A R I A

I woke up to the sound of my alarm going crazy. I hit the off button and rubbed my still sleepy eyes. 'Why did I ever set an alarm?' I wondered, staring out of the window. By the looks of it, I think it's around 8 a.m. Shrugging my shoulders, I got out of my bed and went to take a nice, relaxing bath. I felt much better than yesterday.

Maybe it was because some of my worries were lifted, or was it because of Jack. 'What do you mean by because of Jack, clearly there's nothing more to that. He was just being nice. Or maybe I li-' I shook the thought. 'He was just doing it because he was worried. Yeah that's it'

Satisfied,I changed into my casual clothes which consist of just jeans, a bubblegum pink tee shirt and a pair of white converse with a little pink on it. I walked outside and as usual the place was bustling with elves and yetis. It was almost Christmas, thinking 'bout it I still have to think about my gifts.

Everything was pretty much the same except for a certain winter spirit who was spreading "fun" to the room but in reality he was just causing trouble. 'Typical Jack' I smiled mentally and went beside Jack.

"It seems you're having fun today" I said emphasizing the word fun and he gave me a loop-sided grin.

"Yeah It's seems I did have fun"

"Too much fun" I rolled my eyes and he pouted. 'aww.. cute.' Wait, what?

"Oh come on. Don't be like that Ari. I mean it was getting kind of boring and not to mention boring" 'Did he call me Ari?' I blushed. Jack noticing his slip up also blushed a shade darker than mine. There was an awkward silence before a voice whom I knew all too well interrupted.

"ahem"

"Bunny fancy meeting you here." I said too quickly hoping to get out of that awkward moment. 'Thanks Bunny' I said mentally. He gave me a look saying 'Really that's the best you can come up with?" I rolled my eyes and changed the topic.

"So Bunny what chu doin'?" I said trying my best to impersonate Isabella from Phineas and Ferb.

"Oh nothing much just chillin' here" unlike what you two were doing. I felt that there was much more he was going to say but decided against it. Sighing, I looked around and noticed that the others weren't here. As if voicing my thoughts, Jack said.

"Where are the others Kangaroo." Jack smiled mockingly at Bunny and I tried to hide my grin. Sometimes they act so childish that they didn't even notice it.

"First I'm a Bunny. So don't ever call me Kangaroo mate." They had a staring contest and I had a feeling that they won't be giving up any time, so being the peace maker of this group (not really) I decided to break up their petty fight. And fortunately the broke up. Sighing, (wow there's a lot of sighing here.) I decided I had enough for today and went in my room to maybe loosen up, draw or maybe play some songs.

Closing the door and making sure that no one would disturb me, I proceeded to my work table and looked at my past sketches. Now that I'm seeing them again I didn't quite understand why I drew them. One for instance is a house, but not just a house. It was filled with joy and excitement. It was like giving off a happy aura. A very happy family must have lived in there

. And then there was this house, the same house except for this, the house was slowly being consumed by fire. With two figures facing the burnt house. One was an older woman while the other figure was probably a child. Whenever I look at this, I felt sad for the child and it feels like I have seen this somewhere but it always seems a little foggy. Next was the park that I recently visited except in this picture it was raining and it gave off a gloomy atmosphere though even I can't explain it.

A girl was standing under the rain and then she was gone, which was weird though. I don't know why I drew that, I mean it's downright creepy but I don't have an explanation. Rubbing my forehead, I flipped the pages and come to a stop on a blank space. I grabbed my pencil and started sketching what had happened yesterday. As I was sketching, I couldn't help the grin plastered on my face.

Reminicing the moment brings butterflies in my stomach, it kindda make me feel giddy. After coloring the sketch and adding more little details, I nodded satisfied. I kicked off my feet and streched my arms. Working for hours make me feel so stiff. 'wait? hours?' I looked outside the window and noticed that it was already noon. 'Wow that took longer than I thought.' I mused. A knock brought me out of my thoughts and guess who it is...

It was none other than the mischievous Jack Frost. Figures, the only person who knows no bounderies is none other than Jack Frost.

"Can I?" He asked. I rolled my eyes and opened the door wider for him to come in. He cassualy came in and stared eying the room.

"So what were you doing that you decided that going outside was not a good idea?" He gave me his playfull smile and I was playing along with him.

"You know. Just doing some things?" He gave me a cocked eyebrow and I just shrugged.

"What's this?" Jack said out of the blue. I whipped my head toward his direction and saw that he was looking at my sketches. I blushed in embarrasment.

"It's just nothing" I said

"These are amazing"

"You think so?"

"Yeah I mean these are cool and they are so detailed. And this.." He stopped mid-sentence when he looked at that gloomy sketch with a girl. It seems like Jack remembered something, it seems like he knows something about it.

"Jack?" I tapped his shoulder and he flinched a little but quickly relaxed.

"Yeah, oh right, I wanted you to invite to a snowball fight with Jamie and his friends. So do you want to go?" He returned to being himself and I shrugged the nagging feeling that Jack might know something; that's for another time.

"Why wouldn't I?" I grinned and grabbed his hand and left through the window.

When we arrived, Jamie and his friends were already waiting for us.

"Jack what took you so long?" Jamie ran to Jack and jumped onto him. Jack laughed. 'God that laugh is so cute. Wait what?' I shook my head and looked at Jamie.

"I had to pick up a friend." He said gesturing to me. Upon seeing me, Jamie ran and hugged me along with Sophie.

"Woah, Calm down tiger."

"I'm glad you're here Aria." Both Jamie and Sophie said, which was a little bit creepy, but nonetheless I smiled. I was broken form this momentum when a snowball hit us three. I pretty much have an idea to who did it. I looked behind and pretty much my suspicions were correct. Jack Frost was the one who threw it. I grabbed a few handfull of snow and threw it at Jack while he was laughing his butt off. Bad choice. At that, all hell's break loose, well not really but everything was in chaos but we had so much fun. Eventually Jack's team won and the children went home leaving us alone.

"Thanks." I muttered. "I really needed that."

"It was nothing... I guess." He said shyly, scratching the back of his head. 'ooh so cute' 'oh shut up'

"Really Thank you. I mean it." Without really thinking I kissed his cheeks. This shocked Jack causing him to face me. We were only inches apart and I can feel his breathe. He smells like pepermint and the winter smell. ( don't know if that's a real thing but let's imagine it is.) And his eyes, they were mesmerizing. We were only a few centimeters apart and the most unexpected thing happened...

We Kissed.
