Stardust: We are back!
Raf: What's this about Shadow and Valerie being our enemies!?
Sulfus: Yeah! Aren't they our allies!?
Zoey: What's going on!?
Kish: You better explain!
Mark: As soon as possible!
Stardust: You'll have to wait and see like everyone else!
Shadow: Enjoy the story!
Public Enemies: Shadow and Mew Strawberry!
Inohara Park High in the Peach Blossom Tree…
"I can't believe that you can't remember anything about your past," Valerie said her head on his chest. So much for asking him if he's Silver, she added silently.
"That's why we must keep our meetings secret," Shadow said genteelly stroking her head. "If the others ever found out they would try to separate us."
"I understand," Valerie said.
At That Same Time At Café A la Mode…
"Where do you think Valerie is?" Raf asked.
"It's not like her to be late," Sulfus said.
"Especially when she knows Detective Baldwin and Ren were coming to see her," Kabale added in a teasing voice.
Both Ren and Detective Baldwin were released from the hospital at the same time; and the first thing they wanted to do was see Valerie.
"You know she might be with that dark guy that's after her," Kabale added.
All sounds left the café as a dark aura filled it's bright and cheerful space.
No one dared turn to the area where it was coming from.
All them, but Detective Dangerfield and Ren, saw Valerie as a little sister or daughter they never had or would want in the future. With the other two it was obvious. Ren was Valerie boyfriend, and Dangerfield wanted to have her all to himself.
"Can you believe what Shadow and Mew Strawberry are doing?!"
The noise from everything that was broken in the café at that moment could be heard from China.
The girl who said the said sentence was paralysed with fear from the pure dark aura directed at her. When she turned her head she instantly wished she didn't. Every eternal, human, alien, and mew present instantly surrounded her with the most evil looks in their eyes.
"What did you say?" Raf said as even her hair flowed with the dark aura.
"Ha-haven't you hea-heard?" She started holding a magazine in front of her. "Mew Strawberry and this 'Shadow,' who once saved her, are committing crimes throughout the city. (*holds out the magazine*) It's all in here."
Instantly everyone grabbed at the magazine. The first thing they saw was Shadow and Mew Strawberry grinning madly as they just attacked a group of people. There were big letters on the side the read 'Shadow and Mew Strawberry Gone BAD?!'
The dark aura just continued to grow and some of the customers where getting up to leave.
"How could Mew Strawberry go bad?!" Dangerfield demanded.
"What's this about Mew Strawberry going bad?"
All eye turned to see Valerie dressed in her uniform. Most of the dark aura disappeared upon seeing her, which relieved the customers.
"Sorry I'm late you guys," she said smiling sweetly. "I had to pick up some things for the gift Wesley and I were planning for Ren-san and Baldwin-sama."
"Forget about that," Gas said. "We have some questions for you."
"Care to save it for AFTER work?" Valerie said.
However, after work Valerie was nowhere to be seen.
A Few Days Later…
"WILL YOU GUYS PLEASE STOP FOLLOWING ME!?"
The café shock from the shout, but Valerie just couldn't take it anymore. Whenever any of them where free, one of her friends or Ren would follow her. At first she didn't mind, but then it just got annoying.
With her right now were Raf and Sulfus.
"We're just worried about you," Raf said.
"Why?" The kitty bunny snapped more than asked. "You all know that neither me or Shadow did any of that stuff. I was with you guys for crying out loud!"
"But we don't know about Shadow," Sulfus said. "For all we know he could have done something that makes it look like you were helping him."
"You're close."
The three of them turned to see Shadow leaning against a wall near them. Raf and Sulfus instantly jumped in front of Valerie to protect her.
"There's no need for that," Shadow said walking up to them. "I just thought you should know that our dear friend Castella has been up to some things since we last saw her."
"So Castella's behind this," Valerie said walking past her guardians to him. "Why does that not surprise me?"
"I don't know how she's doing it," Shadow admitted. "But somehow she's trying to ruin us."
"Will one of you two please explain what you're talking about?!" Raf snapped.
Opps, Valerie thought sweat dropping. Forgot about them.
"We're going to have to tell them eventually," she told Shadow.
"If we must," Shadow said with a sigh.
"Raf, Sulfus," Valerie started with apologetic eyes. "I've been secretly meeting Shadow behind your backs."
"WHAT?!" Both of them shouted.
"I'm so sorry you guys!" Valerie said bowing down to them.
"Valerie isn't the one who should apologize," Shadow said placing a hand the raven haired girls shoulder. "I told her she shouldn't tell you."
Before either of them could say anything Raf's cell phone went off.
"Hello," she said into the phone. A few seconds of silence went by before her face changed to one of pure shock. "WHAT!? THERE'S NOT WAY THEY'RE DOING THAT!"
She then put the phone in her pocket, grabbed Valerie and Sulfus by their wrist and ran off.
"What's going on?" Valerie asked as she ran with Shadow not far behind them.
"Elliot just called me saying the you and Shadow are attack the other mews near the cafe!" Raf said quickly.
This instantly got the two's attention and they instantly took off. While running Valerie changed into her Mew Strawberry form.
When they arrive to the rest of the mews' aid they were greeted by a site themselves!
Only the Shadow in front of them had dark red hair, emerald green eyes, and around his neck he was wearing a black crystal; and Valerie's copy looked like her normal form but with black hair that has hues of violet in them, toxic green dragon like eyes, and hanging around her neck was a red crystal.
