GABRIELLA POV
Hermes is the father of Amy? I knew that Zeus and Hera were the parents of Lita but was everyone Sailor Soldier, beside the younger ones, were born under the Gods and then given up later when they were born? Why would the Gods have to give up their own children? Was the battle with the Legendary Super Saiyan God that horrible? If it was then that must be why the Gods detest Saiyans so much…
"Amy is indeed my daughter Goten." Hermes replied. "I had to give her up. I didn't want to, but I wanted give her the best chance at life." Hermes said as he looked away from everyone. All of them had to give up their daughters when all of this occurred…if that ever happened to Trunks and I, I have no idea how I would have reacted on giving up Serena. If you think about it clearly, Serena and Kairavi aren't even really my daughters…they originally belonged to Queen Serenity. I was just someone to give them life again so they can fulfil their destiny as the Princesses of the Moon and eventually become rulers. They became so much more than that. I have always known that deep down in my heart; it even became clearer when Serena was discovered as Sailor Moon and Kairavi as Sailor Moonlight. Two people that were born to protect others and themselves.
"What is going on Hermes?" Mariah asked. Hermes looked over to Mariah, noticing the resemblance between her and Amy. Over the years Mariah turned into a younger Amy, with some features of my twin. The only thing she inherited from Goten would have to be his smile, and positive attitude. The rest was all Amy and Hermes was noticing that. The feeling I was giving off of him were all of the sudden happiness knowing that he had a granddaughter to begin with but sadness that he wasn't able to see Amy in person or watch the other grow up…I know that feeling. Even without experiencing it coming off of someone else.
"Zeus, the current ruler of the Gods, went to go fight the Legendary Super Saiyan God himself…" before Hermes said anything else, someone else was behind the door, this person being Lita. She looked as if she had been running forever to find us. Hermes recognized Lita from her visit before and bowed down to her out of respect. This shocked Lita for a minute and then it went away. Lita should be used to people doing this by now. Sometimes people in the street would bow down to us but mainly it would be to whoever was ruling. Gohan rushed over to her when he noticed her running in. Lita hugged him as he rushed her and he seemed confused as he did so but wrapped his arms around her anyway. Using my empathy ability that I had gained, I noticed that Lita was feeling scared beyond belief. Normally Lita is the type that wasn't scared so easily, she seemed scared and worried about one person in particular. I just wish I knew who that person she was worried about in particular. It killed me not knowing that much.
"Lita, hun, what's wrong?" Gohan asked. Lita broke away from the embrace as she turned her attention to Hermes.
"I feel something is horribly wrong, up there, my family…my biological family anyway. Zeus is in trouble…I feel it" Lita said as she kept her eyes on Hermes. She almost seemed as if she wasn't able to believe that someone as powerful as him could be in any such trouble.
"Yes you are right Lita. It is important that we stop Zeus before he can do any real harm. Sure the God may have been sealed long ago but during his rest he was able to get his power. He must be killed this time by the one who controls the cosmos." Hermes explained. Serena has to be the one to kill him…I knew this for a while now but I still don't want it to be true. She could get killed from doing this and no way was I going to let my oldest daughter do this on her own.
"If Serena is going then so am I, I don't want her doing this by herself." I said.
"I agree with my aunt on this one! I'll fight!" Mariah volunteered.
"No way Mariah Son, you will not fight, along with Rini or Trinity." Goten said as I looked to their way. The two of them have been silent along with Liam, Aidan, and Abigail, Daniela and Pan were too. Rini only agreed with my twin as she gave out her order for them to stay grounded.
"I agree with my great-uncle. No Neo-Generation Sailor Soldiers or Older Sailor Soldiers will be fighting this battle. This is a Saiyans battle." Rini ordered them. This pissed off Abby as she got up from her seat, walking out of the room, before she did however, she gave a dirty look to Rini and then left, Aidan traveling right behind her. I had a feeling Abby was going to do that, she has been feeling like this since she found out about the news of her mother.
"Hey Hermes, I know this is a long shot of you knowing any of this but is my mother, Kairavi, alive?" Liam asked him before he did anything by going after his twin siblings.
"She is safe, at least her body. Hotaru, the mistress of the Underworld is watching over her for the time being." Hermes explained as he started sounding more rushed. "We don't have much time now, please go stop him before it's too late." Hermes begged each of us. Before he left he gave one last look to Mariah, who only smiled as he then rushed out of the room, back up to his mountain. Everyone slowly began to leave the room as soon as he left, mostly the people that weren't going to fight. That only included, Me, Serena, my father, Trunks, Gohan, Goten, and Vegeta. If Kairavi were here she would be in that list…everyone was silent as I could see Serena gripping her transformation brooch even tighter.
"Serena?" I called to her attention. She looked up after me when she heard my voice. "It will be okay, you will do fine, without the soldiers and without us, but we will help you. You're not totally alone." I reassured her. Trunks started doing the same.
