A/N: Hello my lovely viewers, I do appreciate all your reviews and favorites of my story! Now of course I am clearly not done with the story still got 20 chapters to go! Yes going to be 40 chapters! Of course I established this within the 1st couple chapters. Though I am stomped on some things but I shall continue none the less.

Anyways after this story is done hopefully I'll finish it within 4 months, I'll be starting another story. Of course I won't give ya details but keep on the lookout later in the future. ;-)

Chapter 21

Freeze Tag?!

Sasuke couldn't believe he was already in trouble. Clearly he had a death wish with his mother. Certainly he would of thought that his teacher would of cut him some slack but he was wrong. While Sasuke was rambling with many thoughts in his head, Kakashi was trying to get his attention. The kid most thinks he's in some kind of trouble but he really isn't. He did see the whole exchange when he walked out of his class to go get some things. So of course Sasuke isn't in any trouble, though he's about to be if he keeps ignoring Kakashi trying to get his attention. Sighing he did the only thing that would be effective. He swiftly turned Sasuke around and landed a smack on his little behind.

"Ow! What was that for?"

"For you not paying attention, I've been calling your name for 5 minutes now."

"Oh sorry," the little raven mumbled.

"No worries, I was saying you're not in trouble. I saw the whole thing coming out of the classroom. Later we'll see the principal and you'll tell her your story on what happened."

"Okay," the little raven mumbled once more. They both walked towards the classroom in a hurry considering class already started. Opening and gesturing for Sasuke to follow, Kakashi briefly told all the kids sorry for the wait and all that total nonsense. After settling everyone done and taking attendance Kakashi relaxed a little.

"Alright everyone let's make this a nice day shall we," Kakashi questioned then continued , "Now I hope you all did your math homework last night so let's get that out to start with." Everyone nodded and took out the sheet of homework with drawings of food on it. Kakashi made the sheets himself to represent for food we're apples and strawberries. Basically a guide for kids in learning what was 1+2 or 2+0 meaning. A helpful tip he learned through college course of being a kindergarten teacher. He waited for everyone to pull out there papers before beginning to review over it.

"Alright problem 1, what is 1+6," he questioned then continued, "Now remembers to count how many apples and strawberries are there to determine what the answer is." Instantly a hand was raised.

"Yes Sakura?"

"Well there is 1 apple and 6 strawberries, right?"

"Correct."

"SO we add all of them together and that would be a total of 7 things!"

"Quite right we wouldn't say its 7 apples or 7 strawberries because they are two completely different things that we are adding together so of course we say its 7 in all total." Some kids nodded while others looked bored can't really complain if their bored Kakashi thought. Perhaps later they'll all play a game after recess.

"Alright next problem," he wrote on the board as he was talking, "5+0 is what?"

"Well since the picture said that there is no apples, would it be just 5?"

"Correct Ino, since there is no apples then we don't really add anything but simply count the strawberries that we have which is the answer. It is adding but only adding by zero apples." A few kids looked as if they knew what he was talking about while others looked completely confused.

"Ok another approach, you have no ball to play with but you add 1 jump rope to play. Since you had no ball it just becomes the 1 jump rope since you added it to the one ball. Does that hopefully clear some things up?"

"So even if no ball to play, we can then add 1 jump rope?"

"Exactly Kiba!"

"Ok, I got it now," Kiba nodded while he said that while everyone simply nodded their heads with him in understanding. Kakashi smiled and continued on the rest of the problems with ease (there were only ten problems to do) but it seemed everyone had the hang of it. After going over the homework Kakashi suggested a game can be played if they liked.

"OH! What can we play," Naruto shouted.

"Whatever you guys decide," Kakashi smiled and shrugged.

"Ohhhh let's play freeze tag!"

"No way that's for babies," the raven haired boy said.

"Uh nu-huh Sasuke, plus we're all kids," Naruto said.

"Okay but we don't have a big room to run around in," Sasuke said right back.

"Well we all could always go outside and play on the grounds. Of course the grass part of the field," Kakashi suggested to his students. Everyone at that looked at the teacher and broke out into grins.

"Yeah can we really?"

"Sure I don't see why not."

