The Mistral amd Vaccoule Council have joint forces to rally together at this years Vytal Festival for a last attempt to force Ruby's Hand in reinstating the Council.

"Welcome one and all to the Vytal Festival Tournament!" The nearly retired, Doctor Oobleck and reclenly Retired Peter Port sat in the seats like the 40th annual festival. "My name is Peter Port, amd my co-star?" Port looked to Oobleck, "Doctor Oobleck, not may I say NOT! Professor." Oobleck said reajusting his tie.

"NOW LADIES AND GENTS THE VYTAL FESTIVAL!" Oobleck yelled making everyone cheer.

"Our first match is going to be a dousy of a expedition match a 4 team All out match from all school's. Showing off Beacons True sprits is the Team Shining above all else, Introducing Team LIGT!" Port boomed, as Team LIGT walked out, waving to everyone. And there opponent, a team Fordged in the harshlands of Vaccoule, introduceing team SNAD!" Port Said. "I thought it was This-and." Oobleck Said. Port looked at Oobleck, amd Oobleck looked to Port.
" from the frozen waistlands Representing Mantle it's! Team WHIT!" Port Said, as very militant looking Huntsmen stepped out waving, and Finally from Mistral, it's Team JWEL! Port boomed,
"This will be in interesting Match to say the least with 4 teams, and only one winner, this will be quite the exciting match," Oobleck Said on the TV

the stage was set with the arena having the primary biomes of each region, Vaccoule desert, Vale grasslands, Mantles frozen tundra and Mistrals mountain hills.
Once everything was set the announcers counted down "3...2...1...Begin!" Port Said, as the team's ran at eachother,

Glynda and Qrow were watching on the TV from the office, with there Arms crosses, as Mistral and Vaccoule teamed up to push back Atlas. Vale and Atlas teams nodded, as they teamed, up.
"oh and it looks as if both Mistral and Vaccoule have teamed up to take on Atlas and Vale," The TV said
"it's seems interesting that such a thing would occur like this." Qrow Said " almost as if something else is at play." Glynda remarked, scrolling through the CCTV. Qrow looked over her shoulder, "where's Ruby?" He asked. "here." Glynda said as she pointed to the stands, as she sat Ironically right where Cinder was an unknown time ago. "Hmm strange," Qrow Said as he countune to watch the match,

Suddenly a buzzer rang as everyone looked to see a member of Atlas's team was out specifically there Leader. "ohh and it looks like Wiff Bliz is out leaving Team WHIT without a leader!" Port Said "looks like Atlas is in trouble. But what's this Team LIGT is doubling back almost Capitalizing on a opportunity!" Oobleck Said as Team Light rushed to the remains of WHIT as they prepared for a fight, only for LIGH to jump over them and smack into a sneaking member of SNAD.
"WHAT IS THIS!? Vale is backing up the teams of Atlas?" Oobleck gasped, "well this is certainly a turn of events!?" Port Said. As Atlas amd Vale teams stood at eachother backs, "we got this, keep the team together." Lewis said, "thanks for the backup." The remaining of Team WHIT said. "Anytime firend."
Across the field they eyed there enemy The tension came to a edge as the Teams Rushed at eachother, breathlithlessly Lewis took command. " SHIELD WALL!" He said. As the rest of Team Light stepped forward with Trident stepping forward and slamming her weapon on the ground making a wave Rise from the ground and create a tidal wave, as Ivy wiped the wave with her vine and froze over the wave in Ice, creating a wall as the Atlas team took Right flank firing off there guns, as Team LIGT. Took the Other flank, and kept the invasion at bay with the wave acted as a Fortress form them.
"This is amazing despite the battle this group has put full trust in eachother!" Port Said, "Truly this is unprecedented!" Oobleck Said,

Ruby watched the battle and next to her was her son Silver, " quite the match." Silver said. " yes...a good showing of Teamwork." Ruby said. As the second member of Atlas was knocked out.

