Ch19: Challenge of the Earl Part 2
Neah got out his sword and looking down on the white hair teen on the ground, "This is it…" he said before ready to deliver the final blow to the white haired teen.
It was not long ago when the Millennium Earl declared to challenged Allen and his girl friends for a final showdown to determine the long fight between Innocence and Dark Matter. Not long after they realized Neah was not like any enemies they had a face so far… as he is the ultimate being on top of the food chain: A Noah member… someone with special power from the same world that Allen Kaname was originally born in.
The sound of metal is the only seen clashed was the sound of Sword of Exorcism blocking Neah's own blade as Allen is seen standing again once more. Neah can see there is a bright fire in the eyes of the white-haired teen. The same expression with his brother.
"So you still have what it take to keep fighting?" Neah asked with a grin.
"Like I says before that I won't sacrificed anyone else to win. This fight…" The white hair teen said, "far from being over!" he proclaimed defiantly against the last of the Noah.
The white hair teen and the last of the Noah clan jumps back then ran across the streets while clashed in blades.
Allen Walker and Neah D. Campbell.
Long ago, they both shared the same body as it was their fate to be bound in a struggle for each other's existence.
But now their ties are severed and they both have their own bodies… Who will be the last to stand here after their final confrontment?

The scene shows Mitakihara before dark clouds start gathering and covering the entire city.
Zetsubō no umi tojiru tobira
Soon the title *Innocence: Saint Exorcist of Puella Magica* appear in front of the screen.

Amaku sasayaku kurayami
Allen is currently sitting on top of building, looking down at his left hand which have a glowing cross on it as he remembered the time he spends with his friends. Behind him appears an older Allen who is wearing the uniform of the Black Order.
Niritsuhaihan de madō kanjō
Docchi darō wakaranai
Allen and Neah appear giving the back to the other.
But behind them was the original Millennium Earl appears giving his typical smile.
Chikara makase ni nejifusedomo
Nani ga kawaru tte'n darō
Allen who have an angry look on his eyes is standing in front of Neah, who smiles maliciously. Soon Allen's Crown Clown clashes against Neah's sword.
Dōshitemo I Can't I Can't ugokenai
Homura and Madoka are in the top of a building but the city is being attacked by Walpurgisnacht and thus is in ruins and burning.
Both girls are not transformed and Madoka bury her face on her hands and start to cry while Homura looks at her with a stoic look on her eyes.
Tsunagaru... tsunageru... ai no ne... koto no ha
Falling into the darkness are Madoka, Mami, Sayaka, Homura, and Kyoko while watching them is none other than Neah.
Karuma wo... idaite... nigenai... datte
Then an image shows from left to right all friends and family of Allen and the others girls in Mitakihara.
And then...
First Homura dressed in her magical girl outfit appears with her stoic glare and glasses on her face... but quickly she smiles and then the image reveals that Kyouko, Sayaka, Mami and Madoka are with her and all are wearing a female version of the uniform of the black order.
And they seem to be cheering for someone.
Boku no koto koeru no wa boku dake shikai nai'n dakara.
The person who they were cheering turns to be Allen, who with a smile on his face activates Crown Clow.
Ashita wo tsukuru no wa nikushimi nanka janai
And then Allen is seen performing acrobatic tricks in front of a crowd of people that are cheering for him in the middle of the city.
Egao de hito wa tsuyoku naru
Then Allen bows to his public and looking at the blue sky he sees the image of Madoka, Mami, Sayaka, Kyouko and Homura, all of then in black order uniforms and smiling.
Yami wo kakiwake susume
Allen is running towards the Level 3 Akuma with Crown Clown ready for a battle... but in the sky the image of a sad Hitomi can be seen.
Tsurai toki koso warae
A serious Homura with her arms crossed can be seen looking at the city from an abandoned building.
But behind her can be seen 2 Homura, the first is the Homura that existed before being a magical girl and the second the Homura who wears the uniform of the black order.

Allen then is seen walking alone in the streets of an abandoned city, but he is smiling.
