A/N Hey guys! I'm really sorry it's taken me so long to update! I've been busy with school and then my computer stopped working so I had to get a new one which is a WHOLE different story! So anyway I really hope you guys enjoy this chapter and I am very glad to be back writing for this story. I guess no one really cared for the contest since no one pm'd me with any entries at all. :/ Moving past that I found out that I have been nominated for Bori Fan Of The Year for The Creative Victorious awards on twitter seriously whoever nominated me thank you so much and Victoria Justice followed me on twitter! :) Ok but seriously I missed this story like crazy so I'm going to make up being gone for so long with a cute little fluffy chapter but be ready for drama next chapter.

"Well hello there dear." I said as I wrapped my arms around Tori's waist. He leaned over and kissed the side of her head.

Tori giggled before she intertwined our hands and leaned her head back to connect her lips with mine. "Hey." She then turned around with a wide smile on her face. "What do I owe the pleasure of getting to speak with such a handsome young man?" She said before stepping onto her tip toes and kissing my nose.

I chuckled at her actions before she started swinging our hands side to side, "Well that was a very formal way to say you're glad to see me." Tori smiled at me before she hit my chest. "So I was wondering if you wanted to go out for dinner tonight. We haven't gone out in a while and I thought it'd be a nice way to unwind after a long week."

She smiled at me before she shook her head, "I wish I could but I have a huge project due for my vocals class next week and I haven't even started it yet." I let out a sigh and rolled my eyes at her. "Look this teacher is very strict and I need to do well on this project. It counts for thirty percent of my grade for the semester."

"Oh come on. Pushing it back one more day won't hurt." She shook her head and looked down before I placed my hand on her chin and made her look back at me, "Please? We haven't been able to spend much time together this week. I miss you. I miss tickling you." I leaned in and whispered in her ear, "I miss lying in bed with you." I looked back at her to see a smile on her face and a blush on her cheeks. "Just dinner and a walk in the park that's all I ask. Be a rebel for once."

She let out a chuckle before releasing a sigh and looked up at me before she nodded her head. "Fine you win Oliver. But if I do poorly on this project I'm blaming it all on you."

I smiled and kissed her forehead before I moved to her side and took her hand. She smiled and leaned into my side as we walked outside of the school with her. She stood on her tip toes and whispered in his ear, "I missed lying in your bed with you too."

I walked up to her door in a black dress jacket with a white button down shirt underneath. I had told her to dress nice since we would be going out to a nice restaurant. I raised my hand to knock on the door and hit the wood door three times before stepping back and waiting for someone to open the door. A few seconds later Holly opens the door, "Oh Beck it's so nice to see you again. Tori's upstairs getting ready. Why don't you come inside and relax for a little bit?" Holly said while taking a step to the side, waving me in.

"You're sure it's no problem?" I asked noticing Mr. Vega was sitting on the couch and I had a feeling he didn't like me that much.

"Now why on earth would it be a problem? Come in it's chilly." Holly said before she gestured me to come inside one last time. I hesitantly walked inside and stood beside the door as Mr. Vega stayed on the couch, not sparing me a glance. I walked over and took a seat on the opposite couch that David was sitting on. "I'm just going to go upstairs and check on Tori. I'll be right back." Holly then walked behind the couch and disappeared up the stairs.

I shifted on the couch uncomfortable and watched the game Mr. Vega had on. I watched along in silence and glanced at Mr. Vega. He took a sip of his beer before putting it down on the coffee table. "I think we need to talk, Beck." He said muting the game and looking at the side of my head.

I turned to make eye contact with him and lightly nodded my head before I ran my hand through my hair, "Yeah I agree."

David released a sigh and rubbed the back of his neck, "Ok about the dinner, I'm sorry about the way I acted. You were right, I was overwhelming you with all of those questions and you're probably already nervous about the future. The last thing you needed was your girlfriend's father hounding you about it. Look I haven't seen my daughter this happy in a very long time and if you make her happy, that's all that matters to me. She told me how she feels about you and I can only hope you feel the same way towards her. You do seem like a very nice young man and I really hope I don't have to hurt you if you hurt my daughter."

I let a smile spread on my face before I spoke, "Apology accepted. I understand why you were hounding me. You want the best guy for your daughter and sometimes I think I'm far from it, but it really does come down to her. But I really care about your daughter, I care about her a lot and I will never try to hurt her. She means too much to me." David sent me a smile before he picked up his drink and took a sip.

He chuckled before he spoke again, "Tori really was right about you."

I furrowed my eyebrows together confused, "In what way sir?"

David looked at me with a slight smirk on his face, "You really are cliche sometimes."

I chuckled and leaned back on the couch before I heard a pair of heels coming down the stairs. I stood up and turned around to see Tori in an elegant dark purple strapless dress. It was tight on her torso but puffed out on the bottom and stopped just above her knees. She wore a black headband and black heels with a dark purple clutch in her hands. Tori walked over to me with a smile and slight blush on her face. I stared at her in awe and took her hand, bringing it up to my lips, "You look..." I trailed off unable to find the right word to describe how amazing she looked.

Tori laughed before she put her head down and hit my chest with her clutch, "You don't look too bad yourself." She said grabbing a hold of my jacket and pulling me closer.

David cleared his throat and stood up from the couch making pull me closer and kiss me. I knew we had to keep it short so I pulled away and looked over at David. Tori turned to look at him too and stuck her tongue out at him. He smiled at her behavior before looking at me, "Have her back before midnight."

"He'll try." Tori retorted with a smirk and I put my hands up in surrender out of shock. David laughed at waved his hand at us telling us to leave.

