shego mused. Kim's face was mere inches from her own, intently watching everything she did. Shego put the craft into hover mode while they waited for the large hangar doors to open, and turned to the inquisitive Kim.
"Want to give it a go?" Shego offered.
"Yes!" Kim replied instantly, sliding into the copilot's seat with an enthusiastic smile on her face. "What can it do?"
"What can't it do," Shego replied smugly as she leaned over to adjust a setting. "Currently, it's set to subsonic, but it can go all the way up to the far end of high-hypersonic." Kim raised a disbelieving eyebrow in her direction.
"Oh, you may scoff," Shego drawled as she raised an eyebrow in reply, "but it can. I'll get you to refer to the evil villain's handbook: 'the laws of physics are for everyone else to obey'."
The shock wave? The heat buildup? How?! Kim wondered. Catching the look on Shego's face, Kim just knew she was waiting for her to ask; most assuredly with a 'Doy' added in for good measure. Well, no! she decided. I'm just going to trust her that it does, and I'll ask about the science later.
Shego smirked at the scrunched up face Kim was wearing. She was clearly torn between asking and trusting what she had been told.
"Show me," Kim whispered in barely concealed excitement, and Shego grinned in return.
~o0o~
"This is fantastic," Kim yelled to the open sky, her hair streaming out behind. She piloted the hovercraft into a barrel roll and then flew up thousands of feet in mere seconds. Leveling out, she threw in a few loops for good measure, laughing all the while with pure joy.
She's a natural, Shego thought, watching as Kim banked and turned the hovercraft with glee. "Enjoying the grav-plating, Princess?" she asked.
"It's brilliant," Kim yelled, flipping the hovercraft so they were zipping about upside down.
All good things must come to an end, Shego thought, watching the delight on Kim's face. Slipping her phone out of her pocket as Kim performed another series of complex aerial maneuvers, she phoned up about their lunch. "Hey, Martino... Shego... I need to place an order... Surprise me, but make it a double... I've got company... None of your business... I know, but I'll be gentle... Be there in twenty."
"Lunch is ordered, Princess, shall we?"
"Please and thank you," Kim replied, righting the craft and reluctantly giving control back to Shego. "Annnd it is?" she enquired once again, only to get the same knowing look as before.
"You'll know soon enough. Now... follow these instructions," Shego said as she leaned back and pointed to a different part of the console.
"Yes, Ms. Go," Kim replied in her meekest voice with a cheeky smile on her face, earning herself a snort from Shego.
Following the directions from Shego, she entered longitude and latitude coordinates as well as several other complex coordinates. With her fingers poised over a flashing green button, Kim waited for the okay to proceed as Shego double checked all the settings.
"Okay, Kimmie, press the button and we're gone."
"Shego, how fast are we-" Kim started to ask as she pressed the button, only to have the landscape silently fade into the distance as the hovercraft went from stationary to fast … really, really, fast, in an instant.
"-planning to go?" Kim finished asking.
Beep... Bee... Beep. Beep.
Beep... Bee... Beep. Beep.
"Ask, Nerdlinger, that'll be why he's calling," Shego said as she checked some readings. Kim nodded in agreement even as she reached for the chirping device.
"Hey, Wade, what's the sitch?" Kim said happily as she raised the kimmunicator, her eyes noting how the pale blue winter sky had been replaced by the inky blackness of space.
"Hey, Kim, just checking you're okay?" Wade said as his slightly worried face came into view. "My sensors went wild when you suddenly went to Mach ten." He glanced sideways. "And you're still accelerating."
"Yep, Shego and I are just popping out for some lunch. No idea of what or where yet," she rolled her eyes in Shego's direction, "she's keeping it a surprise."
"Well, I'm currently tracking your trajectory, and it's-"
"Don't you dare, Nerdlinger," Shego snarled, leaning over and staring at the wide eyed boy through the kimmunicator.
"Shego, behave," Kim said softly, "I wouldn't have let him spoil the surprise." She watched as the slightly mollified woman straightened back in her seat, then turned her gaze back to her tech guru. "So, Wade, this seems like a good chance to catch up."
"Can do, Kim... firstly-"
"Take it back there," Shego suddenly cut in, gesturing with her thumb to the seat at the back of the hovercraft.
