Chapter 21: Finding A Treasure

Pikachu groggily rubbed at his eyes as he slowly woke up. After a tired pause, his eyes snapped open. Oh no, what time was it!?

Sitting up, he frantically looked around at the room he was in. When he saw that it was still dark, he sighed in relief and lay back down against the sofa. Oh, thank goodness… he still had time to escape the lab!

Looking to the side, he saw that the television thing was still on, illuminating the room. He'd enjoyed watching it practically all day, he wouldn't lie. Just him on the sofa watching stuff all day alone, with no other pokémon to bother him. He'd expected to have to share it with some other pokémon… but there weren't any in the building right now. Not until the researcher did his starter give out thing, anyway. Not that Pikachu was complaining. More sofa for him! Not to mention more snacks...!

… TV was a pleasure he would miss once he was back in the wild, but oh well. It beat having a trainer boss him around all day.

He rolled around and, with a little difficulty, stood up. Looking over the sofa, a wide grin spread across his face when he saw the researcher guy. He was at his table, sleeping while still somehow doing 'paperwork'.

Yep. This was the absolute perfect time to put his plan into action!

Hopping off the sofa, he took one last look at whatever was on the TV. It was a weird show about some trainer's clefairy destroying a bunch of creatures he didn't recognize. It actually looked pretty interesting, but he didn't have the time to watch, alas.

Slowly creeping to the door, he gave it a push. His heart nearly stopped dead when it wouldn't open. What!? Why wasn't it opening!?

After a few more attempts, he threw his arms up in annoyance. Frick!

… Well, there was always the front door, he supposed. Maybe that would open, instead.

He slowly crept over to the front of the building. As he crept by the researcher, he heard some mumbling coming from the man.

"Pikachu the mouse… Brilliant starter pokémon… means less angry mobs…" he grumbled.

Pikachu tilted his head. What was that supposed to mean?

He shrugged. Well, poetic as that sounded, he wasn't about to go along with it! He began towards the front of the building again.

The second he reached it, he tried to open the front door. Annoyingly, the same thing happened again. Nothing! Aghh!

He was about to growl out an angry explicit… when he felt something blow against his face. Wind…

Something was open. He could feel it!

Wasting no time, he followed the cold air blowing through the building. Eventually, he found a window in one of the rooms. Much to his utter delight, the top of it was open! Heck, it was even easy to climb up to!

Holding back the urge to cackle evilly, he leaped up onto the platform next to it. Before he could clamber up, though, he spotted something in the distance outside. It was a little too dark to make out properly, but it was quickly coming up the huge flight of stairs that led to the lab. A pokémon, perhaps?

Curious, Pikachu continued to watch from the window. As the pokémon moved closer and closer to the building, Pikachu's eyes widened. Huh, wasn't that the male pokémon that'd tried catching him earlier? What was he doing here?

… Wait, unless… he and his dumb family were still looking for him! All so their trainer could force him onto the team! Oh, forget that!

Thankfully, the strange pokémon hadn't seemed to notice him, despite how oddly skittish he looked. Though, to be fair, he'd have difficulty with noticing the mouse. It was dark in the building, so he'd have to have some dang good eyesight. All the same, Pikachu stood deathly still.

As the pokémon got closer still, Pikachu noticed something in his arms. Looking carefully, he saw that it was… an oval-shaped ball? Wait, no… an egg. Like… his kid's egg? The heck was he doing, parading that around at this time of night? And where was the mother?

Very soon, the pokémon got too close to the building for Pikachu to see him anymore. After a slightly long pause, however, the mouse heard him mutter something.

"[… This… is for the best. For everyone. Yeah…]" he mumbled. Sounds of shuffling followed suit and then he quickly moved back into view. He began towards the huge flight of stairs that led to the town.

… Weird. Pikachu didn't know what to make of that. What did that guy mean 'for the best'? And why was he leaving now, after coming all this way?

… Wait…

Where was the egg?

Pikachu nearly fell off the platform he was on in shock. No. No, no, no. He was seeing things wrong. There was no way someone could do something so… awful.

He focused as hard as he could on the retreating pokémon, who was already making some progress down the stairs. It was fairly dark, but sure enough to the mouse's horror… he was empty handed.

Pikachu froze to the spot in shock. How… How could someone do this? How could…?

