Hey, guys! New chapter, here!
This one was written by Daddysgirl11.
Disclaimer: We do not own Austin & Ally, or anything else you may recognize in this story.
Enjoy! :)
Ally's P.O.V.
"Austin, why are we at the race tracks? I thought you weren't allowed to come here anymore," I say as he drags me after him by the hand. He didn't tell me where we were going earlier when he asked if I wanted to go somewhere with him.
"Hey Ally!" He'd said, turning around with a big, goofy smile on his face. I couldn't help but giggle. He was so cute. How come I never asked to meet my brother's best friend before he got in a crash…?
"What are you doing here, all by yourself?" I asked, glancing around. No one else appeared to be here. Just the two of us.
Ooh, I liked the sound of that actually.
"Your brother just left," he said simply, the smile never leaving his face.
"Okay… so what do you wanna-"
"Hey, do you want to go somewhere?" he'd asked, cutting me off. I laughed, surprised by his actions.
"Okay, where?" I asked.
"You'll see." Somehow, his mysterious grin made me both extremely curious, and extremely nervous with anticipation.
But I hadn't expected we'd be going to the race tracks.
"Oh, come on Ally! This is my favorite place in the world! Did you really think I'd stay away?" He winks at me. I gin.
"Your grandmother probably did…" I say slowly. He just stares at me.
"No, just no."
I laugh again.
"So what are we doing today? Watching a bunch of hot, sweaty guys driving in circles…" I trail off, looking towards the tracks. He glances down at me, pouting.
"Hey now, none of that. I don't like that." He shakes his head.
I grin. "Jealous, Moon? I mean, it's obvious that you're in love with me."
"Pff, as if," he scoffs, looking away. Okay, ouch. That hurt. "I just…don't like you looking at other guys."
"Why's that?" I grin, choosing to ignore his earlier comment for my own benefit. At least for now.
"Maybe because I want you all to myself."
I'm too surprised to do or say anything, and before I can even react, he's pulled me into the tight circle of his arms and is kissing me full on the lips with the hunger of a lion. After only a second's hesitation, I wrap my arms around his neck and bring his head down to mine, pressing my body closer to his—if that's at all possible. He mumbles something that I can't quite understand, nor do I care. All I can think about is Austin, whose hands are now on the bare part of my lower back where the skin prickles all over.
I can't help but gasp a little when Austin's fingers dig into the skin at my hips and I am suddenly lifted up. Smiling against his lips, I wrap my legs around his midsection and tug at that soft, luscious blond hair of his, moaning against his lips in spite of myself. I can feel him run his tongue across my bottom lip and giggle. "Wow, you work fast," I whisper, gladly letting him take the lead.
We stay like that for who-knows-how-long, just making out at the edge of the bleachers, until a noise starts up from behind us that makes us separate, much to my displeasure.
But the look on his face says that he's pretty upset about whatever it is that interrupted us. Turning, I groan when I see who is standing there behind us, never alone, and always with his stupid posse.
"Trent," Austin says between his teeth, his grip tightening on my arms. Sometime during our little makeout session, he'd put me down and I'm now standing pressed up against the bleachers. I think Austin's leg had started to hurt when he'd been holding me.
"Moon," Trent says in the same tone, full of hatred. "I thought I told you to stay away from my tracks. Haven't you learned your lessons after the last two times my car connected to your body?"
Austin is no longer paying any attention to me, but his hold never loosens. I glare at Trent, crossing my arms, from where I stand slighting behind Austin.
"Or did you want me to mess you up some more? Let you have more time off school?" Trent smirks. That's enough for me. No one threatens my man!
Pushing Austin's arm aside, I storm in front of him and look up where I now stand face to face with Trent. "Oh really? You do realize you're nothing but a massive jerk who will never make it anywhere in life because your pompous attitude will probably have you behind bars, or dead, before you turn eighteen."
Trent scoffs.
"Ally, stop it. Get behind me. This doesn't concern you." Austin's voice sounds tight.
"Don't tell me what to do. He's a jerk!" I glare back at Austin. "He caused you to crash, and then ran over your leg!"
"I'm aware—"
"Well isn't this just sweet," Trent says in a girlish tone. "Austin Moon needing his little nerdy girlfriend to fight all his battles for him. Pathetic."
"Don't talk about her that way," Austin growls, starting forward. I put an arm out, preventing him from going any farther.
"Trent, why don't you just take your spoiled rotten, dead beat little butt and stay the heck away from us? If you hate him so much, then why do you keep coming back? I, personally, think that you have a crush on him. Or is it Elliot you like? You seem to be very jealous of them both…" Austin chuckles from behind me. "Is that it Trent? Are you in love with Austin? Or is it my brother you want to—"
"You little—" Trent starts forward, as if he means to slap me, but he stops himself and smiles down at me. "You know, you're awfully adorable, Dawson. Like a cute little kid. I can see why Moon here has been trying to get in your pants. Trust me, he doesn't like you. He just wants sex, because he's not getting any anywhere else, so he'll settle for you. His best friend's nerdy little sister. You are too easy, pipsqueak."
Owe. Okay, that hurt. Like a lot. I know Austin would never do something like that, although I can't help but wonder….
"That's it," Austin says in the most menacing voice I've ever heard him used. He pushes me behind him forcefully, but somehow still gently enough to where he wouldn't hurt me. "Come near her again, or so much as look at her wrong Trent and I swear, I will personally see to it that you're beaten past recognition. Do you understand?"
"Austin, Austin back away," I say, trying to get him to back down before something bad happens.
"Ally, stay out of this."
I sigh. Why are guys so stubborn?
"Still letting your little girlfriend fight your battles?" Trent smirks.
"You leave my girlfriend alone," Austin says, and my breath catches in my throat. He's never called me that before. "You know what? Why don't we settle this on the track? Loser has to go."
Oh crap. Oh crap! OH CRAP!
"You're going down." Tren grins. "Say goodbye to your precious track, Moon. You'll never see it again."
"Ally, why don't you wait over there," Austin says, pointing towards the bleachers. "This won't take long." And then he's gone, without even giving me the chance to try and talk him out of this, to tell him it's a stupid idea and that we should just go, come back another time.
My breath coming in panicked gasps now in fear for Austin, I quickly fish out my phone and dial the number I know by heart, and feeling guilty about interrupting his date for a split second. But this is important.
"Hello?"
"Elliot, please come down to the tracks," I sniff.
"Ally, what's wrong?"
"We've got an emergency." I bite my lip. "Austin is about to get himself killed."