Kim sighed and Wade smiled nervously, but she stood up and made her way to the back seat. While she hadn't moved very far, it did give them the illusion of privacy.
"Go, Wade."
Wade proceeded to fill Kim in on the various villainous activities from around the world, all garnered from the Global Justice databanks. He then moved onto the mark five battlesuit's testing, and the young hero started firing off quick and detailed questions. After a while, they had covered the battlesuit, and he paused with a slightly worried and embarrassed look on his face.
"Come on, Wade, when have you ever held back from a briefing?"
"Okay," he replied, his body language clearly uncomfortable. "There's a video you need to watch, it's sorta gone viral."
"Sure," she said, arching an eyebrow in curiosity, "go for it."
Wade nodded, and pressed a key, his face replaced by a video feed that began playing. Kim sat and watched as Shego dried her hair with her glow, their voices clear and distinct and their interactions seemingly sensual even to Kim.
Oh Gawd! Is- is that what it looked like to everyone?! But I'm not... It wasn't- She closed her eyes and took a deep breath, opening them to the face of Wade once again.
"Wade..."
"It's okay, Kim, the news channels don't have the ability to clear up the video or audio, and all they're going with is Shego and her mysterious surrogate." He saw the tension in Kim's face slowly relax at the news. "But you should know that Global Justice and any other agency will have cleaned it up."
"Thanks, Wade, it's not what it looks like, you know?" she added quietly, her eyes flicking to Shego and back, needing him to understand.
"All I see is someone out enjoying themselves, that's all," came his rather mature response, bringing a gentle smile to Kim's worried face.
"Anything else?" she asked, watching Shego sit up and start to check the controls.
"Global Justice is currently tracking you with one of their satellites. Would you like me to...?"
"Please and thank you," Kim replied, knowing full well he was going to do it anyways, but that he always felt better for asking when she was involved.
"All right, Kim, talk to you tomorrow."
"Later, Wade," she said, watching the kimmunicator go dark as she sat there in silence, pondering the implications of the video.
Yes... we're friends. I'm allowed to enjoy myself. She pictured the gentle massage and plasma hair drying from Shego over the last few days. Even- even friends with... benefits, she thought while chuckling to herself. But I know how the media would react.
A rather subdued Kim made her way forwards and sat down, at last looking over the side of the hovercraft.
"Shego!? How high are we?!" she exclaimed, seeing the outline of the Mediterranean far below the craft in the gloom. Her other senses kicked in, taking in the faint sheen of a force field around the cockpit as well as the cool and purified air she was breathing.
"High enough," came the terse reply, causing Kim to quickly glance at her. Shego's face was expressionless, but it was one Kim had come to know well from their years of fighting. It was a face that had gone beyond enraged and into the cool depths of revenge and misery for all.
Oh geez, she heard it all, Kim immediately realized. Of course she did, I wasn't trying to hide Wade's report. All she could do now was damage control, steer the woman's anger somewhere else other than the worlds media.
"Shego-"
"Don't!"
"They just-"
"Kimmie, all the major networks know. I've made it painfully clear to them."
"Yes, they do, but this is just them reporting from what's now online, surely it's not the same?" she questioned, mentally crossing her fingers. "C'mon, it'll all blow over, why let it ruin our day, hey?"
A full minute of silence passed between the two women, before a small beep went off from the flight control panel. Shego turned to flick a dial and muttered, "Fine!" The hovercraft dropped out of autopilot and Shego resumed flying it manually.
Phew! Kim thought, another disaster averted.
"All right, Possible, time to put your flying skills to the test."
Kim leaned forwards and grabbed the flight control stick as Shego passed control of the hovercraft over to her. Flicking one of the many levers on the console, she brought up the craft's HUD. She aligned the hovercraft with the display, earning herself a nod from Shego.
"Cloaking," Shego commanded, and Kim immediately searched her memory before flicking another switch. Kim flew the hovercraft for a few minutes, following the HUD, before bringing the craft to a stop over their target.
"All right, Princess... now, straight down and stop exactly twelve feet from the ground.
~o0o~
"That's... close," Kim muttered, looking at the mere inches on either side of the hovercraft from the surrounding houses.