… A sudden memory of his parents flashed by his mind. His stupid dad, who'd left the second he'd been able to… and his mom, who had… pretty much done this.

… He scowled hard enough to get a headache. No. Not this. Not again!

Jumping up, he grabbed the top of the window and climbed through. Leaping to the grassy ground, he glanced behind him. Sure enough, the blue egg was sitting on the doorstep of the building. Alone.

Pikachu growled. That… bastard! "[Hey! Get back here!]" he yelled in utter rage.

Yelping, the pokémon stopped in his tracks and looked back at the mouse. Even though it was dark, he saw a look of fear on his face. After a pause, he surrounded himself in water and dashed down the stairs like a missile.

Pikachu hissed through his teeth. Aghh, now he was gonna be harder to catch up to! Still, Pikachu was going to manage it! For the baby!

He got to his fours and geared himself up to run. A noise and a flash of light from behind stopped him in his tracks, though. Oh, now what?

He turned around, expecting the researcher to come bursting out of the building. What he did see made him gasp as he felt the blood drain from his face.

… It was coming from the egg. It had started glowing while making humming noises. A sign that it was about to hatch.

Pikachu nearly gagged on air. No! How!? How could it do this now!?

He frantically looked back and forth between the egg and down the stairs. The awful father was rapidly nearing the bottom of them, now. Whether he knew about what his egg was doing right now or not, Pikachu didn't know, but all the same.

The mouse's brain kept telling him to chase after the guy, but he was rooted to the spot. His feet refused to do anything. Just what could he do!? He couldn't just leave something alone as it was hatching!

The seconds passed. The mouse kept looking back and forth, keeping an eye on both the pokémon and the egg. The pokémon was now getting off the stairs, and the egg's shape had started changing. Then, with a very bright flash, the egg was gone. In its place was a small, tubby aquatic mammal, who was sitting there.

… The kid had been born.

Pikachu's eyes went as wide as they could go. H-How could this be happening right now? He was witnessing the first moments of someone else's kid's life. Something the mother, that really excited parent-to-be, should have been watching. And yet…

The kid groggily opened its eyes for the first time in its life. It looked around in confusion until its eyes met Pikachu's. After blinking a few times, it beamed brightly.

"[Poppa!]" it called out, sounding fairly boyish. It… or he pushed himself to his feet and happily stumbled over towards Pikachu. "[Poppa! Poppa! Heehee!]"

… Oh no. Taking a few steps back, Pikachu waved his paws defensively. "[N-No, I'm not… uhhh…]" Yelping, he dodged to the side to avoid a hug from the kid.

Frantically waving his arms for balance, the baby fell onto his paws and knees. He gave Pikachu a look of confusion. "[P-Poppa?]"

… Pikachu exhaled heavily through his nose. Drat. Now what? Quickly looking down the hill, he saw the deadbeat father making his way through the town nearby. With lots of sprinting, Pikachu could still track him down! But…

He looked over at the kid, who was looking at the mouse pleadingly, as if begging him to come over. Aghh, if he left, though, who would look after this baby!? He looked heavy, so carrying him along was out of the question. Pikachu would be dead from a broken spine before the baby was even a day old! And the chances of him following behind were very slim, being a newborn, and all…

… No. Pikachu had a plan. "[H-Hey, um… baby. I, er…]" he started.

"[Poppa?]" the kid asked, tilting his head.

"[… Y-Yeah, um… I'm gonna get him, but you've just… gotta stay here for a bit, alright? Just for a bit. I'll be right back, so…]" Pikachu moved towards the stairs.

"[N-No! Poppa! No!]" the baby called out, getting up and holding his arms out. He looked like he was about to tear up. "[N-No go!]"

The sight tugged at Pikachu's heartstrings, but he simply had no choice. "[N-No, it'll be fine, kid, alright? J-Just… wait a sec…]" He began to run down the stairs, constantly reassuring himself that what he was doing was right.

"[N-No…!]" the kid started, voice wavering. A few seconds later, he burst into tears. "[Poppaaaaa!]"

Pikachu skidded to a halt. Aghhhhhh, freaking hell…

… No, he couldn't do it. He wanted justice as much as anybody else, but… he couldn't abandon this baby.

He didn't want to be like his dad.

Sighing deeply, he made his way back up the stairs. "[A-Alright, don't be scared! I'm here, I'm here!]" he said as he got to the top.

