Rosalie sat down in a meadow she had found when they first moved away, it was a place where she came to think about everything that had happened between her family and her, including Bella. She had realized by that point just how much her sister meant to her and she did not want to hurt her sister anymore. She wanted to find a way for them to be able to become close. Though the first step would be overcoming the remaining pains from what had happened. For Rosalie it was starting by reading her song.
With shaking hands she opened the song and began to read it, she was determined to finish it all in one go and to understand everything about the song before she even thought of going to see Bella about it. She could tell Bella was a forgiving person and she had said as much in her letter, but would she accept Rose if she decided to try and do this, to try and regain her little sister's trust? Rose ran a hand through her long blonde hair before sitting down to read the song, imagining her little sister's melodic voice singing it in her head. Having heard Bella sing to Carlisle, Rose could easily picture the voice and found herself humming along softly as she read.

Rose sat there and cried for a few minutes before she could hear her brain start to work again. She was realizing that Bella understood Rose was there for her in some way even though she had acted like a total bitch to the girl. She knew what she did was inexcusable but her sister was willing to try. So was she know that she had put herself at peace with everything she needed to think about before visiting her sister.
Slowly she stood and put the song in her back pocket before taking off running, finding Bella at the house. She knew Alice had got everybody out the house for her and she nervously knocked on Bella's door before hearing the words she delighted and hated at the same time. "Come on in Rosalie." Rose dusted herself down one last time before entering, noticing Bella wave a seat on the bed next to her.
"Bella I am so so sorry for the way I treated you, there was no reason for it and I hope you can find it in your heart to forgive me for what I did to you, I know it will take time but I was hoping… maybe one day we could be sisters?" Rosalie barely had time to finish her sentence before Bella launched herself in to Rose's arms, dry sobbing and hugging her tightly, muttering her thanks to the girl who was holding her. Rose buried her own face in Bella's hair as she murmured comforting words to her. The last thing she heard was the click of a camera before they both looked up to see their mother, taking a photo of their first true family moment.
For them it wasn't much but it was the start of the healing of their family.