Shinjiterunda
Then in middle of that street he bows once more but this time to an imaginary public.
Hajimaru! Shōtaimu!
The final shot is Allen and the Puella Magi being together watching the sunset from Mami's home.
While Allen and Neah are still fighting, the former Puella Magi tried to get themselves back up after the painful blow dealt by Neah to them.
"M-Madoka, don't push yourself too much…" Homura said as she seen her best friend tried to get herself up from the ground.
"T-That goes the same for you, Homura…" Madoka retort wiped the blood from her cheek, "I cannot let Neah hurt Allen-nii…"
You aren't the only one… Homura thought as she glances at Lau Shimin who is struggling to get up after the hard blow from Neah.
"B…But how? Neah is too strong… and we didn't do a dent on that guy with our Innocence…" Sayaka said, using Mugen's scabbard f
"He is certainly is truly hardest enemies we have faced so far…" Mami said, trying hard to catching her breath.
Kyoko didn't say anything as she bites her tongue to keep herself conscious and hurry after Neah and Allen. Unlike others who still hadn't recover enough, Kyoko isn't the type to wait and talk with others. She is the type charged forward regardless who the enemies even if it means she needs to be reckless at a time like this.
Rather than worried about whether or not you can defeat him… You only need to be concerned about crushing him! Kyoko thought serious. Besides if she lost here, then her fate will be worse than others could've imagined! There is no way she will let herself be caught in a DAMN maid outfit.
The two opposing enemies soon passed each other and they turned around with their blades collided once again. This caused powerful shockwave across the battlefield and caused damaged to everything close to their presence.
Allen saw a weak point before he slashes Neah with the Sword of Exorcism several times across the chest and made Neah move back. But there was still no effects of sword on him making Allen feeling frustrated as he trying to thrust his sword at him.
But Neah moved out of the way and slashes him from behind, making Allen stagger forward and sending the white hair teen rolling across the ground.
Neah about to attack him again before he sidesteps from the razor edge of Madness and seeing Kyoko standing there. She caught her Innocence weapon in her hand.
"Oh, so you wanted to challenge me now?" Neah asked. "Or you're ready to submit to your new master after this fight over?" This made Kyoko doesn't look pleased with Neah.
"I am going to shut that damn mouth of yours!" Kyoko snapped angrily before charging straight at the Last Noah member.
Neah soon brought up his sword and continued blockings Kyoko's reckless swings of Madness. Soon the redhead disappeared in front of him after he thrust his blade forward at her stomach.
"Huh?"
Kyoko soon reappeared and spinning her Innocence weapon in high speed as the blades become superheated and she thrust her blade at Neah who let his guard down.
Kyoko's red eyes cannot help wide in shock as Neah is still standing there in front of her despite her weapon impaled his gut. But what is this cold feeling that she been feeling?
"Kyoko…" Allen whispered in disbelief and shocked.
"What is wrong?" A familiar and chilling of Neah's voice whispered against her ear as this made Kyoko feeling horrified. There is no way this happened…
"You should get me there… but it looks like how far you can go. No matter how much strength you get, but there is no way you can even harm me with your blade… My dear." The familiar voice finished.
Kyoko then looks at the one who she stabbed suddenly vanished into thin air. She looks down and saw there was a large blade across her stomach. Blood is seen leaking from the wound before the blade being pulled out by… Neah D. Campbell himself.
Kyoko soon collapsed straight to the ground as she laying on the cold floor and blood spilling out of the wound.
Allen cannot help but gasp in disbelief at what just happened… Neah just stabbed Kyoko in the back. Kyoko lied motionless on the ground without even moving an inch.
"Kyoko!?" Allen exclaimed in shocked. There is no way… is it possible that she could die?
"Unforgivable!" Sayaka shouted angrily before she used Ichigen and summoned insects from the netherworld to attack Neah.
The Noah jumped out of the way from the creatures of the netherworld, but they followed him relentlessly around the area. As Neah continued to get away from them, he saw multiple shadows and seeing cartoon animals come at him from behind as enemies from both side attack before caused a big explosion.
