Chapter 20: Months Progress

Rafiki was placed in prison, despite his protests, but no one believed that Rafiki got the messages and motives from the spirits as life seems to be going well for Nessa.
She and Kathleen have being going from session to session, taking about lifestyles, the pregnancy and all other things that Nessa seems to be doing to make her and the baby healthy.
Shere Khan and Vitani are still dating though Vitani has a lot of trouble, trying to get the truth out for Shere Khan about her and Kerchak have a fling together in the club before she dated him but everytime she tries to tell him, she feels scared that she doesn't want to hurt or lose Khan so she always changes the subject at the last minute sadly.
Kerchak stills works for Mufasa and is now able to continue his boxing career while secretly using this career to let out his anger or doubt from his haunted past that he never seems to explain to anyone, not even Khan knew what happened to Kerchak in the past.
Baloo and Sarafina are now officially dating as all was well with them as Sarafina watches Baloo performing with the boys at the band and the big bear takes her out for dinner or somewhere nice every now and then in their date. Sarafina has got a feeling that Baloo may be the one for her but hoping Baloo feels the same.
Since then, five months have passed Nessa hadn't got any calls or clues from the mysterious person that has being hunting Nessa as it all points to Rafiki who still denies it but has a strong motivation.
When Nessa was a little cub, Rafiki was her next door neighbour but her parents and the other neighbours never liked Rafiki for his voodoo nonsense and his unusual sacrifices of dead chickens and animals. They wanted Rafiki out but he refuses and curses those who dare to cross him. The police assume it was Rafiki when the primate made a threat on Nessa's family to Thomas Chamberlin after he threatens to call the police if he ever makes another sacrifice of any animal again.
"Yes I did threaten them because they never understood me and the ways of the spirits of the other side but I didn't kill them, man" Rafiki said to Sulley.
"Keep saying that Rafiki, there is no evidence to defend you...You hated their family and you know Nessa was coming, which means you knew about the fire and the fact that Nessa was still alive. You're the only suspect that we know, hates Nessa's family that you would be willing to kill them" Sulley replied.
"Lies, All lies!" Rafiki bellowed.
Sulley sighed as day after day they went through this as he sternly said
"See you in court"
As Mike took Rafiki back to his cell, Mufasa goes to Sulley and said
"You think he's the one?"
"I'm sure of it, The threats, the arguments they have in the past and knowing what happened to Nessa by the 'spirits' is just a cover...He's the only true suspect we have and it all really points to him" said Sulley.
"Ever since we arrested him, we got no calls or clues or anything bad from that mysterious person, So it is possible Rafiki could be the arson right" said Mufasa.
"It's highly possible but we'll fully conclude that at court real soon" said Sulley.
"Anyway, I better get home. We got to get ready for Duchess's party tonight" said Mufasa.
"See you soon buddy and have fun" Sulley bidded farewell.
When Mufasa comes him, He smiles to see Nessa reading a story to Simba and the baby in Nessa's belly. Simba then softly rubs the belly and said
"Do you think I'll be a great big brother mom?"
"Of course sweetie" Nessa giggled.
"No doubt about it" Mufasa chuckled.
"Dad" Simba happily exclaimed and hugs him
Mufasa chuckled loudly and hugs his son back before lifting him up on his arms.
"Wow, you're getting big and strong like your old man" said Mufasa.
"But I don't have a mane" Simba pouted.
"You will when you get older son" Mufasa assured him.
"OK, now time for a bath and then start getting ready for the party son" said Nessa.
"Yes mom" said Simba as he then leaves to the bathroom.
"I'll set up the bath, you go and get ready too" Mufasa said.
"Right" Nessa nodded before she kisses Mufasa and heads straight upstairs to her room.
Once there, she strips naked in the bathroom and looks at the mirror at her belly as she was now six months pregnant and was getting a little close to giving birth to her baby.
"It won't be long now darling before you are out into the world" Nessa happily said.
Soon Mufasa enters the bedroom naked and wraps his strong arms around his wife.
"And how is my beautiful wife doing?" Mufasa purred.
"I must admit, I am getting very better since they have arrested Rafiki...I just hope he's the one so then he can be locked away and I'll never have to worry about anything again" said Nessa.
"As I told you a lot of times my darling, everything is going to be OK. You and the baby will be safe and sound" said Mufasa.
Nessa kisses her husband for a while before Mufasa gropes a bit of Nessa's breasts which made her moan before Mufasa slowly lowers her on her knees.
"M-Mufasa, I don't having sex here is a good idea, plus with the baby" Nessa started.
"Relax darling, I locked the door and I won't fuck you there" Mufasa purred.

Soon he gently helps his wife up and together they had their shower and got ready for the party.
So many months has passed and everyone are doing things differently
Rafiki seems to be the main suspect of the murders of Nessa's parents
