HIIIIIII EVERYONE!
Guys you wouldn't believe what happened to me. So I had this chapter ready for Christmas eve it was going to be a Christmas gift to everyone. The original was amazing with no room for error. It was like 4 in the morning. (I have insomnia so it's normal for me to stay up that late) Well like I was saying. 4 in the morning. I was almost done with the chapter. I was excited. I was thrilled. I was zoned out typing like hundreds of words per minute. Then doomday happened. My computer shuts off on me cause the damn thing didn't warn me about low battery. Next thing I know I am screaming no to the black screen then hit my head on my desk. Sucks right!

Chapter 21: Turning?
Deep within the Dragon Realm in a large prairie stood four dragonslayers, two exceeds, and one requip mage. They all watched as three very large dragons scold a young guilty dragon spirit. The dragons were disappointed by the boy's behavior. His carelessness caused many problems.
It wasn't long since Taiyo and his companions arrived at the realm. When they stepped through the portal, everyone was already waiting for him. The dragon's thanked Erza and the exceeds for their protection and guidance for the boy. Natsu reacquainted with a sadden Happy and Taiyo. Wendy and Carla went to Lucy to keep an eye on her's and Cindy's condition while the dragons took care of the details with the rest.
"How long are they going to keep this going?" Sting huffed plopping himself down on the grass next to Rogue. "This is taking forever."
They watched as Taiyo began to cry in front of the dragons. The young dragon spirit apologized and blamed himself for everything that happened to his mother. All three of the dragon's features softened at the sight of the boy's tears.
"Way to go, lavahead. You made him cry!" Metallica hissed hitting Igneel with his tail. Igneel immediately growled at Metallica in annoyance hitting him back with his tail.
"We apologize, Taiyo. But you must understand the worry you have put us through." Grandine sighed. The sky dragon lowered her head to the boy rubbing her nose softly against him.
"I'm sorry!" Taiyo cried. Taiyo wrapped his small arms on Grandine's nose. He cuddled into her. "I'm sorry."
"Make sure you never disobey us again. I believe you already learned your lesson." Igneel breathed out.
The fire dragon brought his head down to Taiyo's level. Taiyo immediately pulled away from Grandine in order to hug Igneel's nose tightly. Igneel closed his eyes softly taking in the hug. Metallica watched the scene with a disgusted look on his face. This was too cheesy. Grandine glared at Metallica motioning with her eyes for the Iron dragon to do something. Metallica shook his head no and moved to walk away. Not wasting time, Grandine immediately hit the large dragon with her tail. Metallica turned to glare at the sky dragon, but she just held a look of promising pain if the he didn't listen. With a loud sigh Metallica lifted his tail petting Taiyo on his head gently.
"There there crybaby." Metallica breathed out. Grandine and Igneel both immediately hit Metallica with their tails. "Shit! That hurts!" He growled.
"It's alright. Taiyo. Do not blame yourself for what has happened. Your mother would not want that." Grandine spoke softly. Taiyo let out a sniff as he pulled away from Igneel. The small boy nodded his head softly.
"Is mommy ok?" Taiyo finally asked. The dragons breathed out as they looked down. "Auntie told me mommy is in coma?"
"How could she have told you that?" Metallica asked in shock. Grandine and Igneel looked at Metallica with an expecting expression as if waiting for him to get it. But he never did. It never came to him. Metallica held the same stupefied expression for five minutes. "Why are you looking at me like that! I serious don't get it!"
"Your mental capabilities never cease to amaze me, Metallica." Igneel breathed out. He shook his large head from side to side. Metallica growled at Igneel baring his teeth to the red dragon.
"Is that your way of calling me stupid."
"I was not calling you a genius."
"Why you-"
"Enough, you two." Grandine hissed. The sky dragon immediately moved to stand between the Iron and Fire dragon in order to stop their fighting. "Always fighting. We have other matters to attend to." She scolded looking back and forth between Igneel and Metallica. Then she focused on Metallica. Upon hearing them fighting the dragonslayers, exceeds, and Erza immediately moved to standing next to Taiyo. They watched Grandine as she explained everything to Metallica. "Metallica, if I am correct Cindy went into Taiyo's dream to warn him about his mother." Taiyo nodded confirming Grandine's and Igneel's guesses.