Gasping, the baby stopped rubbing tears from his eyes to look at him. "[Poppaaa!]" he called out, stumbling towards Pikachu.

"[Y-Yeah, er… Ack!]" Pikachu yelped as the kid wrapped both arms around him.

"[No go…]" the baby mumbled, burying his head into Pikachu's chest.

Pikachu didn't know how to respond at all. Looking to the side, his heart sank to the pit of his stomach. That frigging father had vanished from sight. To where, Pikachu didn't know… but either way, he was long gone.

Tears stung at the mouse's eyes. Damn it all…! He'd failed this kid so hard. And… he'd failed the mother, too. She'd seemed so happy to have a baby. But now…

The baby calmed down slightly. Pikachu sucked up his pride and wrapped his arms around the kid, making him squeal in delight. "[Yeah…]" the mouse murmured. "[… No go.]"

Pikachu's eyes slowly opened. What…? … Oh, a memory dream? Tsk…

He groggily rubbed his eyes. He drew his paw back in surprise when he realized that it was slightly wet. Gosh… the ending to that dream must've really gotten to him.

Remembering the events of the dream, he clenched his fist. He never had gotten justice for what that stupid deadbeat dad had done. For all Pikachu knew, he might've gotten away with it scot-free. All he would've had to do was lie and say that someone from Team Rocket had stolen the egg, or something, and then he'd have been fine. Heck, he might've even been praised for 'trying to stop them', or something stupid like that.

He flinched when he felt pressure on top of him. Huh...? Sitting up slightly, he saw Ash half-lying on top of him with his feet poking out the top of his sleeping bag. Ughhh, not again...

Taking a calming breath, Pikachu rolled out from under his trainer and stood up. Looking through the hole torn into the top of the tent, he saw that the moon was still high in the sky. It was probably just a bit past midnight, or something.

He took a deep breath. It was late, but he didn't feel very tired, so... eh. Time for a walk. He needed one to cool off. He really hated that memory for a reason. It wasn't an entirely bad one, because it was the one where he'd met the kid… where he'd met Chester... but all the same.

Stepping over Ash, he made his way out of the trainer's horribly-built tent. Once out, he took a deep breath through his nose. The cool night air soothed him a good deal.

Staring up into the starry sky, he began to recall parts of that memory again. He frowned when he remembered his thoughts on his parents.

Ugh… it really had been like how his parents had treated him, hadn't it? Escaping parental duties without a care in the world...

With nothing better to do, he tried to recall that day…

Pichu'd huffed and huffed some more, while carrying a huge bunch of small baby berries back to his nest. Phew…! So heavy! He wished he could have some help…

He yelped when a bunch of the berries went tumbling away from him. Ugh… so annoying…! It was like being with one of those trainees, or whatever they were called. So much hassle and exercise…!

Picking them all up again, he tried his best to balance them as he stumbled all the way back home.

Later, after many more bumbles and stumbles, he finally made it back home. "[D-Dad! I'm back!]" he called up the tree.

Dad peered over the side of their nest. "[Oh, neat. You got some good ones, this time,]" he called down. "[Much better than last time.]"

"[Th-Thanks, Dad!]" Pichu'd called back, leaning against the tree to catch his breath.

Dad yawned loudly and looked like he was thinking about whether to come down or not. After a little while, he shrugged and flew down, making sure to hold his leek in his beak. When he landed, he removed his leek and gave Pichu'd a pat on the head. "[Um, good work, and all that,]" the duck said.

Pichu'd smiled brightly. Oh, goody! Dad had actually remembered to praise him this time! He must've done really well!

Dropping his leek on the floor, Dad searched through the berries before picking out a bunch and then eating them messily.

While watching him, Pichu'd's belly grumbled. Ohh, he really wanted to have a taste, himself… but no. He had to wait his turn, just like normal.

Soon, Dad chewed down on the berries he had in his mouth extra hard. When he was done, he heaved them onto the floor. "[Ugh… alright… there's yours,]" he mumbled.

Pichu'd pulled a face. Ick… he hated being too little for solid berries. That's what Dad kept telling him, anyway. Oh well, at least the duck had stopped doing it straight into his mouth. That'd been even worse…

Moving over to his lunch, the mouse took a deep breath and shoved some of it in. He cringed while swallowing. It tasted the same as always. Icky and squicky. Still, it was good for him, so he had to make do.

