"The Planetary Power Blackouts are spreading worldwide." The Science Officer stated knowingly.

"The Orbital Space Stations must have lost contact with everyone down on the planet already." Captain Samson Parker realized very quickly.

"The Desperate Survivors are clearly spooked." The Science Officer stated knowingly.

"No surprise if they really Survived Planetary Bombardment, we just need to calm them down before they attack us." Captain Samson Parker agreed.