She had brought the craft down in the dark, over a brilliantly lit city somewhere in Italy. Nearing the ground, Kim heard the sounds of a city alive at night, and her stomach rumbled as she remembered why they were here in the first place. Then, they were just above the winding streets and houses of the old quarter, seemingly with no room to go any further. Until, Shego said keep going, and she had squeezed the hovercraft down between the buildings with barely an inch to spare on either side.
"Not too bad for your first go," Shego complimented.
"No big, I had a good teacher."
"You won't find better," Shego replied as she pulled out her phone and pressed connect. "Hey, Martino... Yep, the usual place," she requested, before hanging up.
"We're eating here?" Kim asked, her heart beating a little faster at the thought of dining in Italy.
"Nope, somewhere better," came the simple, yet unhelpful reply.
Better than Italy?! Kim thought while leaning against the edge of the hovercraft and thinking of other possible options. Closing her eyes, she let the warm and friendly sounds of the street below flow over her, picturing her and Shego dining at a cafe.
"Here we go," Shego announced, breaking Kim out of her happy daydream. "Now, open the left hand locker under the back seat," she commanded while opening the trapdoor in the floor of the hovercraft and rolling out a rope ladder.
"Okay," Kim replied as she bent down, and opened the locker in question, finding it empty. Seeing movement, she turned, watching as Shego disappeared down the ladder head first. What? she thought, moving over and looking down.
There was Shego, upside down with her legs wrapped in-between the rungs of the ladder, looking completely at ease.
There were naturally a few gasps and pointed fingers at a green hued woman, seemingly hanging from a ladder attached to nothing. Shego ignored them all, her eyes focused on an approaching bicycle, ringing its bell to clear the gawking pedestrians.
Kim silently watched as Shego greeted the rather handsome cyclist in very good Italian, before he passed over a very heavy looking basket. She couldn't help but admire the way those pale green arms flexed as they took ahold of the mysterious package. Shego's thin tee-shirt had also ridden up slightly, giving her a wonderful view of those taught stomach muscles as Shego bent and held the basket up to her.
Kim reached out and took the basket, and though she was expecting the weight, her shoulders still twinged in complaint. Placing the basket down on the floor, she heard the man say something, and looking back down, she watched as he put his hands over his heart. The handsome gentleman then reached behind him and swung around a small guitar as he dropped to one knee and began to sing. Kim wasn't sure who was more surprised, her or Shego, but really, she had the perfect view. She watched with wide eyes and a growing smile as Shego's face turned dark green, the blush quickly traveling along her body.
Kim's cheshire grin was plastered across her face as Shego just hung there, frozen, her ponytail wafting in the breeze while the man serenaded her. Kim didn't need to see Shego's face to know how she was reacting. Her flushed arms, legs and stomach gave everything away.
The mystery Casanova finished his song, and the large crowd burst into applause as every eye in the street turned to the aptly upside down woman.
"Stephano," Shego finally responded, unheard by anyone else than Kim and her suitor, the cheering crowd almost drowning out her words.
"Sherry," he mouthed silently, standing and slowly walking over to the object of his affection.
Kim's grin had been replaced by astonishment as she watched the tender moment unfold beneath her. Feeling self-conscious at intruding, she was still unable to turn away as she watched the two quietly converse. Then, they both flicked their eyes up at her and back to each other.
Oh wow! she thought, blushing slightly, unsure why his knowing look had affected her so.
Kim didn't think the night could surprise her any more, watching as the man dropped his head sadly, followed by Shego leaning forwards and gently kissing him on the cheek.
~o0o~
Kim sat silently in the co-pilot's seat, well aware that more had gone on than just a simple serenade.
Shego had swung up after the kiss, slowly pulling up the rope ladder and closing the trapdoor. She had stuffed the large hamper in the open locker, which Kim had forgotten about, and set and activated the autopilot all without a single word.
The melancholy sadness on Shego's face as she had gone about her tasks had made Kim's heart break. She ached to hold her hand, tell her it would be okay, but that was the problem, she didn't know what IT was. So, the best she could do for Shego right now was give her some space.
The more I learn about you, she thought, her eyes flicking up for a brief second to Shego, the more questions you raise; but I don't regret a single one of them.
Sitting in the back of the hovercraft, Kim watched the world slowly turn from night to day beneath her as she put together everything she had seen this evening into perspective. That Shego could speak Italian had come as a nice surprise, along with the personal delivery for lunch, and the crowning glory of a gentleman suitor that she had gracefully rejected.