The two members of the Mistral Council sighed when the second Atlas member was knocked out, it was a ring out but he was also one of the major threats for the Atlas team, forcing the remains of the Atlas and Vale to regroup for a counter assult, only for Mistral and Vaccoule to force there way past. Ruby narrowed her eyes, at the action,
'There tactics are ruthless. Almost as if it's a actual battle...no can't be,' Ruby thought, she looked over to Silver only to find him engrossed in the fights at the edge of his seats, 'it can wait.' Ruby thought, as the battles countuned.
[Vaccoule: Shade academy, medical room]
Sun Wokong rested on the bed, he looked at the heart monitor trying to keep himself calm and not thrash around, 'damn it it's so hard not doing anything!' He thought, as he looked at his Scroll and sighed. ' fuck it,' he thought as reached for his scroll and read into the files.
"Okay basic investigation research, notes, I see, how about...wait..." Sun Said as he looked at a new file, Council resurrect. Sun tapped it and started to read it. When he read, about the file his eyes widened farther, 'impossible...they bombed the Schnee Dust Mines! Why would they do...Ruby.' Sun thought as he went to scroll down to read more when the scroll was plucked from his hands.
Sun looked up to the Nurse. "Mr Wokong, the doctor said no straining your eyes including reading in the dark and Blacklighting." The nurse said as she walked away with the scroll. Outside she looked at the scroll and saw the page before walking down the hall.
Down the hall a man wearing a suit and blue gloves put the scroll in a plastic bag and sealed it, as they left the building. On the roof of the building Scarlet and Sage watched at they left. And narrowed there eyes they nodded.
In the lobby the desk clerk looked up to see Sage standing infront of the desk. "Um...hello can I help you." She asked trying not to act scaired. It failed miserably. Suddenly Scarlet pushed past Sage, " hello I'll like to see a firend who was emitted." Scarlet said. "Certainly if I can have a name please." The clerk said "Sun Wokong." Scarlet said. Under the desk the Clerk flinched but kept cool. "Sure. If you would follow me." She said. As she walked them over.
Outside the room The clerk left as Scarlet and Sage, nodded and entered.
In the room Sun laid on the bed, Sighing, "well buddy, what's got you down?" scarlet asked. Sun looked over. "What the Hell SCARLET!?" Sun asked, "what's up buddy-boy?" Scarlet asked. As they approached, as Sun and Scarlet fistbumped. "Dude what are you doing here?" Sun asked, "let's just say our mutual firend sent us." Sage said in his name sake. "Ruby?" Sun asked not being one for subtlety. Scarlet nodded, " well okay, You here to stay?" Sun asked. "mostly so. We've become campus staff." Scarlet said. "Good." Sun Said, "What did you find?" Sage asked.
"you know about the Dust mine incident?" Sun asked, "of course, it's one of the reasons we returned." Sage said, " well it turns out it was staged." Sun Said, "staged?" Sage said, "like fricking, that's a wrap?" Scarlet asked as Sage walked him upside the head, "no as in someone wanted it to happen. And it wasn't a random attack." Sage said as Scarlet's mind clicked.
"So wait what does this mean?" Scarlet asked, "it means we have a massive conspiracy." Sun Said as he looked up "-and Vale is right in the middle of it." Sun Said, as he looked up to the TV and the crowd cheering " AND THE FIRST MEMBER OF TEAM LIGT GOES DOWN SAVING ANOTHER MEMBER OF ATLAS!" Port boomed,
[ Mistral Council]
The council watched the battle with high tension, they didn't expect the first battle of the four kingdoms to set up like this, he expected The two teams to team up and whipe out the first and second team amd steam roll the competition, instead the, battle has turned into a Mirror of the real world with Vale backing up Atlas dispite everything else saying they shouldn't, they did it anyway.
"This is chaos." The first counciler Said "no this is war." The second counciler Said as he turned to the first guy, "and you supported it," he said "this is so wrong," the first counciler Said. " we do wrong things for the right reasons." The other said. "Yea tell that to Ms Rose." The first counciler Said, "I'm not saying the Vale Council was corrupt and actions shouldn't have been taken, however her actions were...to swift...they created an instability that needs to be monitored." The counciler Said, seems to be doing fine right now." The first counciler Said when the door opened, "gentlemen." A man in a suit and blue gloves said. "It appeared another breach has been located," he said holding up Sun's scroll.