Dad had gone back to eating as many berries as he could. He squawked suddenly after eating one of them, though.

Pichu'd jumped at the sudden cry. "[Ah, Dad, what's wrong?]" he asked, turning towards him.

Dad held up a half-eaten blue berry. "[Ugh, you got a bitter one!]" Dad said, sounding a bit annoyed. "[Try being more careful, next time, alright?]"

"[Oh no! S-Sorry, Dad!]" Pichu'd responded.

"[S'alright. You know now. I guess,]" Dad responded, picking up his leek. It turned all metallic as he swung it into the berry, knocking it high into the air. After that, he went back to eating as many berries as he could.

Pichu'd sighed. He was so bad at getting the right berries. But hey! He was getting way, way better at carrying them all! So that was something-

He felt a sharp pain in his head. Eek! He flopped onto his belly. Oww, what was…?

Looking forwards, he saw that blue berry from before right in front of him. Tsk… it smelled so much better than the gunk to his side, but…

Wait… it still had a huge bite in it… That meant it was okay to eat, right?

… Well, probably not, but he really wanted something that wasn't Dad's nasty gunk, so…

Sitting up, he picked it up and put it in his mouth. He coughed and spluttered when it didn't slip down his throat like it was supposed to. Oh no! He knew he shouldn't have tried to cheat the system! Dad had been right! He really was still too young for big boy foods!

He turned to Dad - who was distracted by the berries - and tried to call out to him. He couldn't make any noises loud enough to get his attention, though. It was getting really, really hard to breathe, too. Ahhh…!

Panicking, he madly prodded at his throat, trying to get it out. It made him cough really badly, but, thankfully, the berry shot out of his throat and onto his tongue.

He took a deep breath of air and- … Oh gosh… that berry in his mouth… it was delicious.

He carefully suckled on it. The more he did it, the tastier it got. Ohhhh, what had he been missing out on!?

It hit his teeth, making him yelp and bite down in surprise. It crunched and broke apart.

He was so surprised that he almost spat it out. Curious, he tried biting again and again and again. Eventually, it was small enough for him to…

He gulped as hard as he could. It went down his throat with no problems at all.

Ohhhhhh! He'd done it! He'd eaten his first big boy food, and it'd been delicious!

He smiled so much that his face hurt. He was so happy!

He was about to tell Dad, when… he felt really strange. Looking down, he yelped when he noticed how bright he'd gotten! Ack! W-What was going on!?

He kept getting brighter and brighter and brighter. A little bit later, he'd gotten so bright that even Dad had noticed. He looked like he was saying something, but Pichu'd couldn't hear him over all the sparkling coming out of him. Soon after, he was glowing so bright that he couldn't even see Dad, either.

He was so scared… yet, at the same time… he had such a weird feeling of happiness. He couldn't describe it. What was this feeling…?

Suddenly, all of the glowing and sparkling stopped at once with a bright explosion of light. Blinking, he looked around. Huh… why was everything so much shorter? Had he grown? He looked down at his body.

He nearly jumped out of his skin. "[Wahh! What h-happened to me!?]" he cried, quickly looking all around himself. He was taller, he had a longer tail, his ears felt bigger and he had… fingers! Wow, it was like he'd become a real grown-up!

His fear went away, replaced with lots of happiness. Yay~! He was a big boy~!

"[Wow…]" Dad mumbled in surprise. "[So you evolved, huh?]"

"[Evolved?]" Pichu'd asked, turning to face him. … Wow, he was almost as big as Dad, now. It was so weird…

"[Yeah. So, er… guess I'll have to call you Pikachu'd, now, or something.]"

"[Pikachu'd? Er… that'll be hard to get used to, but okay…]" Pichu'd replied. … Er, Pikachu'd replied.

"[Um… anyway, yeah. Good job, I guess.]"

Pich- Pikachu'd's eyes widened. Wow… Dad was so proud of him! He so much happier than before. "[Th-Thanks, Dad!]" he replied, smiling super widely.

"[Er… how'd it happen? I think your mom told me that pichus evolve when they feel really happy, or whatever. Never got to hear any more from that dumb pikachu before she went running, but… well, yeah.]" He looked Pikachu'd up and down for a bit. "[Y'know, speaking of which… I guess you kinda look like her now, from what little I saw of that worthless wh- Er, woman.]"

