As such I am going to share with you guys some deleted scenes, alternet scenes, other little bits of story background that will probably never make it into the story itself, and a few bits of info of future chapters. So let's start! I am going to say right now that most of the deleted scenes and such were either never written into the story, or were literally deleted from the story but left in one of my outlines. Sorry to disappoint you, but it's mostly just going to be me talking about what would have happened in those scenes.
Alright, let's get started!
Deleted scenes and edited stories:
For the stories based around the season five episodes, there weren't a lot of deleted scenes or alternate ones. I had a lot of them planned out when I started writing the story. There were a few deleted characters though.
In the Big Bang Two arch, I was going to have two more robbers; a cyberman and a Silurian. The cyberman would have had a dark grey outfit and a lighter grey skimask and the Silurian would have looked a lot like how I described Alaya's.
Speaking of which, Alaya's Sister was originally going to have a major role in the hungry earth story arch. Her name was Neve Restac. I had actually made an entirely different story line with her where she doesn't think her sister needs to be in the hospital because she doesn't want to believe her sister has as many problems as she did. The story would have gotten really complicated and while working on the outline for that one it felt like I was squeezing in way to much for a single chapter. Looking back on it now I kind of regret doing so.

Matt turned from his red haired friend to see Neve crouching next to the trashed gurney. She looked down upon it with a blank expression. Matt walked over to her and crouched down next to her. "I'm sorry about this," he said, "If it makes you feel any better, I'm sure she wasn't trying to hurt you particularly. She might not have been able to tell who we were from the distance."
"Alaya wouldn't-" she started before giving a resigned sigh, "oh who am I kidding...I can't keep denying it." Matt put a comforting hand on her back. "I just can't believe she would do something like this," she said glaring at the overturned gurney.
"Again I'm sorry," Matt said, not knowing how else to comfort this woman.
"What have you got to be sorry for? You didn't do anything," she said before getting up,"Come on. If I can't get her out of this place, the least I can do is get her back to her room and out of trouble."
Matt got up and walked behind her, a curious and slightly confused expression on his face."boy, she certainly bounces back quickly..." he said to himself.
"What was that?" Neve turned and snapped, slightly overhearing him.
Matt held up his hands defensively. "Nothing! I promise," he said. Neve turned away from him with a suspiciously look and began walking. Not long after they began searching again they heard a couple of distant shouts.
"Something tells me your sister might be in that direction," Matt said. She gave him a quick glare before running off ahead. Before he could say anything more, Amy grabbed his hand and began pulling him along as she ran. "Amy slow down!" he said.
"No! If we slow down we won't be able to stop the silurians in time!" she said. Silurians? As Matt was being pulled along he wondered why that sounded so familiar.

The only other thing I cut from the season five chapters were a few lines from the Vincent and the doctor chapter going more in depth with Amy's drawings. Also the printer was originally going to be a fax machine but that changed because nobody really uses fax machines much anymore. Another small note was that originally chapter five and six were going to be one chapter but I ended up changing it.
On to season six stories!
I made a lot more changes with season six stories than season five.
I'll get the small ones out of the way first. Amy wasn't originally going to punch matt in the night terrors episode but I figured it would make less sense for her to be separated from him if that was the case. Also, he was originally going to give the boy his pen that Alex gave him but I changed that because I felt he wouldn't just give away the gift Alex gave him to anyone.
Also in the Doctor's wife chapter, Originally Idris was supposed to disappear from the hospital entirely. She wouldn't have died but just sort of mysteriously disappeared. Why I didn't keep that idea was because...I lost the original outline until recently and forgot about it. Lastly, there were supposed to be more twin characters in the flesh arc chapters but I thought it would have been a bit too contrived. Also the other patients to have gone missing during the power outage were supposed to be still missing in the next chapter and it all took place in one day, but I ended up changing it at the last second.
On to the more major changes made. In the good man goes to war chapter, vastra and Jenny were originally going to make a cameo by visiting their friend strax. That was going to be the original reason why he escaped but I didn't know what to do with them for the rest of the chapter. There was a deleted scene with strax that I had scrapped because I could never figure out how to write it properly and where to put it. It was supposed to be kind of like the monk joke, but instead he mistook a rather large patient for Dorium and is trying to pull him out of bed to come and "help them fight" and Matt has to stop him. Sorry I never put it in. There was also supposed to be a scene where Amy was playing with some children in the children's ward but it was scrapped for the same reason.
Lastly, the biggest change for that episode was that Madame Corvaria was originally going to be a patient with kleptomania. Amy would have been allowed to keep the doll but the next day they find out someone stole it. They try and get it from Corvaria but in the end she pulls an "if I can't have it, no one can" and brakes the doll. I felt that was too mean spirited towards Amy though so I changed it. Sorry if you guys would have preferred that ending. Maybe I'll do a rewrite of that chapter if you guys ask? I don't know.
The last major set of changes I made was to the Let's Kill Hitler chapter. That story originally had two alternate endings besides the one I wrote and both were too flawed to use for different reasons. The first one was that Matt was driving Alex to their dinner date when he spots Mels. Against Alex's wishes he quickly parks on the side of the road and goes to find Amy with Alex running after him and getting involved with Mels herself. I didn't use that one because I thought it would put a huge dent in Alex and Matt's relationship and that Alex might get in the way trying to figure out what was going on.
The second alternate ending is that the cops show up,having been on Mels' trail for a while, and arrest both Mels and Matt, thinking they both had a hand in Amy's kidnapping. Matt ends up calling Alex from jail in a really awkward conversation to help get him off the hook. I scrapped this one because how realistically Matt wouldn't get off so easily and might lose his job. It was scrapped later on so I still have part of it:

Alex had been sitting at the table for nearly an hour. Where was he? If he didn't show up in the next ten minutes with a good explanation, she swore she would-
BZZZZZZZZZ! BZZZZZZZZZZ!
Alex pulled her phone out of her pocket. Matt was calling her. She glared at the screen before answering. "Hello?" She said angrily.
"Hey Alex!" Matt said sheepishly on the other end of the line, "How are you?"
"Where are you?" she snapped, getting to the chase.
She heard some nervous laughter on the other end. "Well it's a funny story..." he said.
Where. Are. You," she repeated.
"Long story short...I'm in prison," he said.
There was a long pause before Alex spoke again. "What?!" she all but kept her self from shrieking, "How the bloody hell did this happen?!"
"Well...again it's a long story..." he said, "but I found Amy!"
Another long silence fell between them as Alex tried to keep from yelling in the middle of the restaurant. "I can't believe you Matt! I told you not to go looking for her!" she hissed, "And now look what's gone and happened! What were you thinking?!"
"To be honest I wasn't trying to look for her. I just saw Mels walking down the street and took my chance to try and save her!" he said, "The police got the wrong idea and thought I was a co-conspirator! I'm really sorry, honest!"
Alex sighed. "So why did you call me up?" she asked.
"I kind of need someone to explain to the nice officers what's happened. Please Alex?" he said.
She thought for a moment before sighing and grabbing her stuff to leave. "Fine," she said.
"Oh thank you Alex! thank you so much!" he said happily on the other end.
"You owe me big time for this," she said.
"I am completely ok with that," Matt responded, still happy. Alex hung up as she exited the restaurant and walked over to her car. As she sat in the driver's seat she shook her head and sighed before starting up her car and going off to rescue her boyfriend.

That's all for deleted/edited scenes. Now on to some of the story cannon that will probably never make it into the series:
Matt's brother Chris dated Billie before David did, causing some awkward moments when they meet up.
Vastra and Jenny were the ones who took Strax to the hospital.
Mr. Boe, the director of the psychiatric ward, is Jack's uncle.
David's mother in law, Jackie, has no problem with him but really dislikes both Chis and Matt. Matt knows why she doesn't like his brother, but has no idea why she hates him.
David met two of his best friends Freema and Katheryn during collage but hasn't been able to see them much since.
All three of the brothers met jack while they were going to see a football match in Cardiff. He had sat down next to them. Jack and Matt were rooting for different teams and the two actually got into a big fight that his brothers had to pull them away from. As the match progressed the two turned their fast spawned rivalry into a friendship as they talked more about their favorite teams. Matt found out that Jack had moved to London recently before that and they kept in touch.

Sarah Jane was sort of an honorary aunt and would baby sit the the three brothers when they were young.

First off, I'm gonna give a little bit of a hint for the next chapter:
"Matt!" he heard a voice call his name. Matt turned around with his luggage in hand and peered out among the crowd to see who was calling him. Then he spotted him. A head of spiky brown hair peeked out just above the crowd of people in the busy airport. Hair that could only belong to his older brother.
Matt pushed through the crowd to find his scrawny older brother and his wife Bille. He was still wearing his one of his best suits so he must have just gotten done with work. "David!" he said moving forward and giving his brother a short hug. "It's great to see you again!" he said.
Ok now I have a few other short spoilers for you guys. First I want to let you know that I will be doing a short epilogue after I'm done with the angels take manhattan story. Next, I'm going to give you a hint about a future chapter: there will be one that has a lot of dogs in it. That is all.

Now for a special notice. After I am done with this series I plan on posting an alternet ending as a separate story. I'll post a notice chapter on this fanfic telling you when I have it up. Why am I telling you this in advanced? Because I'm hoping to post it on April fools day. I don't want all of you guys seeing the update on April first and thinking it's a cruel joke or something. I'm posting it that day because it's supposed to be funny and a little gift to all you guys for sticking through to the end and supporting my story. If I can't post it on April first then well...I'll just post it whenever I get it done.