I reached for her hand and walked her to my truck before kissing her on the lips. "You look amazing." I said before opening her door and helping her inside.

"Mph Tori, you've got to try this." I said absolutely amazed at how good this ice cream cake is.

Tori giggled and took another bite of her chocolate cake. "I can tell your enjoying it because it's all over your face." She said before picking up her napkin and reaching over to wipe my face. When she felt it was clean enough, she leaned in and placed a few pecks on my lips before she sat back down.

"Well I know you're going to enjoy it too," I said before I put some more on my fork and reached over to feed it to her. She laughed before taking the fork into her mouth smiling and I started to pull the fork out of her mouth while lifting it up, successfully getting some ice cream on her nose. She laughed and reached for her napkin, but I beat her to it and kissed the ice cream off her nose. She laughed and leaned in closer to the table and took another bite of her chocolate cake. Our legs entwined under the table and I smiled before I rubbed my foot against hers. She smirked again brushed her knee against mine. I put my fork down and reached for her hand. I took a deep breath and squeezed her hand before speaking, "You remember what I told you about what I was thinking about doing right?"

Tori squinted her eyes at me and leaned in closer just to clarify, "You mean the whole suing your mom thing?"

I nodded my head, looked down, and took a deep breath, "I- I think I'm going to do it."

I looked back up at her to see her with wide eyes and a parted mouth. She let go of my hand and walked around the table to my side. I moved over for her to take a seat next to me. She sat down and looked me in the eyes before she cupped my cheek and kissed me. She reached for my hand and intertwined her other hand with mine. I took my free hand and wrapped it around her waist and puled her against me. After a few more moments she pulled away from me and spoke, "I'm so happy that you're going to try and end her reign or freedom. The bitch really deserves a life behind bars. I'm going to be by your side every step of the way and so will Jade."

I smiled at Tori and pulled her in for one last kiss. I held her face in my hands as she wrapped her arms around my neck. I pulled away from her with a smile on my face, "I think that was the first time I ever heard you curse."

Tori chuckled and put her head down, "Yeah well anyone who messes with the people I-" Tori cut herself off and swallowed before she continued, "care about deserve to be called that by me."

I smiled at her and looked at my ice cream cake that was mostly done before looking back to her, "What do you say we get the check and head to the park?"

Tori smiled and pressed her forehead against mine, "A walk in the park does sound really nice right now."

Tori and I took in the scenery around us as we walked through the park. The path was surrounded with trees and blooming flowers. Tori had her arm hooked around mine as we walked and talked about what we were going to do over the weekend. I bent down and lightly whispered into her ear, "You know what next weekend is right?"

Tori smiled before responding, "Yep our two month anniversary. It went by so fast." Tori said before leaning her head on his shoulder.

I placed my head on top of hers and continued walking. This girl is saving me from total destruction. If it wasn't for her, I wouldn't be seeing a therapist, and I'd be stuck in my RV moping about how messed up my life is. She makes me feel happy.

She makes me feel like I'm worth something.

I notice her stumbling with her heels, they're probably hurting her. I slowly lead her off of the trail and stop underneath a tree. I put my hands on her sides and pull her closer to me before I leaned against the trunk of the tree. Tori smiled and leaned forward connecting our lips. I move my hand to cup her cheek using my other hand to pull her flush against me. She smiles in between the kiss and wraps her arms around my neck, pulling herself up. I let my tongue peek out between my lips and touch her bottom lip. Tori sighed, allowed me in, and pulled me forward trying to get closer to me. Tori then reached for the buttons of my dress jacket and ran her hand down the middle of it before she went under my jacket and shirt and touched my torso. I pulled away from her out of shock and closed my eyes, relishing the feeling of her tracing my abs. I moved her hand out of my shirt and smashed my lips against hers. Tori titled her head to the side and I groaned at the change in her angle.

My hands moved back to her sides and I began to lower her down to the ground. I pinned her hands down on the ground before I broke our lips contact and moved to her neck. Tori moaned softly taking in mind that we were in public, thank god no one else was walking down this trail right now. I pulled away for breathing purposes and looked down at her face. She lightly smiled at me before she got her wrist out of my grip, gripped my hair, and pulled me back down to her awaiting mouth. Her tongue eagerly touched mine as we kept the heated kiss. Her hands then went back to my jacket and she slowly unbuttoned the jacket. Her hands then moved under my jacket and rested on my shoulders before she gripped my jacket at the shoulders and began peeling it off. I moved my arms back, making me collapse on top of her, and helped her take it off. Once it was off, her hands returned to my hair and my mouth moved to her collarbone. I lightly bit down on it and she released a slightly louder moan than before and spoke in a breathy tone, "Beck." She raised her hips to mine and I let out a low groan at the feeling.

I took her lower lip in between her teeth and lightly tugged. She moaned again but opened her eyes and looked hungrily into mine before I released her lip. Right when I leaned down to kiss her again, we heard a giggle and the crunch of leaves being stepped on. I quickly rolled off of her and held her hand. Tori was releasing panting breaths and I rolled onto my side to look at her. She turned her head to look at me and I smiled before placing my hand on her cheek, "You're beautiful."

Tori smiled and placed her hand over mine, "Ehh you're ok looking." She said smiling.

My eyes widened jokingly and I pulled her against me, "You're lucky we're in public because I would've started tickling you by now."

Tori giggled and gave me one last kiss before turning around and wrapping my arms around her. I put my face in the crook of her neck and mouthed, "I love you." Even though she didn't feel it, I hope she knows that I do.
