Time Period: A flashback

Place: A conference room
Action: John, Cameron and Sarah wait for Chasity to show up for a very important meeting. Chasity is John's wife.
Cameron: Chase is still not here. She broke her promise. She can't be trusted anymore.
John (worried, he checks his watch): It is well pass time for the meeting
Sarah: Chase is always late for everything. What is the next step?
John (running out of the room): I am going home
Place: John's house-the bedroom
Situation: John discovers his wife strung out on drugs
Chase (intoxicated, she stumbles toward John): Welcome home, honey
John (resists Chase's touch): I trusted you and you let me down
Chase (hysterical, she throws a lamp at John): I have been violated. Where were you when I needed you the most?
John (yelling): You have chosen drugs over me. You shut down whenever I tried talking to you.
Chase (drinking and swallowing random pills): I don't need you or this baby
John (snatches the bottle and pill container from Chase): You are pregnant for Christ's sake
Chase (walking toward the bathroom): I am going to take a bath
John (stands in Chase's way): You are not killing yourself on my watch
Chase (hopeless, she collapses on the bed): I want to die
John (shows Chase the baby's sonogram): I thought this picture might help you. You are carrying a life. You do have a purpose after all.
Chase (doubtful): I long for sobriety
John: I will take you to rehab then
(Sadly, Chasity's sobriety didn't last long. A hit and run accident cost her life much later on)
Time Period: Reality
Date: 11-16-2016
Place: A Hospital
Situation: John takes Chasity off life support
Scene: Chasity's hospital room
John (crying, he talks to Chasity's spirit): Chase..
A nurse (offers John papers): Here are the discharged papers. If you want to, I can take Kyle off life support.
John (barely holding onto hope, he demands of Chase): Wake up, honey. I can't live without you.
The nurse: Chasity is in a vegetative state. She can't hear you. She will never wake up.
John (heartbroken, he signs the papers): I give you permission to take Chase off life support. She was loved, thats all what matters.
The nurse (taking Kyle off life support): God bless and rest your soul, Chasity Greer Lannister
Scene: The lobby
Action: Disoriented, John approaches Sarah, Cameron and his kids. The trio had been busying with exchanging funny jokes back and forth.
John (distraught): Kyle is dead
(Shocked, the world stops moving for once. Sarah, Cameron and John's kids are devastated beyond words.)