"I'm agreeing with your mother on this. You're more powerful than some of us in this room." Trunks had then pulled her in for a hug and then a while later he made me join as he grabbed a hold of my hand somehow. We all started filing out after that, off to find Zeus, everyone started for the sky but me and my father. He has stopped me before I was able to go off with everyone. He even made Serena leave.
"What's wrong Dad?" I asked him. He only continued to look at me as he pulled me in for a hug, just like how Trunks did not too long ago. His embrace was welcome. Whenever I am around my father, I always feel a little better on what was happening or about to happen, like with this battle. I know that with my father by my side, I would be able to live through this or at least help in this case.
"We can't let our power get the best of us; Serena has to be the one to kill him." My father reminded me as I pulled away from the , getting confused on why he was bringing this up.
"I know, but why are you bringing this up?" I asked him.
"I noticed that when we were fighting sometimes you tend to let your anger get the best of you. "He told me. I guess he was right about this but I only put on smile for him, it seemed to have lessened his worry but I know better.
"Don't worry about me, Dad, I have you to stop me in case I do." I giggled a little and this time it seemed as if he believed, a minute or so later we took to the sky to catch up with the others.
SERENA OR SUPER SAIYAN GODDESS SAILOR COMOS POV
I was flying with my uncles, father and grandfather as I started feeling my heart rate going faster and faster. Kairavi was somewhat okay…the more that I thought it through the more I could feel a tiny portion of her life hanging on. It was very small but it was there and that made me want to keep continuing for everyone else. For my Darien, for Rini…for Kayla…anyone that has touched my life. I stopped flying suddenly thinking about all of the people at Crystal Tokyo, a revelation hitting me all of the sudden. The Legendary Super Saiyan God can take the power of any Saiyan that he gets his hold on. Everyone noticed that I stopped flying and then came back to me, my father faster than the others.
"Serena what's wrong?" my father asked.
"If the Legendary Super Saiyan God can take away our ability to transform, then how can we properly fight him?" I asked everyone, Uncle Gohan and Goten were silent as my father started giving a reply, my grandfather however, interrupted him before he could even finish.
"Serena, I know this may seem difficult but…" he started before Grandpa V had caught him in the middle.
"All of you leave; I want a moment alone with Serena." Grandpa Vegeta demanded. Just me alone? Why would he want that all of the sudden?
"But Vegeta…"Gohan was about to say but he was interrupted as well.
"Just do as I say for once in your existence Kakorot's spawn!" he yelled as all of three of them started getting a little scared and flew off. I was getting curious as to why he wanted to talk to me alone. When he looked back up at me he showed that same look he would have when we would enter a battle. But this one looked a little…off. I didn't like this in the least.
"What's wrong Grandpa V?" I asked him, getting afraid of hearing his answer.
"I just wanted to say I am proud of you. No matter what happens to me I always will be." He told me as brought me in for a hug. I didn't want to let go of him right now as my nerves finally started getting worse than what it already was. "I think you should transform now." He told me as he let go of me, no emotion on his face now. I looked up to him and smiled as I grabbed my brooch and shouted my call.
"COSMOS GALAXY POWER!" I shouted when I finished transforming my staff formed right in front of me and I quickly grabbed it as I turned to my grandfather, wanting to get this battle done and over with. "Are you ready?" I asked him.
"I will be." He told me. "There is one more thing I have to do before I go out; you go ahead, Sailor Cosmos. I'll be there soon." He told me as he gave me one more mischievous smirk. It calmed me down some but I have a feeling nothing will make me feel better until everything returns to normal. I left him be, just as he asked for me to be.
VEGETA POV
After I made Serena transform into Sailor Cosmos, I told her to leave me alone. I have a feeling that I won't make it out of this battle and in all honesty I don't mind, if Serena is the one who has to do this then I have no need to worry. She always finds a way to destroy or conquer any situation given to her, rather or not it was in a conventional way or not. Before heading down to the battle field I decided on giving a call to Reza, my cousin. She has no idea what is coming her way in case for some reason Serena isn't able to do this like the Gods predict. Grabbing my communicator I pressed the appropriate button to call her and then not a second later I could see her through the screen. She seemed confused but happy that I was calling her. The last time I had spoken to her was when we were trying to find Bills before he tried to kill off her family and then my little brother Tarble.
"Vegeta! It's been a while dear cousin." Reza smiled, happy to hear from me. I had to smile as well, seeing her do so. Just like Kakorot her smile was contagious.
"I've called to warn you Reza, do you remember the legend of the Legendary Super Saiyan God?" I asked her. Her eyebrows knitted together as she tried to think of the legend. After a second or so of thinking she was able to remember, confusion still evident.
"I remember hearing about it when I was a little girl going to school. Everyone knew who I was, a full blooded Saiyan. When the lesson came up, everyone automatically saw me as the ruthless killer that they read in class. Let's just say when they moved on from the topic I was relieved. Why are you asking me though Vegeta? That legend has been declared a myth on my planet but yet some people believe it's true. Is it true?" she asked me, now growing more concerned by the minute.
