5:43 AM- Kido Manor- Usual Morning Ritual
It's the usual typical morning ritual, everyone is awake except for Orion Muse who is fast asleep on the couch with her head on my lap and her feet were stretched out. The girl had fallen asleep on the way back from Sanctuary on my shoulder as always. I didn't mind one bit I enjoyed whenever she did this.
And then it happened, Ikki said something about Seiya's fighting style which starts the usual argument, and then it turns into a fistfight between the two. I could see out of the corner of my eye I could see Shun and Shiryū were about to step in to stop them and Saori-san ordering them to stop, and it didn't help with Master Camus and Scorpio Milo walking in all at the same time.
I didn't notice Muse had reached up and grabbed both their ears and growls with venom and through clenched teeth,
"If I hear, Lady Athena ordering you two idiots one more time to stop and you both ignore her again. I don't care there are two Gold Saints are standing in the doorway. I will beat you two within an inch of your lives in front of them. Now shut the hell up and take your macho bullshit somewhere else."
And just like that Muse was sound asleep on my lap again with Ikki and Seiya comically rubbing their ears. I brush away a lock of dark hair away from Muse's face and mused to myself,
"I can't believe Muse and Calypso are Kanon's daughters or he was stupid enough to insult Old Master in front of his daughters and his niece. I seriously thought the girls were going to kill him. Master Milo stops Calypso (his student) while Aiolia stops Muse. Old Master had to come himself to stop Songbird. One thing is for sure do not insult Old Master in front of his adopted granddaughters."
I finally lifted the sleeping girl into my arms I took Muse into her room with her constant shadow Saaya following curling up with her on the huge bed. Saaya never growls or roars at me. I pet the panther on her head and closed the door silently.
I could see Master Camus waiting for me as usual with a smile as I could see Calypso and Isaak were heading in our direction as I tried to run away, but Calypso blocks me from running away. I cringe with pain as she had pinched the back of my right ear as I look at Master Camus and Isaak for help who did not indicate wanting to help. Milo just shakes his head in sympathy and walks away.
"My sister likes you so why haven't you asked her out yet? I know you like her so what's the damn problem, you moron. You do know Nachi is teasing my sister about the cowardly Cygnus who has no balls to talk with her or let alone gives her the time of day. Do something about my sister or I'll do something to you?" Calypso growls at me.
I just nodded at Calypso as cracked her knuckles as she glares at me which would rival the Arctic Circle coldness.
I looked over at the Huntress door and went for a walk to clear my head as I could see Aashirya dancing in the garden with Ikki. I would have turned away if Aashirya hadn't pulled into me the garden and hugs me softly with a soft smile,
"I am surprised that you're still breathing, but in all seriousness take it from me. Follow your heart and go for it and if you are looking for confirmation about Muse's feelings."
I just nodded.
Aashirya sighs laughing.
"Muse likes you a lot now go to her before she gives up on you."
I made up my mind and headed for the manor when I heard a loud crash as Nachi ran pass me with Saaya and Calypso chasing him. I walked into the manor and found Muse had armed herself with her bow and the glare told its story.
I walked over to her and hugged her softly. I felt the tension ease up in her body as she just smiled up at me. We both heard a yelp from outside which meant either Calypso or Saaya had caught him.
I heard Dove (Aashirya) yelling for Muse to call off Saaya. We both ran outside to find Saaya had not only bit Nachi but she had her fangs inches from his throat.
"Saaya yield," Muse said in a commanding voice.
Saaya backed away as I walked up to Nachi and I grabbed his shirt pulled him close so he could see my face and how serious I am,
"Leave my Muse alone or next time you insult my girl. You'll be facing me and Saaya."
I didn't wait for an answer just dropped him and pet Saaya on her head and pulled Muse into my arms for a kiss.