"Yes," everyone said together except for a certain snort from a raven haired boy, that being said everyone lined up to go out the door. Kakashi of course was keeping them in line he directed the kids out of the classroom but no before grabbing his keys and wallet with him. This should be fun Kakashi thought.

Sasuke was really excited early he was a bit snotty because he doesn't know how to play freeze tag. He's played hide and seek, even played regular tag but never got to play freeze tag before. As he was walking in line with the rest of the class towards the doors leading to outside he couldn't help but smile. Today should be a good day he thought, minus the trouble early. He really hoped he won't get into trouble. Hopefully no one will mess with…well who was he kidding? Trouble is always surrounding him. Shrugging a little he walked outside while the door was being held by his teacher. Man was it nice outside he thought. Not too cold or hot but just right. He looked at his surroundings the birds we're chirping and the flowers looked bright as ever. Everything seemed so peaceful he almost didn't see where he was going till he got pulled back by the collar.

"What the heck?"

"Oh shush you almost tripped over that rock Sasuke," Kakashi shook his head at such clumsiness, "Come on we need to pick who the person will be for round 1." He walked along next to his teacher briefly glancing at the school then back. He got into line with everyone else once everybody was on the field Kakashi spoke.

"Okay now the question is who will be the person to go first in trying to freeze everyone else?"

"Erm.. let's vote on it?"

"Sure Kiba but I have a better idea," glancing quickly over the crowd of his little students he continued, "I'll choose…and I choose Sasuke first." Brief giggles and gasps we're heard. The little raven looked a bit terrified for a second till he sheepishly raised his hand up slowly.

"Yes Sasuke?"

"Um…I really don't know how to play freeze tag," the little raven mumbled while everyone gasped at what he said.

"Oh Sasuke you really don't?"

"No Naruto I don't," the raven snapped before continuing, "Never really had the chance."

"Well we can show you Sasuke," both Ino and Sakura shrieked together.

"Yeah it's pretty easy," Kiba chimed in.

"Ok," the little raven mumbled some more. Kakashi walked up towards Sasuke and patted his back for reassurance.

"Basically Sasuke you are the tagger and you try to tag as many as you can, but light taps not hard shoving taps," Kakashi paused to see Sasuke nod then continued, " after I get done counting to 30 seconds I'll stop and see how many people you tagged, then you can choose whose next."

"Okay I think I got it now," Sasuke said.

"Good everyone shall we begin," everyone nodded slightly, "Alright on your mark get set…..and go!" Everyone race around trying to avoid the little raven, who was chasing people left and right. Sasuke went for Shikamaru and tagged him out, then moved on towards Naruto, dodging others as he went. He tagged Naruto when he was right towards his left side, instantly earning a groan from him.

"Oh Sasuke dang it," he glanced back at Naruto and chuckled at his frozen position. He had one foot out while the other was in midair and his arms flailed about as if he we're a bird.

"Sorry Naruto," he said, before advancing on the girls. Both Ino and Sakura tried to out run him but he got to them to quickly and tagged them easily. Both girls giggled and froze for a dramatic effective. He couldn't help but roll his eyes at that. He was about to advance on Kiba when Kakashi called out.

"Times up, stay frozen everyone so I can count how many Sasuke got," some nodded while others cheered for glory that they didn't get tagged.

"Okay I count about four people you tagged Sasuke not bad for a beginner," the little raven beamed with pride at being praised by Kakashi.

"Thanks," he mumbled.

"Alright everyone can relax none least those of you who were tagged," Kakashi chuckled then continued , "Now Sasuke gets to pick who goes next but he only gets to pick from the people he tagged." The four that we're tagged groaned with annoyance.

"Oh Mr. Hatake you never said that?"

"Well Naruto I just added the rule. I'm the side line coach I can if I choose too," Kakashi said with a grin. A few giggles from his students we're heard here and there. He couldn't help but smile at his students.

"So Sasuke who do you choose?" The little raven thought for a moment briefly glancing from the four he tagged before grinning.

"I choose Naruto," he said and smiled at their reactions. Three of them sighed in relief before Naruto whined in annoyance.

"Oh alright huff I'll go next," Naruto said.

"Good now everyone get ready," Kakashi glanced to see nods here and there, "Get set…..GO!"