Sun sat on the bed as the nurse went throught the checklist, "and you understand if any of these symptoms return-." She said "Yes I understand can I just go already!?" Sun snapped, the nurse raised her eyebrows "clearly your training as a Huntsmen hasn't I proved your patience." She muttered. So low only sun could hear as he raised an eyebrow. "Wait what was-?" He asked when the nurse shoved a paper into him, " there you go your free to go have a good day, and try to be safer." She said as Scarlet grabbed Sun and dragged her out. "Come on. We need to go." Scarlet said. "The entire school is covered with cameras where to we talk?" He asked, sun smiled "follow me." He said,

Sun opens the door as Sage and Scarlet walked in, the clerk started to talk before looking up "hello what is the meaning of-." He looked up and met Sun's face, "oh Detetive!" He said, "hey Jaxks* what's up?" Sun asked. "Come across amd we can fill you the update." He said as he passed by, the gate Scarlet and Sage were about to follow but Jaxks stopped them, "sorry no weapons allowed past this point." He said. "There fine Jaxk's there with me." He said,
Jaxks looked back shocked at Suns brush past protocol " but sir?" He said, but Sun gave him a glare, "that there is the remains of my team SSSN there fine, heck Detetive Neptune would've let them in disregard to protocol." Sun Said, Jaxks hearing this Understood, amd handed them there guest passes "there we go." He said Sage and Scarlet nodded, and walked past and disregarded the metal detector's going off as did everyone else.
Sun Scarlet and Sage stood infront of a White board which examined the attack of his house, amd any information associated with it. Including a connection to Ash Grey the Headmaster and the council. With the assassination Of Coco. Dispite the total amount of links the one thing still stumping them was the motive, yes they got Black ops but just because one or two missions went bad doesn't mean the entire Huntsmen Program needs to be shut down,
Sun and the others are in deep thought, "should we inform them about the rigged Mines?" Sage asked "no, I we need a deeper link to it than just Ruby, to associate the two." Sun Said. "So how do we countune this search?" Sage asked. "We investigate further, now my scroll was taken and I need to be here, so Scarlet, Sage I want you to investigate the Schnee mines, use this." Sun Said as he tossed a scroll to Scarlet. Who fumbled it and after picking it up off the ground smiled.
"Use that to take photos of the area and run tests. Of the space, I want to find out everything." He said, the two nodded and headed out.
As Sun looked back at the other case, ' now. Why truly kill Coco Adel?' He thought. As he sighed, he looked at the time and found it to be time to leave. He packed up and headed out,
At the house he found a box at his steps he picked up the package and headed inside, outside across the street a man in a van wearing a suit watched he pulled back his watch, '2 minutes late' he thought as he used more code in the light of the watch. 'Target has retrieved the package' before he turned on the engine and rolled off.
Unaware of him Sun watched the guy drive off, knowing it was a trick Sun went down to his bunker and opened the left side of the scroll's Black case which was mostly hollow expect for a few stray wires this was where the battery would be in and the Screen would fold into place as the other end used the most wires to light up the screen. Sun looked and found infact the battery compartment had another chip in the side which he removed with needle nose pliers,
'tracker.' He thought, as he turned on the scroll 'A1-2C gov-tracker disabled.' The screen read, as Sun opens his scroll and found nothing else tampered with. With a sigh Sun began to read the files.

"And with that the final match has drawn to a close." Port said "please leave the stadum calmly have a good day," Oobleck Said as Ruby and Silver walked out. "Well that was fun." Silver said, " it was what do you think Yang?" Ruby said as Yang walked up behind Silver and took his extra large drink taking a giant slurp, " it was fine. The first battle was a lot more tense than the others." She said. " agreed." Ruby said, " should we inform Jaune and the others?" Yang asked. "no...there's no point." Ruby said. As she walked off.

One sorry for taking so long to get this out, I started collage and the amount of introductions bullshit is astonishing I haven't even seen my first teacher yet and I've been here for 4 days!