"[Ohh, really? Neat, I guess I got her gen- je- ... jeans? Yeah, jeans!]"

"[Apparently. Anyway, yeah, what made you evolve, d'you think? I'm actually curious.]"

"[Oh yeah! Well… I ate a berry, and it tasted really good.]"

Dad blinked. "[… What? Like… an actual berry?]"

"[Huh? Y-Yeah…]" Oh no. Was Dad gonna get angry at him for eating the wrong kind of food?

Dad stared at him for a while. Eventually, he smiled widely. "[Ha, at last! You're old enough to eat on your own!]"

"[… Huh?]"

"[Guess that means it's time…]" Dad held his leek out towards Pikachu'd. "[… Here you go.]"

"[Er…]" Pikachu'd mumbled. Shrugging, he took it and held it. "[… Th-Thanks?]"

"[Now you're a man… so, er… good luck out there.]" Dad flapped his wings and flew away into the sky.

Pikachu'd suddenly felt very nervous. "[W-Where're you going, Dad!?]"

"[Back to my lazy, child-free life! Bye, forever!]" he yelled, flying higher and higher.

Pikachu'd gasped. "[No! Wait! Stop!]" Dropping the leek, he chased after Dad as fast as he could. "[I-I'm sorry I evolved! Please come back!]" His eyes started to sting. "[P-Please!]"

Dad didn't hear him and just flew far away. Too far for Pikachu'd to catch him.

Stopping, Pikachu'd sobbed. What was he going to do now? He'd never been alone before. He didn't know how to live on his own.

No… if only he hadn't eaten that stupid berry and evolved, then he would still have a dad… he would still have a family…

He stayed there and cried for a long, long time.

Pikachu'd didn't know how long he'd stayed in place, crying… but now he was all out of tears. Feeling his belly grumble, he slowly walked back home to his tree. Every step he took felt weirdly heavy. Though maybe not as heavy as his heart…

When he made it back to the tree, he whimpered when he saw Dad's leek. It was weird… but he kind of didn't want to have it. It just made him sad, now…

Noticing the pile of berries Dad had left behind, he felt his stomach rumble fiercely. Ohh, he was hungry…

Hm. Well, with no father to feed him, he guessed that it was time to eat like a grown-up. He reached forwards for a berry. He'd liked the blue berry that Dad hadn't liked, so he decided to eat another blue one just like it.

… It was really tasty. He kept on eating them. He couldn't stop, even when his eyes started stinging again.

Pikachu huffed angrily. He remembered now... it'd been thanks to that day that the mouse had dedicated so many years of his life to being an anti-social glutton.

Well... half-anti-social. He hadn't minded talking to any wild pokémon he'd come across. Hence how he even knew the names of the berries in the first place. But all the same, he hadn't exactly been a social butterfly, either. All because he hadn't wanted to lose them like his dad...

Tsk... honestly, if he'd had any good friends or even his mother, he might not have even minded his dad leaving. The duck had been a total dung heap. Still, he'd been all Pikachu'd had at the time. Heh... or maybe it'd 'been all Pikachu'd'd had at the time'. His old name had been so dumb. The one he had right now wasn't exactly a crowning achievement of imagination, but he preferred it.

He breathed out a deep sigh. Oh well... he was happier now, at least. Not only had he avoided turning out like his dad - though he had gotten close, once - he'd really made a life for himself. He'd gotten himself a son-figure... he'd gotten himself a best friend, as well as many other friends... Heck, he'd even gotten himself a freaking girlfriend, of all things. So maybe it wasn't good to stay hung up on the past so much.

Honestly, the only thing he truly regretted in life was the gunk he'd had to eat, up to his abandonment. Pokémon babies didn't even need to have their food mashed up for them, so where his dad had gotten that idea from was a mystery. Maybe it had something to do with the mouse's granddad, or something. He'd been a pidgeotto, apparently, and according to TV, birds fed their young that way. He'd never seen a bird pokémon do that, but it wasn't impossible. Probably.

Oh well… didn't matter now. He had all the good food he could ever want these days. He even had people he cared for to share it with! Who could ask for more?

Smiling lightly, he decided to go for a short stroll to relax himself. On the way, he accidentally nudged his foot against a short stick.