"I don't understand." Igneel let out a groan. Metallica immediately snapped his mouth at him in warning then focused back on Grandine. "Tell him to stop."
"Igneel, leave Metallica alone." Grandine turned her head to scold the red dragon. Igneel looked at Grandine in shock that she even scolded him as if he was a child. Then he quickly glared at Metallica. Natsu and Taiyo let out a soft laugh at the situation earning a glare from Igneel making them shut up. "Metallica. When Cindy passed since she has celestial magic in her because of her mother. Cindy became a spirit in the spirit world allowing her to go into other's dreams for a few minutes only. Cindy went into Taiyo's dream."
"So she went into the boy's dream in her spirit form?" Metallica let out in confusion. Everyone except Gajeel immediately groaned in response. Gajeel held a confused expression then quickly his face lit up in realization.
"Oh she was in his dream!" Gajeel exclaimed. Everyone immediately groaned again they turned away from the pair.
"Ah. You're right." Metallica beamed with pride at his son's realization.
"Idiots!" Igneel and Natsu muttered their breaths.
"What you say!" Metallica and Gajeel exclaimed glaring at the fire dragon and fire dragonslayer.
"Enough all of you!" Erza finally spoke. She rubbed her hands against her temples trying to stop her growing migraine from getting worse. They are all idiots to her. "Grandine, that is not all what Cindy told Taiyo in his dream." Erza continued getting back on the topic at hand.
Everyone looked at Taiyo and Erza in confusion. Taiyo let out a shaky breath upon feeling all eyes on him. His hands shook in nerves. Everyone watched as he closed his eyes breathing in and out softly he immediately went on to explain his dream to them. Taiyo told them everything from the birthday celebration to Natsu's proposal, making Natsu blush at the thought, to even when it all disappeared. He explained how his aunt warned him about the new dangers they will face. The dragon's held a passive expression as they looked down at the boy. They knew this was bound to happen. They knew it was just the beginning. They will never get a break. As long as Lucy and Taiyo hold their power they will always be facing danger.
Igneel watched his son, Natsu, with worry. The pink haired man's eyes seem to be set ablaze into a raging fire. He clenched his jaw tightly as he fisted his hands. Natsu was pissed. Beyond pissed. How could this be just the beginning? After everything they went through. After all the pain they suffered. This is just the beginning! There are going to be danger's coming after Taiyo and Lucy. Natsu turned to the side to look at the boy. Taiyo was talking animatedly with the dragons along with Erza. Natsu couldn't hear their conversation all he saw was the boy. They won't come for him. He won't let them. Natsu immediately made a mental promise to the boy right there. He will kill anyone who comes after him or Lucy. He will make them pay. Natsu will protect them. He will protect his family.
"Natsu?" Igneel breathed out softly. The large dragon bent his large head down towards his son. His large Onyx stared at Natsu with worry. Natsu tilted his head to the side to stare at Igneel. He hummed in response still trying to suppress his anger. "Save your anger and strength for when the time is right. You will get nowhere now by being angry. Right now we have other priorities such as bringing the sister's back." Natsu nodded seriously.
"So we can bring Auntie back?" Taiyo asked. Grandine just finished explaining to Taiyo about the plan to save his mother and aunt. His face lit up happily. He could save both his mom and aunt. They both can live. Grandine nodded at him.
"But there are risks." Lily breathed out crossing his paws over his chest. Everyone held passive expressions as they thought about it.
"But there is no other way." Taiyo breathed out. Erza, Natsu, and the dragons stared at the small boy in pride. The boy's eyes held the same fire that Natsu carries in his eyes when he is about to go into battle. At first the determination that the boy showed shocked Natsu. Sting and Rogue looked back and forth between Natsu and Taiyo. Igneel even looked at the boy and Natsu in shock. Everyone saw what Erza and the exceeds saw in the forest just a few hours ago. The uncanny resemblance that Natsu and Taiyo held at that moment shocked them. They aren't even blood related. "We will get Auntie back."
Natsu nodded seriously putting his hand softly on Taiyo's shoulder. The dragon's smiled softly at the sight of everyone mirroring Taiyo's expression. They all were determined to help the sister's. Nothing was going to stop them. No one is going to slow them down. They are going to the spirit world no matter the risk and get Cindy. The dragon's beamed with pride at the sight. This was the new generation that will save the world from the many dangers it holds. Soon enough the moment they all held together was gone.