Allen hurry to the fallen redhead on the ground.
"Kyoko! Kyoko!" Allen shouted as he checked on the redhead who is still on the ground.
"How is she doing?" Homura asked as she and Madoka come to checks on the redhead.
"Her pulse is still beating… but at the rate of her bleeding, she could die." Allen gritted. Homura's eyes harden while Madoka cannot help worried.
"Sakura-san… what would you think?" Mami cannot help feeling sad for her old student on the ground.
"But aren't you forgetting someone else?" A familiar voice asked as Hitomi come down from a flying cloud. She got out her Eden Maker and starts drawing something around Kyoko immediately. It wasn't long until a gray structure surroundings Kyoko appeared.
"What is that?" Madoka asked curious to Hitomi. Even Sayaka looks surprised at what her friend created with her Eden Maker.
"You can call it a time capsule or cryogenic case… It will keep her from dying as long as she remains in the case." Hitomi explains serious.
"Whoa… you can do that?" Allen asked surprised. Even though he knows what the Maker of Eden does… it hard to believe that Hitomi progressed this far with Tiedoll's Innocence weapon.
"I see… I'm surprised that you can do something like that," Homura said. But this would also mean that they have to win against Neah if they can truly get help for Kyoko.
"Then don't let your guard down…" Sayaka said seriously. Neah is not one of those villains who would need a power boost as he is literally strong enough and above anything that she and others witness.
Suddenly they all heard footsteps coming out of the exploration that created from both Sayaka and Hitomi's attacks as they can see Neah emerged from there.
Is there anything we can do against him? Allen thought. He cannot do the same thing like he did with the old Earl from before due to other Innocence pieces aren't around anymore… before someone's voice snapped him out of his thought.
"Allen-kun, what are we going to do?" Mami asked the white-haired teen.
"We're getting out here alive like I say before." Allen said, "Will you lend me your strength, everyone?" he asked to them.
Madoka and others nodded in response to the white-haired teen.
Mami soon pulls the trigger as she fired several bullets at the Millennium Earl. Neah finds it predictable after seeing the bullets come at him and swing his blade as the bullets were destroyed.
"Let's go, Sayaka-chan!" Allen shouted to the blue hair girl who nodded.
Allen and Sayaka charged forward with their blades at him next. Neah points his finger and fired a dark energy blast at them. Both of them moved out of the way from the energy blast and they still make their way toward Neah.
Explosions of sparks shown as the three blades collided with each other. Allen and Sayaka must their strength behind their blades against the sword of Neah. Neah only has a smirk on his face. Soon both Allen and Sayaka dodged the slash from Neah himself.
Before Neah can do anything else, he saw Mami fired more bullets from her Judgement again. She wasn't the only one who attacks as Lau Shimin fired energy blasts from his palms at him. The immortal Earl's golden eyes glow as he stops turned the bullets into dust before slashing away the blast with his sword.
"Is that all you got against me? I AM THE MILLENNIUM EARL!" Neah gloated before firing more slashes which made Allen and the girls dodged.
Soon Neah saw a large shadow in the sky and seeing that Madoka is coming down like a meteor with her Dark Boot. Coming down at a rapid speed. Neah brought out his sword to block the incoming impact of the Dark Boot, creates a huge impact on the city.
After the smoke faded, Neah looks around to see Allen and the girls aren't around. Not even the large capsule that contains the close to death redhead was around. It like they vanished off the area completely.
Where did they go? Neah thought curious as he is certain that they're still in the Ark itself.
"No matter how far you run, there is no way out for you in my Ark…" Neah said to the air, but there were no responses from the area.
Soon he suddenly hears laughing sounds as he saw a large shadow moving nearby and moving toward him. Neah is ready to face whatever comes toward him before the large shadow revealed to be something that he wasn't expecting…
A cartoon version of the previous Millennium Earl, his half-brother, charging at him.
"Do you really think that something like that fooled me?" Neah asked after slain the cartoon down with ease.
