Sheamus and Kaitlyn soon arrived at the hospital about 20 minutes after her water broke. The hybrid diva couldn't help but to laugh at Sheamus because of how much he was panicking. He nearly sped to the hospital because he didn't want the babies to be born in the car. Albeit, Kaitlyn tried to convince him that her contractions were still very far apart, he wouldn't listen. They walked through the hospital doors, Kaitlyn holding her stomach because of the pain, and she was escorted to a wheelchair immediately. Sheamus held her hand as they were taken to a delivery room, and waited for a doctor. The room was so bright, and lit up, it practically blinded you if you looked up at the ceiling.

Somehow, even though Sheamus was completely panicking, Kaitlyn felt relaxed, and happy. After all this time, she was finally going to meet her daughters. She and Sheamus' creation, and the reason that they had stayed together for all this time. Although they probably would have made up down the line, the pregnancy helped so much, and the fact that it was twins, was ten times better. "Are you nervous?" The Irishman asked her as she got dressed in her hospital gown and laid back on the bed. He had pulled her out of her thoughts.

She shook her head, "Not really. Are you?" She asked with a chuckle she watched her fiancé pace back and forth over the hospital floor.

He stopped and turned to smile at her, "Is it that easy to tell, lass?" He laughed.

"Pretty much." She snorted. It was then quiet until she spoke again, "I am a little scared though. It's going to hurt, a lot."

"I know... But it'll be worth it, right? Seeing Rosie and Josie?" Sheamus asked.

"Yeah." She replied.

"I just can't help but to think that something bad is going to happen to you, or the babies..." He drawled out as he ran a hand through his tufts of ginger hair.

"Just calm down, everything will be fine." She said as Sheamus came to sit beside her. "Relax." She added as she puckered up her lips and he leaned over to kiss her. "I love you." Kaitlyn said as she looked over at him and grabbed her hand.

"I love you too." The Irishman replied. Suddenly, the doctor walked in and greeted the couple with a smile.

"Hey there Kaitlyn!" She greeted with a warm smile as she pulled on her rubber gloves. "I reckon you're here to have a baby?" She joked.

"Babies." Sheamus corrected and the doctor gasped.

"Twins! Oh my!" She said, causing the diva to laugh. "Well, I guess I'll check you and see how far along you are." She said as she began checking Kaitlyn's dilation. "Only three centimeters... You still gotta while to go. How far apart are your contractions?" She asked as she touched Kaitlyn's abdomen, seeing where the babies were placed.

"Pretty far, at least a half hour." Kaitlyn answered.

"At least the babies aren't breech, so looks like we'll be doing this naturally!" The doctor laughed.

"That was the plan." Kaitlyn said with a smile.

The doctor nodded, "Alright, well I'll be back in a bit. You should make up your mind about getting an epidermal, okay? It'll help with the pain."

"Okay, doc, thanks." Kaitlyn smiled. She then looked over at Sheamus who had squeezed her hand, "See? I told you everything is okay."

"If you say so." He shrugged.

"Shea?" Kaitlyn then asked.

"Hm?"

"Could you rub my back? It hurts a lot." She asked as she rolled over on her side a bit so that he could reach her lower back.

"Sure." He nodded and began to massage her. A few hours passed, and sure enough, Kaitlyn's contractions began getting closer together minute by minute, and she was even seven centimeters dilated now. Sheamus watched as the doctor came in with the big needle and the epidermal medicine. Kaitlyn hated needles, but Sheamus told her to get it because he couldn't bear to see her in so much pain. Every time a contraction came, she held her breath and squeezed the sheets on the bed. She cried and screamed and the doctor always had to remind her to breathe. Sheamus had held her hand and tried to help her get through the pain, but it was difficult. She didn't know that going into labor would be this painful, albeit she had a high pain tolerance, nothing she had ever felt was compared to this. She was kind of mad that she hadn't researched this to get herself prepped for it.

"Looks like everything's almost ready, your contractions are only two minutes apart, and you're nine centimeters dilated..." The doctor trailed off as she check Kaitlyn again. "I can feel the babies right there." She added.

"I feel like I have to push... Is that a good thing?" Kaitlyn asked as she propped her feet up on the table stands.

"Oh... Not yet honey, we have to wait until you're ten centimeters..." The doctor spoke. Just then, another contraction hit.

"Oh my god..." Kaitlyn gritted her teeth and tried not to scream.

"Breathe lass." Sheamus said as he wiped the sweat from her forehead.

"After this contraction, you can push, okay?" The doctor said, and she was right, it was finally time for the twins to get here. "Ready?" The doctor asked and Kaitlyn only nodded as she prepared herself for the big push. She grabbed Sheamus' hand and squeezed it with all of her might as she pushed and held her breath. "And breathe." The doctor commanded. "Baby one is almost out... Keep going."

"You're doing great Kaitie..." Sheamus encourage as he kissed her forehead. The next push took all the energy out of the hybrid diva as she screamed with all her heart.

"Baby one is out!" The doctor yelled over the crying as she handed it to one of the nurses. Sheamus couldn't really see anything except that the baby had orange colored hair. "Keep going Kaitlyn." She encouraged.

"I can't..." She whimpered.

"Come on Kaitie, we still gotta get Josie out of there." Sheamus said and Kaitlyn looked him in his emerald eyes and gave one final push only to here the cries of her second baby.

"There's baby two!" The doctor called out, and Sheamus saw that its hair was was a somewhat dirty brown color. At least he'd be able to tell the twins apart. "Good job!" The doctor said as she went to check on the babies.

"You did great." Sheamus said with a smile, and Kaitlyn noticed that he had tears running down his cheeks. "Rosie and Josie are here." He said, but then noticed that something was wrong right away. Kaitlyn wasn't responding to him, and her beautiful hazel eyes were rolled back a bit. "Kaitie?" He asked. "Kaitie!" He yelled, but something was definitely wrong with her.