Kim slowly fitted the pieces of the jigsaw together in her mind. She remembered what Shego had told her yesterday, that she would never play with someone's heart. She may leave you bloodied and bruised, or steal your life savings without blinking an eye, but she won't hurt you emotionally. This has to be why she had politely turned Drakken down when he had asked her out, and why she had gracefully rejected her suitor's heartfelt plea.
But who was he?! she wondered, her thoughts circling back as she stared down at the sun lit ocean far below. When did she-
"He's an old friend," Shego said without turning, snapping Kim out of her musings.
"I wasn't going to ask," Kim quickly said.
"Doy!" came the passionless reply, bereft of her usual fire. "You were not asking so loudly, I was getting a headache."
Sitting up, Kim watched as Shego slowly turned in her seat, their eyes locking once more. She sat there quietly and watched an internal debate rage behind Shego's impassive face until she sighed and closed her eyes.
"He... fell in love with us, that's me and a... friend, back when we all lived in Go City," Shego began, touching on those bittersweet memories of her former life. "Unfortunately, our... eyes were elsewhere, but that never swayed his feelings for either of us." Her voice then dropped, becoming barely a whisper as Kim strained her ears. "Even when she... died."
Oh no! Kim thought. "I'm so sorry, Shego!" She poured as much heartfelt sympathy into her voice as she could.
Shego only grunted in reply, but she didn't turn away.
Kim knew she faced death on a daily basis with her globetrotting heroics, but she had yet to experience a personal loss. Her family and friends had remained safe and sound, even during the Lowardian invasion.
But why would he ask now? Unless...?
"He was offering you his heart because of your pardon?" Kim said.
"Yeah, Princess, got it in one. Now, is that enough to tide you over?"
No, it's not, Kim thought, wanting to yell it out, but wisely, she kept her mouth shut as she moved back to copilot's seat. She watched as Shego's face slowly smoothed itself out, knowing that Shego was burying the memories and emotions as her gruff personality slowly returned.
"Sooo... lunch?" Kim asked gently.
~o0o~
"Thank you, George, Alison, your reports have been most informative," Dr. Director said, making another small notation in her notepad. "You're dismissed, and I'd like to emphasize again that everything we've discussed is - classified."
"Yes, ma'am."
"Yes, Director."
The two global justice operatives threw their commanding officer a smart salute and made their way out of her office.
Dr. Director sat back comfortably in her chair, feet stretched out under the table, and her eyes unfocused as she stared at a wall.
Shego looking after Kim. Kim caring about Shego. Has the world gone mad?
"There's something I'm missing," she murmured while glancing down at her writing pad and all her scribbled notes. Is Shego perhaps playing the long game? she wondered. Nooo, no. Kim wouldn't fall for such obvious trickery. Whatever's going on, it's real.
She lost herself in her thoughts as she brought up scenario after scenario, each slowly being dissected and then discarded as nonsensical. She was only brought out of her musings when a throat cleared itself in front of her desk. Blinking and focusing her gaze, she found her assistant, Agent Wilson, standing before her.
"Yes, Naomi, what is it?" she asked. Her eyes flicked to the clock, seeing that she had been sitting there pondering the Shego/Kim equation for over an hour.
"You asked to be kept appraised and updated on anything regarding Shego."
"Yes, go ahead," Dr. Director ordered as she sat up and focused on her aide.
"Our surveillance satellite over the Omega Lair detected Ms. Possible and Shego leaving that facility a little over ten minutes ago using one of Doctor Lipsky's hovercrafts.
"Why wasn't I informed the moment they gained entry?"
"None of our security measures went off, ma'am, I have our tech division working on why."
"All right... continue," Dr. Director said, making another note on her increasingly long list of Shego related things.
"As per your standing order, the Trascon surveillance satellite was tasked to track her movements, but as they were crossing the Atlantic, the satellite developed an error and we lost them. By their last known trajectory, they were heading towards Western Europe, possible options being Greece, Italy, or France.
Error, my ass! Dr. Director thought in annoyance. This was Mr. Load's involvement. He's a hacker, almost a cyber-terrorist, and one step shy of becoming a super-villain. If he wasn't helping Kim in her endeavors, I'd have gone after him years ago.
