Okay first of I know the summary Stinks, I'm not the best Writer, but I write what's in my head. This is a Naruto X Gaara fanfic, Naruto was finally tired of being in a abusive relationship with Sasuke, so he decided to break up with him, and runs to the only person he can trust at the moment Gaara. WARNING: ABUSE, YAOI (MALE X MALE) possible more as the story goes on IDK yet.

UCHIHA v. UZUMAKI

Argued September 3rd, 2015 – Decided October 13th, 2015

Respondent Uchiha has pleaded "Not Guilty" for the conviction of "domestic violence" He argued that he had never once laid a hand amongst Uzumaki Naruto's body without it being conceptual. He also argues that the bruises that were attained on Mr. Uzumaki's body were self-inflicted if not done by a simple accident within the household. He argued that his conviction for "intentionally or knowingly causing physically and bodily injury to his boyfriend Uzumaki Naruto." Uzumaki Naruto Argues that Uchiha Sasuke not only physical and emotionally abused him, he also had raped him. When he and Uchiha had "sex" it was not conceptual, it was all against his will. He also argues that Uchiha had tried to kill him on the charge of 1st-degree attempt of murder, because Uchiha was no longer mentally stable, and Mr. Uzumaki tried to defend himself at home. Defendant tries to say he did neither physical force or cause bodily injury to Mr. Uzumaki. But Court agrees with Mr. Uzumaki that "physical force" must entail violent contact and that one can cause bodily injury without contact. The Jury affirmed on a different rationale. IT held that the degree of physical force required for a conviction to constitute a "crime of domestic violence" is the same as that required for a "violent felony" under the Armed Career Criminal Act (ACCA) namely, violent force–and that Uchiha could have been convicted for causing injury to Mr. Uzumaki through abuse, rape.

Held: Uchiha Sasuke conviction qualifies as a "crime of domestic violence."

Part 1: Uchiha v. Uzumaki – Meeting in Court

Naruto and Gaara had finally arrived at the courthouse and Sai was waiting outside for them to arrive. "Mr. Uzumaki, Gaara, it's a pleasure to see you again, are you ready to face Mr. Uchiha Mr. Uzumaki and get everything out into the open, and over with?" Naruto nodded his head. "Yes, I am." Sai gave a weird crooked smile, "Good, be prepared that Sasuke is already in the building." Naruto took a deep breath and nodded, "Alright." Sai then turned to Gaara, Kankuro, and Temari; "You will be with the witnesses to this crime so you have a special section you must sit in while Mr. Uzumaki and I are in the front. Police officer Hatake Kakashi will lead you to your location. They saw Kakashi walk out of the building and down the steps. "Gaara, Temari, Kankuro please follow me, I'll show you to the witness area. Mr. Uchiha Itachi is also a witness so you will be sitting along with him." The siblings nodded and followed him after Gaara said to Naruto, "Were here for you Naruto and remain calm, you've practiced remaining calm for 3 weeks, and know I'm here for you if you need me." Naruto nodded, "Thanks, Gaara, and I know your right." He gave a small smile and watched as the three went inside with Kakashi. Sai snapped him out of his smile and told him to follow him to a certain area.

Sasuke was already waiting in the courtroom talking with his lawyer when he saw his brother sitting in the witness area. Then he saw Gaara, Temari, and Kankuro come in and sit in the witness area with Itachi. Sasuke thought, "What is the sand siblings doing here, and in the witness case neither less. I didn't pay for them not to be witnesses for a reason. Those Motherfuckers fucking cheated me, I'm going to find them and fuck them up and get my fucking money back."

The courtroom got extremely quiet considering Media was there and the doors in the back opened that reviled Sai and Naruto walking side by side. Sasuke stared at Naruto from his place in the front and he watched as Sai and Naruto walked to the front of the room and walked to the front of the room and watched, as they remained standing because the minute they arrived at the front of the courtroom the Judge entered. The Police officer named Jiraiya said, "All rise for Judge Tsunade." Once Judge Tsunade sat down everyone in the courtroom sat down.

Judge Tsunade, "Welcome everyone, where here today to review the case Uchiha v. Uzumaki. We'll start with Mr. Uchiha and his lawyer, please call up your first witness." Sasuke's Lawyer, "Alright the first witness I call to the stand is…"