A loud piercing scream filled the sky as the ground shook under them. Everyone's head snapped towards the forest where the screams was coming from. The screams continued to fill the sky. It was tortuous and filled with so much agony. Yellow lighting seems coming out of the ground hitting the sky. Everyone immediately panicked knowing who's scream's it was. Another scream for help echoed along with the loud screech.
"The girls!" The Dragon's let out in panic. All three dragon's immediately wasted no time in extending their large wings out taking flight. They headed towards the screams and lightening.
The dragonslayer, exceeds, and Erza ran through the forest in panic. Natsu and Taiyo picked up their speed immediately knowing who was screaming in agony. They pushed branches to the side as they jumped over fallen trees. The ground under them seemed to pulse in and out beating more magic into the realm. The screams coming from the center was almost deafening. Natsu breathed heavily as he continued in the direction towards the screams. Up ahead he can see what seems to be yellow and black lightening colliding in loud explosions. When they finally reached a clearing it was chaos.
Wendy yelled as she attempted to block her eyes from the bright lights. The crackling of the lightenings. A ferocious wind attempted to knock everyone off their feet. The dragon's roared about the yelled as they felt the familiar power of Acnologia encompass them. Natsu blocked his face with his hands as he forced himself to keep moving forward despite everyone's yells for him to stop.
"Watch out!" Sting yelled out as he tackled Gajeel to the side.
They both fell to the ground with a loud grunt. Gajeel glared at Sting furiously, but soon realized the spot where he was in had been burned to a crisp by the black lightening that came towards them. Gajeel nodded at Sting in thanks. They both looked ahead in shock to see yellow and black lightening coming out from a large gold orb on the ground.
"What the hell is going on!" Gajeel yelled.
Gajeel stared at the gold orb on the ground. The screaming is coming from there. The lightening is coming from there. The wind is coming from there. The orb was transparent enough to show what was inside. Everyone could only stare in horror at the sight. For inside the orb laid Lucy Heartfilia. Her body was thrashing around as her mouth opened making let out blood curling screams. But that was not the worst part. Lucy was slowly getting covered in black scales with blue markings. Her hands didn't even look human. Claws have taken form. Horns were coming out of her head.
"Mommy!" Taiyo yelled in sorrow as he went to run towards his mom. Erza immediately grabbed the small boy from his waist holding him to her. Taiyo just continued to yell over all the noise as he frantically tried to get free.
"Lucy!" Natsu yelled as he tried to move closer to the ord. His eyes were squinted due to the bright light that the orb emitted. The wind got stronger the closer he got just like strong waves they tried to push him back. But he kept on. The ground rumbled under his feet as the lightening tried to strike him. "Lucy!"
"Natsu! Stop it is too dangerous! She is unstable!" Igneel yelled about the noise.
"I don't care! She needs me!" Natsu's body was encompassed by his fire.
Natsu yelled at the top of his lungs as he pushed the powerful wind towards Lucy. With one last yell Natsu open his hands flames bursting out as if cutting the wind. Using that opportunity, Natsu ran towards the blonde goddess screeching on the ground. Just when we was about to reach her a loud explosion come from her a tremendous amount of magic filled the air. So powerful that when it hit Natsu it made him fly back slamming into a tree. Wendy ran to Natsu's aid as well as Rogue. Natsu groaned as he stumbled to his feet. Lucy's screams got louder and louder to a point it almost sounded like it was a dragon's roar coming from her.
"No! This can't be happening!" Grandine let out in shock.
She must have heard wrong. A dragon's roar came from Lucy again. Grandine shook her large head in panic. She doesn't know how to stop it. How does she stop it? The dragonslayer magic is trying to take over Lucy. The dragon is trying to consume Lucy from the inside out, but her celestial magic is fighting back. The spirit's won't give up Lucy's body to the dragonslayer magic. Everyone felt helpless as they didn't know how to stop Lucy's pain.
Taiyo sobbed as he continued to go to his mother, but Erza held him to her protectively. Natsu yelled above the roars in rage as he tried to run to his Lucy, but he kept getting pushed back. Wendy begged Natsu to stop as Rogue held her protectively to him. Sting and Gajeel yelled their anger as they held on the nearby trees for support. The lightening crackled everywhere slamming on the ground, in the sky, even on the trees.