After slaying the cartoon, Neah can see his nephew Allen who charged at him in high speed and the white hair teen holding his Sword of Exorcism. Neah couldn't defend himself in time as he was surprised that his own nephew is the one who stabbed him with his blade.
"Not bad, my dear nephew… but like I said before that your weapon cannot do any harm against me," Neah said, ready to end Allen with his glowing hand, "Maybe I should just kill all of you now since this is becoming boring?" But as he wondered that, Neah did not know... that his own overconfidence will be his doom.
Suddenly Neah saw the Crown Clown began to behave strangely as the threads from the large white jacket binding him and Allen together.
"W-What is the meaning of this?!" Neah questioned confused at this action.
"I know that it will be impossible to accomplish this on my own… defeating you with my own hands…" Allen said, looking at Neah who is still confused by what he meant. "Now, Mami-chan! Everyone!"
Neah turned around before seeing Mami with other girls in a strange formation as Mami holding her gun. On Mami's left side were Madoka and Hitomi as they both hold onto other's shoulder. On Mami's right side was Sayaka and Homura who also holding onto other's shoulder.
Madoka, Hitomi, Sayaka, and Homura are charging energy from their Innocence weapons as the energy are transferred to Mami's Judgement.
Neah realized what they are doing and looks back at his nephew who doesn't show any fear of what is going to happen. He trying to get himself free, but for some reason, the threads from the Crown Clown and the Sword of Exorcism have prevented him from moving out of the way.
"Are you certain that you want to do this, nephew?" Neah asked. "You nearly lost your life after fighting against Mana? Are you willing to enduring it once again?"
"I'm willing to risk it again if I must for others to have a better chance of living! To make the sacrifice make me more human!" Allen shouts serious at Neah who cannot believe what he was saying.
"Do it now, Mami-chan!" the white hair teen shouted to the blonde hair girl.
Mami is reluctant of doing this despite the energy transfer from other girls are in her Judgement. Even if they succeed, this will mean that Allen will die as well.
"Stop this!" Neah spoke in a voice that finally showed fear "What sense will make kill me if you die as well!"
"I was ready to die since the moment I decided to become an exorcist so many years ago!" Countered by a determined Allen.
Neah is struggling to get out of the binding he was even if it means that he must finish off his nephew to do so.
Mami reaches her fingers straight to the trigger as tears coming down her eyes. The blast is immediately released and heading straight for Neah and Allen... Causing a bright and colorful flash of an explosion in the instant!
Mami soon collapsed to the ground with tears while Madoka and others look waited for the explosion to fade away.
It wasn't long until the smoke faded away for the girls to find out what happened and they couldn't believe their eyes.
They see Madoka's older brother who is on the ground and Neah is not far from where he was. But the girls are more concerned about Allen as they're aware he took part in the blast.
"Allen-nii!" Madoka cried before she runs toward the white hair teen on the floor.
"Allen-nii… please wake up!" Madoka pleaded to the white-haired teen in her arms. But there was no response from him.
Sayaka, Hitomi, and Homura came to her side as their eyes wide in shock.
"Allen-kun…" Hitomi whimpered with tears in her eyes.
"N-No… this cannot be…" Sayaka said, feeling disheartened that the man who she kissed... die.
Even when we were so close to winning… Allen, he made the sacrificed… Homura thought with guilt and sorrow. She cannot go back to the past anymore and changed things anymore.
Just when they were about to cry out in despair, an unexpected miracle happened…
"Why are you all crying…?" A familiar voice asked as this made the girls look down and seeing Allen with a weak and tired expression.
"Allen…" Sayaka hiccupped.
"H-How is this possible?" Hitomi gasped in shocked. Like others, she thought that Allen would be much of a goner from their attack.
"A-Allen-nii…?" Madoka asked with tears in her eyes, "I-I… I thought you were gone…"
"I thought too… after all, it the only way to defeat Neah." Allen soon gently removed the tears from his little sister's eyes.
"Allen-kun… I'm glad that you're okay!" Mami croaked happily.
"Well done, my nephew…" A chuckled voice said.