They all stood there for a while before the Shadow look alike turned to the Valerie look alike and asked, "Are you ready, Fury?"
'Fury' turn to him and said, "Of' course Night."
Night then grabbed the crystal and shouted, "Initiating Combat Mode!"
He was soon covered in a flash of light, and when it faded away it revealed a Mechanise version of Night! Two scraps of metal that encase his legs; floating behind him were six sword like metal spider leg like things; and two were attach to his arms.
"Heh, just like you counterpart always rushing head first into a fight with out waiting for back up," a sickening familiar voice said from behind Fury said.
All looked to see Castella walking behind Fury.
"Night and Fury," Castella said looking at the two. "Kill your counter parts and the mews. Leave no traces behind."
That said Castella disappeared and Fury grab at her crystal and said "Activating Combat Mode."
She to was covered by a bright light, and when it to vanished her other form was revealed. However, instead of a Mechanised version of herself, she was standing on her feet wearing some kind of a one piece suit, and had a cape that hung around her shoulders.
Shadow turned to us and said, "All of your concentrate on Fury! Night is mine."
He then charged at Night to land a punch, but Night moved the blades in front of him and blocked Shadow's hand. The sounds of something cracking could be hear, but no one could tell from what.
Night smiled and said, "Oh, opps. Were you trying to hit me? That sounded like that hurt quiet a lot."
"Heh, that was just a warm up," Shadow said jumping away from Night.
Valerie saw him holding his left hand. What I heard was his bones snapping! Valerie realized. Suddenly another noise filled the air like the bones were going back into place. Just then a screeching of tires came from behind them. They turned to see that a news van had parked behind them.
When a female reporter step out sand said, "This is Sato Sakura. We are in Tokyo catching the mews and their newest allies in combat! And we will be here to give you a live play by play of the fight."
Just then night charged the news reporter and her camera man ready to attack them! Just then Shadow jumped in front of Night and blocked the attack.
Sato-san and her camera man looked at Shadow in surprise.
"Hey!" HE shouted. "It is dangerous here! Get out of here!"
"Huh?" She asked shocked. "Why should I leave?! this is the scoop of the century!"
Suddenly Fury began to take her stance, and lightning started crackling from her hands! She thrust her hands out and a huge bolt of lightning shot at them! They managed to dodge out of the way. Mew Strawberry ran towards her and threw a punch, but she caught the kitty bunny's fist midflight and looked at her with little to no emotion showing on her face.
The raven haired mew immediately kicked her legs to trip Fury, but she jumped out of the way. She then moved her hands and streams of water flew towards her and began to circle around her; as if waiting for Valerie to attack her. Fury made a slash with her hand and the water for towards the group. They dodged out of the way. The water hit a tree and passed right through it; the tree then slid sideways and fell, showing the water cut it.
"Strawberry blade!" Valerie shouted as she quickly grabbed her sword.
Just then something slammed into the ground behind Fury. All eyes turned to see Night standing at the edge of the dust that had floated up. They saw the six blades flew from the dust clouds and floated back to Night waiting for the next move."
The reporter turned to the camera and said, "It looks like the newest member is out for the count."
Valerie felt her heart sink at those words.
"Playtime is over time to step it up."
At those words Valerie's head shot up and saw a huge tornado sprang to life where Shadow had crashed. When it vanished and out of the dust step Full Power Shadow.
"Now you've gone and pissed me off," he said as he lifted his left hand and a ball of light formed in his hand and it shot forward in the form of a spear. The red eyed teen launched three more and Night barely avoided each of them. Just then shadow sped towards Night. Mot even giving him a second to gain his balance, Shadow kicked Night as hard as he could and sent him flying!
And flying at fast at that. So fast that not he didn't even leave an afterimage!
Shadow appeared in front of Night and then suddenly appeared all around him. Shadow then showed up above Night. Landing a solid kick, he slammed Night into the ground! It took Night a few seconds, but he got up to his hands and knees and started to cough up blood.
Then in a flash Shadow stood in front of Night and slamming his fist on to Night's head slamming him to the ground again. Night turned his back to Shadow and with that the orbs/inhibiters merged back into Shadow and his armor disappeared.
When it was over he said, "I warned you, didn't I?" He started to walk away.
At which Fury ran to Night's side and glared at the mews saying, "We will make you pay for that." And they vanished into thin air.
All eyes turned to Valerie as she gave an awkward smile.
"I have a lot of explaining to do, don't I?" She said rubbing the back of her head.
"DAMN RIGHT YOU DO!" All the Mews and eternals shouted at her.
Stardust: Sorry it took so long to post this chapter!
Sulfus: Who are you apologizing to?
Kish: Yeah, no one but shadow879 reads this.
Stardust: You don't know that. He may be the only who reviews, but that doesn't mean he's the only one who's reading my story.
(Sulfus and Kish shut up)
Shadow: Owned.
(Raf, Zoey, and Mark laugh in the make ground)
Valerie: Next time on 'Next time on 'Angel's in TOKYO?!' with Castella, Night, and Fury out on the lose me and the others must be extra careful. But one night while we're apart Castella, Night, and Fury attack the other mews! Now it's up to me and Shadow to save them! I hope we make it in time!