He stared at it. Unable to resist, he picked it up and began twirling it around, as if it were a baton. Or, more accurately... as if it were a leek. One of the few skills his dad had left him with. Utterly useless, but still fun.

Walking along, he kept on spinning his stick.

VGS2's pointless notes: So there you have it! Now you all know who the mysterious 'Chester' is! I can only imagine what your theories were beforehand. None of you seemed to ever acknowledge the name whenever it was given out, so I can only guess, really… XD Maybe you all thought it was his old trainer, or something. Maybe you thought it was togepi, or one of the other kids he's known before. Maybe you thought it was Chester Cheetah. Maybe you thought it was the eevee from Pikachu's dreams in A Gracious Gift. I can only guess…

Shameless promotion: Today, I'm-a gonna repromote scarcrow151! The guy who loves his twists and turns a whole load! Twists and turns that even surprise me, the guy who shoves twists into all sorts. XD

Aside from that, he has some good plots and characters, for sure! He's criminally underated. Especially since he does everyone's favourite ships, PikaBun, OshaSni, PachiBui and JamesGun. So please, correct this heinous crime! Go review him sometime!

Fun mistake/s of the day: #1: 'Looking over the sofa, a wide grin spread across his Pikachu's face'

(Pikachu has a pikachu? Is it his future kid, or something? XP)

#2: 'After blinking a few tims'

(Don't blink them Timothys!)

#4: 'He focuses as hard as he could on the retreating pokémon,'

(Y'know. Generally speaking.)

#5: 'Pikachu sucked up his pride and wrapped his arms around the kid, much to his delight.'

(Pikachu seems awfully happy to be stealing babies, eh? What is this, Eastenders?)

#6: 'He flunched'

(I wonder what kind of bloody verb this is. XD Sounds painful.)

#7: 'Ugh… it really had been like his parents had treated him, hadn't it?'

(I forgot the 'how', so it kinda looks like his parents had treated him for an illness, or something. Perhaps Pichu'd's real dad had been Dr. Mario from my Smash Brothers fic all along. XP)

#8: 'Pichu'd huffed and huffed some more while carrying loads of berries back to the next.'

(To the next what? The next life? O,o RIP Pichu'd. He ate too much of his dad's nasty gunk.)

#9: 'Sitting up, he picked it up and put it in his mouth. He coughed and sputtered'

(It turned him into a car, apparently. Is this how all the cars in those Pixar movies grew sentience?)

#10: 'It was getting really, really hard to breath, too.'

(Pichu'd's biggest regret in life. Finding it harder to play Breath Of The Wild. Poor bugger.)

#11: 'Huh… why was everything so much taller?'

(Huh, did he shrink? Or worse, devolve? O,o He is no longer a pichu. He is now a… chu. *Scarlet from PokeMaster64's fics gives a nod of approval*)

#12: '… Wow, he was even a little bigger than Dad, now. It was so weird…'

(Whoops… his dad's species - which I'm sure you've all guessed by now - is actually, like, over two feet on average. Meaning that either he's tiny for his species, or Pikachu's huge (fat jokes notwithstanding). Whoops… XD A daily reminder to research the pokémon you use in your fics, kiddies! Unless you wanna be like Zack in ChristianDragon's fic, Zack's Adventurous Life. In that, Zack was a red shiny eevee in flashbacks for the longest time… even though shiny eevees are white-ish. And the less said about Skitty's hyper extendo limbs, the better. XP)

#13: "[I think you mom told me that pichus evolve when they feel really happy, or whatever.]"

(Innit, mate? Kinda reminds me of that RPG Maker game called Imaginary Friends. "Where is you precious friend now!?" Killed the serious scene dead, it did. XP)

#14: 'Every step he took felt weirdly heavily.'

(Sounds like pretentious song lyrics. Ones with bad English, at that. XP)

#15: 'He reached forwards and a berry.'

(He reached forwards and he did a berry? What am I supposed to gather from this?)

#16: 'All because he hadn't wanted to be lose them like his dad...'

(Sounds like something Pachirisu would say in my comedy fic, Lifted Spirits. "I hadn't wanted to be lose them, like my dad! Woooo…!")

Alrighty, that's me done. Tata for now, mates! c: *Dropkicks egg and runs*

Next up: Sleeping sweetly!