They turned around to see Neah D. Campbell, but they noticed that most of his body is starting to disintegration.
"Even though we both were hit by the blast infused with Innocence… both of us should've gone down," Neah said with an amusing smile, "it seems that your Innocence once again and save your life like before…"
"Neah…" The white hair teen said, looking at the last of the Noah clan.
"Don't worry, this is your victory…" Neah said. "And the end of the struggle between the Noah family and the Innocence."
"Wait! What about our families and those who still asleep!?" Madoka questioned.
"Will they awake!?" Sayaka added.
"Don't worry, they will wake up soon and won't remember a thing…" Neah answered.
"Allen… I entrust the Ark to you and you alone." This made Allen looks surprised at Neah's words. "After all, this is my last gift to you before I gone from this world. It will be sad to see no one taken cared of this lonely place as the last of the Noah gone."
"Neah, I promised…" Allen said.
Then Neah has a mischievous grin, "Think of it as a place where you can be alone with your little mistresses without outside interferences." He said in a very seducing and teasing tone.
This referring caused Allen and some of the girls blushed as they knowing what he meant.
"Then I bid you farewell… and hope you have better future." Neah said before his entire body disappeared into small diminishing lights and they went up into the air then vanished.
The final battle between Allen and Neah has finally ended and the people in the city will wake up soon. But there is one thing left for Allen need to do and that is getting back to the real world.
"Are you certain that this is here?" Sayaka asked.
"Yeah, it is here." The white hair teen responds before opening the door.
But Allen and the girls soon have an unexpected surprised when a small golden blur collided with Allen in the face. This made the white hair teen collapsed to the ground.
"Allen, are you alright?!" Sayaka asked with worried about the white-haired teen.
"I think so…" Allen groan as he regained his conscious, but he noticed something close to his face and that it something familiar to him…
It cannot be… The white hair teen thought in shock.
It's a small, golden ball-like creature with four, stubby legs, a long tail that ends in a thick swirl, and two feathered wings.
"Tim…? Timcanpy?" Allen asked incredulous. "I-Is that really you?"
The small golem nodded.
"Timcanpy?" Madoka said with surprised. "Is he the same golem you used to know?"
"Yeah, but I thought he was gone when I was carried his pieces…" Allen said before the golem flying around to observe the girls.
"But how is he here?" Hitomi asked, fascinating by the small golden golem.
Timcanpy soon landed on a nearby table and opened his jaws as a green light shines out.
(Flashback)
The scene show what could be from Timcanpy's point of view upon as he looks up to see someone who he never thought to see again— Neah D. Campbell!
The Millennium Earl looks at the golem with an expression that recognized someone from the past.
"It's been a long time, old friend," Neah said warmly. The golem soon stretching his wings and flying around the room.
"Despite this is the same we play our music, but we're in a different world." Neah explains to the golem who seem confused by what he meant for the different world.
"You been in stasis after my nephew been find by the Kaname family. It an unexpected twist of fate when I put Kaname family to asleep with others, but I never expected that you been kept by the parents… they kept for one day until Allen regains his memories. But they didn't know how to awake you like I did." Neah explains to the golden golem.
"Come on, I will show you what I mean." Neah explains before the golem followed his old partner from behind.
(Flashback end)
Timcanpy's recording faded away into his mouth and he flew around Allen, the girls watching the golden golem with a surprised expression. Allen was silent after the recording is finished, he didn't know what to say but he is surprised that Neah was the one who find Timcanpy and repaired him. But he also noticed how happy that Neah was when he is talking to the golden golem and yet he was entrust with the Ark after finished him.
"I didn't know that Tou-san and Kaa-san kept him," Madoka said in awe.
"Me neither…" Allen said with grateful smile… he is happy that at least one of his friends from the past around.
The white hair teen soon looks at the piano and approached it. Timcanpy soon land on the top of the piano and materialized the familiar music sheet.
"It's time that we're head home…" Allen said before playing the familiar music for not just him, but for the girls to hear.
