Chapter 21: Regionals Part 1

Rachel's POV:
It's a month later and we are preparing for Regionals. Regionals are in California. After my suspension, I have been taking school more seriously. I learned to ignore how everyone is looking at me and talking about me. Also Finn apologized. We aren't best friends again, but I figured we all needed to get along for Regionals. This is hard because Noah is jealous, but I tell him all the time that I am having your baby and that I am in love with him. We just landed in Sacramento. Also known as the capital of California. Mr. Shuester asked Miss. Pillsbury to come with as a chaperon. We got off the plane and went to get our luggage. People were staring at me.
"Why does everyone have to stare at me? So what I am pregnant. Can't they get over it?" I groaned. Noah rubbed my back.
"I know people should mind their own business. It's okay though." Noah said.
"Ya. Let them think what they want." I said. We got our luggage and headed outside.
"Now we have to wait for the van to show up." Mr. Shuester said. Ten minutes later a van that held up a sign saying "New Directions" showed up. We hopped in and headed to our hotel. Once we arrived there, we walked out of the van. It looked beautiful. It was so big and gorgeous. We walked in.
"Welcome to the "Hyatt Regency hotel!" a lady at the door said. (A/n: The hotel is real, I googled it)
"Okay guys. I am going to sign in and then I will tell you who you're rooming with. We have four rooms." Mr. Sheuester explained. We all nodded. He went and signed in. He was back in a couple of minutes.
"Okay so we are all on the 4th floor. In room 410 we have Tina, Mercedes, and Rachel. In room 411 we have Brittany, Santana and Quinn. Miss. Pillsbury will be staying in room 411 as well. In room 412 we have Noah, Sam, Mike and Matt. I will be in room 413 with Artie, Finn, Blaine and Kurt. Now no switching rooms. You can hang out in each other's rooms until curfew which is 10:00. After the completion we have a day left and the curfew will be midnight for you. If you break any of these rules, the time of the curfew will change and hour earlier. You need permission to leave the hotel. You should always be with someone. Do I make myself clear?" Mr. Sheuster asked.
"Yes." we all said. At least I don't have to share a room with Santana. Quinn and I have become close. I don't have a problem with Brittany. She always follows Santana. We headed into the elevator. Everyone went into there rooms and I stood outside with Noah for a minute.
"At least you don't have to share with Finn." I said.
"Ya and you don't have to share with Santana." Noah replied.
"Ya. Listen I am going to go unpack. I will text you." I said. He nodded and kissed me. I headed inside.
"You and Tina are sharing a bed." Mercedes said.
"Okay." I replied. I got over to our side.
"Do you prefer a side?" Tina asked.
"No. Do you?" I replied/asked.
"Nah, but I will take the left side and you can take the right side." Tina said. I nodded. We put our clothes away. We are all sitting down on our beds and decided to have a girl chat.
"What do you think the baby will be?" Mercedes asked.
"I think it is going to be a boy. Noah thinks it's going to be a girl." I explained.
"Awe. What do you want the baby to be?" Tina asked.
"I don't really care. As long as the baby is healthy, then it doesn't matter to me." I replied.
"Awe." the girls cooed. We were talking for a while and then there was a knock on the door. Mercedes answered it.
"Your baby daddy is here Rachel." Mercedes said. She shut the door. I smiled up at Noah. He came over and kissed me.
"Please. I know it's cute, but not while we are in the room." Mercedes said. We laughed.
"Mr. Shuester wanted me to tell you guys we are going out for dinner in ten minutes. We are going to the diner. He wants us to meet him in the lobby." Noah explained.
"Okay good. I am hungry." I said. We all laughed. We got ready and went to the lobby where everyone was.
"Okay guys, so we are going to eat and then come back and relax. We are rehearsing tomorrow at 8am. We will be rehearsing until 12. Then we will get lunch and continue to rehearse until 4pm." Mr. Shuester explained. We nodded and headed to the diner. Once we arrived they seated us.
"Hi my name is Emily and I will be your server today. What would you like to drink?" she asked. All the girls ordered water with lemon and the guys ordering sodas.
"This is amazing. I am so excited for regionals." I say to no one in particular.
"Yes this is going to be awesome. We are so going to win this." Noah said. We all cheered. The waiter brought over drinks. She stopped at Noah.
"Hi. You look so similar." she said. She was so flirting with him. Everyone stopped and stared at me. I closed my eyes.
"Um sorry. I don't know you." he said.
"Oh now I know where you are from! You and I did the deed last year when you were on a trip with your family." she said.
"Ya well that was last year. I am his girlfriend." I snapped. Everyone looked at me including Noah.
"Are you pregnant?" she asked.
"It's non of your business." I stated. Noah held my arm trying to calm me down.
"Noah you could do so much better." the waiter said. She then walked away. I sat down and I felt a tear roll down my face. I whipped it off and looked away from everyone.
"Babe. Let's go somewhere and talk." Noah said calmly.
"Mr. Shuester I really want to be alone. Can I please go back to the hotel?" I asked.
"Rach." Noah started.
"Yes of course. Miss. Pillsbury will go with you." Mr. Shuester said.
"But I want to be alone." I sighed.
"You can't be alone. She is going with you." he said.
"Fine." I said. Miss. Pillsbury got up and came over to me.
"Rach please." Noah said.
"Look we are okay. I'm just tired okay. We will talk later." I said. I gave him a kiss and we left. Once I got back to the hotel I cried and Miss. Pillsbury held me. I hate hormones.
