A/N:Hey, Ender here. I would like to thank The Dark Denizen for reviewing this week. I am sorry that this is out so late, but I downloaded Feed the Beast today and spent way, way too much time playing it. On with the chapter.

Flare's POV

I really don't know what overtook me when I first saw Ender awake earlier. I had just been so stressed lately, and seeing her ok relieved some of the worry that I had been having as of late. After what I did though, I just had to be alone for a while without anyone bothering me.

I climbed up one of the tall trees which surrounded the edge of the camp and concealed it from the gaze of any who might be watching. Laying on the leaves, I gazed up into the sky and wondered why life had to be so confusing.

I had not been laying there for very long when I heard a loud commotion coming from the ground below me. I peeked over the edge of the leaves I sat upon, and saw a group of people gathering below me. I climbed a bit lower in the tree to get a better look at what was going on, and the branch holding me promptly broke, sending me tumbling to the ground.

"Oh hi Flare" said Victor.

"What's going on?" I asked, picking myself off of the ground.

"Your friend finally got back" He said "So you can finally chill out a bit."

As annoyed at his words implying that I was intense to be around while I was worried, I did not miss the fact that he was probably at least a little bit right.

"Wait" I said "Which friend do you mean? Because I already knew that Ender was here"

"Yeah, I know" said Victor "I mean Izra. He just got back from scouting."

"Really?" I said "Where is he?"

"Over there, being fussed over by most of the others." said Victor "You could probably get them to let you talk to him if you wanted to though."

"No, I will talk to him later" I said "Thanks for telling me that he is ok though"

"Hey, its no problem" said Victor "I'll see you later"

"Same" I said, walking further into the camp.

Izra's POV

They stood around me, not knowing how I truly felt or what had happened to me while I was gone. And they shall never know. I tell them what they want to hear, that I just got held up by a few things. If they ever know what I had actually been doing, they would not be so quick to help me. I may have helped my friends, but it came with a price. I only hope that my choice does not end up causing more harm than good.

Ender's POV

It was now quite some time after Notchie had agreed to come with us to try to defeat Teloxen. We had packed up most of the camp, and were almost ready to leave. When I say we, I really mean the others. They would not let me or Notchie do hardly anything to help with breaking down the camp. They were treating us like we had a deadly illness rather than just have been locked up for a bit. I wandered over to where Victor stood and asked him "Is there anything I can do to help out? I asked the others and they have not had anything they needed me to do."

"Uh, shouldn't you be resting?" he said "I mean you have been through a lot."

"Why is everyone telling me this?" I yelled "I have been resting for ages now. It is not like there is a whole lot of things to do in prison. I would rather do pretty much anything than rest right now."

"Ok, ok" said Victor "I think we are pretty much ready to leave anyway."

"Where are we going anyway?" I asked "No one has thought that it was important enough for me to know about it."

"We are going to Steve's castle" said Victor "We are hoping that Cresilia will allow us to take refuge with her people until this conflict ends. Izra also said that Steve has an Aether portal in his castle, which seemed to be important to him."

I guess that means we will be continuing our mission faster than we had anticipated. I said.

*Indeed* said Mist *I had not expected to locate or be able to create an Aether portal for quite some time. It is good that we have confirmed Notchie to be the lord of stars, otherwise that would complicate matters.*

We will have to leave the ones from the prison. I said There is no way that such a large group would be able to travel through the Aether unnoticed. If it is just us four, we at least have a chance of getting somewhere near the palace where we are trying to get before anyone sees us.

*That is correct* said Mist *And this is why we must not speak to them about is. If they ever think that we are going to leave them, they shall not let us out of their sight. The loyalty of some my be appreciated at times, but they can be annoying when it is clear that they will follow you whenever you travel somewhere. Especially if you tell them specifically not to come.*

"Well, if everything is all packed up here, then I will prepare to leave."

"Cool" said Victor "Before you go though, find Dark. He went back to the prison a couple of nights ago and took back all out weapons and stuff. You can go get your stuff from him."

"Will do" I said. I was relieved that my gear had been retrieved and that it would not fall into the hands of my enemies.

Shadow's POV

When I led the two figures into the room, they stood side by side, then touched the fasteners of their cloaks. Their cloaks fell to the ground, revealing what the figures looked like. They were both women as I had thought before. One, the one who had spoken before, wore a light purple one piece outfit with dark purple symbols on it. She had long pale blond hair which reached beyond her waist. Her light skin sharply contrasted with her forest green eyes.

The other woman wore a purple dress of some reflective material. Silver trim edged it ad drew bright bands of color across it. A silver circlet held back her hair, which was jet black and ended just above her waist. She had light tan skin and light teal eyes which looked at me with an expression that I could not quite read.

"So" I said "Why have you come?"

"TO warn you" said the woman in the one piece outfit "But before I elaborate, allow me to introduce myself and my companions. I am Aleeta, my spirit companion is Tanya as I said before, this is Lani, and her spirit companion is Mirage."

Do you know who any of those are? I asked Illusion I mean other than Tanya. You already told me about her.

*Not about Aleeta or Lani* said Illusion *I know Mirage very well though. After all, she is my wife.*

Really? I asked incredulously Why didn't you tell me before now that you were married?

*Well I didn't know if she was alive until today* said Illusion *I did not want to have to bring it up.*

"So" said Aleeta "We have come to warn you of a a threat we have learned of which has come to the Overworld."

"You mean Teloxen?" I asked "I already knew about that."

"No" said Aleeta "Do you think we would come here now to tell you about something that has been going on for more than ten years?"

"I suppose that does not make much sense" I admitted "So what is this threat?"

"The chaos lords Zeren and Sallen have returned" said Lani "They are at work in the Overworld, though we do not know what they are trying to accomplish. Especially since a chaos lord already rules in the realm they are concealing themselves in."

*I could see why they would want to go into a realm which is controlled by another of their kind* said Illusion *But if they are hiding themselves, they must not want Teloxen to know that they have come. Perhaps Teloxen is not working for the benefit of the Chaos lords as a whole, but rather for his own advancement. It would not be the first time such a thing had been done by their kind.*

*No it would not* said Tanya *Chaos kind will do whatever will benefit themselves most of all, regardless of what harm it will cause to others.*

"Aleets has said that she needs to go to the Overworld" said Lani "But I will stay here. I am not exactly very good in combat anyway, so I figure I will be of more use here.

From The Dark Denizen to Sallen:Is Teloxen actually weaker then you and this Zeren? The way he spoke was like he was taking orders or being directed by Zeren.

Sallen: Yes, Teloxen is indeed quite a bit weaker than either me or Zeren. This is partially because Teloxen is a lot younger than either of us. Teloxen is also only half chaos lord, which limits his power substantially. Mostly though, its just because Teloxen is not all that great at being a chaos lord. It is not exactly a life for someone who wants to do things honorably and that kind of stuff.

Zeren: He is also weaker than me because I am the best! I am so great in fact that I get to be in charge of all the other Chaos lords.

From The Dark Denizen to Notchie: why is your name just Notch's name with a ie? Do you find it a bit strange or were you named that to honor Notch or something like that?

Notchie: I actually asked my mum pretty much this same question when I was little. What she said was that in the Aether, many people are named after leaders of the realm, like Notch or the Valkyrie queen. They change or add a few letters in order to keep their kid from having exactly the same name as like ninety percent of their friends.