"This is pissing me off!" Gajeel yelled.
"Aries now!" Loki's voice echoed through the wind. Erza looked up in shock to Loki's and Aries figure jump into the middle of the chaos. Their dark silhouettes were shown about all the light around them.
"Wool Wall!" Aries yelled as she extended her arms out.
Everyone watched in shock as large pink glittering fluffy clouds extended out of her hands. The large pink clouds encompassed Lucy. Aries put several layers to entrap Lucy in making the lightening and wind to stop. Soon enough the roars died down. Aries breathed heavily as she dropped on her knees. Her hands dropped to her side weakly. Sweat beaded down her face.
"Good job." Loki compliment as he walked next to Aries with his hand out. The shy celestial spirit blushed as she took his hand letting the lion spirit help her up. Aries looked back at the wool wall she created with a sigh.
"Will she be alright?" She asked in worry.
"For now, yes."
"Loki!" Taiyo yelled letting himself free from Erza's hold. Loki picked up Taiyo in his arms holding him tightly. Loki softly wiped Taiyo's tears as they freely went down his face. The small boy's hazel eyes held panic. "What did you do to mommy!? What wrong with mommy!"
"Aries helped calm her down." Loki answered. Aries bowed her head to Taiyo. The dragon's stared down at the wool wall in wonder. The wall is suppressing the magic from coming out as well as calm the effects on Lucy.
"What about Auntie!"
"Cindy is in there with Lucy. It is best to keep them together inside."
"What-"
"Loki." Natsu's voice interrupted Taiyo before he spoke more.
Taking in Natsu's serious expression Loki put down Taiyo with a sigh. Then he looked up at Grandine, Igneel, and Metallica. With that one look he gave them they knew it was time. Loki has to take them to the spirit world and take them now. If they have any chance of saving the sister's they have to do it now. The dragons didn't know what to do. No one did. They can't stop it. They don't know how. If this keeps going Lucy could be turning into a dragon just like Acnologia. Acnologia's magic along with the celestial magic is too strong for Lucy.
"I wish we can stand around and chat, but we can't." Loki breathed out. Everyone nodded seriously understanding the situation. "I will explain everything once we get to the spirit world. Have you decided who is going? You do know I can't take you all, right! The Spirit King only grant for I to take five people to the spirit world. Taiyo could go whenever he wants so he doesn't count."
They all nodded.
"I will stay to watch over and protect Lucy and Cindy as well as the dragons." Erza spoke looked up at the dragons with a serious expression. "We have much to discuss." The dragon's nodded seriously acknowledging the Scarlet mage's words.
"Wendy and I shall stay to observe over the girls conditions." Carla spoke out. Wendy nodded in agreement.
"Be careful over there." Wendy said.
"We are going no matter what!" Rogue and Sting said at the same time with determination. They glared at each other in annoyance, but quickly moved next to Loki.
"I am going! I have a bone to pick with the water freak!" Gajeel growled heading to Loki. Gajeel turned to Lily. "Lily stay here and protect everyone." Pantherlily nodded seriously.
"Me and Happy are going." Natsu breathed out.
"Aye sir!" Happy let out running towards the small group.
"Alright we have everyone." Loki breathed out. The dragonslayer's let out a gasp as a bright light encompassed them. They looked down in shock to see their cloths changing to celestial cloths. "Human are not supposed to be the in the celestial realm. These cloths will help you survive the harsh conditions in them. We have about twelve hours in the celestial realm to get Cindy and get out."
"Why twelve hours?" Natsu asked.
The dragons watched with concern as their bodies started to fade along with their voices. They are heading to the celestial realm now.
"That's how long we have before the dragon takes over Lucy." Loki's let out just before they all disappeared into another realm leaving Erza, Wendy, Carla, Lily, and the dragons alone together in silence.
Grandine and Igneel held their breaths as their heartbeat in fear for their children. They silently prayed to the spirits that they will all make it in time. They will make it in time. They just have to or they will lose both girls forever.
Metallica turned his head to the side staring at Pantherlily with a curious expression. Lily looked up at the steel dragon with an annoyed look. Lily didn't like the look the large dragon gave him. It was the same look Gajeel gave him when they first met. When Gajeel claimed Lily as his cat. That smile. That devious smile.
"So your Gajeel's cat?" Metallica breathed out breaking the silence.