It wasn't until the entire Ark starting to glow with bright light as the place has a new master after the previous Earl was no more.
(5 months later)
After the defeat of Walpurgisnacht and Neah, the city finally begin to rebuild. None of the people in the city aware the truth behind the calamity on the city, but it better off that people stay away from the truth that going on and focused on rebuilding. Even if the witches were caused by the machination made by the Kyuubey's people… they are no longer around anymore due to Neah destroyed them completely. It not a surprise that Neah is the Karma that Kyuubey deserved for establishing the Magical Girl and Witch cycle.
The defeat of Walpurgisnacht brought an unexpected surprised with the appearance of large numbers of young girls in the city without any of their memories of their past. With the help of their friend Hitomi Suzuki, these amnesia former Magical Girls find themselves in a place where they can be taken care of.
Among the amnesia girls, Nagisa Momoe… the young girl who was saved by Mami, the blonde girl took her in and live with her in her quiet apartment together with a former veteran Magical girl. The two bonded together as sisters. They often seen together with Allen and his younger brother Tatsuya in the park when it comes to helping Nagisa felt more belonging despite what happened to her.
The life with Timcanpy is unexpected in the Kaname home as Allen revealed about his past after his adopted parents learn he regain his old memories. He didn't tell them about the Akuma, Noah, and Black Order part since he doesn't want to scare them beyond belief. Even after hearing, the bond is still strong between them.
Though the Incubators are gone, the Witches are still run amok and who knows how many of them are still out there due to Kyuubey's interference with this world for many years. There are Magical Girls who are still out there unaware of the truth behind the Magical Girls and Witch system.
After the downfall of Walpurgisnacht, Homura opened up more as the burden of traveling to the past is no longer on her shoulder anymore. Though she still shows serious expression whenever it comes to fight against Witches and often help keep update about any events from other Magical Girls outside the city. She also becomes more close to both Allen and Madoka during the few months.
Kyoko Sakura is taken to the hospital and the doctors are about to save her from the terrible wound despite the redhead stay unconscious. But Allen and the girls know that won't stop her from staying in bed forever…
"Look! She is waking up…" A voice said quietly.
Kyoko Sakura let out a groan as she slowly opened her eyes to see white ceiling above her.
"Is this heaven?" Kyoko wondered as she never expects that she will be in a bed.
"You aren't going over there yet… Kyoko." Kyoko soon opened her eyes wide before she noticed those around the room.
Allen and other girls. They seem to wait for her to wake up from her bed.
"You guys…" Kyoko said with surprised. What are they doing here?
"Welcome back!" Madoka and Mami said.
"What are you guys doing here?" The redhead question dumbfounded.
"To welcome you back to the living after being in comatose for few months," Sayaka answered to the redhead's question. Though she won't admit not missed her rival around despite missing sparring with the redhead.
"I have been in comatose for that long?!" Kyoko looks shocked at her words.
"It not bad. Though the city is still under repair after the final fight." Hitomi added.
"We heard from the doctors that there is a chance for you to awake soon, we decide to come here to see you," Allen said.
"L-Like I need you to care about me, Beansprout!" Kyoko said, looking slightly away from the white-haired teen. Allen cannot help being called by that nickname again.
"Couldn't you just call him by his name for once?" Madoka said with a smile while Sayaka and Hitomi laughed.
"Stop calling me that, Flatness!" This seems to get Kyoko ticked off as well.
"I am not flat, Beansprout!" she countered.
"Then don't call me Beansprout!"
"Then don't call me Flatness!"
Both Allen and Kyoko glaring at each other intense, it possible for lighting shot out their eyes. Before they felt chilling aura down their spine.
"Didn't I told you two not to fight like before?" Mami asked with her infamous sinister look expression. This made both of them behave.
"Something never changes, huh?" Homura said to Madoka who nodded.
"Good. This is a special day for Kyoko so I bought some deserts to celebrate her recovery." Mami said as this made both Allen and Kyoko pleased than before.
It wasn't long until everyone starts eating the deserts Mami brought in the room. Everything seems to be just right now.