"I'm afraid so Reza. He's attacking our family and only Serena as Super Saiyan Goddess Sailor Cosmos has the ability to destroy him." I told her as she turned serious.
"Serena always ceases to amaze me. Will you need help? I can always find a way to Earth." She asked me.
"No need. We have everything under control. If it gets out of control, you'll know when the Legendary God comes your way." I told her as she smiled again.
"Alright, thank you for the warning Vegeta." Reza told me.
"You're welcome. Just keep that family of yours safe as well as your planet." I told her. She gave me a small smile then as the communicator went blank again. I put my communicator away as I looked to the direction Serena had just left a moment ago. I started heading that way, nothing but faith in Serena in mind.
~On the planet of the Kai's~
KABITO KAI POV
A very huge battle was about to take place, Gods vs Saiyan's. A battle that can change everything that any of us know. Serena has to be the one to take away this merciless god and everyone knows, even us Kai's. I have been paying attention to what has been happening, wondering if I should intervene. Elder Kai is suggesting against it but something in me was nudging me to help them. I helped them with Majin Buu; I can definitely help them with this fight to. Not everyone will make it alive, that I have a for sure feeling on. I just don't know who, or how just yet. I'm hoping for none but that was very doubtful.
"We shouldn't intervene; they know what they are doing." Elder Kai told me.
"They need all of the help they need. Especially now that one of their last defenses is gone." I reminded Elder Kai. I still find it very hard to believe that Kairavi, the younger sister of Serena, a granddaughter of Goku and Vegeta, can be taken out so easily. It didn't add up.
"Well they should have taken more care of Kairavi if they didn't want that to happen." Elder Kai remarked. Out of nowhere, King Kai joins the conversation as I mentioned the Kairavi, with some decently good news.
"No, they still have a defense! Kairavi is alive but barely!" King Kai told us.
"How do you know for sure?" Elder Kai asked him.
"I haven't seen her up in the Other World! From what I gather from King Yama, Kairavi's portion of the Legendary Silver Imperium Crystal is what is able to make alive. Here let me show you!" King Kai said as he was able to make the crystal ball we were looking at change scenes. It showed Princess Kairavi in the underworld with Hotaru and her mother Prosephone, looking over her. The Legendary Silver Crystal was able to form a coffin like thing around her body, preserving it.
"This is good news! Maybe we should find a way to bring her out!" I told them. King Kai already was on Elder's side before he said anything.
"I wouldn't even bother with it Kabito, when the Black Moon Clan was attacking Crystal Tokyo, something similar happened to Serena when she was Neo Queen Serenity. She came out of it when she was ready and able and I have a feeling that what happened with Princess Kairavi is the same thing." King Kai suggested. "I figured you would want to hear the news of what happened to her."
"Thank you for letting me know King Kai." I told him as the connection was then gone after we said our goodbyes. I still have the urge to help but since Kairavi was alive and in stable condition, I shouldn't worry as much for them. I just hope Serena can do this.
VEGETA POV
The Legendary Super Saiyan God ended up being miles and miles away from Crystal Tokyo. By the time I had gotten there, I never even saw Zeus. My guess was that he was already gone by the time I had arrived. Sailor Cosmos, Gohan, Goten and Trunks were doing all they could without powering up to fight him, knowing their power can be taken away. Getting annoyed at the situation at hand, I started powering up to the highest form manageable. I could hear Serena and Trunks yelling at me the most for me not do so, but how else were we going to fight him? This is the only way I know how to fight. Fighting the God wasn't easy like I thought it would be for some reason. Every time when I would think I had him in my grasps, he was gone in a quick flash. As I was about to prepare a blast that would be aimed for his head, he was gone again and then he was behind me, grabbing my hand and then pulled behind my back. The God started speaking again, in Old Latin. I knew some of it, but not all of it.
"Ad mortem principis Saiyan." He laughed evilly. His other hand was able to make his way to my forehead and then with a very painful urge the power that I had was gone. I have never felt so weak until now. Before he turned me around to face him, I looked to the direction Serena as Sailor Cosmos was and not too far away, Gabriella and Goku had finally arrived. I tried to smile to make sure Serena wasn't scared knowing she easily could be. The God was able to grab me by the throat as I heard Serena, Trunks and Gabriella yelling for me to get away from him. But with as weak as I had felt, I couldn't. Before I could do anything else, he shot a blast right in the middle of my stomach and drops me to the ground. As I fell, I could hear all of them yelling my name, mainly Serena and Trunks. Serena ran over to me as I heard battle noises in the background. I opened my eyes again as I saw her standing over me, trying to get me to move. There was no way I was able to.
"PLEASE GRANDPA VEGETA DON'T LEAVE!" she screamed as tears rolled down her face. "I NEED YOU!" I tried getting my hand to her face, but even that movement caused horrific pain. Before I was able to touch her, I could no longer keep it up anymore. My hand dropped to the ground, all energy completely gone. "DON'T LEAVE ME!" was the last thing I heard from Serena.
