The Love of a Spy - Chapter 21
A/N: Thank you for the reviews on the previous chapter. Don't forget to review.
Last nights events still weighed heavy on Olivia's mind. Everything that had happened between her and her father, everything Jake had told her, she just couldn't wrap her head around it all. She was still trying to figure things out, and having Jake lay asleep next to her didn't help. She looked down on him, still trying to figure out what to do. He was sound asleep. She watched as his chest rose up and down.
She was then distracted by a knock at her door. She got up, leaving Jake alone, to open the door. She was greeted by a tall muscular man in a uniform. He had a boiler reader in his hand and big smile on his face, he seemed friendly enough.
"Sorry to disturb you mam, just here to read your boiler and check your gas." He informed her.
"Oh, uhm, yeah sure. Come on in." She said quietly, stepping aside allowing him to enter. She pointed him to the direction of her meter and strolled back to her room. She shut the door immediately behind her and watched as Jake fluttered his eyes open.
"Hey." He said to her nervously. He rose up from bed and glared at her, wondering what she was thinking about.
"Do you, want a coffee or something?" Olivia nervously asked.
"Uhm, sure. Thanks" He answered
He watched on as she went off to the kitchen but called out to her before she could.
"Hey, thanks for letting me stay last night."
She stepped back into the room and leaned up against the door. "Well, I had no choice did I? You were distraught. I couldn't let you go home in that state." Olivia explained
"Thank you." He said.
"I'll get your coffee." Olivia whispered as she strolled off to her kitchen. She returned with two piping hot mugs in hand and rested hers onto her bedside table and gave Jake his.
Olivia was about to speak to him but she was interrupted.
"It's all done Miss." The boiler man said to her as he stepped into the room.
"Oh, thank you. You can let yourself out." Olivia told him,. She knew it was a little rude but she had more important things to deal with at that moment.
"What's up?" Jake asked her, knowing something was up
"Nothing. Nothing is wrong."
He raised his hand to rub her shoulder and she shifted away.
"You still hate me." Jake sighed as he looked down
"I don't hate you Jake, but what do you expect? You think just because I let you sleep here last night things between us were settled?"
"No of course not, but I thought you'd at least understand." Jake answered
"I, I do. But you lied to me. You have lied to me for months. I can't let that slide Jake, I just can't." She explained to him.
"What can I do, what do you need me to do. I'll do anything. Please Olivia, you're all I have." He pleaded as he rubbed her arm. Surprisingly to him, she didn't shift away, and accepted his comfort.
"It's not about doing Jake, I have to learn to trust you again."
"I get that, and I'll do anything, I will. I didn't want to hurt you, I didn't." Jake said to her.
"I know, I know." Olivia said resting her hand on his leg. A tear streamed down her face as she looked down, trying her best to hold it all in and hide it from Jake.
"Hey, hey. Don't cry." Jake pleaded with her as he brought her chin up and wiped her tears away. She glared into his bold green eyes as he did hers and they stayed like that for a minute, taking each other in, before Olivia immediately but slowly went in to kiss him.
It was brief but moving, a touching slow peck on his lips. It took Jake by surprise and he just stared back at her, wondering if she was going to go in again, but no, this time it was his turn.
He held her cheek and she embraced it, resting her hand on his, allowing him to pull her in for another moment. She grabbed hold of his face and immediately embraced his kiss.
Their tongues entwined and wrestled around each others mouths, becoming more active with it.
Jake pulled her down onto her side of the bed and lay on top of her, slowly creeping his hand up her leg while still kissing her, and slid down her lace underwear. He moved over to her neck as she breathed heavily and ran her fingers through his hair and her other hand up and down his back.
He rose up to fully remove her underwear, looking down at her as he did and he pulled them off of her feet, kissing her ankles before he moved back down.
She pushed her hands towards his boxers and moved them down too and she could feel her centre getting wetter.
His gaze stayed fixed on her face as he continued to kiss her animalistically before rising up again to assist in the removal of his boxers.
His member sprung out and she watched in awe as he lowered himself, spread her legs and entered her.
"Ugh." She moaned out and he slid into her entrance slowly. She was staring directly into his eyes as he was hers. He leaned down into her to kiss her more passionately.
She wrapped her hands around his neck and pulled him in closer, wrapping her legs around him tighter allowing him.
He slowly and rhythmically moved in and out of her, keeping the passion. He locked eyes with her and stroked her face.
He continued to move in and out of her, letting really feel each and every stroke and he was close to his climax. Before he knew it, they were both reaching the finish line in unison and were struggling to catch their breaths.
When done, they lay down in each others arms for around an hour before one of them began to discuss the elephant in the room.
"So, what are gonna do? You know, about my father." She asked him as she clasped her hands in his.
"We're, not doing anything. This is my problem. I don't want you getting involved." Jake stressed
"No way. This is OUR problem, we're in a relationship. Your problems are mine and vice versa. I wanna help you Jake, I do, but you have to let me in." She explained to him.
He looked down at her and smiled. "I love you." He said to her, stunning himself in the process. He hadn't been seeing her long but the way she made him feel, there was no denying it. He loved her, he loved her with all his heart.
Olivia looked up at him slightly shocked with her mouth slightly open. "I, I love you too." She smiled, and she meant it. She had never felt this way about another man before but there was something about Jake that completely had her falling for him.
