Aizen stood at the bar, pouring a drink for himself and his guest.
I am glad that you accepted my request to see me," Aizen said as he handed the drink to his guest.
"Thank you, Sosuke. I was surprised that you called me. It has been a long time since I've seen you. It must be important for you to call me," his guest spoke as Aizen watch the ring that displayed a family crest. The two men did a toast of their drink before both swallowed their drink in one gulp.
The two men sat in silence before Aizen broke the silence.
"So tell me, how is my aunt?"
His guest smiled as he spoke, "She is well. I sent her to Rome to do some shopping while this current crisis is going on. Tell me Sosuke, do I have a reason to be concern?"
"Uncle, I could tell you that you have no concern but I would be lying. I feel as though the plan with our cure is slowly falling apart. As you know, Gina Ichimaru has married and given birth to a daughter. Her biological mother, Jun, is missing. I have to assume that she has been captured and perhaps dead. The Alliance has gotten a foothold on the company. They have my friend, Kaname, who knows the financial end of the company, is also missing, presume dead."
His uncle looked at Sosuke as he spoke. He noticed that his mental state was starting to fall to the dangerous levels. He see it with his wife, Sosuke's aunt, and had seen it with his Sosuke's father. He thought that the whole family was and still is a mess. But he made his bed with them and now he must clean it up.
"Sosuke, I need for you to stop it. Stop this 'feeling sorry and wanting out get out of the game'. You have been doing a very good job of running our company. But you have run into a stumbling block and now you have to get off your ass and be the leader I made you out to be. I have been more of a father to you than your father ever was. I believe in you." His uncle sat back and crossed his fingers in front of him. He knew he had Sosuke again.
"Uncle Sojun, thank you," Sosuke said, "you always understood me."
-Flashback-
Sojun Kuchiki was the son of billionaire tycoon, Gineri Kuchiki. The Kuchiki family are a family of old money and, of course, new money. They had money and married money. One of the strongest leaders of the Kuchiki family was Gineri Kuchiki. He was the father of two children, a girl and a boy. His daughter, who was the apple of his eye, died in her sleep as young child. Although it was a suspicious death, he later turned his attention to his son, Sojun.
As he grew older, his mother began to fear him because she always suspected that he was responsible for his sister's death. Gineri thought it was a silly idea and it made her look as though she was losing her mind.
Over the years, the tension between his mother and himself had gone to the point that the two did not even speak to each other. His mother was very much afraid of him.
Sojun had come home from college for a Winter break one year. He and his mother, alone in the house, got into an argument which ended with her at the bottom of the stairs. He went back to his room and waited until she was found.
Years later his father became ill and gave control of the company to Sojun. After a couple of years as CEO of his company, Sojun placed his father in seclusion and made sure no one saw him. No one mentioned him in the company until his death.
Sojun was the known as the new good looking CEO. He was the most sought after bachelor. Although rumors spread that he had a taste the women on the 'other side of town', he was also dating the most eligible bachelorette, Hana Aizen. She was daughter of small company but new money tycoon, Nao Aizen. They had the reputation of being very eccentric as well as his children.
Sojun and Hana were making plans to for their marriage when Hana received word that Sojun had a son and he was caring for the mother and son in another town. She did not tell Sojun she knew of them but she did make a visit to them. Soon after she visited the mother and child, she came back to Sojun with the child, Byakuya, in her arms. Sojun looked at her and smile because she was a woman after his own heart. (She told Sojun that when she learned of the child, she wanted to care for him because she could not have children. When she arrived at the home, the mother was dead and Byakuya was crying and hungry. She took the child because she did not want any controversy associated with him.) He knew the truth.
Hanna's brother was much like her. What separates them is that he does not like to get his hands dirty. He married a woman after a one night stand. She was one who used her status to get things she wanted. She was an embarrassment to the Aizen family. The only thing she did that made the family happy was Sosuke. Her brother would come to her home and cry on her shoulder because he knew he made a mistake. Hanna knew that her brother would always come to her to clean up his messes.
That night with the help of the nanny Jun, Hanna, Sojun and her brother made Sosuke's mother disappear. But one thing they did not count on was Sosuke witnessing the action.
-End of Flashback-
Sojun looked at Sosuke. "Now, what are you going to do to rectify this situation?
"I need for you to get rid of your son, Byakuya Kuchiki."