"Please inform the tech department that it was most likely outside interference, though they won't find any evidence of tampering."
Agent Wilson nodded and made a note of it in her tablet.
"Anything else, Naomi?"
"Two things ma'am," Agent Wilson said. "Agent Goodman from medical has asked for you to contact her as soon as possible, and the cleaned up file of Shego and the surrogate has been placed in your secure folder on the server."
"Thank you, Naomi, please make the call, and I'll take it in private," she said, dismissing her assistant. She was sorely tempted to watch the video, but the call from Agent Goodman was the more worrying, especially with the two injured agents from this morning's debacle.
Deciding to make a coffee while waiting, she noticed that Agent Wilson had paused in the doorway with a frown on her face.
"Report," she commanded, wanting to know right away what had her assistant looking so interested.
"Sorry, ma'am," Agent Wilson replied, turning and walking back to the desk. "Another Shego video has come up online, and our analysts have flagged it as one hundred percent positive that it's her."
"Send it through, I'll have a look after my call," Dr. Director instructed.
"Yes, ma'am," Agent Wilson replied. Her fingers flew over her tablet, and immediately a beep came from Dr. Directors computer. Nodding to her boss, she turned and walked out of the office, silently shutting the door behind her.
Dr. Director sipped her coffee and made her way back to her desk just as her phone rang. She reached over, switched it to speaker, and answered.
"Linda, how are my two agents?" she asked straight away. The pleasantries could wait til later.
"I'm sorry, Betty," came a warm and friendly voice, but tinged with sadness. "There was just too much neurological damage. I pronounced them dead twenty minutes ago."
"I see," Dr. Director clipped voice replied, the sadness on her face not evident in her reply. "Is there anything more you can tell me now, before the autopsy?" Sitting down at her desk, she rubbed her one good eye.
"Nothing more than what we already know, just severe neurological trauma from interacting with Ms. Possible."
"All right then, I'll expect your report as soon as possible."
There was a short pause before Dr. Goodman replied, "Betty, can I speak freely?"
"Always." She took another sip of her coffee, wondering what Linda was going to bring up.
"The cause of this damage can't have been natural. It's well documented that no one on earth has this sort of innate ability."
"I... see. Are you suggesting some form of alien interference or contamination from when Ms. Possible and Doctor Lipsky were prisoners? They were both thoroughly examined after the incident by multiple agencies and were given a clean bill of health."
"I know, but the only other plausible options I can postulate are genetic tampering or wetware implants, like our agents. I've read the files on Ms. Possible, and I believe Mr. Load is a viable candidate for such an action."
Mr. Load again, Betty thought grimly. "That's an interesting hypothesis. But I know Ms. Possible well enough, and she would never willingly allow herself to be altered in such a way.
"I noticed you said willingly."
"Yes, Mr. Load's certainly a wildcard when it comes to Ms. Possible. I don't think there's anything he wouldn't resort to for her safety, with or without her knowledge or consent." Taking another sip of her drink, she leaned back in her chair, knowing this would require looking into by a team of analysts.
"I'll take it from here, Linda, and I'll-"
"See me upstairs in the bar after work, just like we arranged - no exceptions!"
"Okay, okay, you win," Dr. Director sighed, "see you then." Hanging up, she wondered, and not for the first time, if it was a blessing or a curse having Global Justice's chief medical officer as a friend. Someone that could have you replaced with the stroke of a pen if they were worried about you, whether you were doing your job well or not.
Pushing her personal thoughts to the side, she once again glanced down at her notepad, focusing her mind back on work. Reaching over and tapping her mouse, she soon had up the video of Shego in Italy, titled 'Magician's assistant serenaded by her Paramour'. She watched it from start to finish, jotting down everything that was evidently wrong and out of character.
Dr. Director wrote down another page of notes before she accessed her private folder on the server. She immediately opened the analyst's report, her eyes darting down to find out the name of this mysterious surrogate, the one that could finally hold the keys to Global Justice controlling Shego.
Agent Wilson was calmly typing away, readying the many reports for Dr. Director's perusal, when her commanding officer's voice came out of the intercom.
"Naomi!"
"Yes, ma'am?"
"I need a mark seven shuttle prepped and ready go ASAP, get me Agent Linda Goodman back on the phone, and inform me when Kim Possible and Shego have returned to the United States."
